In the 20th century, Indonesia underwent significant social and political transformations. Trimurti, consisting of KH Imam Zarkasyi, KH Ahmad Sahal, and KH Zainuddin Fanani, emerged as central figures in shaping religious values and fostering self-reliance in Indonesia. They played pivotal roles in Islamic education at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, emphasizing the importance of integrity and commitment in leadership and community building. This literature review-based research investigates Trimurti's thoughts and contributions within the contexts of education and leadership. The findings reveal that their approach reinforced Islamic educational traditions, teaching values of simplicity, self-reliance, and community service. Trimurti not only produced skilled religious scholars but also leaders prepared to confront global challenges. This study provides insights into how Islamic education and religious values can shape resilient character and leadership in society. The implications of Trimurti's approach underscore the importance of holistic education in cultivating integrity-driven leaders capable of advancing the nation.

The urgency of the current generation is that it is necessary to improve the character of children so that they are ready to become young people who are ready to build the nation. Improving character requires strong education, especially in religious education, one of which is reciting the Koran. The aim of this service research is to increase interest in reading in young children. This service is described qualitatively using observational and documented data collection along with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis is carried out by collecting, presenting, condensing and drawing conclusions from the data. The results of this service show that there is a need for strategies to increase interest in studying the Koran in young children. Children are instructed by the author to read, understand and apply the contents of the Koran in their daily lives.

21st Century Learning is an educational concept that focuses on developing students' skills to achieve success which is influenced by technology, information and globalization. Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that are able to prepare students to develop the skills needed for 21st century learning. This research uses qualitative methods, namely by searching for data and information whose findings are not obtained through calculations and statistical procedures so that the results are descriptive. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews, and documentation in the form of written objects such as books, magazines, documents, and so on. The results of this research show that Ma'had Al-Zaytun, which is based on the spirit but modern Islamic boarding school system, instills the skills needed in 21st century learning, including the ability to think critically in dealing with every problem, the ability to think critically, and the ability to think critically. communicate using various languages, the ability to Large Scale Collaboration (KSBB), the ability to produce products (creativity) with the help of computer technology and have a religious character that comes from the Al-Qur'an, the sunnah of Rosul Muhammad SAW, the qualities contained in Asmaul Husna and Asmaun Nabi, as well as the character of nationalism contained in the five foundations of the state (Pancasila), the 1945 Constitution and the national anthem Indonesia Raya 3 Stanza.

Short stories are a form of literary work that reflects life in society with characters that dominate the storyline. The research is based on the researcher's interest in the personality of the characters in the story. The qualitative method in this study focuses on the narration, description, and interpretation of the character's personality in the short story collection "Menghardik Gerimis" by Sapardi Djoko Damono based on Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis theory. The data collected by the researcher is used as an object of analyzing the character's personality structure which includes id, ego, and superego. The method in collecting data, namely literature, reading, recording, data classification, and interpretation of the analyzed data. In the analysis, there are several aspects found, such as id (satisfaction, fantasy, curiosity, discomfort, and sexual urges), ego (delaying desires, accepting reality, rejecting desires, and making decisions, superego (religious awareness and manners). The conclusion of the research shows a deep understanding of the psychological aspects of the characters in the short story through Freud's psychoanalysis with a qualitative approach that emphasizes narration and interpretation, so as to provide deep insight into the personality aspects of the characters in literary works..

The task of parents is to provide proper education to their children from an early age until adulthood. Education: A child's personality and individuality should be formed first in the family environment. Parents are role models for their children. Therefore, the role of parents in forming character and personality during a child's growth period is very important. The professionalism of CHG (PAK) teachers is a crucial element in improving the quality of education and shaping student character. The example expected of a PAK CHG teacher is holiness of life like Jesus Christ. This article outlines the relationship between the professionalism of PAK teachers and holiness of life as an example, as taught in the Bible. The research method used is qualitative, by collecting information from various sources of literature that can be accounted for academically. The results show that holiness of life according to the Bible refers to separation from sin and evil, and being like Jesus Christ who is holy. The professionalism of PAK teachers includes personality competence, where being a role model is a key aspect. PAK teachers are required to live in holiness and imitate the life of Jesus. Holiness of life becomes the foundation for the professionalism of PAK teachers, which is then implemented in providing examples to students. This study concludes that to achieve holiness of life, self-knowledge and self-control are needed, as well as awareness of the importance of obeying biblical teachings in daily life. Thus, being holy like Jesus is a true form of professionalism for PAK teachers

Islamic curriculum refers to education that is based on Islamic teachings and values. This curriculum not only focuses on acquiring academic knowledge, but also incorporates Islamic religious teachings into every aspect of education. Islamic education emphasizes the importance of morality, ethics and Islamic values ​​in one's life. The Islamic curriculum also covers various subjects such as the Qur'an, Hadith, fiqh (Islamic law), aqidah (beliefs), Islamic history, and Islamic ethics. The main aim of the Islamic curriculum is to make students have strong religious knowledge, skills, and character in accordance with Islamic teachings. Therefore, in writing this article the author wants to explain the relationship between the Koran and Hadith in the Islamic education curriculum. In the process of writing articles, the author uses a method in the form of previous literature research which involves reviewing relevant articles in book journals and other reliable sources. From this research, the author can conclude that the Al-Quran and Hadith will always be in harmony when discussing education, where the main or core aim of Islamic education is to educate, shape human character and morals.

