Infrastructure development in urban areas is often faced with various challenges, including ethical issues. The jetty construction project at Pantai Mutiara in Block SB Number 15 A, North Jakarta, is one prominent example in this regard. The jetty, designed to support maritime and tourism activities, has, since its inception, presented a range of issues related to ethical violations. These include manipulation of permits, misuse of funds, disregard for environmental impacts, and exploitation of labour. The ethical violations in this project not only harmed the environment and surrounding communities, but also undermined public trust in the government and related agencies. This case shows how important integrity, transparency and responsibility are in every stage of development. Through this study, we will take an in-depth look at the various aspects of the ethical violations that occurred in the jetty construction project at Pantai Mutiara, including the causes, impacts, and efforts that can be made to prevent similar occurrences in the future. By identifying and understanding the ethical breaches that occurred, it is hoped that valuable lessons can be learnt that can be applied to other development projects in Indonesia. Ultimately, the aim of this paper is to provide constructive recommendations to improve the planning and implementation process of infrastructure projects, so as to achieve a balance between development progress and the ethical principles that must be upheld.

In early January 2023, the hijab and Muslim fashion brand Rabbani faced serious controversy after releasing an advertisement deemed to violate advertising ethics in Indonesia. The advertisement stated that women's attire is the cause of sexual harassment, a claim that was strongly refuted by the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan). Additionally, Rabbani sparked public outrage with a billboard featuring an image of a goat wearing a hijab. This study aims to analyze the ethical violations in Rabbani's advertising, the public's response to the advertisement, and the long-term impact on the brand's reputation. A qualitative research method was employed to gain in-depth insights into consumer perceptions and the social and cultural implications of this controversial advertisement. The findings indicate that ethical violations in advertising can reinforce negative stereotypes, damage brand reputation, and trigger significant public backlash. These results underscore the importance of adhering to advertising ethics to maintain a brand's integrity and credibility.

Internal auditors play a strategic role in ensuring the transparency, integrity, and operational efficiency of an organization. This article explains how internal auditors function as consultants providing advice to improve a company's risk management, control and governance processes, IA also identifies and manages risks that may affect organizational objectives. By using appropriate audit methodologies and utilizing modern audit technology, internal auditors can add significant value by providing recommendations for process improvements and internal controls. Amid challenges such as limited resources and pressure to deliver accurate and relevant results in a timely manner, internal auditors must be able to maintain their independence and ensure effective collaboration with senior management and the audit committee. Pancasila stands as Indonesia's bedrock, encapsulating essential principles guiding national identity. The nation's trajectory hinges upon cultivating a disciplined, patriotically committed youth. Paskibra extracurricular activities emerge as pivotal in fostering both nationalism and the values intrinsic to Pancasila. This research analyzes the inculcation of Pancasila values as an effort to enhance the discipline of Paskibra members at SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. The findings reveal that the inculcation of Pancasila values through extracurricular Paskibra has proven effective in improving the discipline of Paskibra members in various aspects. Notable enhancements in punctuality, etiquette, and accountability have been observed among participants. The commendable efforts of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali in Pancasila education serve as a beacon for other educational institutions. By instilling Pancasila values early on, we can shape forthcoming generations into individuals characterized by discipline, responsibility, and unwavering integrity. The narratives of identity politics emerging ahead of the 2024 Elections threaten the unity of Indonesia's pluralistic nation. This research explores how Pancasila can reinvigorate the spirit of unity in the face of this unsettling vortex of identity politics. Employing a qualitative approach, the study investigates Pancasila's role as the unifying thread of diversity in bolstering public accountability and good governance. The findings reveal that identity politics jeopardize social stability and public trust in the government. Therefore, strategic steps are needed to implement Pancasila's values, such as transparency, participation, and non-discriminatory law enforcement. Pancasila must serve as the moral foundation for clean, effective, and integrity-based governance in weaving the nation's diversity. This research recommends revitalizing the understanding of Pancasila and integrating good governance principles into government policies. It is expected to guide Indonesia towards dignified progress by uniting to face global challenges. The unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia is a legal state that upholds the supremacy of law and justice for all its citizens. The aim of this journal is to analyze the foundation of Indonesian legal supremacy in Indonesia and identify steps that can be taken to improve fair and objective law enforcement in Indonesia.

Character education has become the primary focus in efforts to develop individuals with strong moral values and ethics. In the context of modern education, character education goes beyond teaching discipline or enforcing rules; it strengthens the core of good personality and fosters positive behaviors in daily life. This paper reviews character education from various perspectives, including the conceptual understanding, implementation approaches in educational institutions, and its impact on shaping a better future generation. Indonesia is a country that is very famous for its friendly people and diverse culture. Indonesia has a motto which can no longer only be interpreted as values ​​that must be conveyed but rather its implementation. One of them is Bhineka Single Ika which is a motto which has an important role for the Indonesian people as a reference for good society in everyday life. The realization of the Indonesian nation's unity and integrity also rests on Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. This is because the nation of Indonesia requires infrastructure that can bring its diverse population together; in the absence of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, there will probably be a great deal of strife because of this diversity. Based on research results, the values ​​that are interrelated between Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and religious moderation are togetherness, justice, mutual respect and harmony. Researchers also found several findings and discussions in this research, namely the role of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika as the unifier of the Indonesian nation and also the role of Bhineka Tunggal Ika as the identity of the Indonesian nation. From these roles, it can be concluded that the various roles contained in Ika's motto of unity in diversity as an entity to strengthen pluralism in Indonesia, especially in social life.

