This research aims to determine good corporate governance and ineffective monitoring of the condition of financial reports. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 33 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020 - 2022. This research investigates the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable by analyzing data from energy sector companies. This method uses multiple linear analysis techniques. The research results show that managerial ownership has a significant impact on the condition of financial statements. In line with the fraud triangle theory, which states that high management ownership can increase pressure to achieve financial goals and provide an opportunity to do so. Financial statement fraud is not influenced by institutional ownership and ineffective monitoring. These findings suggest that the effects of institutional ownership and ineffective monitoring may not be easy to predict. Further research is needed to understand the complexity of the components that contribute to the condition of financial statements.

Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in organizational dynamics. Differences in perceptions, goals and resources often trigger conflict. This research aims to examine the importance of conflict management in maintaining organizational sustainability and performance. Through literature studies, this research concludes that effective conflict management can change destructive conflicts into constructive ones, increase productivity, and strengthen relationships between organizational members. In addition, this research also identifies various conflict management strategies that can be applied in the context of modern organizations. Organizational conflict is a conflict that occurs when the goal-oriented behavior of one group clashes or is threatened by the group's goals.

This study aims to describe the steps of business development strategies used in the Jember party equipment rental service business and describe, analyze the Business Model Canvas in the Jember party equipment rental service business. This study was conducted with a Business Model Canvas approach using a qualitative case study research type. Data collection using interviews and observations. The results of the study were obtained based on nine BMC elements consisting of customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structures summarized in one canvas showing that the Jember party equipment rental service business can carry out aggressive strategies. In addition, it also produces a new Business Model Canvas design as a result of improvements as a selected alternative strategy on channels , and customer relationships that can be used for future business development.

These financial problems are the inability of students to manage their own personal money (monthly money from parents), lack of financial planning habits, lack of financial control by parents. So this journal was made to find out whether there is an influence of financial education in social (family) organization on the personal financial management of undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. This type of research is causal associative research, or a causal relationship with a quantitative approach. This can be seen from the probability (sig.) = 0.009 ttable = 2.676 > 1.998 and from the probability (sig.) = 0.000 ttable (4.158 > 1.998). So that it is known that the influence of family finances and financial literacy together has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management and also the influence of family finances has a positive and significant effect on the personal financial management of S1 students of Management, Department of Economics, Makassar State University.

Human relations are a fundamental aspect of human social life, including in the student sphere. This research explores the role of human relations in creating a harmonious friendship environment on campus. Using Human Relations theory, this study highlights the importance of interpersonal communication, empathy, and conflict management in improving the quality of students' social interactions. A qualitative approach through participatory observation and literature review was used to deeply understand the phenomenon. The results showed that positive relationships between students can increase security, happiness, and productivity, as well as promote intellectual and emotional development. Conversely, poorly managed conflict can have a negative impact on academic performance and mental health.

In the world of education, teachers have a very large and important role in teaching and learning activities because teachers are educators who are directly in contact with students, so teachers are required to have good performance in order to teach students who also have good quality. One of the educational problems faced by the Indonesian nation is the quality of education at every level and education unit, especially elementary and secondary education. Financial risk management is an important element in maintaining global economic stability. This study explores the relationship between regulation, technological innovation, and sustainability as three main pillars in modern financial risk management. Using the Semantic approach Literature Review (SLR), this study analyzes the literature from 50 selected scientific articles published between 2018 and 2024. The results of the study show that regulations such as Solvency II and IFRS 17 strengthen transparency and accountability, while innovative technologies such as parametric insurance and resilience bonds increase the efficiency of risk management. In addition, sustainability, which is realized through initiatives such as green insurance and sharia insurance, is a key pillar in mitigating systemic risk.However, the study identified a number of challenges, including fragmentation of regulations across countries, limited access to technology in developing countries, and moral hazard in implementing sustainability. To overcome these obstacles, a collaborative strategy involving governments, the private sector, and the international community is needed to harmonize global regulations, strengthen technology infrastructure, and improve technology and sustainability literacy. This study contributes to presenting a comprehensive financial risk management framework by recommending strengthening the synergy between regulation, technology, and sustainability. This study also provides practical guidance to address global challenges in financial risk management, while also providing a basis for further in-depth research on specific sectors, geographic regions, and the integration of technology and sustainability.

