Indonesia is one of the countries with a high stunting rate. In Indonesia, the strategy to accelerate the reduction of stunting is carried out by involving various figures from the government, academia, the private sector, the community, philanthropy and the mass media, and is coordinated by the Vice President. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation strategy for reducing stunting in Kosambironyok Village, Anyar District, Serang Regency in 2022. The type of research used is a qualitative method. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data. The informants who played a role in this study consisted of 2 groups, namely the group of informants and the group of key informants. The results of this study indicate that health workers at the Puskesmas, District officials and village officials understand their respective roles in working together to accelerate the reduction of stunting. It is hoped that all health workers will take an active role with the government in implementing the program to reduce stunting rates in toddlers. The stunting reduction program can be carried out by conducting socialization regarding the process of preventing stunting from an early age and how to overcome it.    

This study aims to determine and describe the strategy model for increasing the Village Development Index (IDM) in Ciamis Regency, with a focus on environmental resilience, economic resilience, and social resilience. The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that the strategy model for increasing IDM in Ciamis Regency still needs improvement in several aspects. In terms of environmental resilience, although there is no pollution, both underdeveloped and developing villages have the potential to be prone to landslides, with developing villages having disaster response efforts, while underdeveloped villages do not. In terms of economic resilience, developing villages show better livelihood diversity compared to underdeveloped villages, although both have sufficient access to trade facilities, but access to financial institutions is limited. In terms of social resilience, although access to education and health is relatively good in both types of villages, the BPJS membership rate is still low, and access to clean water, sanitation, and electricity has reached 100% in developing villages. Access to information and communication already exists, but is not optimal in both villages. This study concludes that increasing IDM requires strengthening environmental, economic, and social resilience that is more integrated and targeted.

Archives as a memory center and as a source of written information must be available when needed in order to provide effective service. Therefore, in managing archives, the archiving system must be considered with the state of the organization in achieving its goals. The effectiveness of archiving management is also influenced by employees working in the archiving unit, the facilities used and the funds available for maintaining archives. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Satpol PP employees 320. The sample in this study used a Nonprobability sampling sample, a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/chance as the accidental sampling technique, namely anyone he meets becomes a sample. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding work facilities and archiving management. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 1.0 program. 19 The results of the study show that work facilities significantly influence archive management with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Work Facilities Variable (X1) of 0.949 with a sig value of 0.000, it illustrates that Work Facilities have a positive and significant influence on archive management, meaning that the more complete the work facilities owned by the agency, the easier it will be to manage its archives.

The democratic party in the State of Indonesia is realized through the General Election mechanism, which is carried out at various levels from the village to the district. Democracy is often interpreted as the people, by the people, and for the people, or more clearly, the term democracy is the overall highest power in the hands of the people. This type of research is a descriptive research and qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency. There are three strategies for preventing crime violations, the first is Primary Crime Prevention, the second is Secondary Crime Prevention, and the third is Tertiary Crime Prevention. Of the three concepts, the Primary Prevention Strategy is more effective in conducting political socialization. This strategy aims to increase public awareness and knowledge through political socialization so that money politics in society does not occur during the General Election process in Kalianget District.

Research objectives: 1) To find out the arrangement of slums through restoration (rehabilitation) in Oimbo Village, Bima City? 2) To find out the arrangement of slums through rejuvenation (revitalization) in Oimbo Village, Bima City? 3) To find out the arrangement of slums through resettlement (relocation) in Oimbo Urban Village, Bima City? This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study included the Head of Kelurahan and staff/employees and community leaders in Kelurahan Oimbo Kota Bima. Determination of informants in this research the author uses purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, which starts from data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusion making. The results of the research are: first, related to the arrangement of slums through restoration (rehabilitation) in Oimbo Village, Bima City, has been carried out well according to the needs of residents. Second, the arrangement of slums through rejuvenation (revitalization) in Oimbo Village, Bima City, has been carried out well according to the needs of the residents. Third, the arrangement of slums through resettlement (relocation) has been carried out well according to the needs of residents.

Increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers through the development of digital learning materials is urgently needed because without developing digital learning materials, PAK teachers will experience a lag in digital information. This study aims to investigate the development of digital learning materials that can increase the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. In the digital era that continues to grow, the use of technology in Christian religious education has great potential to create a more interesting and effective learning experience. This study uses a type of qualitative research and involves literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the integration of Christian religious values in digital learning. The results of the study show that the development of digital learning materials can provide significant benefits in increasing the creativity of Christian religious education teachers. By integrating Christian religious values, teachers can create more innovative and creative teaching methods. The use of technological resources such as multimedia, video, and interactive software allows teachers to extend learning materials and create more engaging learning experiences for students.