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship and influence of character values ​​on Main Competencies (KI), Main Competencies (KD), Learning Outcomes (CP), Competency Achievement Indicators (GPA) and Learning Objectives in the Islamic context. Religious education . The literature research method with the topic "Analysis of the relationship and influence of character values ​​on core competencies" includes data collection through library research, a qualitative approach, data analysis and method validation by referring to a pre-existing framework. . study. The Middle Ages in Islamic history is a century filled with thinkers and ideas from various fields. One of the experts at that time was the genius Islamic thinker Ibn Khladun who is famous among modern intellectuals. Ibn Khaldun is considered an expert in the fields of history, sociology, and politics. This research uses a literary method approach to explore the concept of asabiyah in Ibn Khaldun's thought and its implications for the formation and management of the state. Data is collected from various written sources such as books, journals, literature and scientific publications. Ibn Khaldun's view states that asabiyah which contains the spirit of brotherhood and group solidarity can be the key to the success of a country when utilized positively. But if directed negatively to unlimited fanaticism, asabiyah can threaten the stability and justice of government. Ibn Khaldun also underlined the importance of a leader who fulfills the characteristics of Imamah, namely strength, wisdom and the ability to lead fairly in accordance with his religious beliefs. Through understanding the idea of ashabiyah and the principles put forward by Ibn Khaldun, this study highlights the process of forming the state and government by the community. In addition, Ibn Khaldun divided his views on politics into two main components: the state and the leader. He asserted that a state will continue to develop from primitive times to more civilized times, with the expectation of production, civilization, wisdom, and strength that can overcome complex political situations. Therefore, asabiyah is not just an abstract concept, but also has a strong and real influence on the social and political dynamics of society and the people. Ibn Khaldun's work remains an important source of learning in both Western and Eastern countries to this day.

This thesis aims to: 1) Determine the condition of students' spiritual intelligence at SMA N 1 Wonosobo 2) Determine the application of religious activities to increase spiritual intelligence at SMA N 1 Wonosobo 3) Determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for increasing students' spiritual intelligence through religious activities at SMA N 1 Wonosobo. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to collect information and describe and interpret data. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers supervising religious activities, and analysis of related documents.The research results show that students' active participation in religious activities contributes positively to increasing the dimensions of spiritual intelligence, including self-awareness, awareness of spiritual values, as well as the ability to be empathetic and meaningful in living daily life. These findings indicate that the integration of religious activities in the school environment can be an effective strategy in fostering students' spiritual intelligence, which in turn plays a role in their character development and emotional well-being.

The study aims to investigate the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in overcoming moral decadence of students at SMK Ngesti Widhi Husada Kendal. Moral decadence is often a major concern in the context of education today, especially among vocational high school students. The study used a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews and observations of several PAI teachers at the school. The results of the study show that PAI teachers play a significant role in guiding and directing students to face the moral challenges they face, such as unhealthy use of social media, conflicts between students, and other problems related to moral values. PAI teachers serve as good role models for students, provide moral guidance, and work together with school staff and parents to create a conducive learning environment in efforts to prevent moral decadence.This study also identifies inhibiting and supporting factors in the role of PAI teachers, including collaboration with colleagues, support for facilities and infrastructure, and challenges such as lack of student awareness and lack of family support. The implications of this study indicate the need for a holistic approach in strengthening the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in supporting the formation of character and morality of students at SMK Ngesti Widhi Husada Kendal.

This research explores the role of Sunday school teachers in the growth and development of children at Kasih Karunia Baptist Church Simalingkar. Sunday school teachers play an important role in shaping children's character through spiritual and moral education. Creativity in teaching is the key to delivering material in a way that is interesting and relevant to children. Community service by Sunday school teachers involves children in activities that strengthen social and moral values, such as social service projects. The implementation of the Sunday School Teaching (PSM) program at this church, which is supported by IAKN Tarutung students, aims to increase religious and moral understanding, discipline, responsibility, as well as children's talents and creativity. This program also makes a positive contribution to the surrounding community. The research uses qualitative descriptive methods through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. Results showed significant improvements in children's religious understanding, discipline, responsibility and creativity, as well as a positive impact on the community. These findings emphasize the important role of creative Sunday school teachers in shaping children's character and strengthening social ties in the community.

