Its implementation and application require the use of the TPPU Law by relying on the initial crime or primary crime, the main crime according to investigators and prosecutors is part of the formal and material requirements in an event file, for its fulfillment if it is incomplete it can be considered unable to carry out prosecution by prioritizing formal processes. Money laundering cases are rarely charged under the TPPU Law because the charges given are not cumulative charges, and are only limited to the initial crime, complicated bureaucracy and difficult communication between agencies due to the integrity that does not exist between judicial institutions as a criminal justice system, lack of socialization process and regarding the anti-money laundering regime to investigators, public prosecutors, and PPATK. The problem in this study is how to apply international criminal law to money laundering. The application of International Money Laundering into Indonesia's national criminal law depends on compliance with international treaties governing transnational criminal activities. This agreement has been approved and implemented by the legal and regulatory framework of the country. This impact is seen in lawmaking, the passing of Presidential Decrees, and the legal doctrine articulated in this agreement. The Money Laundering Act serves as an example of domestic criminal legislation promulgated as a means of enforcing international conventions

With the increasing need for medical services and developments in technology, doctors and patients are often faced with various legal issues related to health care. The role of doctors in society is crucial because of the knowledge and skills needed to diagnose and treat disease, as well as maintain patient health. A surgeon is a specialist doctor who treats diseases, injuries or emergency conditions in the body through surgical methods (operatives) carried out in the operating room installation. The doctor's legal responsibility towards patients in the operating room installation is based on several relevant legal principles, the principle of informed consent or consent in treatment is an important factor in determining whether the doctor is responsible or not. Patients must be given adequate information about the diagnosis, procedures, risks, and treatment alternatives before giving consent for medical treatment. What are the rights and obligations between the doctor and patient in the agreement before surgery, as well as the agreement between the doctor and patient after the patient has received this information. Research methods using normative law are methods used to study legal rules as a system that can be linked to certain legal events. Secondary data uses tertiary legal data, secondary legal data and tertiary legal data from books, literature, publications and statutory sources related to all discussions. From this research it was found that every human being has the human right to live a healthy life and a doctor has ethical and professional responsibilities in carrying out his duties. The relationship between doctors and patients is regulated by applicable laws and regulations. It can be concluded that the legal responsibility of doctors towards patients in operating rooms is very important in medical practice. As health professionals, physicians have an ethical and legal obligation to provide safe, competent, and responsible care to their patients. If a doctor fails to meet expected standards of care or commits negligence that results in injury or harm to a patient, they may be legally liable.

This research discusses the impact of EU energy protectionism in the face of global challenges such as the Covid-19 pandemic and the energy crisis due to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Those two major events reveal the risks of over-dependence on foreign suppliers and the lack of diversification in the EU supply chain. As a solution, the EU has implemented various policies, including RePowerE, Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and Green Deal Industrial Plan (GDIP), to reduce dependence on energy imports and increase domestic renewable energy production. Through the analysis of neoliberalism and Game Theory approaches, particularly the Prisoner's Dilemma concept, this article explores the implications of protectionist policies on international trade stability. The analysis shows that while protectionist policies can strengthen the EU's energy independence and domestic security, they also have the potential to trigger international trade tensions and protectionist retaliation from other countries.

War conflict is something that is difficult for countries to avoid. For example, conflicts between Israel and Palestine occur repeatedly, but the realization of international accountability is not yet in accordance with existing regulations. The events that resulted in casualties in the war must be held accountable by Israel as a State, as well as the individuals involved. As a result of these actions, the perpetrators of war crimes must be held accountable under international law. The research method used is normative juridical research, namely by using library materials, by studying and examining the regulations governing international criminal law, both regulations from the Indonesian government and the constitution issued by the Rome Statute. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be seen that the mechanism for enforcing international criminal law based on the 1998 Rome Statute is carried out through several stages, namely submission of a case by the state party, investigation and prosecution, trial, decision making, finally appeal and review.

The primary function is to provide credit to financial institutions, since this is where the majority of a bank's revenue (interest, fees, and other forms of income) is generated. How profitable and long lasting a bank is depends on the quantity of credit that is extended. Consequently, every step of the lending process from estimating the amount of credit to calculating interest rates, from issuing credit to analyzing it, and finally, from returning poor credit must be executed to the highest standard. On the other hand, lending is a crucial part of a bank's strategy, and it's also a common reason why banks go bankrupt. What is the intended outcome of this study? 1) Under what circumstances may creditors accept a Civil Servant Decree (SK) as security? 2) How would the bank, as the creditor, handle a dispute in the event of a legal dispute (poor credit)? 3) Who is legally responsible for a banker's clients' negative credit? Research in this area follows a juridical-normative framework. A judicial-normative strategy is one that looks at information from the web, books, and relevant legislation.

The second coming of Christ is an event inalienable to mankind. In addition to declaring punishment for unbelievers, His second coming also fulfills the presence of a new heaven and earth in which the righteous will reign with Christ forever. Of this, the Bible records that "the heavens shall vanish with a great rumbling, and the elements of the world shall burn in the flames, and the earth and all that is therein shall pass away." But on the other hand, the view of restoration clearly teaches that the old heavens and the earth will not be totally destroyed, but renewed. Thus the problem arises: how could both of these things - the biblical concept of the new earth and the doctrine of restoration - be a harmonious truth? This paper seeks to explain and discuss the problematic teaching of the restoration in relation to the concept of the new earth. Through this paper the author hopes to elaborate the problematic of this topic clearly, especially regarding the alleged contradictions that exist. In addition, critical analysis is conducted to produce responsible solutions that contribute significantly to the study of eschatology, in which the authors believe that the teaching of restoration and the concept of the new earth is a harmonious and biblical truth.

Talking about the second coming of the Lord Jesus (eschatology) is one of the foundations of the Christian faith, so this needs to be known, taught and believed by every person of God. However, because there are many interpretations regarding the second coming of the Lord Jesus, correct and appropriate study is needed according to God's word.  Lack of understanding regarding the second coming of the Lord Jesus can lead to distorted interpretations that even contradict the truth of God's word itself. There are quite a few errors in the interpretation of the second coming of the Lord Jesus. On the contrary, it causes anxiety, fear, doubt, confusion, and even misdirection. This means that it is very important for us to know more about eschatology, to provide a better and correct understanding in waiting for the second coming of the Lord Jesus. At that time, if we have understood it in a paradigm shift that previously had a frightening perspective, but on the contrary, we are waiting for it with full confidence, a higher level of faith in God and even waiting for it with joy, because He is the one who picks up His people, He is the one who all this time in the world we worship, and also only to Him can we immortalize ourselves completely. Death is human nature and the end of human existence in life. Death is indeed the end of human existence, but humans as physical and spiritual creatures are not completely eliminated by death. The soul/spirit as the spiritual element of humans does not disappear along with the body. The soul is the identity of each human person who reveals the history of his life to God. The human soul will later become a means for God in the process of resurrecting humans. Death is not only something that ends human existence in life, but is also a time when humans perfect/complete the history of their life freely. A life history that shows identity, character, personality, and all the stories that have been experienced that show who he is authentically and finally, without being able to change again. The term human being as both a physical and spiritual creature indicates the unity of the two substances or elements that make up a human being, namely body and soul. This unity, apart from showing the integrity and equality of God's creations, also shows the specialness of humans from other creations. The unity between body and soul as the element that makes humans exist is able to explain the event of the resurrection of the dead which is believed by Christians.
