This research aims to analyze the legal responsibility of business actors in the circulation of illegal cosmetics and legal protection for consumers based on applicable laws and regulations. The method used is normative legal research with a statutory approach, the nature of the research used is prescriptive and uses legal material collection techniques with literature studies. The results showed that 1) business actors who distribute illegal cosmetic products are legally responsible both civil, criminal and administrative. 2) Legal protection for consumers still faces serious challenges due to weak supervision and low legal awareness. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen law enforcement and increase consumer education to prevent losses due to the use of illegal cosmetic products.

The "Great Kids, Great Time Managers" training module is designed to instill essential understanding and skills in time management, responsibility, and independence in elementary school-aged children. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of this training module in enhancing these three aspects in children. The method employed is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, involving observation and interviews during the training implementation. The training results showed an increase in children's awareness and ability to manage time, complete tasks responsibly, and perform daily activities independently. This training contributes to the development of positive and adaptive children's character in the modern era.

This study aims to explore the meaning of work ethics in relation to employees’ mental health within the café industry, with a specific focus on Ox Coffee in Medan. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with five permanent employees across various roles. The findings indicate that the application of work ethics at Ox Coffee encompasses discipline, responsibility, open communication, customer service, and skills development. Employees perceive work ethics as a guide for managing job-related stress, a foundation for psychological well-being, a contributor to professional identity, and a mechanism for reducing workplace conflict and tension. Key factors such as fairness in task distribution, constructive communication, recognition of employee contributions, and work-life balance were found to significantly influence mental health. The study recommends strategies including the development of a supportive and inclusive work culture, skills training, effective communication systems, and mental health programs to foster a psychologically healthy workplace in the café sector.

The aim is to assess the effectiveness of traditional hide and seek games in early childhood and elementary school. This study utilizes literature research methods. Play is essential for children, as every child desires to play continuously because it helps them relax and alleviate stress. There are numerous games played outside the home that can enhance children's social and emotional development, such as traditional games like hide and seek. This study aims to examine violations of the Indonesian Advertising Code of Ethics (EPI) in television advertisements and explore the root causes of these violations. A qualitative approach was used, with data collection techniques including literature review, advertisement analysis, and exploration of digital sources such as YouTube, blogs, and online platforms. The study analyzes two advertisements in depth: SoKlin Sakura x Strawberry and Torabika Cappuccino coffee. The findings show that the SoKlin advertisement violates Article 1.26 of the Indonesian Advertising Code of Ethics (EPI) by using an unethical camera angle that highlights women's bodies, thereby containing subtle elements of sexual exploitation. Meanwhile, the Torabika advertisement was found to violate Article 1.2.2 of the EPI by making the superlative claim of being “number one in the world” without providing verifiable evidence. This violation is considered misleading to consumers and detrimental to the credibility of the advertisement. This study emphasizes the importance of adhering to advertising ethics codes, particularly in maintaining honesty, relevance, and social responsibility in every message communicated to the public.

In an effort to improve the quality of environmental sanitation in traditional markets, this community service program involves students as agents of change. Traditional markets are often a gathering place for various wastes and impurities, which can have a negative impact on public health. This activity aims to increase public awareness and knowledge, especially traders and market visitors, about the importance of environmental sanitation. Through the social services carried out, students provide information about good sanitation practices and how to maintain a clean environment. The results of this activity are expected to create positive changes, improve public health, and make traditional markets a clean and comfortable place. This program is not only beneficial to the community, but also a valuable experience for students in applying the knowledge they learn, as well as developing social concern and responsibility for the environment.

