Teacher professional competence is very important because it is something that every teacher must have to make quality and carry out the duties of an educator properly. One way to make the competence of a teacher or an educator is by coaching. The development of this competency is very important and needs to be done for a teacher or an educator to make it more effective and efficient in the application of teaching. Descriptive qualitative research method is the method used in this study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the teacher professional competence development program at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School was quite good including: MGMP, Taftisy I'dad, Kamisan, Ta'hil, In House Training and Khutbatul 'Arsy, Teacher Supervision (Supervision) and Appreciation (Motivation). From the results of this study, the authors recommend that Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School educational institutions should further improve teacher professional competency development. In the era of the development of science and technology and the high level of competition in the business world is a challenge that must be faced by all parties, especially in Micro, Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Tampan District is one of the sub-districts in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province which is located about 10 kilometers from the center of Pekanbaru City. Many micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tampan, Pekanbaru have adopted technology such as the implementation of a digital cashier system to assist in managing sales transactions. The purpose of this study is to find out what digital cashier applications are predominantly used by MSME players and how influential they are for optimizing financial records. MSME players and how influential it is for optimizing financial records. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with observational data collection techniques on MSMEs in Handsome District, Pekanbaru.

E-learning media is very useful for teachers in supporting the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Apart from having to understand how to use various existing e-learning media, teachers can also design digital e-learning media that are adapted to student learning styles consisting of Visual, Audiotorial and Kinesthetic as well as Asynchronous and synchronous. E-learning media products designed from the results of teacher training are in the form of Android-based applications, consisting of Visual, audio, Kinesthetic menus, and all Materials. This application contains material and assignments on all subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Sooko, Mojokerto Regency.  

This study aims to: (1) develop Prezi application-based learning media products on fantasy embroidery basic competencies (2) determine the feasibility of Prezi application-based learning media based on assessments from media and material experts (3) determine student responses to Prezi application-based learning media on competence basics of fantasy embroidery. The research was carried out in class XI Fashion Design at SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik. The type of research used was research and development. The development method chosen was Borg & Gall with 7 stages of development, namely data collection, planning, initial product format development, expert validation testing, revision of expert validation test results, limited field trials, revision and improvement of limited trial results. The data collection method uses a student response questionnaire, a validation test results questionnaire. Descriptive analysis techniques are used to process and analyze the results of student response questionnaires and validation questionnaires. The results of this study state that: (1) producing Prezi application-based Learning Media products on the basic competence of fantasy embroidery is good and feasible to use (2) the feasibility of Prezi application-based Learning Media products based on media experts' assessments gets a percentage of 93.75% included in the very feasible category , from material experts, an average percentage of 100% is included in the very feasible category (3) student responses to Prezi application-based learning media in the basic competence of fantasy embroidery get a percentage of 90.97% included in the very good category.

Bank BTN plays an important role in providing mortgage loans to customers, in granting mortgage loans the bank must conduct research and proper calculations for prospective borrowers and many factors must be considered when making decisions in granting mortgages to customers, so that there are no mistakes in making decisions that are wrong. can result in losses to the bank, namely the possibility of bad credit. Seeing the frequent occurrence of bad credit risks borne by Bank BTN due to the uncertainty of debtor loan repayments, and where nonperforming loans can certainly affect the health of a bank. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research study focuses on how the BTN bank, especially the KC Karawang, determines the decision to provide mortgage financing to its customers. The results of the study show that there are many series of processes until the decision to grant or the realization of the mortgage occurs. One of them is by checking BI, which is in the form of checking customer credit history, such as motorbike loans, car loans, credit on credit or paylater and others that will be seen in BI. If the BI is good and smooth, there are no arrears, then the mortgage application is accepted, but conversely, if the BI is not good, then the mortgage application will not be accepted.

Documentation is carried out on documents regarding company profiles and other supporting documents. data analysis is done by giving meaning to the data collected and finally a conclusion is drawn.

The Office of Population and Family Planning Control (DPPKB) Karawang district is a government agency that has an important role in controlling the population in Karawang district through the family planning (KB) program. Practical Work is carried out by means of an internship in an agency or company in the Karawang area related to the aim of providing insight to students about the real world of work. This practical work report aims to find out the Work Environment at the Karawang Population Control and Family Planning Office. The basic method of obtaining data is by means of direct interviews, observations, and direct field observations. Overall the work environment at the Population Control and Family Planning Office in Karawang is running well, comfortably and smoothly, but the problems that often occur in the population control and family planning services are that there are often obstacles to the attendance application, namely SIAP which often occurs errors and makes it difficult for employees, besides that in the work environment of the Karawang Population Control and Family Planning Service there are several people who are not harmonious in carrying out their work. The solution that must be done is to add an internet connection to make it faster and provide training for this SIAP application, while to overcome The solution for workers who are not in harmony is to negotiate and bring someone together in an amicable way so that they are back in harmony again.

