This research aims to investigate the influence of product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions for contemporary beverage products, Haus! in the Karawang area. The three main problems that are the focus of this research are: consumer preferences that are more inclined towards contemporary beverage products other than Haus!, lack of optimization of promotions for Haus! compared to other competitors, so that the brand image of Haus! not yet well known among the public, and changes in consumer tastes due to innovations in similar contemporary beverage products, which reduce the tendency to buy Haus! in the Karawang area. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a sample size of 247 respondents. The instrument used by researchers is a questionnaire. Quality testing of the instruments used by researchers is validity and reliability testing. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS application. The test results show that respondents strongly agree that product quality and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this research is that product quality and brand image influence the decision to purchase thirst drink products! In Galuhmas Karawang.

The development of home care in Indonesia has progressed to the point that many people use home care services. The epidemiological transition has resulted in an increase in the number of cases of chronic disease compared to acute disease, resulting in an increase in the number of cases of terminal disease that are not treated effectively and efficiently in hospitals. Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital has a home care service that provides several forms of services, namely wound care visits, elderly care services, baby care services, services for terminal patients, and other special needs. There are complaints from patients being managed regarding the responsiveness of the staff, friendliness and skills of the staff which are subject to evaluation. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of homecare services and patient satisfaction with wound care at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach with a sample size of 80 people selected using total sampling techniques. The results of the study showed that the description of the quality of homecare services from the 5 components assessed (Reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence) was in the sufficient category (73.8%), and the description of wound care patient satisfaction was in the very satisfied category. (62.5%). In this way, it is hoped that homecare nurses can improve the quality of services more optimally so that satisfaction can be achieved and maintained.

The Association of Indonesian Doctors has been formed and declared in a Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Number AHU-003638.AH.01.07.2022. The Indonesian Doctors Association is no longer the sole forum for medical organizations in Indonesia. The study of the legality of this new association and the study of the organization of the Indonesian Doctors' Association have violated the right to associate and human rights because it is the sole forum for the medical professional organization which is the focus of the problem raised by the author. The study uses a normative juridical approach to seek answers with certainty and legal certainty through existing legal theories, norms and legislation. The conclusions obtained are that in order to protect patients, improve service quality, and ensure legal and statutory certainty, the medical professional association or organization must be one. Determination of quality and service, competency standards, and professional ethics must come from a professional organization. With a noble purpose, a single professional organization does not violate the law on association and human rights. The presence of a new medical society organization will not interfere with the position of the Indonesian Doctors Association as a professional organization. The suggestion from this study is that new organizations such as the Association of Indonesian Doctors must synergize and become the task force for the Indonesian Doctors Association in controlling the running of the organization while simultaneously providing a driving force for services to the Indonesian people.   Key words: Professional organizations; Constitution; Medical practice

The updated category in the ASN Law, namely Government Employees with Work Agreements, is a matter of controversy, especially on the issue of Termination of Employment (PHK). Which in this case raises aspects that are confronted starting from the professionalism of work to how the legal protection covers it. In this article, we will discuss the position of government employees with work agreements, what kind of legal protection covers PPPK in the event of termination of employment, and what legal steps can be taken to object to layoffs. In accordance with the description of the background and discussion, it can be concluded that the position of the PPPK as an employee of the State Civil Apparatus who is appointed as a Personnel Supervisor Officer according to the needs of government agencies who also have almost the same rights as civil servants. However, PPPK's legal protection is still in the development stage, so there is a need for further improvement and development to increase legal protection for PPPK and ensure that their rights are optimally protected. This is in line with PPPK's status which is still contractual so that its rights are not as strong as those of permanent civil servants. Therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen legal protection for PPPK in order to improve the welfare and work stability of PPPK and improve the quality of public services. One effort that can be done is to provide clearer job security guarantees for PPPK, as well as provide equal legal protection to permanent civil servants. With legal certainty that guarantees and optimizes this, of course this is also in line with good governance.

A company's success or failure is determined by the strategy, theory and marketing management applied. This research was conducted to find out what marketing strategies for easy mudharabah savings products are used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Juanda to increase the number of customers. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods, using primary data, namely the researcher took data directly by interviewing the Marketing Funding BSI KCP Medan Juanda and secondary data secondary data obtained from documents, scientific journals, books and literature related to the research problem. The results obtained were that BSI carried out a marketing strategy, one of which was by implementing the 4p marketing mix, namely (product, price, promotion, place). BSI must be able to estimate strategic locations, collaborate with other agencies, expand market share, improve quality and innovate.

Abstract.The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) How the Islamic dimension of service affects consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel, (2) Is there an influence of the Islamic dimension on consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. In this quantitative method, research is carried out directly in the field or at the research location. The research approach used in this research is in the form of a direct survey to customers. Surveys are carried out by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of this research show that the Islamic dimension of service on consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel is very influential. The better the Islamic dimension of service provided, the higher the level of satisfaction when using the services of the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel. Hotel Indah Syariah Sibuhuan consistently provides high quality services to consumers, so that consumers feel satisfied with the service they receive. Aspects of service such as reliability, trust, appearance, empathy and responsiveness offered by the hotel, these are the Islamic dimension variables partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel. With the regression coefficient for the Islamic dimension variable (X) being positive, the resulting t value of 5.076 is more than the t table of 1.672 with a significance of less than 0.558. This means that the Islamic Dimension variable (X) partially has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y).