The development of digital technology has revolutionized consumption patterns among consumers, including Muslim consumers. Digitalization has not only brought convenience and efficiency, but also created new challenges in the application of Islamic consumption values. Consumption, which is viewed as part of worship in Islamic economics, requires adherence to the principles of halal, thayyib, justice, prohibition of israf and gharar, and social responsibility. This study aims to conceptually examine how consumers play a role in strengthening the Islamic economy in the digital age, as well as how Sharia consumption principles can be ethically implemented in a dynamic digital environment. The method used is a literature review, examining various academic literature, scientific journals, and documents related to Islamic economics and the digitalization of consumption. The findings indicate that Muslim consumers hold a strategic position in shaping value-based markets, driving the growth of the halal sector, and supporting the sharia-compliant SME ecosystem. On the other hand, low sharia-based digital literacy and the dominance of digital consumerist culture pose challenges that must be anticipated. Strengthening literacy, adaptive regulations, and collective awareness transformation are needed to create a digital consumption pattern that is blessed, fair, and sustainable in accordance with the objectives of Islamic law.

This study aims to examine the contribution of Abu Yusuf's thoughts in public financial governance and its relationship with the state financial system in Indonesia. In his famous work, Kitab al-Kharaj, Abu Yusuf revealed the principles of public economy based on Islamic values, such as justice in the distribution of wealth, transparency in tax management, and the responsibility of the state in ensuring the welfare of the people. This research approach is qualitative with a literature study method, utilizing classical and contemporary literature sources that discuss financial ideas according to Abu Yusuf and compare them with the Indonesian system. The analysis shows that Abu Yusuf's ideas, such as the proportional tax system (muqasamah), the prohibition of corruption in tax management (taqbil), and the state's responsibility in development, are still relevant to the principles of Indonesian public finance today. Therefore, his thoughts can be used as a normative reference in building a fair, open, and welfare-oriented state financial system.

Philanthropy, as a form of spreading goodness in society, finds its ethical foundation and guidance in Islamic teachings, particularly in the Hadith exemplified by Prophet Muhammad. This article explores the aspects of philanthropy from the perspective of the Hadith, examining teachings that highlight the significance of giving voluntarily and with sincerity. Selected Hadiths provide guidance on caring for the less fortunate, the importance of sharing wealth, and the concept of zakat as a means to reduce social disparities. Furthermore, the article analyzes the concept of philanthropy in the context of social and humanitarian development, detailing Hadiths that emphasize individual and community responsibility for collective well-being. A profound understanding of Hadiths related to philanthropy can form the basis for social policies and community empowerment programs in realizing principles of justice and solidarity. Finally, the article stimulates thinking on how philanthropic values in Islam, derived from the Hadith, can be more effectively integrated into the contemporary societal context. By understanding and applying the teachings of the Hadith, it is hoped that Muslim communities can become more active in philanthropic efforts, creating sustained positive impacts for the improvement of collective well-being.

This study aims to examine the relationship between healthy food consumption and character development in students. The research is based on the premise that healthy eating plays a vital role not only in physical well-being but also in shaping students' behavior and moral values from an early age. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, employing a theoretical and conceptual analysis design. The findings indicate a strong relationship between healthy eating habits and the development of positive character traits such as discipline, responsibility, and honesty. Based on a regression analysis simulation, healthy food consumption was found to contribute approximately 46% to character formation. These results highlight the importance of integrating healthy eating patterns into character education programs both in schools and at home. The study recommends collaboration among schools, parents, and government bodies to promote healthy eating as a foundation for building strong and positive character in young generations.

Passenger safety in ferry transportation is a crucial issue in Indonesia's sea transportation system, especially due to the high rate of accidents caused by the negligence of port managers. This study aims to analyze the form and limit of port manager's legal responsibility for passenger safety based on national regulations and international legal instruments. This research uses a normative method with the approach of legislation, legal doctrine, and court decisions. The results of the study show that port managers have administrative, civil and criminal responsibilities for passenger safety, including moral and social responsibilities. Failure to carry out these obligations can lead to legal sanctions. It is recommended that port managers strengthen safety management systems, improve inter-agency coordination, and adopt technology and good governance principles to ensure optimal legal protection for passengers. Regulatory updates and continuous supervision are also indispensable.