The family is an institution that has responsibility for providing education. The family is a core component in forming a child's character. Families generally consist of two important elements, namely father and mother. Every family definitely has its own way of providing care to children. Thus, the character formed in children will also vary, especially in the aspect of learning discipline. The aim of this research is to describe the form of parenting patterns applied by parents in forming learning discipline for students in class VIII-C MTsN 2 Trenggalek and to describe the factors underlying parenting patterns in an effort to form learning discipline for students in class VIII-C MTsN 2 Trenggalek. The method used by researchers is a qualitative-descriptive research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that there are three forms of parenting patterns applied by parents in forming learning discipline for students in class VIII-C MTsN 2 Trenggalek, namely authoritarian, democratic and permissive parenting patterns. Furthermore, the factors that influence parenting patterns in shaping the learning discipline of class VIII-C students at MTsN 2 Trenggalek include ideology, geographical location and ethical, religious, economic and lifestyle norms. In the Islamic religion, religious values are taught, and this includes moral values. The instillation of religious morals in children is best given from an early age. And the first person to provide this teaching is from the family environment first. The first school for children are a family, in which there is a mother who will be the first madrasah for her sons and daughters. In relation to this, the development of moral and religious values in children is obtained from their home or family. From the time the children wake up until they go back to sleep, everything is done. conceptualized by existing family rules. Therefore, family education is really needed in this case in order to develop children's moral and religious values. Talking about strategies and media for moral development in early childhood, nowadays we should be able to take advantage of the media around us and also following the development of mass media through digitalization learning. Apart from the family education that Ananda received, we can also teach you how to utilize digitalization media tools with assistance and useful use. There are also many strategies that can be used to develop the character of religious values. and morals through the media that we encounter every day and can also take advantage of the mass media that are currently developing.

This research aims to compare education in Salafi and modern Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. Salafi Islamic boarding schools tend to maintain the teaching of the Yellow Book and traditional methods, while modern Islamic boarding schools integrate religious education with general education and technology. The library study method is used to collect and analyze data from various sources such as books, journals and related articles. The research results show that Salafi Islamic boarding schools remain focused on teaching the classical books of the Islamic religion without adopting a modern curriculum, while modern Islamic boarding schools offer more integrated education by combining religious and general curricula, as well as modern technology. These differences are reflected in the teaching methods, curriculum structures, and leadership approaches in both types of Islamic boarding schools, which is important for understanding their contribution to developing the character and knowledge of young people and supporting the formation of more inclusive education policies in Indonesia.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has an important role in shaping the character and noble character of students. Quality PAI teaching materials are one of the determining factors for successful learning. This study aims to describe the principles and characteristics of effective PAI teaching materials. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data were collected from books, scientific journals, and other reliable sources. The data were analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques and then selected and compared and classified, and the final stage drew conclusions according to the truth. The results of the study found that PAI teaching materials are learning tools designed to assist teachers and students in achieving the learning objectives of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Good and quality PAI teaching materials will help students understand Islamic teachings more easily and explore, as well as practice them in everyday life. In addition, the characteristics of PAI teaching materials that are different from teaching materials in general make additional capital for the realization of the ideals expected by Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti to students. By paying attention to these principles and characteristics, Islamic Religious Education teaching materials can help students to achieve the expected learning objectives, namely to become a Muslim person who has faith, devotion, and noble character.

The purpose of this research is to explain the role of religious education in helping the process of character formation of students at Madinatussalam Private MTs. Qualitative descriptive research method. In the process of collecting data, using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, for the analysis, qualitative descriptive analysis techniques are used, namely in the form of written or verbal data from people and observed behavior so that in this case the author attempts to conduct research that thoroughly describes the actual situation. The author can conclude the results of this research as follows: First, the school's efforts to realize character education are: 1) conducting Islamic studies; 2) take advantage of the commemoration of Islamic Holidays (PHBI); 3) oblige and get used to saying hello and shaking hands with teachers; 4) oblige and make it a habit to always comply with the rules and culture at school; 5) make it mandatory and get used to always praying in congregation when at school. Second, the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in forming student character: 1) maximizing the delivery of Islamic religious education material; 2) instilling the Islamic style of Ahlusunnah Waljama'ah; 3) Islamic religious education teachers must be active and be role models for their students in applying character education. Third, the strategies carried out by Islamic religious education teachers: 1) use of effective learning approach methods; 2) use of discussion and demonstration methods.

The development of information technology in the modern era is increasingly rapid. and influences various aspects of life, including early childhood education. The Internet, as a component of information technology, connects computers around the world into a very large network, enabling instant and global exchange of information. This has a significant impact on Religious and Moral Competencies in AUD. The qualitative approach used in this research is a case study design at the Bung Karno State Kindergarten. Data was collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with PAUD teachers, and questionnaires for parents or guardians of students. The research results show that technology, especially the use of gadgets, has a significant influence on the moral and religious values ​​of young children. Children who use technology excessively tend to have difficulty socializing, have apathetic behavior, and show signs of addiction. Challenges in teaching moral and religious values ​​​​include the difficulty of conveying abstract concepts to children who are still at the fundamental cognitive development stage. This research concludes that moral and religious education needs to be fostered from an early age to form quality character. Although technology can facilitate various activities, uncontrolled use can have a negative impact on children's moral and religious development. Therefore, parents, educators and other stakeholders need to do better to manage the use of technology and strengthen the education of moral and religious values ​​​​in early childhood.