This study aims to examine the role of advertising ethics in preventing misleading advertisements in the increasingly digital era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, utilizing literature review and document analysis. Data were collected through the analysis of relevant documents such as journal articles, books, research reports, advertising regulations, and industry codes of ethics. The findings indicate that advertising ethics principles, such as truthfulness, honesty, transparency, social responsibility, and respect for consumers, are crucial in maintaining the integrity of the advertising industry and protecting consumers from false or deceptive information. Additionally, effective oversight and regulation mechanisms by regulatory bodies like the FTC and ASA play a crucial role in enforcing these ethical standards. The study recommends developing new ethical standards to accommodate technological advancements and modern advertising practices to ensure advertisements remain fair and responsible.

The Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) has an important role in supervising and ensuring compliance by the Jambi Syariah Regional Development Bank (BPDSJ) with sharia principles. This research aims to identify the role of DPS on BPDSJ performance in the context of supervision of sharia aspects. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with DPS members, bank management and relevant regulators. The research results show that DPS plays a role in determining sharia policies, conducting sharia audits, and providing recommendations to improve bank performance in implementing sharia principles. In this context, DPS plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and credibility of BPDSJ in the eyes of the public and increasing customer trust in sharia banking services.    

This research aims examine the concepts of knowledge and piety in the Al-Qur'an and their implementation in education, with a focus on Surah Ali Imran verse 18. The method used is literature study. The research results show that knowledge and piety have a close relationship and complement each other in forming a person with integrity. The integration of science and pious values ​​in the educational curriculum can be done through subject matter that reflects the concepts of monotheism, justice and respect for knowledge. Programs and activities that support the development of students' character and spirituality include taushiah, 3S empowerment (Smile, Greet, Greetings), reading short letters, and prayer before studying. Implementation of the values ​​of Surah Ali Imran verse 18 in daily life includes practicing monotheism, pursuing knowledge throughout life, upholding justice, and being a good example. This research concludes that the integration of knowledge and piety in education is very important forming a generation that is intellectually intelligent and has strong character and spirituality.

In the rapidly advancing digital era, information security has become a crucial aspect in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of data. This article discusses the relationship between information system auditing and the use of modern cryptographic combinations in securing text messages. Information system auditing serves as an evaluation mechanism to ensure that security policies, procedures, and standards are correctly and consistently applied. On the other hand, modern cryptography provides advanced encryption technology that protects text messages from unauthorized access and manipulation. By combining these two approaches, we can create a robust framework for securing text messages, ensuring that data remains safe and protected during transmission and storage. Research results indicate that integrating information system auditing with modern cryptographic techniques significantly enhances the security and reliability of information systems.      

This research aims to explain fair law enforcement. Our data sources in this journal come from relevant and reliable literature, namely primary data sources from citizenship and Pancasila books as well as supporting journals as secondary data sources. The research method used in this journal is a qualitative library research method. The data analysis technique applied is analysis of the content and core of the research, which aims to maintain the integrity of the research process and prevent errors in understanding. The presentation of this research is structured simply to make it easier for readers to understand the essence of the material discussed in this research.

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic business ethics to the UMKM tofu products in Desa Duren, Kota Madiun. Desa Duren is known for its tofu production, which is one of the main sources of income for the local community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore how the principles of Islamic business ethics are applied in the production and distribution processes of tofu. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with UMKM actors, field observations, and documentation studies. The results show that the application of Islamic business ethics, such as honesty, justice, responsibility, and concern for community welfare, has had a positive impact on the sustainability of the business and the economic well-being of the Desa Duren community. Additionally, the application of these ethics has also enhanced the reputation and consumer trust in the tofu products. This study concludes that the application of Islamic business ethics is not only relevant but also essential in creating an environment of integrity and sustainable business practices. The study's recommendations include increasing education and training for UMKM actors about Islamic business ethics and support from the government and related institutions to strengthen ethical and sustainable business practices. This research contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of Islamic business ethics and the economic empowerment of the local community.

