The superiority of a company really depends on the human resources (HR) it has. Excellence in the field of human resources means that the company can retain, nurture and develop its quality employees from time to time in accordance with the standards they have set. Superior employees are those who have advantages compared to employees in other companies, for example abilities and behavior, so that they are able to achieve targets and even exceed what was previously set as their workload.The management of a company that has superior employees must be good at looking after, nurturing and retaining employees so that they continue to perform well and continue to survive in the company. Maintenance can be done by making employees feel happy and at home working in the company. Then by continuing to develop the competencies and talents they have, so that they have the ability, behavior and high loyalty to the company. If this is not done, it will certainly be a problem for employees to maintain and retain their employees.

Introduction: Hypertension (HTN), defined as systolic blood pressure (SBP) >140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >90 mmHg, is a major health problem that is growing worldwide. It is the most common risk factor for cardiovascular disease and affects nearly two-thirds of adults aged 60 years or older. The side effects caused by experiencing prolonged high blood pressure are kidney damage (kidney failure), heart (coronary heart disease) and brain which can lead to stroke if not detected early and receive adequate treatment. And can also cause death. Risk factors for complications of hypertension include elderly age, medication compliance, and lifestyle. Empowerment of the elderly can be through non-pharmacological therapy. An example of non-pharmacological therapy is by doing anti-hypertension exercises. The purpose of this program is for the elderly to be able to learn about hypertension and apply how to do anti-hypertension exercises. The method used is providing education to the elderly and applying anti-hypertension exercises with participants (elderly). Implementation of health education and anti-hypertension exercise activities for the elderly at the UPTD for Elderly Social Services in Binjai in November 2023. Most participants were able to answer questions during the question and answer session after the presentation of the material and participants were able to follow the instructor's exercise movement directions. Health education about hypertension and anti-hypertension exercise for the elderly is a program that can help increase physical activity in the elderly which can lower blood pressure in the elderly.

A fixation device is a tool used to make it easier for a radiographer to carry out examinations in radiology. Bontranger, 2014 The use of this tool has a specific nature, this tool can only be used for certain examinations, for example the Babygram examination. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the design and construction of fixation equipment in the Radiology Installation at TK.II Pelamonia Makassar Hospital in March – May 2024. The independent variables in this research are the aspects of equipment feasibility, equipment safety, equipment function and radiographic results. This type of research is Quantitative Descriptive Analytical. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The population and sample were 11 respondents, namely 10 radiographers and 3 radiology specialists. The sampling technique was carried out by accidental sampling. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and is presented in the form of a frequency distribution table.  Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the design of the Babygram fixation tool from the feasibility test aspect of the tool was obtained as Very Suitable (100%) for use and Fairly Good (100%) set on the examination table. For the safety aspect test results, the results were quite safe (100%) for supporting the baby and the results were very safe (100%) for the quality of the materials used. Meanwhile, for the test results of whether the tool can be used, the results obtained are very suitable (100%), it can be adjusted and adjusted to the shape and size of the baby's body, but quite a long time (100%) is needed during the examination. The radiographic test results obtained were Very Good (100%) showing anatomical structures and None (100%) showing radiographic results free from artifacts.  It is best to have a fixation tool available in Radiology because it really helps radiographers treat non-cooperative patients and with a fixation tool the time required is very faster compared to without using a fixation tool.

The culture medium functions to provide nutrition and as a place for microorganisms to grow optimally. The price of agar media is expensive and quite difficult to reach, making examination of microorganisms in the laboratory expensive. This can be overcome by using alternative media that are easy to obtain. One example of a natural ingredient that can be used as an alternative medium is jackfruit seeds which are then processed into flour. Jackfruit seeds can be used as an alternative ingredient because they contain nutrients, namely carbohydrates. The aim of this research was to see the effectiveness of jackfruit seed flour for the growth of the Aspergillus niger fungus. The type of research used is descriptive by describing the growth of the Aspergillus niger fungus on alternative agar media, namely jackfruit seed flour. . After data collection, the data is then processed using a tabulating stage which is presented in table form by showing the growth of the Aspergillus niger fungus macroscopically and microscopically using 10x and 40x magnification which is then grouped based on positive and negative categories.

Community Service is a process of devotion through various direct activities in the midst of the community, lecturers and students strive to be part of the community and actively and creatively involved in the dynamics that occur in the community. Lecturers and students have a strategic role as agents of change. Based on the results of the observation, the work program for Video Editing training using the Filmora application was determined to be carried out using the lecture method followed by direct practicum by making examples of intro videos with the Filmora application. One of the formats that is currently a favorite of trademark owners and their own services is endorsement via content creators. This is considered more effective because it can reach more business people with similar interests with the target audience that suits what they want.

