This article discusses various types of supervision in Islamic education, which aim to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Supervision in Islamic education focuses not only on academic aspects, but also on the development of students' character and spirituality. The types of supervision discussed include administrative supervision, pedagogical supervision, and spiritual supervision. By providing concrete examples of practices in Islamic schools, this article shows how each type of supervision can be applied effectively to achieve holistic educational goals.types of supervisors often found in the environment. This study aims to analyze the school supervision program and the competence of supervisors in an effort to improve the quality of educators. The school supervision program is designed as a guideline for the implementation of the main tasks and functions of supervisors, which include academic supervision, managerial supervision, educational evaluation, as well as coaching principals and teachers in the assisted schools. Competencies required by supervisors include personality, managerial skills, academic supervision skills, educational evaluation, and research and development skills. This study emphasizes the importance of sustainable and planned supervision by referring to the results of previous supervision and prevailing education policies. The findings show that the implementation of an effective supervision program supported by the competence of qualified supervisors can improve the quality of the learning process and the performance of educators in the assisted schools. Thus, strategic supervision is a key factor in creating a quality education system.

Optimizing education management in schools is a strategic step to achieve superior education quality, where various aspects such as human resource development, utilization of facilities and infrastructure, and education supervision play an important role in creating a conducive learning environment and responsive to student needs. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the role of education management in realizing quality schools. The research method to be used in this study is a literature study approach, in which data and information will be collected from various academic sources, such as books, journals and relevant articles on education management and quality schools. The results of this study show that effective education management plays a key role in creating quality schools through key components such as human resources, facilities and infrastructure, finance and education supervision. Each of these components works synergistically to support optimal learning processes, although they often face challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change and lack of stakeholder support. Through collaborative strategies from various parties, including the government, community and parents, schools can overcome these obstacles. Optimizing education management complemented by educational supervision helps improve the professional quality of teachers, curriculum and school management, and builds a culture of continuous evaluation. This synergy results in schools that are qualified, adaptive and able to respond to the demands of today's education.

The purpose of this study was to determine how to generate PAK teacher attention in increasing self-confidence in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Raya, Simalungun Regency, 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research method used is a qualitative method. The determination technique used to collect informants is using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used in this study used semi-structured interviews. The results of the study showed that the attention of PAK teachers in increasing the self-confidence of class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Raya, namely: (1) PAK teachers have provided optimal attention by providing supervision, guidance, ideas and input. The supervision provided by PAK teachers is classified as very good with a percentage of 75%; (2) providing motivation to students. The motivation given by PAK teachers is classified as very good with a percentage of 85%; (3) some students lack self-confidence which is shown in an optimistic attitude but already have a responsible attitude which is classified as sufficient with a percentage of 43%; and (4) PAK teachers have used good communication with students which aims not to weaken students' self-confidence. PAK teacher communication is classified as good with a percentage of 80%.

This study aims to examine the implementation of academic supervision in improving teacher performance at MTs Al-Ma'arij, Cicantayan District, Sukabumi Regency. Academic supervision is an essential effort to enhance the quality of education through the guidance and supervision of teacher performance. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the academic supervision implemented at MTs Al-Ma'arij includes supervision planning, supervision execution, and supervision evaluation. The implementation of academic supervision has proven effective in improving teacher performance, marked by increased pedagogical competence, professionalism, and work motivation among teachers. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of academic supervision include limited time, facilities, and infrastructure. To overcome these obstacles, it is recommended to enhance supporting facilities and provide continuous training for supervisors and teachers.

