Pain and inflammation are two clinical conditions that often occur together, especially in musculoskeletal disorders. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are often used because they have dual effects as analgesics and anti-inflammatories. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of several types of NSAIDs in reducing pain intensity and inflammatory responses. This study used an experimental design with test animal subjects divided into several groups, each receiving treatment with different NSAIDs, namely ibuprofen, diclofenac sodium, and mefenamic acid. Pain assessment was carried out using the visual analog scale (VAS) method, while inflammation was measured by observing edema and inflammatory biomarker levels. The results showed that all three types of NSAIDs had a significant effect on reducing pain and inflammation compared to negative controls, but there were differences in effectiveness between drugs. Ibuprofen showed higher potential in relieving pain, while diclofenac was more effective in suppressing the inflammatory process.

Dry noodles are one type of noodles in Indonesia. Noodles are a type of food that is low in protein and other nutrients, but high in carbohydrates. This is because the main ingredient in making noodles uses various types of flour, one of which is wheat flour. The purpose of this study was to ascertain the effect of adding genjer and spinach on the chemical and sensory qualities of dried noodles and to identify the optimal treatment combination in terms of nutritional value, antioxidant activity, and color that consumers like. The method used in this study was a completely randomized factorial design (CRD) in a two-factor variation with two repetitions, namely genjer puree concentrations of 10, 20 & 30% and spinach puree concentrations of 10, 20 & 30%. The results of the study found that the higher the concentration of genjer pulp, the higher the ash, protein, fiber, and total phenol content but not for the antioxidant activity. The addition of spinach puree apart from being a natural colorant can also help increase the fiber, ash, and antioxidant content of the noodles. Noodles had the best results of chemical analysis in the combination treatment of 20% genjer puree and 30% spinach puree with the results of 5.03% water content, 0.90% ash content, 12.12% protein, 9.93% fiber, 73.15% antioxidants, phenol 2.62 mgGAE/g. Dry noodles made from genjer and spinach have the potential to be developed because they have high antioxidant activity.

Hypovolemic shock is a condition of reduced organ perfusion and oxygenation to tissues caused by acute loss of blood (hemorrhagic shock) or body fluids (non-hemorrhagic) which can be caused by various circumstances resulting in multiorgan failure. The mortality rate in injured patients who experience hypovolemic shock in clinics with a total care level reaches 6%. Relevant articles were searched through an electronic database, Google Scholar, using the keywords “Fluid Resuscitation in Patients with Hypovolemic Shock”. The treatment to prevent hypovolemic shock is fluid resuscitation. The classic symptoms of shock are, blood pressure decreases dramatically and is not stable even though the position is lying down, the patient suffers from severe tachycardia, oliguria, agitation or confusion, increased sympathetic work, hyperventilation, collapsed veins, release of stress hormones and large expansion to fill the volume of blood vessels using interstitial fluid, intercellular fluid and reduce urine production. Management of hypovolemic shock due to fixed bleeding begins with an assessment of airway, breathing, circulation, diability and exposure. Then after initial management, the response is evaluated, which can be rapid, temporary, and minimal or no response.

Uncollectible receivables have a considerable risk and can reduce the level of company profitability. Therefore, every company needs to pay special attention to the management of receivables so as not to cause losses. One of the appropriate methods for recording bad debts in the financial statements is the reserve method. Therefore, the company forms a reserve based on estimates of receivables that are estimated to be uncollectible. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the way accounting treats receivables and how this impacts the financial statements. Using primary data, this research was conducted at KOPERINDO JATIM Kandat, which is located at Jl. Raya Kediri, Kandat Village, Kandat District, Kediri Regency, East Java 64173. Quantitative descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis show that, using the percentage of sales approach, the total amount of bad debts will reach Rp23,272,860 in 2024. In contrast, using the reserve method with the percentage of receivables approach, the amount of bad debts will reach Rp120,669,520 in 2024. The principles of democracy in the Hadith perspective reflect Islamic beliefs that emphasize the values of equality, deliberation, and justice. Although the word “democracy” is not found in the hadith texts, the teachings on the basic principles of democracy contain and underlie people's participation, freedom of speech, and respect for the rights of each individual that can be found in the teachings of the prophet Muhammad SAW. Hadiths related to deliberation (shura), social justice, and leader selection indicate that decision-making in society should be based on inclusiveness, transparency, and responsibility. For example, hadith-reports that suggest deliberation in dealing with important issues indicate respect for individual voices and opinions in a collective decision. In addition, the concept of justice in the hadith emphasizes the importance of equal treatment of all members of society without discrimination. The purpose of this article is to provide knowledge about democracy in the Hadith perspective in the perspective of hadith. Thus, the hadith perspective provides a moral and ethical foundation for the implementation of democratic principles that are oriented towards the welfare of the people and the fair management of public interests.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a retrovirus that targets the human immune system, particularly cells with CD4 receptors such as T lymphocytes, monocytes, and macrophages. This virus causes progressive damage to the immune system and, if left untreated, can develop into Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS). HIV is transmitted through sexual contact, blood transfusions, shared needles, and from mother to child during pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding. HIV has become a global pandemic, with over 39 million people living with the virus in 2022. In Indonesia, the HIV epidemic is diverse, with high-risk groups including injection drug users, men who have sex with men, sex workers, and transgender individuals. The pathogenesis of HIV involves infection of immune cells, integration of viral DNA into the host genome, and production of new virions, leading to a gradual decline in immune function. HIV diagnosis is conducted through serological and virological testing, while antiretroviral therapy (ART) is the standard treatment to suppress viral replication, preserve immune function, and improve patients' quality of life and life expectancy. Early detection and proper management of HIV are crucial to preventing progression to AIDS and reducing transmission within the population.

Ovarian cysts are ovarian tumors that can be either neoplastic or non-neoplastic, with varying characteristics in terms of size, consistency, and malignancy. During pregnancy, the most commonly encountered types include dermoid cysts, endometriomas, and lutein cysts. The actual prevalence of ovarian cysts is difficult to determine as most cases remain undiagnosed, with studies indicating that around 4% of women will experience hospitalization due to ovarian cysts by the age of 65. Evaluation of ovarian masses requires a multidisciplinary approach, including ultrasonography and tumor markers to assess the likelihood of malignancy. This case involves a 45-year-old woman who presented with lower abdominal pain, bloating, and significant weight loss. Ultrasound findings revealed a cystic mass with solid components, suspected to be a malignant ovarian cyst. The provisional diagnosis was cystic ovarian neoplasm with suspected malignancy, and the patient underwent laparotomy with right salphingo-oophorectomy. Post-surgery, the patient's condition improved, though she continued to experience pain at the surgical site. Ovarian cysts can present with nonspecific symptoms and are often found incidentally. Further evaluation is necessary to assess malignancy and determine appropriate treatment. Surgical intervention is required for cases with suspected malignancy, especially in cysts with solid masses and large size.