This study intends to ascertain the potential, issues, and requirements for learning English for marketing majors at vocational schools. It also seeks to evaluate the feasibility of the Busworld website, which was created as an alternate medium for this research. English communication abilities must be improved by vocational students. Issues that arise with marketing majors at vocational schools show that the same materials are still used in both general education and vocational education. A notable example of technology use in this study is the technology-based learning medium, which took the shape of a website centered around telecommunications. The Sugiyono Model is the model that is adapted for this research, which employs the Research and Development (R&D) technique. Finding Potential, Problems, and Data Analysis, Design Validation, Product Design, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Product, and Publication are the steps that have been modified. The SMK Pemuda 1 Kesamben, SMK PGRI 2 Sutojayan, and SMKN 1 Kademangan served as the research's field sites. This study's data is quantitative in the form of teacher and student answers and product validation results, and qualitative in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The study's findings suggest that using the Busworld website as an alternate medium can help marketing students expand their vocabulary related to business. The results of the media validation and material validation, which were completed by three experts each, and which yielded a score of 98%, indicating high validity, serve as evidence for this. Additionally, 88.5% of the replies from thirty marketing students and three teachers were included in the results of the teacher and student surveys. In summary, the Busworld website, which offers resources such as 100 lists of verbs, 100 lists of nouns, 50 business abbreviations, and 50 conversations with business themes, is a valuable tool for improving the business vocabulary proficiency of marketing students at vocational schools.

This study is a descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation study. The results of the research show that: 1) exceeding the boundary lines in notebooks is experienced by 5 students, 2) writing each word in a sentence unevenly is experienced by 14 students, 3) significant differences in the size of each letter are experienced by 7 students, 4) excessive spacing between words or sentences occurs in 1 student, 5) omission of words in a sentence is experienced by 5 students, 6) omission of letters in written words occurs in 9 students, 7) writing incomplete home addresses is experienced by 25 students, 8) incorrectly copying sentences from examples occurs in 1 student, 9) inconsistent use of capital and lowercase letters is experienced by 11 students, 10) not placing capital letters at the beginning of sentences is observed in 16 students, 11) incorrect use of punctuation is experienced by 12 students, 12) unclear legibility is experienced by 4 students. Therefore, there are still second-grade students who have initial writing errors.

The term "agraria" is used in the Indonesian government administration to describe "land", both agricultural and non-agricultural land. Agrarian law (Agrarisch Recht) in the administrative district of the Dutch Indian government is confined to a set of legislative regulations that provide a legal basis for the rulers to implement agricultural policy. In this study, the method of normative analysis is used. Normative law research or library research is a type of research that studies documents using various secondary data such as laws. Within Indonesia there are a variety of natural resources, including fishing, mangrove forests, while the regulations that govern the Indonesian seas vary in various aspects, among others: the Persian Sea, Wiayah Sea, Continental Land, Exclusive Economic Zone, Additional Zone, Overseas Sea. In conclusion, maritime agrarian law is very important in understanding and utilizing natural resources related to land and waters. Marine natural resources play a vital role inining the balance of global ecosystems as well as providing economic benefits to communities. Within the framework of sustainable development, we are faced with the great challenge of understanding and using marine agricultural resources wisely.

This research aims to determine the role of teachers in reading interest in fourth grade students. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is a class IV teacher. The data collection techniques used were interview and observation techniques. The results of the research are, 1) The role of the teacher as a motivator, the efforts made by the teacher as a motivator are by providing support to students, 2) The role of the teacher as a guide, namely by familiarizing students with reading, 3) The role of the teacher as a facilitator, namely by providing infrastructure , 4) The teacher's role as a model and role model, namely by providing examples so that students have an interest in reading. The conclusion of this research is that the teacher's role in reading interest in class IV students, namely as a motivator, guide, facilitator, and as a model and role model has been carried out well, but there are several roles that have not been implemented optimally. It is hoped that teachers will be more optimal in implementing it.

This research aims to analyze the difficulties of fourth grade students at SDN Mekarjaya 14 in solving mathematics story problems. This research uses qualitative research with an inductive method. This research aims to gain knowledge based on correct and reliable data and facts about students' mathematics learning difficulties in the form of story problems. The research instrument used was observation of test questions in the form of stories. The technique for checking the validity of the data is using triangulation. Based on the results of observations, there were still many respondents who made mistakes in working on the questions, including mistakes in changing story questions into mathematical sentences and using arithmetic operations. In general, students have difficulty working on story problems which are presented in the form of story problems. Apart from that, respondents also did not master multiplying results up to 100. In accordance with findings in the field, it can be concluded that there were difficulties experienced by respondents, including difficulties in understanding concepts and material,master and use arithmetic operations, for example multiplication and division. Meanwhile, the factors that caused respondents to experience difficulty learning mixed arithmetic operations included their lack of mastery of the concepts of multiplication and division, and the lack of time provided by respondents to repeat lessons at home.    