Background: Most respiratory disorders are caused by problems or diseases of the respiratory system, including the lungs. Restriction and blockage are two types of lung function problems.Purpose: To analyze the application of the tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to the increase in oxygen saturation in congested patients in the emergency room at PROF Hospital. Dr. SABOE TONGUE.Methods: Case report, which is a narrative report. The case study in this paper examines the use of a tripod position and pursed lip breathing technique to increase oxygen saturation in shortness of breath patients. Patients with asthma, lung cancer, TB, and COPD constitute the study population. Four patients with asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis, and COPD were sampled for the study.Results: After the nurse's intervention was carried out, which was related to airway management in the fourth patient, the overall evaluation results were obtained, then the intervention was continued in the patient's treatment room.Conclusion: Based on the description above, people with respiratory problems often experience decreased functional daily activities, decreased concentration, and mood swings. As a result, if the condition of shortness of breath is allowed to continue unnoticed it will reduce oxygen saturation which in turn can cause cyanosis in patients who experience recurrent infections.

The data was obtained from a test designed to assess understanding of Algebraic Fractions. Class analysis results for the Think Pair ShareeCooperative learninggmodel class and the direct learning model class indicate that the average learninggoutcomes of studentsstaught utilizing the ThinkkPairrShare Cooperativeelearning modelaare greater than those of studentsstaught utilizing the direct learning model.

In this study, the data that will be used as research objects are Regular Indonesian Language Education Students E 2020. This study aims to find out Indonesian language errors in WhatsApp group conversations for regular students E 2020. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique comes from screenshots of text from the WhatsApp group application for Indonesian Language and Literature Education Regular E 2020. The research method contains an explanation of the methods used by researchers in conducting research. In this section the researcher explains the scientific procedures carried out by the researcher to produce a conclusion. The method contains research approaches and methods, data sources/populations and samples, methods for selecting samples/determining data sources, instruments, data collection methods, and data analysis techniques. This section contains a description of the procedure and research steps according to the topic being studied. The results of this study are that there are many mistakes made by students in communicating in groups such as using incorrect spelling, using non-standard words and using forgotten punctuation marks.

Muhammadiyah Ponorogo General Hospital is one of the private hospitals in Ponorogo Regency. At this time the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo General Hospital has received Plenary accreditation from the Indonesian Hospital Accreditation Institute (LARSI). The problem that is often faced by hospitals is that there is a lot of waste that occurs in the service process at the Eye Polyclinic of RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. The most critical level of waste for eye polyclinic services is waiting with a weighting value of 4.00, waste inventory with a value of 3.16, waste overproduction with a weighting value of 3.00, waste defects with a weighting value of 2.91 , waste inappropriate processing with a weight value of 2.66, waste unnecessary motion with a weight value of 2.58, waste transportation with a weight value of 1.41, and waste underutilized abilities of people with a weight value of 2.25. The initial activity time before the repair was 14,677 seconds or 244 minutes (4 hours) and after the repair was reduced to 6,577 seconds or 109 minutes (1 hour 61 minutes). The highest waste is waiting, namely doctors often do not come on time and there is a lack of nurses or pharmacists in the pharmacy with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) score of 252 and 224. Recommendations for improvement that can be proposed are adding doctors to the eye poly department to reduce doctor delays because there are surgery schedules that often collide with the schedule for opening eye poly services and adding medical personnel to the pharmacy department, to reduce queues you can use a drug delivery application that can be accessed by patients without having to queue again at the hospital.

This study uses a qualitative approach to examine business ethics in the practice of buying and selling wholesale batik negligee at Pasar Johar Semarang. Primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Pasar Johar Semarang is a traditional market which is famous for its lively buying and selling activities. In the practice of buying and selling wholesale, there are patterns that are commonly found, including competition between sellers, stock management, systems for returning or exchanging goods, and special agreements between sellers and buyers. This practice reflects the application of Islamic business ethical values ​​such as fairness, social responsibility, and honesty. The results of the study show that in Pasar Johar Semarang, the principle of mutual benefit is upheld in buying and selling activities. The importance of the principles of fairness and balance in buying and selling is also recognized. Even though there are risks and abuses in the system of returns or khiyar, the practice is still in accordance with the principles of Islamic law. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the practice of buying and selling wholesale batik negligee and the influence of business ethics in transactions conducted at Pasar Johar Semarang.

This research aims to analyze the application of diversion and restorative justice in criminal cases committed by minors. The application of diversion is examined in more depth about the obligation of every law enforcer to carry out a series of diversion processes in the police, prosecutor's office and up to the court. The implementation of diversion is something that must be done without exception in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 11/2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The application of restorative justice seeks a benchmark for the extent to which it can be implemented by taking into account the authority possessed by the public prosecutor when the diversion process is not achieved and when the criminal case has entered the criminal justice process. The application of the termination of prosecution must be based on the applicable provisions and conditions contained in the Attorney General's Decree No. 15 of 2020. After conducting research on diversion and restorative justice, the only legal benefit of juvenile criminal cases is through the provision of punishment for a child who is a perpetrator of a criminal offense in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations concerning the juvenile criminal justice system.

