In the era of Industry 4.0, profound changes are reshaping the industrial landscape, significantly influencing industrial relations. This research aims to investigate the strategies and practices necessary for establishing responsive and fair industrial relations. Through a descriptive analysis approach, this study identifies a new framework that integrates advanced technology with inclusive human resource management practices. The results highlight the necessity of close collaboration among industry stakeholders, government, and educational institutions to adapt to technological changes and support the development of an adaptive workforce. In conclusion, building responsive and fair industrial relations requires a holistic transformation in organizational culture and active engagement from various stakeholders to achieve equality and resilience in the Industry 4.0 era.

The science fiction novel "Only Human" by Sylvain Neuvel summarizes the journey of humans and artificial intelligence (AI) in interacting with alien creatures on a mysterious planet. This research uses a hermeneutic method to deepen understanding of the story context. The main focus of research is the character of AI, Technology, Robots and Aliens which play a central role in facilitating communication between humans and aliens. In this case it explores how the presence of AI supports human efforts to understand very alien culture and technology. In the process of analysis, we also explore the ethical and moral aspects that arise along with the use of AI in the context of intersex relationships. With a hermeneutic method, highlighting how contextual interpretation and understanding enriches the analysis of the complex dynamics between humans, AI, and aliens. This research provides in-depth insight into the concepts of artificial intelligence, technology, robots, and aliens in the narrative "Only Human," which is expected to stimulate further thinking about the future of human interaction with artificial intelligence and extraterrestrial life.

BACKGROUND Children require special attention as the nation's next generation who will become valuable assets for future development, so that quality human resources can be formed. The first five years of human life greatly influence a child's growth and development for the next stage, especially for physical growth and intelligence. One of the factors that influences the child's growth process is nutritional status which determines success in improving the quality of human resources (Nurrizka and Saputra, 2015). The main causes of death in the group of children under five (12-59 months) were diarrhea at 10.3% and pneumonia at 9.4%. Other causes of death include dengue fever, congenital heart defects, drowning, injuries, accidents, other congenital disorders, COVID-19, parasitic infections and other causes. (Indonesia Health Profile, 2021). Undernutrition or overnutrition (malnutrition) will happen if food consumption patterns are wrong (Oemar, Novita, 2015). In 2017, 22.2% or around 150.8 million children under five in the world experienced malnutrition. However, this figure has decreased compared to data in 2000, namely 32.6%. In 2017, more than half of children under five experiencing malnutrition in the world came from Asia (55%) while more than a third (39%) lived in Africa. (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2019).   OBJECTIVE To analyze the pattern of nutritional intake on children's growth at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a significant relationship between nutritional intake patterns and child growth, showing that the majority of respondents with good nutritional intake patterns have children with normal growth, namely 14 (77.8%). From the results of the chi-square test, it was found that the p value was 0.001 or less than 0.05, meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted that Nutritional Parenting Patterns on Child Growth at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023

The need for a church forum that is able to convey God's majesty and His protective power gives rise to the demand to present a church forum that can arouse the interest of its people through an atmosphere that supports worship activities. The church is a place where the congregation can worship Almighty God by understanding and experiencing the heavenly atmosphere directly through the physical atmosphere as well as praising and worshiping when worshiping. The church is designed to enhance the quality of the congregation's typical ministry that focuses on praise and worship. The interior arrangement through its architectural elements has been processed in such a way that it can provide a supportive atmosphere, that is, it can reflect the atmosphere of joy in the lives of people who believe in God.

Industrial relations problems are still high, even though they can be overcome by optimizing the role of trade unions in realizing quality industrial relations. The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the role of trade unions in optimizing the quality of industrial relations, the factors that encourage and hinder them, as well as efforts to overcome existing obstacles. HRD informants representing labor unions, management staff and government agencies, were obtained purposively. Data was obtained using interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed qualitatively. Research results: Labor Unions play an optimal role in realizing quality industrial relations; (2) The driving factor is involvement in company, strategic position, communication, and regulation. Inhibiting factors are the quality and quantity of human resources, low worker participation, no cadre formation program, internal conflict, company intimidation, and lack of supervision; and (3) Efforts to overcome inhibiting factors are cadre formation, socialization,solidarity, communication, and supervision

This study used descriptive qualitative method. Analysis of the developmental stages of the relationship between father and son in the novel Ayahku Is Not a Liar using a literary psychology approach. Development is a pattern of change that begins at conception and continues throughout a human's lifetime. Most development involves growth, although it also includes decline caused by the processes of aging and death. The analysis used is the theory of cognitive development by Jean Piaget. The problem of this research is how the character of children begins to understand the meaning and understanding of life. The results of the analysis of the novel Ayahku Is Not a Liar can be concluded that there is strong emotional and intellectual development in the main character through the process of disclosure and understanding. through the process of disclosure and understanding, their relationship gradually improves and becomes more harmonious. This shows the importance of communication and understanding in building healthy family relationships