The objectives of this study were out find responsiviness patient at the regional hospital Pratama of Pangkep island regency. This study uses a type qualitative descriptive with as many as 8 informant taken by purposively. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out systematicly, namely data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions The results of the study indicate that responsiviness is in service at the regional general hospital Pratama Pangkep Island regency consists of (3) three: (1) the ability to respond to the behavior and good respons. This is seen from modestly, friendliness, justice shown in serving; (2) the speed of service which is based on service time every day and the agility of the officer has not run smoothly in accordance with the stipulated conditions. This is because at the time of service there are still officier who are slow to handle; (3) the accuracy of service is based on service procedures and the accuracy of the officers is good. This can be seen from the accuracy of the officier and there no mistake in the service in other words the officier provides services according to the wishes and services carried out in accordance with established procedurs.

The research is aimed at finding out the issues related to the development of the region's leading product in the district of Kendal. The type of research used in this study is qualitative. The analysis used is SWOT analysis whose output is a strategy and policy of development of PUD. Development of regional superior product (PUD) is an important strategy in optimizing local and regional economic potential. This abstract presents a brief overview of the concepts, strategies, influencing factors, as well as the impact of PUD development. The PUD concept emphasizes the identification and utilization of local advantages of a region, whether in the form of cultural wealth, natural resources, or specialized expertise. PUD's development strategy includes measures such as identifying local potential, improving product quality and innovation, effective marketing, and cooperation and collaboration between governments, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders. A number of factors influence the success of PUD development, including the availability of resources, government regulations and policies, technology and innovation, market access, and effective leadership and management. Success in developing PUD can have a positive impact in terms of empowering the local economy, enhancing the tourism sector, and growing the regional economy as a whole.This abstract highlights the importance of PUD development as a means of improving the competitiveness and well-being of local communities, while promoting economic sustainability and the preservation of the cultural heritage of the region. Good governance is always related to work, especially good quality work. Government organizations are expected to be able to provide good quality work, so that there is good work performance. The type of research used is census research, where research takes all members of the population as respondents (data sources) and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. By using a quantitative approach and using descriptive methods to determine the influence of Good Governance on employee work performance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency. The results of research data analysis on Good Governance and Work Performance show that Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office is in the good category. Likewise, the Job Performance variable is in the good category. The influence that the Good Governance variable has on Work Performance is in the very strong and positive category and the data is significant. The conclusion from the research results with the title The Influence of Good Governance on Work Performance is as follows. Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency is in the good category. The work performance of Majauleng District Office Employees in Wajo Regency is in the very good category. The results of data analysis show that the influence provided is a very strong influence with a positive and significant relationship direction

Helminthiasis infection is one of the diseases that still occurs in the surrounding community. One type of helminthiasis disease that results in infection is the STH worm. Nutritional status problems are commonly encountered in various provinces of Indonesia which results in the quality of oneself for the future will be affected. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between helminthiasis infections and nutritional status in toddlers based on anthropometric measurements using weight and height indices. The type of research used is descriptive with a Cross sectional research design. Data that has been collected from 62 patients was described to link STH infection with Nutritional Status in Toddlers. The results of the study stated that there was no relationship between Soil Transmitted Helminth infection and gisi status in toddlers in Tesabela Village, West Kupang District with chis-quare test results, obtained a value of P=0.953 (P>a0.05).

Birth Ball is a birth ball that can be used by mothers in labor in the first stage to a position that can help progress labor. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Birth Ball on reducing the intensity of labor pain during the first active phase. The type of research used in this study was a quasy experiment. The research was conducted at PMB Karmila, Bantan District. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women. The sample in this study were 20 pregnant women using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariately, bivariately using the T-Dependent statistical test (paired T-Test). The results showed that there was an effect of birth ball on the intensity of labor pain in the first stage. to the community, especially primigravida women who experience labor pain to be able to do birth ball therapy to reduce the level of pain in the first stage of labor.\

In this study the songs that became the object of research were J-Pop songs. J-Pop is a pop genre song originating from Japan. The song that is the object of research is a song that was famous at that time. Not only booming in their home country but covering many other countries as well. the fact that youth is the most turbulent period in the stages of human life is the inspiration for this song. The song, entitled Hitchcock by yorushika, was published to the wider community via YouTube in 2018. The theory that serves as the basis for this research is Riffatere's theory of semiotics. This theory combines heuristic theory and hermeneutic theory. This theory is used to find out the hidden meaning conveyed by the songwriter. This semiotic theory is carried out in the following stages. First, the researcher will read quickly without further analyzing the meaning, only the meaning of the lyrics (heuristics). In this case by translating from Japanese into Indonesian. Followed by analyzing the structure, figure of speech, and other in-depth meaning with repeated reading (hermeneutics). Then conclude the results of the analysis. This Hitchcock song has been watched approximately 73 million times by various groups.