This study examines the opportunities and challenges of implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in Class C private hospitals in Bogor, Indonesia. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research combines qualitative and quantitative analyses, including SWOT and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) methods, to identify the most effective CRM model. Findings reveal the hospital's internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities, and threats, offering strategies to improve patient engagement and operational efficiency. The results emphasize the critical role of digital transformation, staff training, and strategic adaptation to meet the needs of non-BPJS patients in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. The purpose of this study is to conduct a literature review of previous research on Good Corporate Governance (GCG) from 2020-2024.GCG refers to the systems and processes that direct and control companies to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsibility in decision making. The implementation of good GCG principles is expected to create a harmonious relationship between management, shareholders, and other stakeholders, so as to improve overall company performance. One aspect that is often studied is the effect of GCG on the company's financial performance. Financial performance, which is measured through various indicators such as profitability, liquidity, and operational efficiency, can be influenced by how well GCG is implemented. This study aims to identify the relationship between GCG implementation and corporate financial performance, and to examine whether better GCG can lead to improved financial performance. The study results show that strong GCG implementation is positively associated with improved financial performance, where companies with good governance tend to have higher profitability and lower financial risk. This research provides an important contribution for companies and stakeholders in designing governance policies that can support the achievement of long-term goals and corporate sustainability.

Leadership plays a crucial role in conflict management within educational organizations. Conflicts, whether interpersonal or structural, are inevitable due to differences in backgrounds, interests, and objectives among individuals within the organization. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in identifying, managing, and effectively resolving conflicts. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores leadership styles such as transformational and collaborative leadership, which contribute to constructive conflict management. The results of the study indicate that leaders in educational organizations act as mediators, facilitators, and decision-makers capable of addressing conflicts through open and dialogical communication approaches. Furthermore, an inclusive, transparent, and justice-based organizational culture is identified as a key element in preventing future conflicts. Effective conflict management not only resolves issues but also strengthens interpersonal relationships and enhances overall organizational performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning strategy on the social behavior of fifth grade students in learning Akidah Akhlak at MIN 3 South Labuhanbatu. To discuss and examine the problems described above, the author uses quantitative data management, the author determines a sample of 2 classes as experimental and control classes, namely 32 students in class V-A as the experimental class, and 32 students in class V-B as the control class. This was done to find out how the influence of the Problem Based Learning strategy on the social behavior of fifth grade students in learning Akidah Akhlak at MIN 3 South Labuhanbatu. The research hypothesis testing used regression analysis. The results of the regression calculation showed a regression equation of 48.615 0.353X and a correlation coefficient of R value of 0.862 which if interpreted based on the table can be interpreted as the relationship between the two variables, namely the Problem Based Learning learning strategy (X) with the social behavior variable in learning Akidah Akhlak (Y) in the very strong category and the hypothesis can be accepted.

Human resource management (HRM) plays an important role in helping organizations achieve short-term and long-term goals by aligning those goals with overall business strategy. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy and to provide an overview of effective employee training and development to increase company productivity. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through literature study. Based on the studies conducted, it is known that the assumption of a close relationship between business strategy and HRM methods is based on contingency theory. This theory emphasizes that human resource management methods are selected according to the type of competitive strategy adopted by the business. A well-crafted business strategy should align with the company's core mission and vision, and serve as a roadmap for achieving profitability, competitiveness and sustainable growth. In addition, proper training and development can significantly influence employee productivity, which in turn will improve the well-being and prosperity of the company. The Job Creation Law Number 11 of 2020 brings significant changes to various aspects of employment, including workers' leave rights. This article aims to analyze the juridical application of leave rights after the enactment of the law, focusing on the changes that have occurred and their impact on the relationship between workers and employers. While leave rights such as annual leave, maternity leave, and sick leave are still recognized, detailed arrangements regarding the implementation of leave are left to implementing regulations or work agreements. This flexibility provides employers with advantages in workforce management, but raises concerns about potential reductions in workers' rights. The article concludes that these changes must be responded to with fair and transparent policies to maintain a balance between employers' interests and workers' welfare. The research in this paper uses a descriptive analytical research method. This method describes data from various sources, including statutory regulations, journals, and other sources from the internet concerning events that occurred in society.

