Adolescents who smoke are considered a natural behavior in society, the rate of spread of smokers in adolescence reaches high numbers, namely in the age group of 10-14 years and 15-19 years and the age of first-time smokers is in the age group of 15-19 years. The urgency of smoking behavior in adolescents is seen based on the impact of the habit, especially on the long-term effects on adolescent reproductive health. This is a very big problem because the awakening of the reproductive health of men and women, will certainly affect their offspring to reduce the quality of the nation's successor generation, The purpose of this activity is to provide an in-depth understanding of the impact of smoking on the reproductive system, and encourage adolescents to maintain reproductive health by avoiding smoking. The methods used in this community service activity are lectures and discussions. The result of this activity is an increase in adolescent knowledge about the dangers of smoking on reproductive health.

The purpose of this article is to explain the role of effective human resource management strategies in increasing employee work productivity. This article focuses on the role of HRM in business organizations and how HRM strategies can help organizations increase employee work productivity. This research was carried out using the literature study method, namely by analyzing and examining in depth the literature related to the research topic, including previous research. The main source for this research is literature that is closely related to the literature review, including books on research methods, scientific papers, online sources, and other relevant publications. The following are several important roles of human resource management strategies in increasing employee work productivity: human resource planning, effective recruitment and selection, employee development, effective performance management, providing compensation and rewards, conflict management and employee welfare, effective communication open and clear. In order to create innovation that can improve the company's competitiveness and quality, developing and improving employee performance must be a top priority for the company. The factor that a company must prioritize is the employee performance factor. To achieve the goals of a company, it is necessary to implement effective HR management strategies to increase employee work productivity.

Good audit quality is an important factor in ensuring the integrity and reliability of an entity's financial reports. This research aims to examine the influence of free cash flow and audit committee effectiveness on audit quality. Free cash flow reflects the availability of financial resources for a company to finance operational and audit activities. Meanwhile, an effective audit committee can ensure adequate oversight of the financial reporting and audit processes. This research uses panel data which includes companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period. Free cash flow is measured using the ratio of operating cash flow to total assets, while audit committee effectiveness is measured using a composite score that includes the audit committee's independence, expertise and activities. Audit quality is assessed based on proxies such as the size of the public accounting firm, auditor industry specialization, and audit fees. The research results show that free cash flow and audit committee effectiveness have a significant positive influence on audit quality. Companies with high free cash flow tend to have adequate resources to pay higher audit fees, thereby encouraging auditors to carry out a more in-depth and quality audit process. In addition, an effective audit committee can ensure good oversight of the financial reporting and audit process, thereby improving audit quality. These findings provide important implications for companies and regulators in improving audit quality through managing free cash flow and establishing effective audit committees. Future research can explore other factors that influence audit quality and include relevant control variables.

PG Madukismo is a sugar factory that was established in 1955 and is the only sugar factory in the province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This factory is located in Padokan Village, Tirtonirmolo Village, Kasihan District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. PT Madubaru, a company engaged in sugar cane processing, is a sugar and spirits factory located in the Yogyakarta area. Companies that produce cane sugar with SHS IA quality. Product defects are often found, resulting in a decrease in quality, therefore it is necessary to carry out quality control. This study uses the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to identify failure modes, Logic Tree Analysis (LTA) to determine the consequences of failure arising from failure modes and determine effective preventive maintenance policies for each machine. For the production quality control section, the Statistical Processing Control (SPC) method is used to analyze product defects to determine whether product defects are still within controllable limits or not. While the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method is used to determine the failure mode in sugar production. For the quality control section on raw materials using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Re-Order Point (ROP), Safety Stock (SS), and Total Inventory Cost (TIC) methods. The conclusion of this study is regarding the results of the analysis and calculations carried out with several settlement methods and there are several causes of production defects from 5 factors, such as: human factors, work methods, environment, raw materials and machines used. And provide solutions to companies in order to reduce defects by controlling product quality.    

The purpose of writing this article is to determine the effect of audit delay, audit fees, and audit tenure on audit quality. This article was carried out by conducting a literature study from various research that has been carried out. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Audit delay has an effect on Audit Quality, 2) Audit Eee has an effect on Audit Quality and 3) Audit Tenure has an effect on Audit Quality.  

