In general, the performance of police officers will not always increase, but sometimes the performance of police officers also decreases due to excessive work stress. This gives rise to various impacts, one of which will have an impact on the mental well-being of police officers. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of work stress on the mental well-being of police officers. This type of research is qualitative research, while for data collection this research uses literature studies. The results of this research show that work stress has a social and psychological impact on the mental well-being of individual police officers who carry out their duties. The importance of managing workload and social support from superiors and co-workers is one of the influential factors in managing the impact of work stress and increasing job satisfaction.    

Directly or indirectly the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on the banking sector, especially in lending to the public and decreasing debtor credit  ollectability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on credit growth at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk using Pool Data in the monthly period starting from January 2018 to December 2022 with the Ordinary Least Squere (OLS) method through the approach of collectability failure, credit period, credit interest rate, inflation, business location, covid pandemic period, credit restructuring period, and GRDP in 9 business sectors. This study proves that credit growth at PT Bank Negara Indonesia is negatively and significantly influenced by  ollectability failure, credit period, credit.

Di Kota Yogyakarta, sebagai pusat budaya, pendidikan, dan pariwisata, masalah perparkiran menjadi perhatian utama pemerintah sejak lama. Pada tahun 2019, Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 Tahun 2019 tentang Perparkiran untuk mengatur dan meningkatkan tata kelola parkir, penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Peraturan Daerah tersebut. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelaksanaan perda ini dalam mengatur parkir di Kota Yogyakarta dan dampaknya terhadap tata kelola kota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pihak terkait, dan studi dokumen terkait regulasi perparkiran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi perda ini telah memberikan dampak positif dalam mengurangi kemacetan dan meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya sosialisasi dan penegakan hukum yang konsisten, kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang aturan perparkiran, kekurangan fasilitas parkir yang memadai, serta pengawasan yang belum optimal. Meskipun demikian, terdapat upaya dari pemerintah dan pihak terkait untuk meningkatkan implementasi Peraturan Daerah tersebut melalui penyuluhan, peningkatan infrastruktur, dan penegakan hukum yang lebih ketat. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang kendala dan potensi solusi dalam implementasi regulasi perparkiran di Kota Yogyakarta, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kebijakan dan tindakan lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan efektivitas peraturan tersebut.

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Gemolong. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik regresi linear berganda, penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh pelaku UMKM di kecamatan tersebut melalui teknik non-probability sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, dengan nilai t sebesar 2,292 dan 4,896 serta tingkat signifikansi masing-masing 0,026 dan 0,000. Sebaliknya, kualitas sumber daya manusia tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, dengan nilai t sebesar 0,718 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,477.

The purpose of this study is to determine how social media use affects elementary school (SD) curriculum. The study examined how social media affects elementary school students' connections and learning processes using qualitative approaches and case studies in numerous primary schools. The findings demonstrated that social media can both raise students' level of participation in the classroom and help them become aware of focus-detracting factors. In order to successfully control social media use and lessen its negative effects, schools, parents, and students should collaborate, according to the research, which also offers a deeper knowledge of education stakeholders.

This research aims to analyze the impact of service quality and selling price on the level of satisfaction of tourism visitors. With increasing competition in the tourism industry, understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction has become increasingly important. The method used in this research is a survey involving visitors at several tourism locations. The data collected was analyzed using statistical techniques to evaluate the relationship between service quality, selling price and visitor satisfaction. The research results show that service quality has a significant positive influence on satisfaction, while selling price also plays an important role, although the impact varies. These findings can be a reference for tourism destination managers to improve visitor experiences through improving services and adjusting prices accordingly

Urbanization is a social phenomenon that continues to increase and has a major impact on rural communities. This study aims to examine the impact of urbanization on the social and economic life of the Puncak village community. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach and case study method in Puncak Village with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The sample in this study was the Village Head, Communities who carried out urbanization in various regions and community leaders. Based on this study, the author can conclude that the impacts that occur in society due to the influence of urbanization include; increasing income used by urbanists to build houses, buy land for assets, provide assistance to the community for self-reliance. Universally, urbanization has a positive impact on the lives of urbanists, although some urbanists are unable to survive and choose to return to the Village.

