This study explores key aspects of the Apolo Chicken Porridge business through vendor interviews. The results show that focusing on ingredient quality, recipe innovation and taste consistency are the most important foundations in creating unique and attractive products. Effective service, responsiveness to customer input and strategic selling points also increase customer satisfaction. In conclusion, it is necessary to maintain product quality, improve service, respond to customers quickly and pay attention to the cleanliness and metode of the service area. At the same time, implementing loyalty programs and store evaluations can be additional strategies to strengthen the company's position in the culinary market. 

PG XYZ is a company part of agribusiness which operates in the sugar cane agroindustry in the Sidoarjo area. PT. PG XYZ is trying to minimize the stopping hours for each mill for six months. With the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) analysis method, the causes and effects can be identified and minimized so that the company gets maximum profits in an efficient time. The sugar cane milling activity is an important part of the company's production system and has risks that have a very large impact and often occur when milling machines stop working. This is due to factors that influence the milling machine. Based on the research results, it was found that PT. PG XYZ, the biggest thing that happened and had a lot of weight was the root causes that had an impact on the machine, namely the drive engine protection device didn't work, the limit switch didn't work, the backup device was damaged, the electric motor caught fire, the oil cylinder leaked, the gearbox shaft broke. Meanwhile, for the weighting of the solution. PT. PG XYZ doubles the driving machine as a double drive, upgrades the driving machine, buys a bigger chain, adds human resources, makes spare tools. With this weighting, it is hoped that we can control stopping hours based on problem data and the most effective solutions and industrial activities run well and produce the best quality.

The emergence of the development of an industry is one of human efforts to survive. One of them is PT XYZ. Where PT XYZ is required to maintain its quality by reducing the number of defects in its production process. Reducing defects is very important to do. One of the appropriate methods for reducing empty pouches is the PDCA (Plan, DO, Check, and Action) method. This method is very effective in solving existing problems at PT XYZ. The results of the analysis that have been carried out have not had an optimal impact on the presentation of empty pouch defects where the company's standard percentage is 2%. In the data before repairs were carried out, the percentage of empty pouch defects had an average of 3.6%, but when repairs were carried out the average percentage of defects was still high, namely 3.5%. in the evaluation stage of the training period. Where further research can be carried out with the advice that can be given is being able to standardize each production process, and being able to be consistent in carrying out the improvements that have been made.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the business strategies that companies can employ to foster positive relationships between the company and its customers. This research aims to explore and analyze the CRM service strategies employed by Zipzap Corporation, examining the factors influencing the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing brand loyalty for Zipzap Corporation. The research methodology utilized is qualitative, involving interviews with both Zipzap Corporation customers and customer service employees. The findings reveal that Zipzap Corporation implements CRM strategies encompassing post-sales and delivery service stages.  Customer perspectives indicate that factors such as communication ease, product quality, and trust are primary considerations when selecting a vendor. These factors are integral to the CRM service strategy, aiming to enhance brand loyalty for Zipzap Corporation. This study provides insights into CRM service strategies that companies can adopt to build strong customer relationships, ultimately contributing to the overall business objectives and sustainability.

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and price on customer satisfaction at the Budi Market Store. The sample used in this research was 100 customers of Toko Budi Market. The method in this research is a quantitative method. The research results show that partially or simultaneously product quality and product variants influence purchasing decisions at the Budi Market Store. Based on the test results, Fcount 84.222 > Ftable 2.70, it can be concluded that the brand image and price variables simultaneously influence customer satisfaction when purchasing products at the Budi Market Bireuen Store.