According to the large Indonesian dictionary, effective means "able to bring results, successful in use" about efforts or actions. Can mean "already in effect" about laws or regulations. In the service sector, the human element plays a very important role in establishing relationships with consumers because the success of the company is determined by whether or not consumers are satisfied with the services provided. One of the service sectors engaged in fulfilling service needs is KBIH (Hajj Guidance Group). KBIH is a private institution authorized by the Ministry of Religion to participate in guiding the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. Where the author chose a research place at KBIH Chairul Umam. In this study the authors have research objectives, as follows 1. To find out the work effectiveness of KBIH Chairul Umam employees in increasing congregation satisfaction. 2. To find out the obstacles and solutions that KBIH Chairul Umam does in increasing congregation satisfaction. This research method is descriptive qualitative, through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that 1. KBIH employee work Chairul Umam in increasing Jemaah satisfaction, it is known that the effectiveness of employee work has been carried out properly, namely work quality, discipline, cooperation, reliability, responsibility and utilization of working time. Customer satisfaction on several indicators shows that customers are satisfied with the quality of the product, the quality of service provided by KBIH Chairul Umam. 2. With good employee work effectiveness, obstacles that arise when doing work such as delaying work that can hinder other work can be overcome easily, be it obstacles from within the company or from outside the company. With information from the congregation and smooth communication between employees to employees and employees and superiors carried out to improve effectiveness at work and anticipate and find a way out of the obstacles that arise. The obstacles that arise can be overcome properly due to the quality of work, discipline, cooperation, reliability, responsibility and good utilization of working time so as to create a sense of satisfaction from the congregation.

Patient satisfaction is an expression of the patient's feelings for the service received in accordance with the expected service. a fast response time can result in a feeling of satisfaction with the service. The standard time for patients to be served after arriving at the emergency room is ≤ 5 minutes. This can also be achieved by improving the infrastructure, human resources, and management of hospital emergency rooms according to standards. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurse response time and patient satisfaction in the emergency department of Bhayangkara Hospital, Manado. The research was conducted using analytic observational method with a cross sectional design. Samples were taken based on 43 respondents using non-probabilitay sampling by way of accidental sampling. Measuring tools used in this study were observation sheets and questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the chi-square test with a significant value of ≤ 0.05. The results showed that the p value was smaller than the significant value (0.000 <0.05). The results of this study showed that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between nurse response time and the level of patient satisfaction in the emergency department of Bhayangkara Hospital, Manado. The results of this study are expected to improve the quality of service in this case the response time of nurses in the emergency department

The elderly is a process of the final stage of human life that will be lived by everyone. Cognitive function indicates the process of receiving, organizing and interpreting stimulus sensors to think and solve problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between cognitive ability and the level of independence of Activity Of Daily Living (ADL) in the elderly in Singkil 1 sub-district 6 Manado city This research uses a correlational analytical method with the approach used is a time series, which is a type of data consisting of variables collected according to time sequence in a certain time span. The sample of this study amounted to 42 respondents using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection was taken using questionnaire sheets. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Chi-square statistical test with a significant level (α) of 0.05 The results showed that the most respondents' gender was women, namely 35 respondents with a percentage (83.3%), the most respondents did not attend school, namely 28 respondents with a percentage (66.7%), the most respondents' jobs as IRT were 35 respondents with a percentage (83.3%), and the results of statistical tests found a significant relationship between cognitive function and the level of independence of the elderly with p-value = 0.002

The Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture is an article which is a review of literature in the field of knowledge. The aim of this article is to provide an understanding of the relationship between two types of organizational culture and employee working conditions. For the purpose of developing hypotheses and variables between roles that will be used in research that will be carried out in the future, within the scope of Human Resource Management knowledge. The article writing method is a research method that is based on information obtained from online sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other online academic sources. This is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this article are as follows: : 1) ; Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance 2. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance 3) ; Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on employee performance.  

The aim of this research is to address the role of the KUA in overcoming unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri) in Kota Tengah District, Gotontalo City and the factors that hinder the role of the KUA itself in unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri). This type of research is Normative Empirical research using a qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing information and interpreting qualitative data.          The research results show that the role and efforts of the KUA have not been effective in dealing with unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri) even though they have implemented a government program, namely the marriage guidance program (Binwin), which provides pre-marital guidance and the formation of sakinah families in order to build superior human resources and reduce the divorce rate. by providing counseling about marriage registration and sakinah families to prospective couples who are about to get married and also by conducting outreach to the wider community. The factors that hinder the KUA in preventing unregistered marriages for couples who are not legally married in Kota Tengah District are caused by 2 factors, namely, internal factors, namely the lack of competent human resources who can provide socialization to the community, and the lack of adequate facilities and other factors. Other external factors include indifferent attitudes, non-compliance with the law, and low legal awareness in society. Therefore, we must work together with agencies such as the KUA in building character and also informing millennials about the impacts of having a relationship before marriage so that there is no such thing as an unregistered marriage. 