The aim of this activity is to (1) determine the impact of globalization of education on the quality of learning in class V of MIN 1 Langkat (2) determine the efforts and strategic steps towards the quality of learning in class V A of MIN 1 Langkat in the era of digital globalization. The results of this research are: 1) The impact of globalization in the digital era on the quality of learning in class V A of MIN 1 Langkat consists of two impacts, namely positive impacts and negative impacts. Positive impacts include globalization providing opportunities for educators and students to learn science and technology as a learning reference. Meanwhile, negative impacts include teachers not yet 100% implementing digital-based learning in schools because the availability of learning technology in schools is still incomplete. Several efforts that can be made and strategic steps in learning are divided into three activities with several stages, namely (a) Preliminary activities in the form of a phase of getting used to class order, motivation and advice. (b) Core activities include four stages, namely the understanding or reasoning stage, the application stage and the meaning stage. (c) The closing activity is evaluation and reflection between students and teachers regarding the implementation of learning in class V A of MIN 1 Langkat Tanjung Pura.Abstract and Keywords must be written in English, in italic style, and contain a brief description of the research background, objectives, methods, findings, and implications. This research aims to explore the impact of implementing shalawat on the level of student self-confidence at SDN 16 Bansa. Shalawat is prayer and praise to the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is often practiced in the daily lives of Muslims. The research method used was an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design, involving two groups: an experimental group that followed the application of shalawat and a control group that did not. The instrument used was a questionnaire to measure students' level of self-confidence before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results of the research show that the application of shalawat has a significant positive impact on increasing the level of student self-confidence at SDN 16 Bansa.    

Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP) has posed a serious challenge to environmental protection in Indonesia. Cases such as Walhi vs PT Jatim Jaya Perkasa and PT Bumi Mekar Hijau vs the Government of South Sumatra Province and Walhi illustrate how SLAPP is used by corporations to intimidate and silence environmental activists. This article analyzes the mechanisms and strategies of SLAPP as well as its psychological and social impacts. The literature study method is employed to gather data from various sources. The conclusion is that SLAPP not only has legal implications but also imposes heavy psychological and social burdens on activists, including fear, isolation, and social polarization within communities. Therefore, strong legal protection, increased civil society capacity, and cross-sectoral collaboration are needed to combat SLAPP practices and ensure a more conducive environment for sustainable and effective environmental advocacy.

Perkembangan teknologi dan perbedaan karakteristik antar generasi memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan dalam terjadinya persaingan bisnis. Persaingan bisnis menuntut perusahaan untuk terus berinovasi dan bergerak maju dengan tujuan untuk menjaga stabilitas perusahaan. Berdasarkan Teori Pertukaran Sosial, penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak kepemimpinan etis pada perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan, dengan menekankan perspektif holistik kepemimpinan etis. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi wawasan berharga untuk studi manajemen, khususnya dalam kepemimpinan, perilaku organisasi, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam menghadapi era distruktif. Selain itu, penelitian ini menekankan peran kepemimpinan etis dalam membentuk perilaku kerja yang positif dan inovatif di kalangan karyawan generasi Z, dengan memberikan panduan bagi manajemen organisasi untuk merancang strategi mencegah perilaku yang dapat merusak perilaku kerja inovatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi pustaka (library research), melalui pengumpulan data dari berbagai literatur yang terkait dengan topik penelitian.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi efektivitas dan dampak program deliniasi terhadap kepastian hukum, perlindungan hak atas tanah, serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi program tersebut di wilayah IKN, Kutai Kartanegara. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris yang berbasis pada teori hukum. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada tiga rumusan masalah utama. Pertama, apakah program deliniasi mampu memberikan kepastian hukum yang memadai terhadap kepemilikan hak atas tanah di wilayah tersebut. Kedua, bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap kepemilikan hak atas tanah dijalankan melalui program deliniasi. Ketiga, kendala apa yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan kepemilikan hak atas tanah melalui program deliniasi, serta upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk mengatasinya. Data empiris diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil wawancara yang diperoleh diolah dengan cara diskriptif-kualitatif yaitu pendekatan perundang-undangan dipadukan dengan data yang diambil dari data hasil wawancara atau penelitian. Proses pengolahan dan penyajian dalam bentuk narasi. pengumpulan data-data dalam bentuk laporan, dan didiskripsikan secara keseluruhan sesuai dengan data-data penulis dapatkan. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa program deliniasi memiliki potensi untuk memberikan kepastian hukum yang signifikan terhadap kepemilikan hak atas tanah di Wilayah IKN, Kutai Kartanegara. Program deliniasi juga dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam menyusun membuat sebuah regulasi dan penegagakan hukum untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap kepemilikan tanah di wilayah IKN. Hasil kegiatan deliniasi dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi dalam membuat regulasi yang dapat pergunakan dalam menyelesaikan berbagai kendala administratif, teknis, dan sosial yang dapat menghambat pelaksanaan program.