Purchasing decisions are an important thing to research because they relate to the sustainability of a company. The aim of the research is to determine the factors associated with increasing purchasing decisions in the automotive industry. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine brand image factors, product quality and price quality factors in the automotive industry. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire using an instrument composed of indicators for each variable. The research results show that there is an influence between brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. The implications of the research show that consumers pay attention to brand image factors, product quality and price of the automotive products they want to buy. Thus, companies should pay attention to indicators assessed by consumers in increasing sales of their products

PT. PG X is part of ID FOOD which focuses on the sugar cane agro-industry sector. SHS sugar is the main product. To ensure production meets consumer standards and expectations, it is necessary to implement quality control during the production process. This involves quality control, improvement and improvement of systems so that the products produced are superior and competitive. In writing this article, the author is interested in exploring the problem of product defects and deviations in the production process, including defective products, as well as efforts to improve and improve product quality. The problem solving method used is the six sigma method. From the research results, it was found that the total production produced during October was 48,611 and 3,283 defective products were found. In the sugar production section, PT X Sugar Factory has a sigma level of 3.7 with a possible damage of 24,635 for one million production (DPMO).

This research aims to determine the extent of the teacher's role in motivating to improve the quality of UPTD-based student learning at the 71 Barru State Elementary School (SD). Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. This research method uses qualitative with a purposive sampling technique based on needs with a sample of 10 teachers. The research design was carried out based on the Creswell 1996 setting. The results obtained are that the role of the teacher is an important role in improving teaching and guiding if teaching is processing people to become smart, intelligent, clever. Guiding means activities that require students to develop in providing an environment and direction that is in accordance with educational goals. Motivation as a teacher is important because improving the quality of education is a requirement to accelerate the realization of a democratic society. And the quality of student learning is important in improving student achievement.

The aim of this research is to ascertain and assess the ways in which Asus laptop purchase decisions are influenced by brand image, product quality, and pricing. Through the use of the Google Form platform, questionnaires were sent in order to gather data. In the analytical method, multiple linear regression was used in addition to evaluating traditional assumptions. Additionally, IBM SPSS 25 software was used to evaluate the hypotheses both partially (t-test) and concurrently (f-test). The findings demonstrated that while price had no discernible effect on decisions to buy, brand perception and product quality did positively and significantly influence decisions to buy. These findings suggest that while price has little bearing on customer choice, brand perception and product quality are important factors when it comes to Asus laptop purchases.

Sleep is an altered state of consciousness when an individual's perception and reaction to the environment decreases. Sleep disorders often occur in the elderly, decreased sleep quality. Bathing therapy with warm water can cause blood vessels, where the warm water makes blood circulation smooth and creates a feeling of relaxation, thereby improving the quality of sleep. The aim of this research  to identify the effect of iveness soaking feet therapy with warm water on meeting sleep quality in the elderly at the Peace Christian Brotherhood Foundation, Social Welfare Institution for the Elderly in Ranomuut, Manado City. This research method use One Group Pre Test – Post Test Design approach. The population in the study was 15 using using a total sampling technique, the research used a questionnaire sheet and SOP 0.05. The results of research using the paired T test obtained a P value (0.000) where p value ≤ a=(0.05) which means there is an effect of soaking foat with warm water on meeting sleep qualityesin the elderly. The conclusion in this research  there is an effect iveness of soaking feet in warm water on meeting sleep qualikes in the elderly. At the Peaceful Christian Brotherhood Foundation, Social Welfare Institution for the Ederly in Ranomuut, Manado City. It is recommended that the results of this research provide knowledge to the public about soaking feet in warm water.

The development of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is increasingly making competition tight, therefore companies are required to implement a good strategy system for the products they sell. This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality factors, product completeness, and price on consumer buying interest in retail-based companies. This research was conducted using quantitative methods and as many as 104 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and tested using the SPSS 25 application. The technique used Purposive sampling is one part of Non-probability sampling.

