The Hospital Management Information Sistem (SIMRS) is a key component in the digital transformation of healthcare services, aiming to enhance efficiency and service quality. This study evaluates the implementation of SIMRS at Mutiara Bunda Mother and Child Hospital and explores the challenges and opportunities for improvement. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews involving five key informants, including the medical records head, medical service manager, registration officers, and IT staff. The results show that the SIMRS covers registration, procedure input, laboratory, and pharmacy functions. However, issues such as delayed data entry by medical staff, limited equipment, lack of integration across service units, and absence of written user guidelines and regular training persist. The study concludes that although the SIMRS is in use at RSIA Mutiara Bunda, sistem optimization, staff capacity building, and stronger managerial support are crucial to fully realize its potential in improving service quality.

Stunting is one of the chronic nutritional problems that remains a serious challenge in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas. This condition not only affects children's physical growth but also their cognitive development and long-term productivity. The low level of public awareness regarding balanced nutrition and proper parenting practices is a major factor contributing to the high prevalence of stunting. Therefore, community empowerment through village forums as a platform for advocacy, education, and cross-sector collaboration is essential. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of village communities to understand, prevent, and address stunting through participatory approaches. The methods applied include training for posyandu cadres, group discussions, and the establishment of village stunting forums involving community leaders, health workers, and local government officials. The results indicate a significant improvement in public knowledge and awareness regarding stunting prevention. The village forum also serves as a coordination center for policy advocacy and the implementation of nutrition programs at the local level. Thus, community empowerment through village forums has proven to be an effective strategy to strengthen community participation and enhance synergy between government, health institutions, and local residents in reducing stunting prevalence at the village level.

Traditional games are an important part of cultural heritage rich in educational, social, and moral values. However, technological developments in the modern era have led children in Merangin Regency to abandon traditional games. They spend more time with gadgets, causing a decline in social interaction and awareness of local culture. Among various types of traditional games, congklak has become one of the least played. This situation encouraged designers to create an educational and engaging medium for children. As a solution, an Illustrated Book of the Traditional Game Congklak of Merangin Regency was designed as both a learning medium and an effort to preserve local culture. The illustrated book was chosen because it can convey messages visually and verbally in an appealing way, making it easier for readers to understand the story and the values contained within it. Deviant behavior in early childhood is an issue that needs serious attention, especially when children start to show the habit of using harsh language while interacting with peers. This phenomenon was found at TK Unggulan An Nur Surabaya, where some children tend to use impolite words during play and communication. The aim of this study is to identify the causal factors behind deviant behavior in early childhood, specifically rude speech, and to analyze the influence of family environment, school, peers, and media on such behavior. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Early childhood education (ECE) demands imaginative and inventive approaches to guarantee that children are actively involved and undergo significant learning in line with their developmental phases. The swift advancement of technology has made interactive video a valuable tool for enhancing ECE learning, especially when integrated with local cultural material. This research examines the use of the interactive video Wajanus (Warung Jajanan Nusantara) in Class B of Mutiara Hati Kindergarten Ponorogo, aimed at familiarizing children with Indonesian traditional snacks while also enhancing their cognitive, social, linguistic, and cultural values. A qualitative descriptive method was utilized, involving participatory observation, semi-structured interviews with parents and teachers, along with documentation via photos, videos, and field notes. Data analysis adhered to the model proposed by Miles and Huberman, encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and thematic conclusion formulation. The results indicate that utilizing Wajanus improved children's involvement in cognitive, emotional, and motor skills while promoting greater learning motivation. Children recognized numbers, shapes, and new vocabulary more efficiently, and they exhibited a positive attitude toward the local cultural heritage presented in the video. However, challenges were noted, including differing degrees of child involvement, the demand for extensive teacher assistance, and inadequate educational resources. In summary, interactive videos grounded in local culture like Wajanus are successful in enhancing early childhood education quality while also reinforcing children’s character education and cultural identity, and they possess significant potential for duplication in other ECE institutions throughout Indonesia

This research seeks to examine how changes in citizenship influence the legal validity of marriage, emphasizing both juridical aspects and practical implications. In an era of globalization and increased international mobility, the phenomenon of changing or losing citizenship has become more frequent. The legal consequences of such changes for marital validity represent a crucial area that demands comprehensive analysis, particularly in relation to national and international marriage laws. The study combines an international literature review with empirical data and legal analysis derived from the works of Mr. Mustain, a lecturer at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Findings reveal that a shift in citizenship can alter the legal standing of a marriage, generate legal ambiguities, and influence family rights such as child custody and inheritance. To address these issues, regulatory harmonization, the proactive engagement of religious authorities, and legal reform at the national level are essential to ensure adequate legal protection for couples undergoing citizenship transitions. Employing a library research method with a qualitative-normative approach, this study analyzes statutory provisions, judicial rulings, and relevant scholarly sources. The findings underscore that citizenship alteration may impact the legality of marriage, particularly when legal systems differ between the country of origin and the newly acquired nationality. In summary, citizenship changes can lead to legal uncertainty regarding marital validity, underscoring the need for legal harmonization and clear protective frameworks for affected couples. This research thus contributes significantly to the discourse on marriage law and citizenship policy development.

The “turun ranjang” marriage is a traditional practice found in several Indonesian ethnic groups, in which a man marries the younger sister of his deceased or divorced wife. This tradition aims to maintain family harmony, protect children, and preserve kinship ties. From the perspective of Islamic law, such a marriage is permissible as long as it fulfills the legal requirements and pillars of marriage, including the presence of a guardian, witnesses, mutual consent, and the absence of coercion. However, if any of these conditions are not met, the marriage may be considered invalid according to Islamic law. While this tradition has positive aspects such as preventing adultery and preserving family unity it may also lead to social conflict when performed under pressure or without full consent. Therefore, it is essential for those involved to seek guidance from Islamic scholars or legal experts to ensure the marriage aligns with religious principles and promotes family harmony. Overall, the “turun ranjang” marriage can be accepted if conducted with sincerity, awareness, and compliance with Islamic law.

Children as perpetrators of criminal acts are certainly obliged to be responsible for their actions that have caused harm to others. However, in being responsible for their actions in the Special Correctional Institution for Children, they also need to receive moral guidance to shape their character so that they can behave well during their sentence and when they return to society after serving their sentence. This way, they can socialize well, having gained an understanding of good character formation during their sentence, ensuring they will not commit crimes again. Therefore, the implementation of social rehabilitation to form a quality character for child criminals through community service activities is very important to be carried out. These activities will help restore their social abilities, enabling them to adapt once again and play a positive role in community life. By doing so, they can contribute to society and avoid reoffending, leading to their successful reintegration into the community.