In the 20th century, Indonesia underwent significant social and political transformations. Trimurti, consisting of KH Imam Zarkasyi, KH Ahmad Sahal, and KH Zainuddin Fanani, emerged as central figures in shaping religious values and fostering self-reliance in Indonesia. They played pivotal roles in Islamic education at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, emphasizing the importance of integrity and commitment in leadership and community building. This literature review-based research investigates Trimurti's thoughts and contributions within the contexts of education and leadership. The findings reveal that their approach reinforced Islamic educational traditions, teaching values of simplicity, self-reliance, and community service. Trimurti not only produced skilled religious scholars but also leaders prepared to confront global challenges. This study provides insights into how Islamic education and religious values can shape resilient character and leadership in society. The implications of Trimurti's approach underscore the importance of holistic education in cultivating integrity-driven leaders capable of advancing the nation.

Christian leaders should be people who are called by God and have qualifications that continue to grow in personality and Christ-like character. Christian leadership is a form of leadership that is based on Christian values and teachings, such as love, humility, service, integrity, and justice. In this context, Christian leadership not only aims to achieve organizational or community goals, but also to bring positive impact in the lives of individuals and society through a compassionate and ethical approach. The success of a leadership is due to the cooperation between the leading and the led generations. As a leader, one must know which principles to follow and uphold them in their leadership. A Christian leader should embrace the leadership principles of the successful leaders recorded in the Bible. Here are the principles of Christian leadership today. Secular comes from the Latin word saeculum, which means space and time. Space refers to the worldly sense, while time refers to the present age. Secular life principles are views or values that are not associated with a particular religion or religious belief. These principles often include concepts such as freedom of thought, tolerance, equality and the separation of religion from public affairs. Secular life emphasizes the importance of rationality, science, and individual freedom of decision without religious interference. Secularism is broadly speaking an ideology that states that a state institution or body should stand apart from religion or belief. Secularism also refers to the notion that human activities and determinations, especially political ones, should be based on what is considered to be concrete evidence and facts, and not on religious influences. In political terms, secularism is the movement towards the separation of religion and government, one example being the replacement of religious law with civil law. This is said to promote democracy by protecting the rights of religious minorities.  

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Know Your Customer (KYC) through Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) in the efforts to prevent and combat money laundering and terrorism within the financial services user base. In this study, the research method employed is literature review. The findings of this research can be utilized to support the development of policies and strategies for the prevention and eradication of money laundering and terrorism within the financial services user community. The application of KYC through CDD and EDD is crucial in reducing malicious risks, preventing theft of funds, and maintaining integrity and transparency in financial transactions. Therefore, it is essential for financial institutions and stakeholders to continuously develop and manage the KYC processes effectively and sustainably. 

The decline in the quality of education in Indonesia is caused by unplanned curriculum changes, a shortage of competent educators, and a lack of good manners and behavior among students and educators, which hinders the achievement of educational goals to create a smart, qualified, and competitive generation at the global level. The purpose of writing this essay is to explore and develop thoughts on how the "KARTINI" Approach is to improve the quality of education in Indonesia by emphasizing six key values: Culture, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Taqwa, Integrity, Nationalism, and Independence. Culture-based education aims to cultivate students' character rooted in the nation's cultural values and the ability to adapt to changing times. The application of AI in education allows for more personalized and effective learning, while the value of piety teaches morality and spiritual awareness. Integrity forms an honest and responsible character, nationalism builds a sense of love for the homeland, and independence teaches independence. By integrating these values, Indonesian education is expected to produce a generation that excels academically and has a strong character to contribute to the progress of the nation.

This systematic review investigates the significant role of ChatGPT in higher education, with a specific focus on its influence on academic writing. Utilizing insights from 17 peer-reviewed articles published between 2022 and 2024, it evaluates ChatGPT's features, advantages, and challenges in assisting both students and educators. ChatGPT enhances efficiency by automating repetitive tasks such as grammar correction, sentence restructuring, and formatting, allowing students to focus on critical thinking and content refinement. Its ability to enhance language, correct grammar, and maintain structural coherence proves especially valuable for non-native English speakers, fostering greater accessibility and fairness in academic writing. Moreover, ChatGPT fosters creativity through brainstorming support, simplifies technical explanations for diverse academic audiences, and enhances iterative learning by providing real-time feedback on coherence, language, and argumentation. The study underscores the risks of bias in AI-generated content and the possibility of worsening educational disparities due to unequal access to advanced AI technologies. Establishing clear institutional policies and ethical guidelines is essential to address these concerns and ensure responsible AI use. The review concludes that ChatGPT is a powerful tool for improving academic writing and learning in higher education. However, its success relies on a balanced integration of AI's capabilities with sound pedagogical practices to uphold academic integrity and encourage independent critical thinking.

The research was conducted to find out how artificial intelligence (AI) technology can be used to evaluate the development of seven characters in Undhira students. The seven characters in question are Integrity, Self-Confidence, Diversity, Entrepreneurship, Professionalism, Servant Leaders, Global Insight. In the research conducted, the main variables were learning motivation and the use of artificial intelligence designed by prioritizing the seven Undhira characters. The analysis obtained was that the artificial intelligence used for learning assessment obtained the following analysis: 1) arousing interest, 2) determining common goals, 3) building self-confidence, and 4) creating a positive learning environment.