This research is motivated by challenges in monitoring and developing public services in the Malang Regional Government which require an integrated approach. Investments in human resource development and information technology are needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of supervision. Increasing the budget for guidance and supervision, strengthening the independence of supervisory institutions, and utilizing information technology are considered solutions to improve the quality of public services. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. This approach was chosen because it allows researchers to explore and understand the phenomenon of coaching and supervision in the context of public services through analysis of various relevant sources of information. The qualitative method focuses on an in-depth understanding of the existing context, processes and dynamics, making it suitable for studying the role of coaching and supervision in improving the quality of public services in the Malang Regional Government. Literature study as part of this qualitative method involves collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as books, academic journals, official government reports, and related policy documents. The research results show that guidance and supervision in the Malang Regional Government has an important role in improving the quality of public services. Coaching is carried out to increase the capacity and performance of state civil servants, while supervision aims to ensure employee compliance with applicable regulations. The main challenges faced are limited human and technological resources. Suggested solutions include investing in human resource development, increasing the budget for guidance and supervision, strengthening the independence of supervisory institutions, and utilizing information technology to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of supervision.

Researchers will discuss the problems found in the implementation of educational supervision in schools/madrasas. Educational supervision is an educational management process that aims to improve the quality of education through supervision, direction, and guidance of teachers or educators. Academic supervision is one of the scopes of educational supervision that aims to assist teachers in improving the quality of academic activities, both inside and outside the classroom. Researchers identified several problems faced by educational supervisors, such as the complexity of the principal's managerial tasks, the lack of preparation of the supervised teachers, the high element of subjectivity, the frequent changes of principals, the lack of teacher discipline, and the lack of teacher knowledge about managing an effective teaching and learning process. In addition, the quality of teachers in carrying out teaching tasks is also a challenge, as teachers often face difficulties in incorporating new innovations into learning. Researchers emphasize the importance of educational supervision in improving teacher performance and ultimately impacting on student learning outcomes. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome the problems faced in implementing educational supervision, so as to improve teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education.

Teachers must be able to synchronize their behavior according to what they teach, meaning what the teacher says is in accordance with actions that can be seen from their daily behavior. The role of the teacher really determines the implementation of a good learning process in school. Where religious character is one of the character values ​​that is developed in school. However, there needs to be an in-depth study of what causes them to still have this non-religious attitude or is it outside of the religious attitude that has been instilled in them. The problem of this research is how effective the teacher's personality competence is in forming the religious character of the students of the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School, Pakandangan, Sumenep, and what can support and hinder the implementation of teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of the students of the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School, Pakandangan, Sumenep, the 2022-2022 school year. 2023. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. There are three components to the data collection technique, namely observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, researchers used single case data analysis techniques (single case design) with the data analysis model introduced by Miles and Hiberman, namely the data analysis process was carried out simultaneously with data collection through several stages starting from the data collection process, presentation and verification or drawing conclusions . The research conclusion is that the effectiveness of teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of students at the Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School in Pakandangan Sumenep for the 2022-2023 academic year is the involvement of teachers as motivators, mentors, educators, inspirers, evaluators and supervisors. Apart from that, the effectiveness of the teacher's personality competence is a role model for students, providing motivation and advice to students if they commit a violation and there is always time for students even outside class hours. Where these forms are gentle, disciplined, responsible and fair. Supporting factors for implementing teacher personality competence in forming the religious character of students at the Nurulhuda Pakandangan Islamic Boarding School, Sumenep for the 2022-2023 academic year are control and supervision as well as instructions from the boarding school leadership and cooperation and mutual assistance between teaching staff. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are inadequate infrastructure, insufficient financing, inadequate family support and supervision when students are at home.