This study focuses on the Analysis of Code Mixing in the Video of Denny Sumargo and Cinta Laura (Sociolinguistic Studies). The purpose of this study is to describe the code mixing contained in the video. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, that is, this method simply concludes narrative words. The data collection technique is; observing videos, obtaining data by recording speech included in code mixing, identifying data, then drawing conclusions. The results of the study describe that in the video that has a duration of 31.46, the researcher only recorded 23 code mixing. Because it is clear from some of the code mixing that has been described. In the podcast video, speakers use two languages when speaking. Denny Sumargo and Cinta Laura are bilinguals, because they can use two languages in a conversation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that code mixing occurs in every speaker in communicating. The use of code mixing is due to the variety of languages and the bilingualism of speakers who master two languages. In the video it is clear that speakers use two languages, namely Indonesian and English when communicating.

Abstract. Market transactions work based on the price mechanism. However, overall. The effect of the ups and downs of supply on prices depends on the availability of goods. Prices of goods in the Soppeng central market often change or are unstable, sometimes rising and sometimes falling, these changes are not based on demand or supply factors but depend on situation and condition factors. This research was conducted to find out how Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding the price mechanism were realized or not in the Soppeng central market. The type of research used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, while the technique used to determine informants was purposive sampling. The data is using description and comparison techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The price mechanism in Ibn Khaldun's thought is influenced by supply and demand, labor value, purchasing power, and the government. 2). In setting prices, traders in the Soppeng central market are based on the quantity of goods demanded by consumers, the price of the goods themselves, transportation costs, the quantity of goods available, prices set by other traders, and according to the ability of the buyer. 3). Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding the price mechanism are appropriate or realized in the Soppeng central marke     Keywords: Price Mechanism, Ibn Khaldun's Thought.

One type of local government supervision is internal control. This internal control is carried out by the government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate. The main role of APIP is as a consultant and problem solver for local governments with the task of conducting inspections, reviews, monitoring and evaluation, as well as other supervision of the implementation of tasks and functions of local government organizations.This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The location chosen for this research is the Inspectorate of Pekalongan City. The data source retrieval technique in this study uses data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is on examining the influence of APIP's role in the implementation of the maturity of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Pekalongan City Inspectorate.The results of this study are (1) the Pekalongan City Inspectorate performs its role as a leader who is the forefront funnel by coordinating, carrying out control functions, encouraging the creation of bureaucratic reform and governance, (2) Pekalongan City Inspectorate has an Internal Supervision function which includes activities that include: directly related to quality assurance that supports the implementation of an effective, transparent, accountable and clean government from KKN practices, (3) As a consultant to the Pekalongan City Inspectorate must know more than the party conducting consultations regarding regional financial management in accordance with the laws and regulations that exist, (4) Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus plays a role as Quality Assurance, namely ensuring that an activity can run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the rules in achieving organizational goals, and (5) The role of the auditor as a catalyst based on employee perceptions influence on the achievement of the goals of the organization.

The research as aims to determine the work motivation of employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel.The type of reseach used is descriptive qualitative, that is, the author describes the results of direct observtions and interviews with employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel. The writing of this final draft is the results of research conducted from June to July 2022. The results showed that the work motivation of employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel was perceived from several factors that influenced work motivation of employees, such as promotions, job performance, the job itself, rewards, responsibilities and recognition from superiors. These things have an increasing impact on work motivation for employees who work at the Hotel Arborbiz Makassar, thereby encouraging employees to work better and more effectively.

