This study aims to analyze the influence of self-concept and self-regulation on academic stress in students of Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was used to test the relationship between these variables. Data were collected through a Likert-based questionnaire on 137 active students aged 18–23 years. The results of the analysis showed that self-concept had a significant negative relationship with academic stress, while self-regulation did not show a significant effect. These findings indicate the importance of self-concept in managing students' academic stress. Although self-regulation was not statistically significant, there was still a relevant negative relationship. The implication of this study is the need for self-concept development programs to support student well-being, while improving self-regulation can be considered in other contexts. Training in introducing computer basics is one of the trainings that students can develop because the acquisition of excess competencies from this training is quite promising. If students, after becoming alumni, can develop these competencies, it will be very profitable. Partners in this PKM activity are students from MTs Pembangunan Nurul Islam, Sarimulya Setu, South Tangerang. The introductory training on the basics of computer hardware and software was carried out in stages: introduction, counseling and assistance in using it. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partners, there were several problems faced by the introductory training on computer basics, namely students' lack of operating computer technology perfectly, lack of Student motivation when studying computer technology. One of the causes is a lack of awareness of how important it is to study computer technology. The solutions proposed or offered in this PKM activity are as follows: 1. Facilitate and provide direction to MTs students at the school, it is hoped that they can understand the basics of computers more freely without fear. 2. Provide computer basics learning according to level. for junior high school level, they are given advanced material from what they learn formally in school informatics lessons. During training activities, students are encouraged to be able to understand the basics of computers with the aim of raising their self-confidence in learning. For this reason, the PKM team will help to solve problems in the management aspect using training methods

This research aims to explore the optimization of land clearing techniques in supporting agricultural sustainability in Dahana Tabaloho Village, Gunungsitoli District, North Sumatra. This research involved students of the University of Nias Agrotechnology Study Program who applied land clearing techniques which included weed removal, soil loosening, drainage and bed making. The methods used in this study were direct observation, interviews, and measurement of soil parameters before and after the application of the techniques. The results showed that the combination of traditional and modern techniques in land management can improve tillage efficiency and environmental sustainability. The use of cultivators for soil loosening is proven to speed up the process, but still requires organic fertilizer to maintain the quality of the soil structure. Good drainage is effective in managing excess water and ensuring water availability during the dry season. In addition, making beds with proper direction supports optimal plant growth. The 15% increase in organic matter content and the stability of soil pH to remain neutral are indicators of the success of the applied techniques. Overall, this study provides evidence that proper land management can support sustainable agricultural productivity in the tropics.

This study discusses the importance of integrating Guidance and Counseling (BK) in the Strengthening of Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project at SMKN 1 Cilegon, as well as the factors that hinder the involvement of BK in this activity. P5 aims to internalize the values of Pancasila in students through a project-based approach, with a focus on character development and soft skills. However, the implementation of P5 at SMKN 1 Cilegon has not optimally involved BK. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the factors that cause BK's lack of participation in P5, its impact on students' social-emotional development, and a comparison with practices at other schools that have successfully integrated BK into P5. The results of the study show that administrative barriers, a lack of understanding of the role of BK, and limited communication between teachers and school management are the main obstacles. The impact of BK's non-involvement includes a reduction in the effectiveness of P5 in supporting character education and diminishing students' ability to face social-emotional challenges. This study recommends enhancing administrative support, providing training for teachers and counselors, and improving coordination among school stakeholders so that BK can optimally contribute to achieving the goals of P5. Effective integration of BK is expected to support the holistic development of students in line with the values of Pancasila.
