The sample in this study was 60 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The research results show that the t value is 2.432 > t table of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.019 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Gergas Utama. The t value is 3.926 > t table of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that job satisfaction has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Gergas Utama. The t value is 6.545 > t table of 2.00 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that organizational commitment has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Gergas Utama. The calculated F value is 45.081 which is greater than 2.78 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that hypothesis 4 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected so it can be concluded that motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on performance of PT Gergas Utama employees.

In an increasingly competitive business situation, companies need employees who have a high commitment to the organization. Allen and Meyer (1990) stated that commitment to an organization is displayed in the components of affective commitment, rational commitment and nomative commitment. From several studies it has been proven that work experience has quite a big influence on employee commitment to the organization. This research will look at the contribution of human resource management as a form of work experience to employee commitment to the organization. What is meant by human resource management is a series of processes, applications and evaluations of the utilization and actualization of human resources in order to optimize the performance and contribution of human resources in achieving company goals. The contribution that will be seen is the contribution of human resource management in the form of employee perceptions of human resource management. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the objective indicators are optimal, namely the leaders of the bureaucratic reform team and employees are trying to increase the value of bureaucratic reform indicators with various activity programs. Environmental indicators are not optimal, due to the lack of human resources in abilities, knowledge, attitudes. The direction indicator is optimal, because employees get guidance and direction from the leader in terms of coordination, communication and motivation. The action indicators have not been optimal, because they are still faced by unresolved obstacles such as the transfer of positions between units and policy changes. In learning indicators that are not optimal, in the performance targets of each individual and organizational performance, the results are still lacking and there are still supervisors who do not reflect the feasibility and appropriateness so that they must be retested in order to realize good practice.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of sustainable human resource management (HR) on organizational performance in the Kerinci tourism sector. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, where data is collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers, employees, and company leaders in the tourism sector, as well as direct observation in the field. The results of the study show that organizations that implement sustainable HR management experience increased employee productivity, workforce welfare, and business competitiveness. Training programs related to sustainable skills and employee involvement in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives play an important role in increasing employee motivation and commitment. In addition, organizations that focus on work-life balance tend to have higher levels of employee loyalty and reduced turnover. However, the study also found that small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Kerinci tourism sector still face challenges in implementing sustainable human resource management, mainly due to limited resources and lack of understanding of the concept of sustainability. This research recommends the need for collaboration between the government, companies, and local communities to promote sustainable HR management more broadly in Kerinci.

This study aims to identify the role of employee competence and organizational commitment on employee performance, with innovative behavior as an intervening variable. Due to the population being less than 100 respondents, the study uses a census technique, taking all 50 employees of the Fisheries and Marine Office as the sample. Path analysis is employed as the data analysis technique. The results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, competence has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, and organizational commitment similarly has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. This research investigates the pivotal role of Emotional Intelligence (EI) in mitigating employee turnover from a psychological perspective. Emotional Intelligence—encompassing self-awareness, empathy, and stress management—is identified as a crucial factor in enhancing job satisfaction and organizational commitment, thus influencing employee retention. Employing a library research methodology, the study reviews existing literature on EI's impact on reducing turnover and highlights how high EI levels contribute to lower turnover rates by improving job satisfaction and fostering a stronger commitment to the organization. The study finds that employees with elevated EI are adept at managing workplace stress, fostering positive relationships, and aligning with organizational values. This alignment enhances their job satisfaction and commitment, leading to reduced turnover rates. The findings have practical implications for organizations, suggesting that integrating EI assessments into recruitment processes, developing EI training programs, and creating supportive work environments can significantly improve employee retention. Prioritizing EI development helps in building a more resilient and engaged workforce, thereby contributing to organizational stability and performance.

Indonesia is currently experiencing enormous changes, namely being in the era of globalization and free trade, where companies are required to be able to compete with other countries in order to maintain the existence of their companies (Rohayatin, 2021:2). On the other hand, government organizations are also required to have better good governance, this can be seen by the Indonesian people becoming increasingly critical of everything the government does (Dwiyanto, 2021:1). The public demands a good governance pattern through the principles of good governance (transparency, accountability and credibility) (Imbaruddin, 2019: 86). Good governance is basically a concept that refers to the process of achieving decisions and their implementation that can be held accountable together as a consensus reached by the government, citizens and the private sector for the administration of government (Prokomsetda, 2017). This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of leadership style and organizational support on organizational commitment and employee performance at the Gresik Regency Tourism and Creative Economy, Culture, Youth and Sports Department.