The background of this research is on the subject of Islamic Religious Education that teachers still rarely use the discovery learning learning model in learning so that students are not effective in participating in the learning process and when students are given assignments by the teacher, almost all students in class VII cannot do the assignments given, so symptoms or phenomena are found, especially in subjects Islamic Religious Education, namely the learning outcomes of class VII students are still relatively low and have not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, namely 75. The purpose of this research is to find out whether student learning outcomes have increased by applying the discovery learning model to the eyes Islamic religious education lessons. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, Jujuhan Ilir District, Bungo Regency, Jambi, even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 15 male students and 5 female students. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, where the data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in the form of percentages. The results of this study are that the application of discovery learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes in the material Al-Khulafaur Ar Rasyidun The Successor of the Struggle of the Prophet Muhammad. Before the action, it was known that 8 students had completed with 40% classical completeness, in cycle I, 12 students had completed with 60% classical completeness, in cycle II, 18 students had completed with 90% classical completeness. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the discovery learning model it can improve student PAI results at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN.

This research examines more deeply the analysis of legal certainty for victims of Doni Salmanan's fraud in trading through an application called QUOTEX. In relation to the decision of the Bale Bandung District Court number 576/Pid.Sus/2022/PN BlB, in which the Panel of Judges gave a verdict of imprisonment and confiscation of assets owned by the defendant generated through trading by utilizing his victims for profit and the assets were confiscated by the state. However, in the verdict there was no decision at all to provide compensation to the victim of Doni Salmanan's fraud, in this case the element of legal justice for the victim was not fulfilled by this decision. However, the aspect of legal certainty for the victim is very strong so that the defendant gets a death sentence and a fine for his actions. The legal certainty in question is a guarantee that the law is carried out properly in processing the rights and obligations of the defendant for his crime. Material law as an element of legal certainty has been carried out and linked to various laws and regulations relating to the case. Law No. 8/1999 on Consumer Protection for the losses suffered by the victim as a consumer, Law No. 19/2016 on the Amendment to Law No. 11/2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions because the case involved electronic networking devices, and Law No. 8/2010 on the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering because in the prosecution the defendant was deemed to have disguised his wealth generated through criminal acts.

In the current era of globalization, the progress of technology and information development occurs very quickly. Developments in the transportation sector have experienced significant changes with the presence of online transportation services in the form of an application. Online transportation service applications are very easy to use which has an impact on other transportation services. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is carried out in order to find out how business competition lies therein, including between online transportation service business actors and ordinary (conventional) transportation businesses. Some online transportation service providers in Indonesia include Uber, Grab, Go-jek, In-driver, and others. The services provided by online transportation services are not only in the form of transportation services, but offer food delivery services, online shopping services, and services to deliver packages. Business competition between online transportation services and (conventional) transportation services causes unfair business competition. In this research, the author uses a qualitative research type because the author discusses the business competition between the two by conducting an analysis. The research approach used by the author in this journal is to use a statutory approach.

This research is about juridical analysis of the application of article 1348 of the Civil Code to the practice of online arisan with a descending system. The method used in this research is normative. The purpose of this study is to find out the legal consequences caused by the Owner and Member of the Online Arisan Practice System for Decreasing the Non-fulfillment of Elements in Article 1348 of the Civil Code. The results of this study are that if one of the parties defaults or defaults, the provisions for sanctions are regulated in criminal and civil provisions, then the legal consequence is that if a member party does not complete the arisan contribution, the owner will bear the fee. so that members who commit defaults will hold negotiations/mediation efforts up to filing a lawsuit in court or carrying out a criminal law process by the owner as the person in charge of the arisan.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses owned by individuals or groups that aim to grow and develop their business. ChaCha Kitchen is one of the MSMEs in Blitar that has been around for a long time. The problem faced by ChaCha Kitchen is the application of branding which is felt to be ineffective so they feel the need to be re-branded. Assistance and development through product re-branding is carried out in several steps, including changing the logo, product design, creating a website, and registering on the marketplace. The purpose of this research is to help develop MSME businesses digitally and help develop products to make them more attractive. The method used in this service is by observing, interviewing, data analysis, re-branding, and evaluation. The results of this study are ChaCha Kitchen MSMEs, namely Instagram feed updates and also websites that can make it easier for MSMEs to market their products and can increase consumer interest so that income will increase rapidly.

Diseases of the heart and blood vessels, such as coronary artery disease (heart attack), cerebrovascular disease (stroke), heart failure (HF), and other pathologies, are collectively referred to as cardiovascular disease (CVD). Globally, around 17 million people a year die from cardiovascular disease, with mortality increasing significantly for the first time in 50 years. Has performed an analysis of the performance of the selection algorithm with case studies predicting the determination of the customer's risk profile. Data mining is the extraction of previously unknown or previously hidden patterns from large databases or data warehouses. This study compares data mining classification models Nave Bayes, Decision Tree, Random Forest, KNN, and SVM to find the most effective model for classifying customer profile data. Later, the most accurate model will be proposed as a replacement model for forecasting the customer's risk profile. As a result, the accuracy value obtained is 82.93% and AUC is 0.896. Then accuracy testing is carried out using the rapidminer application. Testing on rapidminer was carried out with the highest accuracy obtained with an accuracy value of 86.64% and an AUC of 0.880.