. This research aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with public services at the Sa'tandung Lembang Office, Saluputti District, Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses analysis and interpretation of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM). The results of research and discussion regarding the level of public satisfaction with public services at the Sa'tandung Lembang Office, Saluputti District, Tana Toraja Regency based on PermenPAN-RB number 14 of 2017 are seen from the 9 elements that have been implemented, so the SKM value obtained after conversion is a service SKM unit of 87 .75 service quality B which means Good. Based on indicators of public satisfaction with public services at the Sa'tandung Lembang Office, the SKM element was obtained whose highest value was cost reasonableness = 4 with a conversion value of 100, very good performance, and the lowest element was completion. time = 3.31, conversion value 82.75, good performance.

The purpose of this research is to examine initiatives to enhance the quality of public services. in order to achieve service standards that are on par with international standards for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This study employs a qualitative method with a case study at a local government agency. that has been recognized as the agency with the best quality public services. In-depth interviews with government officials were used to acquire data., employees and customers, as well as analisis of documents related to the implemented public service improvement program. According to the study's findings, local government agencies have succeeded in improving the quality of public services by implementing a number of strategic initiatives and programs. Among them are the effective use of information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness accessibility of public services, training and human resource development to improve employee skills and professionalism, and implementing strict service standards to measure and ensure customer satisfaction. This study aims to describe the strategy of a kindergarten principal in improving the quality of education, from a leadership perspective, the role of the principal towards teachers and the management of the principal in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education in Sentang, Kisaran Timur District, Asahan District.The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. There were three subjects in this study, namely one school principal and two teaching teachers in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Quran Education. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the strategy of a school principal is seen from three aspects, namely: 1) Principal leadership, the head of the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education, becomes a leader by learning to understand and learning to act professionally by dedicating oneself and being loyal to the school. 2) The role of the principal towards teachers in improving quality, the principal refers to improving good communication with teachers, students and school members. The objective of this study is to examine the financial and service performance of the K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Hospital in Semarang City, which has been utilizing the Regional Public Service Agency Financial Management Pattern (PKK-BLUD) since 2007. By transitioning into a full (BLUD), the Semarang City RSWN has gained the ability to handle its finances independently, hence enhancing its performance and service quality. The present study incorporates quantitative research employing a time series methodology. The data utilized in this study consists of secondary data obtained from financial records and hospital management reports. The assessment of financial performance is conducted through the utilization of financial measures, encompassing liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. In the context of service evaluation, the measurement of service performance encompasses six distinct indicators. These indicators include the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Turn Over Interval (TOI), Bed Turn Over (BTO), Average Length of Stay (ALOS), Gross Date Rate (GDR), and Net Date Rate (NDR). The research hypothesis was examined by the application of Pearson correlation. The findings of the study indicate a significant correlation between financial performance, as assessed by the solvency ratio, and both the cost recovery rate and level of independence. The level of independence exhibits a significant link with service performance, as assessed by BTO.

Foreign Object Debris is any object, any object that is alive or not lying in an improper place around the airport environment that could allow an accident to airport personnel and damage an aircraft. This study aims to determine the Optimization of Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) Supervision by AMC Officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport and obstacles in Optimizing Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) Supervision by AMC Officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport and how to overcome them. This study used a qualitative method with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The result of this study is that the supervision of the AMC unit on Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) by AMC officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport is carried out, which is in accordance with SOPs and supervision carried out in coordination with the unit (Safety Risk, Quality Control TJQ) and routinely conducts FOD walks every 1 month, Supervision of AMC officers related to Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) standard by conducting socialization to Ground Handling to conduct daily FOD checks before parking aircraft and handling. FOD supervision is carried out by the AMC unit in the morning before operating hours, flight lag times, and the last flight. The supervision is carried out by giving directions to GH (ground handling) to maintain each other's cleanliness. Obstacles in Optimizing Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) Supervision by AMC Officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport include: lack of facilities, and lack of passenger awareness. How to overcome obstacles in the application of optimizing Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) supervision by AMC officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport, is to hold facilities such as CCTV or FOD detection cameras and runway cleaning car tools and socialize passengers about the dangers of FOD to increase passenger awareness so as not to throw garbage when passing through the apron area, Distribute brochures and attach appeals and sanctions for violators of the rules so that passengers can be aware of the dangers of throwing garbage around the airport area, especially the airside area and provide trash cans in the airside area to prevent passengers from littering.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the performance at PT XYZ which includes performance factors, obstacles and solutions in building good performance. From the results of this research, it can be seen that employee performance at PT XYZ tends to decline due to lack of enthusiasm and work motivation. However, overall work implementation continues to be carried out well in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs. Employee performance at PT XYZ is good, especially in the human capital division. The performance of employees in the human capital division is relatively good. This can be seen from the achievements of the Human Capital team which has succeeded in increasing sales of the company's products, as well as introducing these products to the general public. The high quality of work and dedication of the Human Capital team has helped the company achieve success in this regard.