The quality of student learning is not yet optimal, this is in accordance with empirical data that the decline in achievements achieved by students in the academic and non-academic fields and the lack of professional teaching graduates means that planning management for developing teacher pedagogical competence is needed. The research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative design. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique, through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. The results of the research inform that (1) Planning for the development of pedagogical competence at SDN 2 Cieurih, SDN 3 Cieurih and SDN 1 Jalatrang was made based on the results of identifying needs and vision, mission and goals that had been determined, in its implementation the planning for developing teacher pedagogical competence was carried out in the form of meetings Work. (2) Implementation of pedagogical competency development at SDN 2 Cieurih, SDN 3 Cieurih and SDN 1 Jalatrang by participating in teaching, learning and administrative meetings, scientific forum programs held by local agencies in the form of education and training, making lesson plans, KKG, seminars or workshops . (3) evaluation Planning for the development of pedagogical competence focuses more on evaluating teacher performance through supervision activities with classroom action assessments. Apart from that, the principal also holds monthly work evaluations, one of which discusses the activities that have been carried out by teachers after participating in scientific forum activities outside the school. The monthly meeting is a control over the implementation of activities that will be carried out as well as an evaluation of activities that have been carried out previously. (4) Follow-up to the development of teacher pedagogical competence is to give awards to teachers who have met standards, provide coaching by holding meetings between school principals and teachers through face-to-face meetings and implementing the MGMP (Subject Teachers' Conference) program. ) (5) Supporting factors, namely teaching staff with a bachelor's degree, available funds, and complete infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that a handful of teachers who are approaching retirement have difficulty or are less interested in activities to develop the competence of teaching staff, in addition to having problems with timing at the same time as teaching schedules.

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of supervisors in the implementation of the independent curriculum (IKM) at MI Kalidawir Tulungagung Region. The research method used is a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques are used to explore data by conducting interviews, observations, interviews and documentation. The results of his research urge supervisors to implement the independence criteria, namely that supervisors have a very important role in madrasa training and development. The monitoring mechanism carried out by supervisors in implementing the independent curriculum consists of three stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. The supervisor's role in implementing the independent curriculum consists of academic supervision, managerial supervision, and research and development supervision. In the aspect of academic supervision, supervisors guide and develop teachers to make learning plans based on the characteristics of the independent curriculum. In the managerial aspect, supervisors and coaching madrasa heads in creating KOM and other madrasa programs in preparing independent synchronization. Meanwhile, in the aspect of research and development supervision, supervisors motivate madrasa heads and teachers to carry out and create best practices related to the implementation of the independent curriculum.

The quality of learning at SMAN 1 Parakansalak shows a less effective condition, indicated by the low ability of teachers to plan, implement, evaluate, assess learning and follow up on assessment results. The aim of this research is to determine the role of academic supervision in improving pedagogical competence and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Parakansalak Sukabumi Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the role of academic supervision partially has a positive and significant influence on increasing pedagogical competence and teacher performance at SMAN 1 Parakansalak, Sukabumi Regency.

This research aims to determine efforts to improve teachers' abilities in compiling syllabuses and lesson plans through academic supervision. This research was conducted at SDN 101772 Tanjung Selamat, the subjects of this research were teachers at SDN 101772 Tanjung Selamat. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method, data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the quality of the syllabus and lesson plans made by the teachers at SDN 101772 can be said to be poor. This is because there are still many syllabi and lesson plans that still use the old format and don't seem original. In the assessment of the syllabus and lesson plans that have been implemented, many weaknesses were still found. They are late to the instant culture by copying the syllabus and RPP models developed by the Central Government.

Academic supervision within the madrasah is carried out by the head of the madrasah. Madrasah principal supervision is the ability of the madrasah principal who carries out duties apart from being a leader in the school and also as a supervisor for teachers in carrying out evaluations and coaching aimed at developing the learning process for teachers. This research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. Because it is carried out based on the current situation and circumstances. The results and discussion of the research show several results as follows: The madrasa head's academic supervision planning in optimizing tasks and functions has been arranged in prota and process but is not updated every year.

