Looking at the culture that occurs in the environment where we live, most early education is handled by a mother, although there are some fathers who also pay great attention to children's education, but this is still relatively rare and most of the time it is the mother who educates them starting from being able to eat, walk, talk, bathe and etc. Due to the understanding in society that a mother only stays at home without needing to work, the job of earning a living is the father's duty, but in everyday life there are many households where the father's work cannot meet daily needs so the mother must help.In the end, many mothers have outside jobs, mothers are still required to educate their children and earn a living. For mothers, this is an obligation that they must carry out, apart from education in daily life, mothers must also think about psychological and spiritual development, Islamic religion, so that their children have a path that is blessed by Allah SWT.The method that career mothers usually use in educating their children is putting them in TPQ, Islamic boarding school, continuous habituation, parents providing examples. The results obtained from these various efforts are that children get used to praying 5 times a day from childhood, get used to reading the Al-Qur'an, are polite to their parents, behave well towards neighbors, older people or friends and so on.

Intravenous (IV) insertion is a common nursing procedure in hospital settings, requiring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimize complications such as nosocomial infections and phlebitis. However, many nurses fail to fully comply with SOPs, increasing patient safety risks. Several factors, including individual aspects such such as age, gender, educational level, and work experience are suspected to influence compliance. This study aims to examine the relationship between nurses’ characteristics and their compliance with IV insertion SOPs at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital, Semarang. This research employed a quantitative analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The study involved 30 nurses selected through purposive sampling. Data were obtained using a questionnaire for demographic characteristics and an observation checklist to assess SOP compliance. The data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. The findings indicated that most nurses demonstrated moderate compliance (50%) or high compliance (50%), with no respondents classified as non-compliant. Statistical analysis revealed no significant relationship between age (p=0.705), gender (p=1.000), educational level (p=0.189), or years of experience (p=1.000) and IV insertion SOP compliance. These findings suggest that individual characteristics are not the primary determinants of compliance. Future research should explore other contributing factors such as hospital work environment, supervision, and patient safety culture to enhance IV insertion adherence.

One of the fishing tools that is widely used by fishermen in the Pati waters of Central Java is the gill net. This tool has relatively higher productivity and efficiency compared to several other fishing tools because it can catch large numbers of fish when operated. It is one of the fishing tools that is environmentally friendly and popular to use because its operation is not too complicated and is good for development. The purpose of this Field Work Practice is to determine the effect of operational time of gill net fishing equipment on mackerel fish catches in. This Field Work Practice also aims to determine gill net operational times for mackerel fish catches. Data was obtained by conducting experiments from two different treatments, each treatment was repeated 16 times to obtain a total of 32 data. The research method used is the experimental fishing method using t-test analysis, homogeneity test, normality test.  The results of the T-test on 16 repetitions at 07.00-10.00 WIB and 15.00-18.00 WIB were with an average amount of 205.7 kg and 244.4 kg so that a sign (2-tailed) result of 0.004 < 0.05 could be obtained. From the results of the T-test, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an average difference between the results of tagkapan at 07.00-10.00 WIB and 15.00-18.00 WIB which is influenced by several factors. So it can be concluded that differences in gill net operational times have an effect on mackerel fish. The fishing operation time of 15.00-18.00 WIB is the best operational time compared to 07.00-10.00 WIB which is caused by oceanographic factors, technical factors and natural factors.

Floods are natural disasters that often occur in Indonesia and cause damage to property, infrastructure, and casualties. One of the main factors causing flooding is the failure of water management systems such as reservoirs to manage the sudden increase in water volume. This research aims to design an automatic reservoir sluice controller by utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology to reduce flood risk. The system uses a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller and an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to monitor the water level in real-time, as well as a servo motor that controls the sluices. The system is connected to the Blynk app, allowing remote monitoring and control of the sluice gates via mobile devices. This tool automatically adjusts the position of the sluice gate based on sensor data to keep the water level safe and reduce the potential for flooding. The test results show that this IoT-based automated system is able to work effectively in controlling sluice gates and can be used for flood disaster prevention in the surrounding environment.

The recovery process requires involvement from all parties, both family and the surrounding community, especially the involvement of the patient which is very basic. And it cannot be separated from the role of health workers and the government. The recovery process is carried out together, because of their mutual dependence on each other. Recovery for patients with mental disorders cannot be done alone. It requires involvement from all parties. Both the family, the surrounding environment (neighbors), and also the local government and health workers. This involvement is related to the support provided. Such as peer support, medical support, policies with rehabilitation that can be carried out in the local environment. Understanding non-linearity is very important, because this recovery requires a very long time and also a lot of material. A strength base is really needed by the client in using coping mechanisms, and the family needs to support the coping mechanisms used by the client positively, because this can increase self-confidence and also good hope for recovery.