Abstract. One technology that is widely used today is ChatGPT, a chatbot that utilizes AI in its operation. One of the impacts that needs to be considered is the decline in student interest in reading. Students reading interest may decrease due to the convenience offered by ChatGPT through services that use natural human language. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of using ChatGPT on students' reading interest as well as identify other factors that may affect reading interest. This study investigates the effect of using AI ChatGPT on reading interest by involving respondents through filling out a Google Form questionnaire, that is Information Systems students at ITS. The results showed that there was no significant effect of using ChatGPT on the reading interest of ITS Information Systems students. The proposed recommendations include increasing student awareness of the importance of reading accredited literature, books, and scientific articles in the era of digital development. In conclusion, this study provides an in-depth insight into the influence of AI Chat GPT respondents regarding the reading interest of ITS Information Systems students.   Keywords: Artificial Intelligences (AI), Chat GPT, Reading Interest.   Abstrak. Salah satu teknologi yang marak digunakan saat ini adalah ChatGPT, sebuah chatbot yang memanfaatkan AI dalam operasinya. Salah satu dampak yang perlu diperhatikan adalah penurunan minat baca mahasiswa. Minat baca mahasiswa dapat menurun karena kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh ChatGPT melalui servis yang menggunakan bahasa alami manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap minat baca mahasiswa serta mengidentifikasi faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat baca. Studi ini menyelidiki pengaruh penggunaan AI ChatGPT terhadap minat baca dengan melibatkan responden melalui pengisian kuesioner Google Form yaitu mahasiswa Sistem Informasi di ITS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap minat baca mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. Rekomendasi yang diajukan mencakup peningkatan kesadaran mahasiswa akan pentingnya membaca literatur terakreditasi, buku, serta artikel ilmiah di era perkembangan digital. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai pengaruh AI Chat GPT responden terkait minat baca mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. This research aims to explore the impact of social media use on self-confidence related to body image in Generation Z in Cimahi City. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with a number of participants who represent a variety of experiences and perspectives regarding this topic. The research results show that social media has a significant role in shaping individuals' self-perception and body image, both positively and negatively. These findings provide insight into how social media influences young people's self-confidence in the context of their local culture and environment.    

Polygamy is a topic in the study of Islamic Family Law that continues to attract attention for discussion. This is due to the polemics related to polygamy, both from a theological and anthropological perspective. Starting from such problems, this then led the researchers to analyze the impacts arising from social and economic aspects, how to review Islamic law regarding the practice of polygamy and its implementation in society. The researcher used the library research method, where the researcher collected information by studying theories from various references related to research (qualitative). The type of data that researchers use is secondary data, which is data that comes from document data. Document data defined here is data originating from books, research reports, journals, etc. (qualitative). The research results show that the practice of polygamy according to state law and Islamic law is permitted, provided that they are able to fulfill their rights and obligations, are able to act fairly, and are mentally and financially mature. The practice of polygamy has positive and negative impacts, the negative impact of the practice of polygamy if you are unable to carry it out, which has an impact on the wife, children and husband who carry it out. So researchers hope that practitioners of polygamy will consider various aspects before deciding to practice polygamy in order to maintain harmony in the household.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam di SMP Al-Falah Pesanggrahan Jangkar Situbondo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi profil dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang dikenal visioner dan inovatif. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan partisipatif yang diterapkan, serta penerapan prinsip-prinsip keadilan, amanah, shura (musyawarah), dan ihsan, telah menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap kinerja akademik siswa, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja guru, serta perubahan budaya sekolah yang lebih inklusif dan kondusif untuk belajar. Temuan penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan beberapa hambatan dalam penerapan strategi, termasuk tantangan dalam memastikan keadilan dan transparansi, serta melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan secara aktif. Berdasarkan temuan ini, saran diberikan untuk peningkatan strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif di masa depan, termasuk pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, peningkatan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, dan evaluasi serta monitoring berkala.