Background : Health is an indicator to measure the level of welfare of a society or nation. The current healthy paradigm being promoted requires a change in people's mindset from treating disease to maintaining or maintaining health so that you don't get sick, therefore an understanding of disease and how to prevent it needs to be disseminated to the community. One aspect of health at the end of the 20th century which was a disaster for humans was the emergence of a disease caused by a virus called HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) which can cause AIDS (Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome). Purpose of Writing : To find out the Effectiveness of Implementing the Android-Based HIV Care Tools Application for Lifestyle Changes in Mothers with HIV/AIDS at the Malingping Health Center in 2023. Research Methods : The type of research used was quantitative research. This research method is experimental with the type of Quasy Experimental (pseudo-experimental) with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at the Malingping Health Center in January-February 2023. The population in this study totaled 35 samples while the sample numbered 30 by means of sampling using purposive sampling. Research results : Output on the Chi Square Tests table, the calculated value of X2 = 38.830 with ap value = 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected. So, it can be concluded that there is an effective relationship between the Implementation of the Android-Based HIV Care Tools Application on Lifestyle Changes in Mothers with HIV/AIDS. Conclusions and Suggestions: There is Application for Lifestyle Changes in Mothers with HIV/AIDS at the Malingping Health Center in 2023. It is hoped that the public will further increase their knowledge of the Care Tools program by actively participating in counseling given by related healthnworkes so that knowledge can be good and HIV transmission can be prevented.

Background : The period of breastfeeding in children aged 0-6 months is one part of the first 1,000 days of life (golden period). Exclusive breastfeeding aims to guarantee the right to exclusive breastfeeding up to the age of 6 months by taking into account the growth and development of the baby. Some mothers find it difficult to express breast milk because more and more mothers are influenced by myths. When a mother is concerned about her baby's ability to breastfeed, the hormone oxytocin decreases, causing her to stop producing and eventually breastfeed soon after birth. One way to stimulate the mother's prolactin and oxytocin hormones after giving birth is breastfeeding massage. Writing purpose : To determine the effectiveness of the combination of consumption of smoothy spinach and oketani massage to increase the amount of milk production in postpartum mothers in the UPT area dcomparison of giving snakehead fish extract and smoothy spinach to increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the UPT Puskesmas Kalri Karawang area in 2023. Research methods : This type of research used is quantitative research. This research method is experimental with the type of Quasy Experimental (pseudo-experimental) with a post test only design approach.This research was conducted in the UPT Kalri Health Center, Karawarang December 2022 to January 2023. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers at the Mukoyurli Buol Hospital with a total of 63 people. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 32 research samples. Research result : The results of the independent statistical test sample T test obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the combination of smoothy spinach and massage oketani has a significant effect on milk production. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage on milk production.It is hoped that health workers (doctors, midwives, nurses) can assist postpartum mothers in communicating providing information and education about the benefits of a combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage in helping patient families to provide oxytocin reflex massage to postpartum mothers.

To analyze the problems in this journal, Jeremy Bentham's theory (theory) of utilitarianism is used, the middle theory (middle theory) by Roscoe Pound law as a social engineering tool, theory and application (Applied theory) by Philip Nonet and Philip Selznick, namely essential law society.

Indonesia sebagai negara yang meratifikasi konvensi Hak-Hak Anak (Convention of the Rights of the Child), mengatur prinsip perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dan berkewajiban memberikan perlindungan khusus terhadap anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis masalah penahanan terhadap anak nakal serta menganalisis prinsip perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam pelaksanaan penahanan anak agar tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan wewenang. Type penelitiannya termasuk penelitian hukum empiris karena penekanannya menelaah pada fenomena perlindungan hukum yang berkaitann dengan masalah penahanan anak, dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekumder. Bahwa anak adalah seseorang yang telah berumur 12 tahun tetapi belum berumur 18 tahun. Keterlibatan anak yang terjerumus dalam suatu tindak pidana/kriminal membuat mereka harus berhadapan dengan hukum dan kerap mendapat stigmatisasi dan diskriminasi dari masyarakat sehingga menyebabkan anak menjadi kecewa, frustasi bahkan dendam. Oleh karenanya penyelesaian perkara terhadap anak nakal hendaknya berbeda dengan perlakuan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pada umunya, bahkan penahanan anak sebisa mungkin menjadi alternatif terakhir jika diversi dan jaminan dari orang tua tidak mencapai mufakat. Upaya mempersingkat penahanan patut diperhatikan dengan menyelesaikan pemeriksaan sedini mungkin dan penahanan dalam penyelesaian perkara anak menjadi alternatif akhir sesuai mekanisme dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak dengan mengedepankan asas kepentingan terbaik bagi anak. Sehingga keikutsertaan masyarakat sangat penting dalam mengawasi, membimbing dan membina anak karena masalah anak nakal seringkali disebabkan oleh pengaruh masyarakat, lingkungan anak serta pengasuhan yang salah dari orang tua.
