This article provides a detailed literature review on the effects of workload and work environment on employee performance. This article examines the theoretical concepts, empirical findings and identified relationships between employee workload and work environment conditions and individual performance outcomes using a literature synthesis. We hope this overview provides an overall overview of the key factors that influence employee efficiency and productivity in different organizational contexts. Based on the literature review, there is strong evidence that a workload  appropriate to an individual's abilities can improve employee motivation and performance. Conversely, excessive workload can lead to fatigue and reduced productivity. Additionally, a supportive, encouraging, and well-resourced work environment can improve employee performance. We also found that factors such as social support and opportunities for self-development  in the work environment may play an important role in moderating the relationship between workload, work environment, and employee performance.

In the field of education, organizational culture and the school environment are critical variables that must be considered. Of course, this immediately improves teacher performance, which in turn improves school quality. In practice, State Elementary Schools in the Buah Batu District have established an organizational culture and created a welcoming school atmosphere, yet this appears to be insufficient. It is still discovered that instructors' behavior in carrying out their tasks does not adhere to the established culture, and there are many teachers who have not earned teaching credentials, which is an intriguing issue to explore. The quantitative approach used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis. 78 respondents were given questionnaires with the expectation that they would be able to answer the research objectives. SPSS version 25 was used for statistical testing. According to the findings of the research, organizational culture and the work environment have an impact on teacher performance, both individually and collectively. Several recommendations are made to school principals, supervisors, and instructors in the study that will help them enhance their performance.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service. This study is a qualitative study. The results of the study show that although the implementation of library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services has been implemented, there are still barriers to implementation and it is not optimal. The Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service plan was successfully implemented  through the implementation of technical guidance to staff. From an organizational perspective, the availability of facilities and infrastructure resources of Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services generally still does not meet the needs of all strata of society. Although implementation was carried out, it was not  optimal due to lack of human resources, limited funding from Bintan Regency Library Archive Service for program implementation, and  lack of reading book collection of Bintan Regency Library Archive Service. Supervision (control) indicates that supervision has been carried out through regular meetings, gradual supervision and monitoring of staff discipline, but  the government has paid little attention to the development of public library functions.

This research aims to analyze the Remas Organization (Riyadhul Jannah Mosque Youth) KD Kampil Village, which was founded at the end of 2020. The problems that are the focus of the research include the lack of involvement of members, especially female members, lack of initiative from youth, and internal problems in monthly deliberations. The research methods used were participatory observation, interviews with the Head of the Organization, Ahmad Syafi'udin, and analysis of documentation related to organizational activities. The research results show that the lack of involvement of female members is influenced by the large number of female members who are married, while the lack of youth initiative is caused by the workload of young people who are already working. Internal problems in monthly deliberations involve disagreements between members and inconsistent attendance. Proposed improvement efforts include increasing the involvement of female members through special programs, encouraging youth initiative through leadership training activities, and improvements in the deliberation process to increase the effectiveness of meetings and minimize conflict. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving the performance and involvement of members in the KD Kampil Village Remas Organization.