This research aims to describe the application of the academic supervision model to supervisors in developing Islamic religious education teachers in Pondok Jambi City Faith Islamic Boarding School and Jambi City As'ad Islamic Boarding School. The Madrasah Principal is the school personnel responsible for all activities at school. He has the authority and responsibility to Manages all educational activities in the school he leads. Supervision is a coaching activity planned to help teachers and staff other schools so they can do their jobs effectively. Objective This research is to find out the academic supervision strategies carried out by madrasa heads to improve teacher academic performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Jambi City.Results of academic supervision. . This research method is qualitative phenomenology with a study research design case. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Technique data analysis using flow, data reduction, presentation of data at the verification stage. Testing Data validity was carried out using a triangulation approach. The two teachers' planning stages were included in the good category with recap scores of 86% and 89%. In the implementation stage, class 1 teachers obtained a score of 86% in the good category, a score of 91% obtained by the class 4 teacher in the very good category. In the evaluation stage, both teachers were also included in the category both with recap scores of 86% and 85%. Meanwhile, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the SD/MI level prioritizes project-based learning in order to realize the Pancasila Student Profile. This is also very relevant to 21st century learning which equips students with the 4C skills needed to answer the challenges of the times. There are 3 (three) options in implementing or implementing the independent curriculum (IKM) at the SD/MI level, namely: Independent Learning Category, independent change category and independent sharing category at class I and class IV SD/MI levels starting in the 2022/2023 school year .

This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out starting from data collection and checking the validity of the data. To check the validity of the research data using the data triangulation method.The research results show that: 1) Planning by: a) integrating curriculum objectives, namely using the same vision and mission, b) integrating the organization of curriculum content by pairing Islamic boarding school material and school material in general knowledge, this curriculum organization is included in the form of integration in the form of extracurricular activities;. 2) Implementation by: by: a) integrating curriculum implementation programs, namely academic calendars and joint school and Islamic boarding school academic activity plans, academic activities such as daily schedules for students, matsada, wama, high school and family convergence, student achievements, graduation certificates, b) integrating supervision of curriculum implementation with cooperation between Islamic boarding schools and schools; 3) Evaluation by: a) evaluating the context of the joint curriculum, which includes: socio-cultural development, development of science and technology, b) evaluating joint input, which includes: competency of teaching staff, readiness of students and availability of learning media/facilities, c ) conducting joint process evaluations, including: weekly evaluations and incidental evaluations, and d) conducting joint product evaluations, which include: mid-year evaluations and end-of-year evaluations.   Keywords: Management of Islamic Boarding School Curriculum Integration, Extracurricular Activities

Based on the research results, it was found that the school principal's academic supervision innovation in improving teacher professionalism at SDN Parsanga IV Sumenep, namely by following up in the form of monitoring using CCTV and follow-up carried out with CCTV accompanied by feedback and reflection can increase teacher professionalism well. This academic supervision innovation was carried out because of obstacles and with the implementation of these innovations the obstacles could be overcome properly. Among the successes of the innovations in academic supervision carried out by the principal of SDN Parsanga IV is that these innovations can become the main driver of changes in teaching styles by teachers. Has a good impact on the relationship between the teacher and the principal, so that the increase in teacher professionalism can run as expected. Acceptance of innovation by teachers because in implementing this academic supervision innovation, teachers feel heard, valued, and involved in the development of academic supervision innovations, they tend to be more open to change and are happy to receive feedback and joint reflection to improve their professionalism in teaching.

Based on the results of the research, data was obtained that (a) Head Raudlatul Athfal's understanding of the competence of RA An-Najah Teachers, namely the head of RA An-Najah had understood the qualifications and competencies of RA An-Najah Teachers. Where the academic qualifications of Teacher RA An-Najah have an undergraduate background. Teachers have also met all teacher competency standards, namely pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. (b) Head Raudlatul Athfal's strategy to improve the competence of RA An-Najah Teachers, namely by involving teachers in training, training and seminars; involve teachers in KKG; motivating Teachers; carry out Supervision; complete the Facilities and Infrastructure; enrich digital knowledge; apply the PAKEM method; developing a learning curriculum; and hold a meeting. (c) Supporting factors for Head Raudlatul Athfal to improve teacher competency at RA An-Najah, namely: (1) Environment, (2) Teachers are members of IGRA, (3) Teachers are certified, (4) Teachers have a great willingness to learn , (5) Cooperation, and (6) Adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for the Head of Raudlatul Athfal to improve teacher competence at RA An-Najah is the lack of willingness and opportunity for teachers to participate and attend coaching in improving teacher competence.