This thesis aims to: 1) Find out the concept of Islamic religious education teachers in learning ablution procedures for students at the special school for the deaf, Don Bosco Wonosobo, 2) Find out what the role of Islamic religious education teachers is in learning ablution procedures for students at the special school for the deaf, Don Bosco Wonosobo. , 3) knowing how to carry out learning ablution procedures for students at the Don Bosco Wonosobo special school for the deaf.This thesis uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is field research presented with descriptive data. The subjects in this research were Islamic religious education teachers at the Don Boso special school, the principal of the Don Bosco special school and also students at the Don Bosco special school. Technique data collection uses observation methods, semi-structured interviews and also documentation. Data sources were obtained from field research and also qualitative research. The analysis technique used is a data analysis technique, namely the analysis of data that has been collected by researchers through methodological tools. Where data is obtained using a data analysis process in the form of data reduction, data presentation and also conclusions or verification. To test the validity of the data, extended observations, persistence of observations, and triangulation were carried out. The research results show that the concept of Islamic religious education teachers at the Don Bosco special school regarding learning ablution procedures is to emphasize the repetition method where students with hearing impairments have quite short memories which requires teachers to take steps by having students perform ablution practices one by one. The role of the Islamic religious education teacher at the Don Bosco special school is the main factor in students' success in carrying out daily worship, for example introducing ablution material from the pre-primary class. Then, with the implementation of learning about ablution procedures carried out by Don Bosco special school students using the repetition method as well as practice carried out in each learning activity with the aim of increasing students' memory regarding the steps for ablution and also the number of washings in each movement. By practicing ablution one by one, the teacher can find out where each student's mistakes are.

This research was conducted in the village of Labuan, Labuan sub-district, Pandeglang Regency. with the aim of 1) To find out the Role of the Village Head Against Juvenile Delinquency in Labuan Village, Pandeglang Regency. 2) To find out the factors that influence juvenile delinquency in Labuan Village, Pandeglang Regency. 3) To find out the efforts in tackling juvenile delinquency in Labuan Village, Pandeglang Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The analysis used is to use triangulation with data reduction techniques, data display and data verification. The results obtained in this study are that the role of the Labuan village head in Pandeglang district in tackling juvenile delinquency is quite good. According to the results of the data that the researchers obtained, the Labuan village head had carried out his obligations in carrying out his duties as an obligation. The village head has tried to minimize juvenile delinquency through an appeal to always be aware of its citizens, cooperate in participating in positive things, set a positive example, appreciate what teenagers do and provide sanctions according to irregularities committed for the perpetrators.

: Identity politics is political strategy that uses social identities such as ethnicity, religion, and gender to gain electoral support. This article explains how the phenomenon and influence of identity politics in Indonesia, the issue of identity politics in the 2024 elections and identity politics based on Islamic teaching sources. Identity politics can be positive or negative. Positive in nature means that it makes an impetus to recognize and accommodate the existence of comparisons, even to the extent of recognizing the predicate or privilege of a region or nation due to a basis that can be understood historically and logically. It is negative when there is a difference between one group and another, for example the domination between the majority and the minority. Identity politics grows over a social group that considers intimidated and discriminated against by government and state power in regulating government order, this condition which then becomes the basis for the birth of identity politics in state issues.

This counseling focuses on the lack of awareness among teenagers about their body health, where up to now teenagers still seem to be indifferent to their body health. This is because teenagers now tend to prefer consuming fast food over healthy food. The aim of this counseling is to make teenagers aware of efforts to maintain body health by reducing consumption of fast food and to find out the reasons why teenagers don't like healthy food and are reluctant to consume it. This counseling was carried out because it was motivated by teenagers who tend to prefer consuming fast food compared to vegetables or other healthy foods. This extension uses quantitative methods by measuring the extent to which they understand about fast food and healthy food to find the necessary data. From the results found in the field, some teenagers prefer to consume fast food compared to healthy food. An obstacle to implementing a healthy lifestyle is that teenagers tend to prefer flavored foods or drinks rather than foods such as vegetables or water. So we as health promoters must be able to provide motivation, support and examples for teenagers to eat healthy food and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

The aim of this paper is to study the Kronecker method then we explain the relationship between proposed method and the matrix. Also we can be generalize this method on the matrix and we give some examples for clear this method and importance in solving a lot of problems.

