Secularization according to Glasner (1992, 65) relies on Comte's idea of positivism, which emphasizes knowledge solely on empirical observations of data that can be sensed. In fact, in the budget preparation process, community participation is still low so that the programs and activities proposed by the community are very minimally funded in the budget. Even though the budget comes from taxes, levies and other income that comes from the people

This literature review explores how entrepreneurs act as pragmatic experimenters when navigating uncertainty, focusing on three interrelated cognitive processes: causal inference, feedback interpretation, and heuristic adaptation. Drawing on recent empirical and theoretical studies, the review synthesizes how entrepreneurs learn through iterative experimentation, adjust mental models based on ambiguous feedback, and develop heuristics to guide decision-making in unpredictable environments. The findings suggest that entrepreneurial success is often linked to adaptive learning strategies rather than predictive accuracy. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of bounded rationality and cognitive flexibility in entrepreneurial contexts, offering insights for future inquiry into how entrepreneurs balance action and learning under uncertainty.

The growth of many taxable entrepreneurs (PKP) is proof of good economic growth for a country. However, sometimes many entrepreneurs do not know the procedures for paying taxes, the amount of tax that must be paid, which requires them to consult a financial consultant. The increasing number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is a new face in the economic sector, which indicates that the economy is getting better. Unfortunately, this is not comparable to their knowledge of calculating the amount of tax that must be paid. Based on this, financial consultants have a big role to play in helping those who are still confused about the amount of tax that must be paid.

This qualitative literature review explores how various forms of capital—beyond financial investment—shape power dynamics between founders and investors in new ventures. Drawing on organization theory, entrepreneurship, and governance literature, the review synthesizes findings on human, social, reputational, and symbolic capital as sources of strategic influence. It challenges the traditional dominance of financial capital in venture control and highlights how non-financial assets enable founders to assert influence, co-create governance, and navigate investor relations. The analysis reveals that power in new ventures is dynamic, relational, and context-dependent, offering a reframed understanding that informs both academic theory and entrepreneurial practice

The need for legal protection for employees who experience diploma withholding. The research method used by the author in this thesis is using normative research methods with literature research which is research on laws and regulations (Statute Approach) and literature or reading materials and obtained experts and scholars (Conceptual Approach) related to the material discussed. Based on research conducted in the results of the study, there are still many entrepreneurs holding diplomas. Although employers and workers enter into an employment agreement that does not include a clause withholding diplomas, but the original diplomas are still withheld on the basis of mutual trust between employers and employees. The actions of employers have been included in human rights violations, this results in employees not being able to apply for jobs elsewhere that are better in accordance with their abilities. There is a conclusion that there is a legal vacuum, there is no specific law prohibiting the withholding of diplomas.

Despite being rich in protein, fat, and water content, the utilization of tofu dregs remains limited, with entrepreneurs predominantly using it as animal feed, material for making "gembos" tempe, and crackers, which have not significantly contributed to the community's economic welfare. In the Lewirato district, tofu dregs are solely utilized as cattle feed, although its potential to be processed into value-added food products remains largely untapped. Therefore, the objective of this community service initiative is to provide training to the locals on how to process tofu dregs into products such as sponge cakes, okara sticks, and tofu dregs bread with improved packaging and branding. The implementation method encompasses initial surveys, program socialization, training sessions, and evaluation, with the aim of empowering the community to optimize the utilization of tofu dregs as trendy snacks that offer economic value addition.