This research was conducted to examine how the role of the job description on the performance of employees of a company. The method used by the researcher in this research  is  literature  or  literature  study,  so  that  the  data  obtained  comes  from previous  research  related  to  the  same  topic,  namely  the  role  or  influence  of  job descriptions  on  employee  performance.  With  this  library  research  method,  re-searchers  must  first  collect  previous  research  that  can  support  data  collection  in this research. The results of this study indicate that the job description has a large and  significant  role  in  the  quality  of  employee  performance.  Companies  that  al-ready  have  good,  correct,  and  clear  job  descriptions  will  also  have  high  quality work  because  employees  will  easily  understand  what duties,  authorities  and  re-sponsibilities must be carried out in accordance with their position or position

Stock-taking is one way to maintain stock inventory by physically counting the stock of goods in the warehouse. However, it is not uncommon for companies to face data mismatches between existing records in the system and actual conditions in the warehouse on an ongoing basis. This problem can cause losses for the company in terms of quality, quantity, and storage costs. The DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) is one method that can be used to overcome this problem. Based on data processing, it is obtained that the causes of stock-taking mismatches are outgoing goods that have not been inputted in the system, returns of goods that have not been inputted in the system, errors in inputting incoming goods into the system, different part numbers, incoming goods have not been inputted in the system with the largest percentage of causes being outgoing goods that have not been inputted at 49.60%. As for one of the efforts to control stock-taking discrepancies by making reports based on stock-taking deviation data within a certain period of time so that it can continue to reduce the occurrence of stock-taking discrepancies.

The rapid development of the industry has driven the emergence of various technologies that can support the industry, especially in production activities. Production activities are the actions performed by humans to generate a product, be it goods or services, which are then utilized by consumers. These activities operate around the clock to produce products that meet market demand. For smooth production activities, manufacturing industries need to provide raw materials that meet targets and create plans before operating, with inventory levels set to ensure that needs are met in terms of quality, quantity, time, and low cost as planned. PT XYZ is a fruit juice manufacturer with avocado juice being its most popular product. The production of avocado juice was analyzed over the period of 2015-2020 using Vensim software with four scenarios to assess the availability of raw materials. The research findings reveal that the total availability of flour raw materials in 2020 was 10,000 tons; 9,450 tons; 9,500 tons; 10,150 tons; 11,400 tons; 13,250 tons. To address the issue, PT XYZ can monitor fruit stocks and periodically estimate fruit seasons.    

Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas tenaga kerja yang baik namun dengan kuantitas tenaga kerja yang minim.Maka sebuah perusahaan tak jarang membebankan sebuah tanggung jawab berbagai bidang pada satu tenaga kerja guna mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana dengan meminimalisir kerugian yang didapat, salah satunya dengan meminimalisir tenaga kerja pada sebuah perusahaan. Minimnya tenaga kerja dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kesesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja dapat melancarkan kendali operasional outlet, karena minimnya tenaga kerja dapat mengakibatkan lambatnya proses kegiatan operasional sehingga menyebabkan kondisi outlet menjadi tidak kondusif,selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karena dapat meurunkan semangat akibat jam kerja berlebih serta double job deskripsi yang menyebabkan kemungkinan besar seorang karyawan melakukan kesalahn karena menurunnya konsentrasi dalam bekerja.Tidak hanya itu, minimnya tenaga kerja juga menyebabkan jumlah complain customer meningkat karena terjadinya pelayanan yang kurang maksimal. According to the large Indonesian dictionary, effective means "able to bring results, successful in use" about efforts or actions. Can mean "already in effect" about laws or regulations. In the service sector, the human element plays a very important role in establishing relationships with consumers because the success of the company is determined by whether or not consumers are satisfied with the services provided. One of the service sectors engaged in fulfilling service needs is KBIH (Hajj Guidance Group). KBIH is a private institution authorized by the Ministry of Religion to participate in guiding the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. Where the author chose a research place at KBIH Chairul Umam. In this study the authors have research objectives, as follows 1. To find out the work effectiveness of KBIH Chairul Umam employees in increasing congregation satisfaction. 2. To find out the obstacles and solutions that KBIH Chairul Umam does in increasing congregation satisfaction. This research method is descriptive qualitative, through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that 1. KBIH employee work Chairul Umam in increasing Jemaah satisfaction, it is known that the effectiveness of employee work has been carried out properly, namely work quality, discipline, cooperation, reliability, responsibility and utilization of working time. Customer satisfaction on several indicators shows that customers are satisfied with the quality of the product, the quality of service provided by KBIH Chairul Umam. 2. With good employee work effectiveness, obstacles that arise when doing work such as delaying work that can hinder other work can be overcome easily, be it obstacles from within the company or from outside the company. With information from the congregation and smooth communication between employees to employees and employees and superiors carried out to improve effectiveness at work and anticipate and find a way out of the obstacles that arise. The obstacles that arise can be overcome properly due to the quality of work, discipline, cooperation, reliability, responsibility and good utilization of working time so as to create a sense of satisfaction from the congregation.

