The development of information technology in the modern era is increasingly rapid. and influences various aspects of life, including early childhood education. The Internet, as a component of information technology, connects computers around the world into a very large network, enabling instant and global exchange of information. This has a significant impact on Religious and Moral Competencies in AUD. The qualitative approach used in this research is a case study design at the Bung Karno State Kindergarten. Data was collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with PAUD teachers, and questionnaires for parents or guardians of students. The research results show that technology, especially the use of gadgets, has a significant influence on the moral and religious values of young children. Children who use technology excessively tend to have difficulty socializing, have apathetic behavior, and show signs of addiction. Challenges in teaching moral and religious values include the difficulty of conveying abstract concepts to children who are still at the fundamental cognitive development stage. This research concludes that moral and religious education needs to be fostered from an early age to form quality character. Although technology can facilitate various activities, uncontrolled use can have a negative impact on children's moral and religious development. Therefore, parents, educators and other stakeholders need to do better to manage the use of technology and strengthen the education of moral and religious values in early childhood.

Although it is hoped that school children are able to deal with learning situations well, in reality students often experience obstacles in the teaching and learning process, which shows a gap between expectations and educational reality. This research focuses on a teacher from the Bandung Percut Sei Tuan Private Vocational High School (SMK). The aim of this research is to identify and understand the problems faced by teachers in teaching and the approaches used to overcome these obstacles through in-depth and open interviews. Interviews were conducted in the teacher's work space, with the aim of creating an environment that supports and encourages teachers to share experiences and their thoughts openly. The interview guide consisted of five questions designed to explore the main challenges in teaching, conflict resolution strategies, and the teacher's ways of dealing with students' low interest or difficulty in following lessons. The teacher identified major challenges such as lazy attitude towards studying, tendency to sleep, and high interest in playing among students. In facing this challenge, teachers adopt a flexible approach by providing short breaks between intensive learning sessions to maintain students' energy and focus. In terms of conflict resolution, teachers emphasize the importance of patience and self-control, as well as providing positive reinforcement for desired behavior. Teachers also emphasize the need to treat students with compassion and emotional attention, seeing them as biological children who must be cared for and guided with care. In addition, teachers realize the importance of collaborating with parents to support students' holistic development. The research results show that the main challenges faced by teachers in teaching at the Bandung Percut Sei Tuan Private Vocational School can be overcome through a flexible approach, positive reinforcement, and deep emotional attention. This approach is believed to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, which in turn can improve students' emotional well-being and academic achievement. This research provides important insights for educators in developing effective strategies to overcome obstacles in the teaching and learning process

Teachers must create a safe, comfortable and positive environment during learning so that students experience a pleasant process so that they focus on learning.  Students should not be stressed when taking lessons because it will make students not want to be creative. Teachers are often seen as authoritarian figures who can intimidate students, as oppressors who only want to impose their will without considering students' needs. The method used in this research is a qualitative method through literature study sourced from various journal articles, books and other references to facilitate understanding of the objects discussed. The focus of this research is whether teachers are bullies or teachers who are not bullies. Teachers have good character or good personality competence, respect other people, have a passion for teaching, nurturing, encouraging and motivating, and create a safe and positive learning environment to produce students who are useful to many people. Teachers are not oppressors. Teachers are not people who force or pressure students, but rather educators who are wise, encouraging, and a source of comfort and support for students' positive development. Interactions between teachers and students should be based on respect, understanding and good communication. So the profession shown by a teacher is that teachers are not oppressors.