Radiology services are a crucial component of the healthcare system that requires efficiency in its processes. Resource limitations and increasing demand for services underscore the importance of improving efficiency. To enhance service quality and operational efficiency, the implementation of an integrated information system has become a key focus for hospital management. Improving service quality and operational efficiency through the application of an integrated information system is also dependent on the reliability and performance of the system itself. This study aims to examine the relationship between the implementation and performance of an integrated information system with service efficiency in enhancing service quality in the radiology department of RSUD Kota Bogor. The research uses a quantitative approach with two independent variables: the implementation of the integrated information system and the reliability and quality of the integrated information system. The dependent variable is the quality of radiology services, and the intervening variable is radiology service efficiency. Data collection methods include observations, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The sample consists of 30 employees working in the radiology department of RSUD Kota Bogor and 30 patients receiving services in the radiology department. Data processing and presentation were conducted using path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results of the data analysis indicate that: (1) The implementation of the integrated information system does not have a significant relationship with radiology service efficiency; However, the reliability and performance of the system do have a strong relationship with radiology service efficiency. (2) The implementation and performance of the integrated information system do not have a significant relationship with service quality in the radiology department. (3) Radiology service efficiency has a significant relationship with service quality in the radiology department. (4) Radiology service efficiency, as a mediator, is not strong enough to enhance the relationship between the implementation and performance of the integrated information system and service quality in the radiology department. This study is expected to provide a comprehensive overview of the relationship between the implementation and performance of an integrated information system with service efficiency in enhancing service quality in the radiology department. The findings may serve as input for the management of RSUD Kota Bogor in optimizing the use of an integrated information system to improve radiology service efficiency, which is expected to impact the quality of services in the radiology department.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the BKI student community service program on female students at the North Asrama An-Nahdhoh Putri Islamic Boarding School, with a focus on improving mental health, practical skills, and social networks. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, which collects data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the community service program has succeeded in increasing female students' self-confidence, stress management skills, and better social relationships. In addition, extracurricular activities carried out every week have contributed significantly to the development of their practical skills. These findings emphasize the importance of community service programs in supporting the self-development of female students and creating a positive learning environment.

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on decisions to use sharia pawnshop products. Financial literacy is an important factor that influences individuals in making financial decisions, including choosing sharia-based financial products. In this context, sharia pawnshops are one of the financial institutions that offer financing solutions according to sharia principles. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach to sharia pawnshop customers. Data were analyzed using linear regression to measure the relationship between the level of financial literacy and the decision to use sharia pawnshop products. The research results show that financial literacy has a significant influence on customers' decisions in using sharia pawnshop products. The higher the customer's financial literacy, the more likely they are to choose sharia pawnshop products as a financing solution. These findings underline the importance of financial education in increasing community participation in using sharia financial services. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the variables of financial knowledge, financial management skills, and attitudes towards Islamic finance together have a significant influence on the decision to use Islamic Pawnshop products. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that financial knowledge, skills and financial management have a significant effect on the decision to use Islamic Pawnshop products. Increasing financial knowledge, skills and financial management will increase the decision to use Islamic Pawnshop products.

This study aims to analyze the impact of workload and work environment on reducing medication error through the use of technology as an intervening variable in the Inpatient Pharmacy Depot of RSUD Kota Bogor. Medication error refers to errors in the medication process that can endanger patients, and this research examines how workload, work environment, and technology influence such errors. The research method employed is quantitative, using a survey approach with questionnaires distributed to 30 pharmaceutical staff at the Inpatient Pharmacy Depot of RSUD Kota Bogor. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that workload has a significant effect on medication error. The higher the workload, the greater the risk of medication errors. However, workload does not have a significant impact on the use of technology. On the other hand, the work environment does not significantly affect medication error, but it does have a significant influence on the use of technology. Technology, in turn, does not significantly reduce medication error and does not mediate the relationship between workload or work environment and medication error.Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of RSUD Kota Bogor improves workload management and optimizes the use of technology by providing better training to pharmaceutical staff. Additionally, efforts should be made to enhance the work environment to better support the implementation of technology in reducing medication errors and improving patient safety.

Through a literature review, this research identifies various challenges faced by school principals, including learning transformation, curriculum development, and data management.The findings of this research conclude that school principals must have a clear vision for the future of education and be able to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders to overcome the complexities of the Society 5.0 era.The importance of this research highlights the importance of developing training programs for school principals to improve skills them to face the challenges of the digital era.

This research aims to analyze the role of sharia economics in the management of social media-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The development of information technology, especially social media, has opened up new opportunities for MSMEs to access wider markets. However, amidst the dynamics of the digital market, the application of sharia economic principles in managing social media-based MSMEs is very important to maintain business sustainability and ensure fair and transparent transactions.. By implementing business models such as mudharabah and musyarakah, social media-based UMKM can optimize financing potential without dependence on interest, as well as strengthen relationships with customers through ethical transactions. The research results show that the application of sharia economics in managing social media-based MSMEs not only improves business performance, but also has a positive impact on brand strengthening, customer loyalty and social empowerment. However, the main challenge in implementing sharia economics in social media-based MSMEs lies in the limited education and understanding among business actors.

The main objective of this research is to analyse the extent of the application of sharia accounting in the management of zakat in zakat institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study as the main method. The qualitative approach was chosen because it allows to deeply explore abstract concepts such as Islamic accounting, zakat, and financial management, as well as their interconnections. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that Islamic accounting has a crucial relationship and role in the management of zakat. The application of sharia principles such as al-amana, al-adl, and al-khas in zakat accounting not only ensures transparent and accountable fund management, but also increases public trust in zakat institutions. Good accounting practices such as segregation of funds, preparation of transparent financial statements, and independent audits are key in realising effective and efficient zakat management.