Rape is a form of crime that has serious social impacts on society. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the social impacts caused by rape cases, as well as protective measures that can be taken to reduce incidents and provide support to victims. The research method involves analyzing literature and data to explain the psychological, social, and legal consequences of rape cases. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide better insight into how society and the legal system can respond effectively to the phenomenon of rape, as well as increase protection for victims.    

The background to this research is due to the response of the public who feel disturbed by the existence of this layer chicken farming business due to the strong smell of farm waste, the presence of large numbers of fly insects and the noise coming from the breeder's cage. The focus of this research is what the community's response is to the existence of a layer chicken farm in Tambakrejo Village, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency and what the social impact of the community is with the existence of a layer chicken farm in Tambakrejo Village, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency. The aim of this research is to find out what the community's response is to the layer chicken farming business in Tambakrejo Village, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency. To find out what social impacts are felt by the community towards the layer chicken farming business in Tambakrejo Village, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The research location was carried out in Tambakrejo Village with the research subjects being the people of Tambakrejo Village whose houses were close to a layer chicken farm. The results of this research show that the responses given by the community are positive and negative. The community's positive response is that the community supports the existence of this farm. The negative response given by the community was that the community objected to the existence of this livestock business by giving responses that were indifferent and less concerned. The social impact felt by the community with the existence of a layer chicken farm in Tambakrejo Village, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency, is seen from a negative aspect. The community feels disturbed by the strong smell that comes from the manure of the layer chicken farm. Apart from that, flies coming to people's homes also make people feel uncomfortable because of the large number of flies. The community also complains about the water they use every day because the water digging is close to the farm, which has an impact on the smell of the water in the digging. Viewed from a positive aspect, people can easily buy or order eggs from breeders at much cheaper prices, besides that breeder owners often distribute eggs to local communities, especially during the month of Ramadan.

This counseling focuses on the lack of awareness among teenagers about their body health, where up to now teenagers still seem to be indifferent to their body health. This is because teenagers now tend to prefer consuming fast food over healthy food. The aim of this counseling is to make teenagers aware of efforts to maintain body health by reducing consumption of fast food and to find out the reasons why teenagers don't like healthy food and are reluctant to consume it. This counseling was carried out because it was motivated by teenagers who tend to prefer consuming fast food compared to vegetables or other healthy foods. This extension uses quantitative methods by measuring the extent to which they understand about fast food and healthy food to find the necessary data. From the results found in the field, some teenagers prefer to consume fast food compared to healthy food. An obstacle to implementing a healthy lifestyle is that teenagers tend to prefer flavored foods or drinks rather than foods such as vegetables or water. So we as health promoters must be able to provide motivation, support and examples for teenagers to eat healthy food and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

This research was motivated by Ministerial Regulation Number 23 of 2017 concerning five school days a week which has been implemented since the 2017/2018 academic year. This regulation aims to improve the quality of education through additional days of effective learning. The focus of this research is the implementation of the five school day rule at SMAN 4 Kediri City and its impact on student learning motivation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the five-day school rule is implemented from Monday to Friday, from 07.00 to 15.00 WIB. Saturdays are used for rest or extracurricular activities. Most students are happy because they have more time to rest and develop their non-academic potential at the weekend. However, some students feel tired with busy schedules, especially during the day, which reduces their enthusiasm and motivation for learning. Overall, the implementation of the five school day rule at SMAN 4 Kediri City has both positive and negative impacts on student learning motivation.