Aqiqah, the slaughter of animals as a form of gratitude for the birth of a child, is a tradition that has long been practiced by Muslims. However, as time goes by, the meaning and purpose behind this tradition sometimes becomes blurred, even trapped in empty ritualism. This article aims to explore the meaning and purpose of aqiqah based on the perspective of the Qur'an. Using a literature review method with a focus on verses and interpretations related to aqiqah, this research concludes that aqiqah is more than just a tradition. Aqiqah is a form of devotion to Allah SWT, a form of gratitude for the blessing of the birth of a child, and a prayer for the child's safety and blessings in this world and the afterlife. Through slaughtering animals, aqiqah also contains social and human values, such as sharing with the community and building relationships. This article invites readers to reflect again on the practice of aqiqah, not only as a formality, but as a means of getting closer to Allah SWT and carrying out Islamic teachings with wisdom. In this way, aqiqah can be a moment full of meaning and bring blessings to children and families.

This research examines “Karang Awake Tandurin”, the oral expression of the Balinese people, which is the domain of intangible culture. Cultural expressions taken from the work of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen from Griya Intaran Sanur. This excerpt from the text Karang Awake Tandurin is published in the Traditional Balinese Literary work Geguritan Selampah Laku, a Balinese work that was composed and written by himself and tells the personal life history of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen in Bali Script. This research used a post-structural approach from critical theories. The theories used were Jauss’ reception theory, Pierce’s semiotic theory, and Barthes’ mythology theory. The meaning entities of the Balinese words ‘karang’, ‘awak’ and ‘tandurin’ actually both stand alone, however in life, the use of the three depends on each other, in humans’ relationship with nature and agrarian culture. ‘Tandurin’ is a representation of agricultural activities, ‘karang’ is a representation of nature, and ‘awak’ is a representation of humans. Delve into yourself, understand yourself, reflect on it to its roots, and your perception will become higher. Pediculosis capitis (head lice) is a parasite that sucks blood and infests the human scalp. It often attacks children and spreads rapidly in crowded environments such as orphanages and boarding schools. The research aims to determine the relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of pediculosis capitis. Method: quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The population was 131 people, with a sample size of 85 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test with a confidence level of 95%. Results: The results of the study showed that residents of the orphanage in Jelutung District, Jambi City (55.3%) experienced cases of pediculosis capitis, and 62.4%) had poor personal hygiene. There was a relationship between personal hygiene (p = 0.001) and the incidence of pediculosis capitis at the orphanage. Conclusion: There is a relationship between personal hygiene and pediculosis capitis. It is hoped that the residents of the orphanage will maintain and improve good and correct personal hygiene, and then health officers should routinely provide health education regarding personal hygiene and pediculosis capitis in the orphanage.

The research conducted employs analytical methods sourced from literature to comprehend sentence construction and the syntactic relationships forming predication. The findings of the analysis present a profound understanding of the framework of predication in language and its implications in human communication. In the exploration of syntax and predication in linguistics, the syntactic approach highlights the essential relationship between subject and predicate in a sentence. Predication maps what is stated about the subject, and syntax-based analysis reveals its basic structure. Syntax, with its central role, is key to understanding sentence structure and the meaning conveyed in communication. Research on this concept shows how the arrangement of words, phrases, and clauses forms predication.

Previous research or relevant research has a very important role in a scientific work. Through previous or related research, theories and relationships or influences between variables can be strengthened. This article reviews the factors that influence how employee performance is influenced by the work environment, job satisfaction, and commitment to the organization in a literature review in the field of Human Resource Management. The findings from this research literature are that: 1) the work environment influences employee performance; 2) job satisfaction influences employee performance; 3) and commitment to the organization influences employee performance.

Society in the historical strata has had a fairly close relationship with religion since prehistoric times. For society, religion is seen as the beliefs and behaviors that society uses to address important problems that cannot be solved by the technical systems and organizational techniques for which it is known. To overcome this limitation, humans use the manipulation of supernatural powers. The notion of "culture" is generally understood as a complex definition. Culture or culture can be thought of as a concept whose definition follows the content of its users, although it also refers to objective reality. That is, one person may have an opinion about "culture" or "culture", but another person may object to the words used; Because it requires the person concerned to appreciate his culture. Like the definition of "culture" above, "religion" also has different meanings, both from the point of view of its adherents and from the point of view of the sciences that study it (Sena Adiningrat, 2010). In all areas of world society; religion, culture and belief are three important and very basic elements. All three have a very strong bond and correlation as the core of society, so that even in the craziest and sane times, they are never broken. Because where there is an association or community or society, there is a habitus, then lived and continues to exist, then it becomes a culture. Meanwhile, religion is a belief in one's conscience, which essentially has an inner connection with feelings and the desire to embrace something and believe in it. So religion requires faith or belief. So believing in something important in religion is called faith.