The influence of internal audit, accounting information systems and organizational commitment on the quality of financial reports is research that aims to determine the influence of these three factors on the quality of financial reports. This research uses a descriptive method. The units of analysis in this research are accounting information systems, organizational commitment, and internal audit. The research results show that Internal Audit, Accounting Information Systems, and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports. Internal audit also has an important role in supervising and controlling organizational activities, which will affect the quality of financial reports. The accounting information system aims to collect, process and convey relevant data and information to interested parties, both internal and external parties. Organizational commitment can also influence employee interest, propensity to stay, and propensity to leave, which will influence audit performance.

Elderly Catholics are an important part of the church community who require special attention as they face physical health challenges, emotional needs, and spiritual aspects that require special care. This article discusses the role of pastoral care in dealing with these challenges by promoting a meaningful quality of life for Catholic elderly. The method used in discussing this topic is a literature study. The pastoral role in encouraging the quality of life of elderly Catholics includes spiritual assistance, moral guidance, community services, counseling and emotional support, as well as education and coaching. Through this holistic approach, Catholic elderly can feel God's love and community support both physically and spiritually so that Catholic elderly live a more meaningful life.

Chronic Kidney  Disease (CKD) is defined when kidney damage lasts more than 3 months. Chronic Kidney  Disease (CKD) is a disease with various causes in the form of structural or functional abnormalities, accompanied by a decrease in glomerular filtration rate (GFR). People with chronic kidney disease and kidney failure often require kidney replacement therapy or hemodialysis. Sleep disorders are one of the complications of hemodialysis and often occur in patients with chronic kidney disease and over a long period of time. This can affect the quality of sleep of people with chronic kidney disease, both in terms of quantity and duration of sleep, which ultimately affects the individual's daily function. Non-pharmacological methods such as aromatherapy are important to relieve, prevent or treat certain diseases using natural plant spices or aromatic essential oils. Lavender aromatherapy belongs to the Lamiaceae family and its scientific name is Lavandula angustifolia. Inhaling lavender oil is a simple method that has been proven to have a positive effect on various symptoms, especially in hemodialysis patients with sleep disorders.

The aim of this research is to provide empirical evidence regarding the impact of implementing government accounting standards and internal control systems on the accountability of local government agencies. The population in this study was taken from the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Padang. The sampling technique that researchers used was Porposive Sampling with a sample size of 40 respondents and the testing tool used was multiple linear regression analysis. Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases are neurodegenerative conditions that affect the brain, with Alzheimer's causing cognitive and behavioral decline, while Parkinson's leads to motor and non-motor impairments. Both diseases have significant impacts on the health and quality of life of patients, with prevalence increasing in recent years. Although the exact causes of these diseases are still unknown, MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) is widely used to detect brain activity and serves as one of the diagnostic methods. With technological advancements, intelligent systems in image processing for image classification have been extensively used and have become a popular field due to their ability to replicate human visual capabilities. Image classification is performed using various supervised learning machine learning algorithms based on the shape, texture, and color of the images. This study employs two Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures, ResNet50 and GoogLeNet, to compare the performance of these models in classifying MRI scans of patients with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. The results show that the ResNet50 model outperforms the GoogLeNet model, with parameters set to 100 epochs, a batch size of 128, a learning rate of 0.0001, and the Adam optimizer, achieving an accuracy rate of 90%.

The role of teachers in the mission of Christian Religious Education must be a top priority. One of the main goals is to shape or provide direction to the participants. Educate about their faith and spiritual development. Therefore, in this case the author uses descriptive qualitative methods so that the meaning of the research results can be understood.

This study aims to delve into the significant role of Digital Ethics Education in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030. The background of this research is based on the rapid transformation in the digital era that has influenced various aspects of life, including education. Digital ethics not only encompasses rules of conduct in the use of social media but also values related to technology. The integration of digital ethics education with the SDGs 2030 is expected to foster a positive attitude towards technology, instill a sense of online responsibility, and develop critical thinking skills in the digital world. The research method used is library research, involving an in-depth analysis of various primary sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, and related documents. This study also involves a review of 16 scientific journals to deepen the understanding of digital ethics, education, and the SDGs 2030. Through observation and analysis of various reference sources, this research highlights the importance of digital ethics education in achieving sustainable development goals. The results of the study indicate that digital ethics education plays a crucial role in shaping an intelligent, enlightened, and productive generation in the digital era. In conclusion, enhancing the quality of education with a focus on ethical and moral values is essential to create a digitally literate and ethical society, thereby contributing positively to achieving the SDGs 2030 and moving towards a sustainable future for all individuals

This study aims to explore the relationship between diet and mental health in college students. By understanding the role of nutrition in mental well-being, we can identify dietary strategies that can improve mental health and improve quality of life. Using a quantitative approach with survey methods, data was collected from 200 students at University X. The research results show that there is a significant correlation between consuming nutritious food and lower levels of stress and anxiety. These findings indicate the importance of healthy eating patterns in maintaining mental health among students.