This study uses a qualitative method to examine the influence of sustainable manufacturing systems on the competitiveness of industrial companies in Indonesia. In an increasingly competitive global market, implementing sustainability principles in manufacturing systems has become a vital strategy to enhance operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and strengthen a company’s image in the eyes of consumers and stakeholders. This research focuses on how industrial companies in Indonesia integrate economic, social, and environmental aspects into their production processes and how such integration contributes to long-term competitiveness. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with production managers, analysis of internal company documents, and direct observation of sustainable manufacturing practices. The findings reveal that companies consistently applying sustainable manufacturing systems are able to improve product quality, expand market share, and enhance customer loyalty. Additionally, they are more adaptive to environmental regulations and market trends demanding corporate social responsibility. Thus, sustainability becomes a strategic factor in enhancing industrial competitiveness in Indonesia.

Employing a mixed-methods design, the research integrates both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The quantitative phase utilizes a pre-post experimental design to assess the impact of KEP reviewer training on the knowledge enhancement of prospective reviewers at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Data were gathered via structured questionnaires administered before and after the intervention, with statistical analysis conducted using paired t-tests, revealing significant improvements in reviewer comprehension (p < 0.01). Complementing this, the qualitative component involves a comprehensive literature review that elucidates the critical function of KEP in upholding ethical standards and research quality in academia. Findings from the literature reinforce KEP’s essential status as a cornerstone in cultivating an ethical and accountable research environment. The study highlights the importance of systematic reviewer training and robust policy enforcement within KEP to ensure the integrity and transparency of scholarly research in higher education settings.

The results show that common violations include arriving late, not wearing the proper uniform, and failing to complete assignments. The strategies applied by BK teachers include preventive approaches, curative measures, positive reinforcement, and collaboration with subject teachers and parents. The role of the BK teacher is central, acting as a facilitator, mentor, and mediator in the development of student discipline. These findings support existing theories that emphasize humanistic, consistent, and collaborative approaches as effective methods for fostering internal awareness of discipline among students. With well-planned strategies and consistent implementation, school counselors can become key agents in creating a culture of discipline within the school environment.

Optimizing public services is providing professional and quality services that have positive implications for community satisfaction. This study aims to find out the Work Discipline of Civil Servants at the Manpower Office of Supiori Regency. The type of research carried out is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and literature studies. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is a qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the research show that the indicators seen based on time discipline, responsibility discipline, and regulatory discipline have gone well, which in general employees at the Manpower Office of Supiori Regency show a good level of compliance with the rules and regulations that have been set.

The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Child-Friendly School program at SMP Watulabara has a positive impact on the formation of student character, especially in terms of discipline, responsibility, tolerance, and social concern. Collaboration between teachers, parents, and the school community plays an important role in internalizing character values ​​in daily activities at school. Thus, the Child-Friendly School program has proven effective as a strategy for strengthening student character in a formal education environment

The digital era has brought significant changes in the world of education, especially in strengthening the character of students. This study aims to identify the role of information and communication technology (ICT) in strengthening character education through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to five selected relevant journal articles published in the last five years. The results of the analysis show that ICT can be strategically utilized in instilling character values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, empathy, and integrity. The implementation of ICT through learning platforms, digital applications, and technology-based literacy movements has proven to be able to create learning experiences that are morally charged as well as fun. However, the use of ICT also presents challenges such as cyberbullying and misuse of technology that need to be anticipated with digital literacy and ethical mentoring. This research recommends the wise and contextual integration of ICT in character learning to form a generation with strong character and adaptive to the times.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Group Investigation Learning Model in the Aqidah Akhlak Subject to improve religious character in students. This study shows that the application of the Group Investigation model is carried out through the stages of group formation, subtopic selection, investigation, information analysis, presentation, and evaluation. This model encourages active student involvement, both in the learning process and in strengthening Islamic values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, and cooperation. Data from teachers and students show an increase in understanding the material and changes in behavior towards a more religious direction, such as being more diligent in worship, more polite, and caring for others. The Group Investigation learning model is effectively used in Aqidah Akhlak learning to shape students' religious attitudes. This model not only improves students' cognitive aspects, but also significantly shapes their character and spiritual values.
