Technology plays an important role in organizational culture if managed well and is very helpful in the rotation of an organization's journey. Finger print, for example, is a technological tool that contributes to building organizational culture. This tool not only functions as an attendance system, but also creates time discipline, transparency, and accountability among team members. Technology implementations like these demonstrate how technology can be used to support an organization's core values. Apart from that, applications such as E Pesantren Presence also provide digital solutions for monitoring attendance in real-time, which is very helpful for based organizations. Of course, the Head of Human Resources really feels helped by the contribution of technology in achieving organizational goals and it is very beneficial for teachers to have a disciplined character to apply and set an example for the students.

The right to legal aid is a fundamental entitlement of every citizen, aimed at ensuring access to justice, safeguarding human rights, and providing equal opportunities for legal assistance, particularly for those who face economic challenges. In democratic legal systems, legal aid serves as a crucial mechanism to uphold equality before the law and prevent injustices caused by unequal access to legal resources. The state is responsible for guaranteeing that legal aid is available to its citizens, whether through the provision of qualified lawyers or accessible legal aid institutions, to support individuals throughout legal proceedings, both in criminal and civil cases. Legal aid extends beyond the economically disadvantaged, also covering vulnerable groups such as women, children, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized minorities who are often excluded from the judicial process. In this sense, legal aid plays an essential role in ensuring that every citizen’s rights are protected and that legal proceedings are fair and just. Furthermore, in order to ensure that everyone, regardless of social or economic background, receives equitable and unbiased treatment in legal proceedings, the right to legal assistance is essential to bolstering the rule of law.

Education plays a vital role in shaping the character and quality of human resources, with teachers as key figures who serve as educators, mentors, and role models for students. One crucial factor that significantly impacts a teacher's success is the application of the professional code of ethics, which serves as a moral and professional guide in carrying out their duties. This code of ethics governs the attitudes, behaviors, and responsibilities of teachers toward students, the community, and colleagues. The implementation of the code of ethics not only ensures the integrity and professionalism of teachers but also influences the teacher-student relationship, ultimately fostering a conducive learning environment. The teacher's code of ethics functions as a moral guideline that regulates the behavior, attitudes, and responsibilities of teachers toward students, society, and fellow colleagues. The application of this code of ethics greatly impacts the relationship between teachers and students in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the application of the teacher's code of ethics and its effects on interactions that occur in the classroom. A qualitative approach was used in this research to explore the experiences and perspectives of both teachers and students regarding the implementation of the code of ethics in teaching. The results indicate that the application of the code of ethics strengthens the professional relationship between teachers and students, creates a fair, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. This study analyzes the strategy and development of industry in Indonesia with the aim of identifying the main factors that influence the growth of the industrial sector. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study through related documents and journals. The results of the study indicate that industrial growth is influenced by economic, social, technological factors, and government policies. These factors include the growth of the manufacturing sector, the availability of skilled labor, investment, and the adoption of Industrial Revolution 4.0 technology. Government strategies such as Making Indonesia 4.0, tax incentives, and infrastructure improvements have played a significant role in encouraging industrial competitiveness in the global market. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, high production costs that hinder growth, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and product quality that does not meet international standards are still major obstacles. This study concludes that in order to maintain competitiveness, industry must increase innovation, implement new technologies and strengthen the quality of human resources. The active involvement of the government in supporting policies and infrastructure is crucial to encourage sustainable industrial development.