This Community Service Program aims to provide information about the legal protection of doctors, and health workers in providing optimal health services. The results of community service outline various factors such as workload, availability of medical facilities and equipment, as well as policies that value work-life balance, into important aspects discussed. In overcoming the challenges of high workloads and maintaining quality of services, it is important for hospitals and relevant stakeholders to create a supportive environment, including providing adequate facilities and implementing policies that take into account doctors' work-life and personal life balance. The benefits of this program provide richer insight into legal protection issues and convenience in practicing medicine in hospitals and their impact on the quality of health services provided by doctors.

Education plays a central role in nation-building, with Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Indonesia holding a crucial role in providing skilled workforce. This article analyzes the policy of the Center of Excellence Vocational High School Program (SMK PK) using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) approach and a qualitative research method through library research analysis. The evaluation is based on legal foundations, objectives, curriculum implementation, resources, learning processes, and the impact of the SMK PK program. Context analysis reveals a strong legal foundation, yet improvement is needed in socialization and training. Input evaluation appreciates an industry-aligned curriculum design, although challenges persist in human resources and infrastructure. The curriculum implementation process shows progress, but coordination and synchronization need enhancement. Overall, the SMK PK program has a positive impact, improving graduate quality and fostering synergy between SMK, industry, and government. Challenges such as assistance focus, job market mismatch, and a lack of productive subject teachers require further attention. In conclusion, a comprehensive evaluation of the SMK PK program provides a complex overview, highlighting the potential to enhance vocational education quality in Indonesia.

This research aims to evaluate the differences in the use of the English language in electronic and manual documentation in nursing practice. Documentation is a crucial element in patient care, and with technological advancements, many healthcare institutions are transitioning from manual records to electronic documentation systems. The focus of this study is to identify variations in clarity, accuracy, and efficiency of nurse communication using both documentation methods.The research methodology involves surveys and document analysis on a sample of nurses engaged in both types of documentation. Surveys will assess nurses' perceptions regarding the clarity of documented information, the accuracy of information, and the efficiency of usage. The analyzed documents will include patient records, care plans, and incident reports.The research outcomes are expected to provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each documentation method, aiding healthcare organizations in decision-making regarding the implementation or development of documentation systems. The practical implications of this research can enhance nurse communication effectiveness and the quality of patient care, especially in the continually evolving healthcare information technology era.    

Bullying, especially in the digital era, has become a serious concern due to its involvement in various forms of physical, verbal, and social violence. Empathy education is considered an integral solution to address this issue by instilling the ability to sense and understand the feelings of others from an early age. This article also outlines the concept of bullying, its effects on perpetrators and victims, as well as its long-term impacts. Furthermore, empathy education is discussed in-depth as a preventive and remedial strategy for bullying. Empathy is not only taught to children but is also applied to those responsible within the school. Through theoretical studies, this article correlates the concept of bullying with a lack of empathy and details the significance of empathy education in the development of students' characters. Empathy education is deemed essential as it influences positive behavior, enhances the quality of social interactions, and fosters meaningful relationships.