This research aims to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction with service quality in the beauty services industry, especially in the nail painting business. The factors that are the focus of the research are improving service quality and time efficiency in the nail painting process. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Angelnailartpky business owners have made various efforts to improve service quality and time efficiency, such as monitoring work, updating knowledge, and receiving input from consumers. Improving service quality and time efficiency is expected to increase consumer satisfaction and business profitability. The advice given is that Angelnailartpky continues to increase consumer satisfaction and strengthen its position in the beauty services market.

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of service quality and store image on customer loyalty at Bona Petshop. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of management science, especially marketing management which includes service quality, store image and customer loyalty. The data collection used was the Accidental Sampling technique, namely a random or sudden sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 66 people who were used as research samples conducted in 2022. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and obtained the equation value Y = 1.488 + 0.434 (X1) + 0.391 (X2) and the coefficient of determination of service quality and store image on customer loyalty is 36.6%.

This research seeks to determine the analysis of Naqd al-khariji and Naqd al-dakhili hadith arrujulu 'ala dini khalilihi. This research is qualitative in nature with a hadith science approach, such as the study of takhrij hadith and tahlili hadith on choosing friends. This research is included in library research by analyzing data descriptively and containing the analysis of the hadith arrujulu 'ala dini khalilihi, both from the analysis of the naqd al-khariji and naqd al-dakhili hadith. The results of the Naqd al-Khariji analysis research found the quality of Hasan hadith, it was proven that the narrator named Zuhair bin Muhammad had a shaduq assessment and there was 'illat in the path of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal on page number 303, namely that the narrator named Mu'amil was not connected to the teacher. named Zuhair bin Muhammad causes this hadith to be dha'if, but there are other authentic narrations, so the quality of this hadith rises to a hasanic hadith. Meanwhile, the analysis of Naqd al-Dakhili includes an explanation of the contextualization of hadith which is able to provide an understanding of choosing friends based on their religion, one of which is friends who have pious and ascetic qualities, namely friends who are able to have a good influence and impact on other friends, as well as friends who are able to improve their quality. to always carry out the commands of Allah Ta'ala and abandon things that He has forbidden.

The research methodology of this article employs the literature review method, presenting insights from various relevant sources on building a relationship with God. In conclusion, seeking and finding God necessitates a balance between reason and faith. Spiritual quality, theological perspectives, and embracing faith in Christ aid individuals in experiencing God's presence in their lives.

The pursue of this research is to analyze correctional relationship between customer relationship management (CRM) as quality of service and marketing mix to customer loyalty of ADA Swalayan in Bogor. The primary data are collected through questionnaire of 52 respondents who have made transactions in ADA Swalayan and analyzed the data with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using software SPSS. The results of the research show that Customer Management Relationship has an influence on customer loyalty of the ADA Swalayan as well.

The quality of human resources is a crucial foundation for improving the standard of living and the welfare of society. One indicator of human resource quality is the average level of education completed, and Indonesia has a low education level. The Blitar Regency Government is committed to addressing this issue by providing educational assistance in accordance with Blitar Regent Regulation Number 149 of 2022. This study aims to understand the process of implementing the educational assistance program policy and the factors influencing it, using the Van Meter and Van Horn model. The research was conducted at the Secretariat of Blitar Regency using a qualitative method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the program implementation aligns with the policy, although there are obstacles in the variables of resources and inter-organizational communication. The main supporting factors are clear objectives and the commitment of the implementing agents.

The role of Pancasila and citizenship lessons in schools is very important to shape the character and morals of students as the nation's successors so that they have quality and superior character in the future. The aim of this research is to find out the importance of Pancasila and citizenship lessons in shaping the character and morals of students at school. The method used in this article is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, namely selecting each journal or previous research, then obtaining the results in the form of ideas that will be developed later. Pancasila and citizenship lessons (PKN) are one of the subjects in school where one of the aims is to shape the character of the nation's successors. It is hoped that character formation through the application of Pancasila values can lead students to grow and develop into citizens with character, morals, responsibility and remember their rights and responsibilities as Indonesian citizens. This research shows that Pancasila and citizenship lessons are very important and useful for students. Bad character and morals are certainly worrying for the development of student behavior, and vice versa, good character will give birth to the next generation with good character and morals.