Folklore is not only part of a region's cultural heritage, but also carries moral messages that are valuable for character education. One of the folk tales that is rich in artistic values ​​and character education is the legend of Patih Sampun from Pemalang Regency. This article aims to explore and analyze the artistic, cultural and character education values ​​contained in these folk tales. The research method used is analysis of the Patih Sampun folklore text based on aspects of narrative art, character traits and the moral message conveyed. The results of the analysis show that Patih Sampun's folklore contains various artistic values, such as the use of distinctive language, depictions of nature and local culture, as well as interesting plot developments. Apart from that, Patih Sampun's character as the main character shows qualities such as courage, wisdom and loyalty, which is a good example for character formation for the younger generation. The meaning implied in this article includes the importance of using folklore as a learning resource to educate children's character. By understanding the values ​​of art and character education contained in the Patih Sampun folklore, educators can integrate the story into the character education curriculum at school. This will help strengthen local cultural identity and shape strong character and integrity in future generations.

National resilience is one of the concepts of Indonesian statehood. The resilience of a nation is basically needed to guarantee and strengthen the capability of the nation concerned both in order to maintain its unity, face future threats and seek resources to meet life's needs. The research objective is to determine the urgency and challenges of national resilience and national defense for the Indonesian nation. Research results will be obtained using the Literature review research method, namely a method of collecting library data and information by exploring knowledge or knowledge from sources such as books, journals, written works, lecture notes and several other sources that are related to the research object. The research results show that resilience comes from the word "hold" which means steadfast, strong, able to control oneself, persistent, and never giving up. Resilience means being able, resistant and strong to face all forms of existing challenges and threats in order to ensure survival. Furthermore, according to Law no. 3 of 2002 concerning National Defense, citizens can physically participate in defending the country by becoming members of the Indonesian National Army and Basic Military Training. If the country's economic and financial conditions permit, the possibility of military service can also be considered. Defending the Country Non-Physically, namely: Participating in citizenship education through both formal and non-formal channels. Implementing a democratic life by respecting differences of opinion and not imposing one's will in solving common problems. Sincere devotion to the surrounding environment by planting, maintaining and preserving. Real work for humanity to advance the nation and state. Play an active role in overcoming threats, especially non-military threats, for example volunteering for flood disasters. Participating in spiritual mental activities among the community in order to ward off foreign cultural influences that are not in accordance with the norms of Indonesian life. Pay taxes and levies which function as a source of state financing to carry out development.

The Zakat Management Unit (UPZ) of IAIN Madura is part of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of East Java which has implemented excellent programs in increasing rapid development over the last 5 years effectively and sustainably in the social sector, especially in the management of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah (ZIS) funds. UPZ IAIN Madura conducts data collection, and mapping of muzakki (donors) and mustahiq (beneficiaries) to ensure that the distribution of ZIS funds is on target through superior programs in the form of social assistance, education, health, economy, and other basic needs. The research method carried out by this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field research techniques through direct observation and interviews with 10 informants, namely the management of UPZ IAIN Madura and several mustahiq. The triangulation carried out is in the form of triangulation of data, theories, and methods. The results of the study show that the management of ZIS at UPZ IAIN Madura is implemented through six flagship programs, namely UPZ Sehat, UPZ Peduli, UPZ Serving, UPZ Sejahtera, UPZ Smart, and UPZ Clean. Innovation in ZIS management is manifested in the form of the use of information technology, applications, and transfer systems in flagship programs, for example, the use of Qris in UPZ Sejahtera, the application of scholarship information technology in UPZ Smart, the use of digital reporting applications in the UPZ Peduli program, health service collaboration in UPZ Sehat, and waste management as a source of funding for social programs in UPZ Bersih.

As time goes by, the rapid development of technology has brought various conveniences to people's daily activities.  An example of the continuation of technology is microcontrollers and electronic devices that can be connected to the network. One of them is the industrial sector in the PLTS plant at the 7 Mwp On-Grid PLTS Pt. Infrastructure Terbarukan Cemerlang Sengkol which has PV Box generating equipment that requires temperature and humidity control to determine the cause of corrosion that occurs in the PV Box.This study is intended as a solution in monitoring PV Box generating equipment. This technology development uses the Internet of Things (IoT) which combines the physical and virtual worlds. In this research, the method used is the experimental measurement method, making the system created more real and detailed. In research using DHT11 equipment which has the advantage of being able to estimate temperature and humidity. NodeMCU ESP32 as a microcontroller connected to the blynk platform via the internet functions to manage hardware, show evidence of sensors, secure data, depict data, and others. The results of the research on designing a temperature and humidity monitoring system at the 7 Mwp On-Grid PLTS Pt. Infrastructure Terbarukan Cemerlang Sengkol were successfully created and produced positive effects by being monitored using the blynk platform. This research was carried out in real time using a cell phone wherever you are. This research shows that temperature measurements from the DHT11 sensor obtained an average temperature of 31.78%, while the average humidity value was 85.96%, which indicates that the room being measured had high humidity. By considering these two findings, it can be concluded that the cause of corrosion in the room is high humidity and redox reactions from various substances in the environment.