In recent years, the development of information technology has changed the global marketing paradigm, introducing a digital era that opens up new opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, MSME owners in Kebon Agung Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency still face obstacles in understanding and utilizing the potential of digital marketing to increase the visibility of their products. To overcome this problem, students of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) at Sunan Giri University Surabaya held an entrepreneurship seminar. The seminar was designed to provide MSME owners with an understanding of the importance of digital marketing and human resource innovation in improving product quality and competitiveness. The study results indicated that MSME owners in Kebon Agung Village can increase their income through the implementation of effective digital marketing strategies.

This change in regulations regarding employment status creates new dynamics in the implementation of employee recruitment in various government agencies. This creates challenges in maintaining the quality and integrity of the state civil apparatus, along with efforts to increase the professionalism and effectiveness of the bureaucracy. To understand the impact of this change comprehensively, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research that can provide better insight into how the PPNPN recruitment discretion can influence the letter of the Minister of PANRB No. B/185/M.SM.02. 03/2022 concerning Employment Status in Central Government and Regional Government institutions, the contents of which are that honorary employees will completely expire on November 28 2023 and be replaced by PPPK. This regulation means that government officials no longer have discretionary authority to appoint honorary employees or PPNPN. Flexibility of authority for the government to meet the needs of supporting personnel through outsourcing mechanisms. Document Study research method: by reviewing existing related documents. The documentation study approach is research that analyzes the PANRB Minister's Letter and other related policy documents to understand the content, objectives and provisions of the regulations. Data collection through literature and qualitative analysis. The research results show that violations of the PANRB ministerial regulations will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. To meet the shortage of ASN positions or other supporting staff, the leadership proposed the formation of CPNS and PPPK after mapping the positions. The recommendations from this research are the importance of the availability of human resources for civil servants for good public services, and changes in policy regarding the recruitment of honorary employees by the government or leadership.

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables price (X1), location (X2), product diversity (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) for Batik Products at CV Ningrat Prasojo Kediri. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples in the research was 95 respondents at CV Ningrat Prasojo Kediri. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= -2.240 + 0.193X1 + 0.206X2 + 0.425X3 and the t test results of the price variable had a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig result of 0.025 < 0.05. Location has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a sig. 0.011 > 0.05. Product diversity has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the result being a sig. 0.000 > 0.05. Service quality has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a sig. 0.000 > 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that price, location, product diversity and service quality simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions at CV Ningrat Prasojo.

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Promotion on Customer Saving Interest at Bank Muamalat Kab. Kolaka (2) The Effect of Service Quality on Customer Saving Interest at Bank Muamalat Kab. Kolaka This research uses an approach with Quantitative methods, Data collection in this study using Observation, Literature Study and Questionnaire Distribution. The population of this research is customers and prospective customers who are in Kolaka Regency. While the sample of this study amounted to 98 people. Testing this research instrument using the Validity Test and Reliability Test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0.Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Promotion variable on Saving Interest, which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 6,100 with a P-Value of 0.000 and the Service Quality variable also has a positive and significant effect on Brand loyalty, which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 2,042 with a P-Value of 0.021.

Human resource readiness is an important asset and is the main determining factor in the performance of all activities and institutional activities, so that it can support employee career development. Career development is very important to support life achievements and quality of life as well as job satisfaction with each individual's current achievements. There are two factors in career development that can determine a person's career success, namely internal factors including motivation to progress, intellectual ability, interpersonal skills, level of education, and work experience. Meanwhile, factors that come from outside are the attitude of superiors, the weight of work, job vacancies and work productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the personal readiness of HR in the PKP-PK unit in career development at UPBU Tebelian Sintang and to find out the process, obstacles and solutions regarding HR readiness in career development at the unit (PKP-PK) at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents in this research were PKP-PK unit personnel at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The observations in this research were to conduct reviews and observations at the PKP-PK unit at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The documentation in this research is activities that occurred in the PKP-PK area at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. This research aims to explain the challenges and prospects of bureaucratic neutrality in the 2024 Election in Bima Regency. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive method and literature review. The research location is in Bima Regency, which is strategically situated to examine case studies and the issues at hand. Data collection techniques consist of literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. After collecting complete data from the field, the next step is the data analysis phase. In this research, the data analysis technique employs the interactive model, consisting of three main elements: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research findings indicate that maintaining bureaucratic neutrality in the 2024 Election in Bima Regency requires rigorous oversight, cooperation among relevant institutions, and the enhancement of bureaucratic human resources' quality. Civil servants (ASN) also need to understand the importance of maintaining their neutrality in the 2024 Election to prevent identity politicization, political funding, and the spread of hoaxes. Regulations and guidelines also play a crucial role in preserving bureaucratic neutrality during the elections.
