The coefficient of determination (R²) provided insight into how much variation in purchasing decisions could be explained by these variables. The results indicate that menu variety, taste, and price significantly impact purchasing decisions both individually and together. Specifically, customers prefer restaurants offering a diverse menu, delicious food, and reasonable pricing. The F-test confirms the strong combined effect of these factors on consumer behavior. However, the coefficient of determination also suggests that while these variables are important, other external influences such as service quality, ambiance, and promotions may also affect purchasing decisions. Overall, this study highlights that CEZ-ROS Restaurant should focus on maintaining menu diversity, enhancing taste quality, and setting competitive prices to attract and retain customers effectively.

This research aims to formulate a business development strategy for AK Laundry, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) located in Palembang that operates in the laundry service industry. As competition in this sector continues to intensify, MSMEs are required to adapt quickly through effective strategic planning. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, direct observations, documentation, and questionnaires, ensuring a holistic understanding of both internal and external conditions. The analysis was carried out using the SWOT framework, which identifies internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats. The findings reveal that AK Laundry possesses several strengths, including good relationships with its loyal customer base, competitive pricing that appeals to a wide range of market segments, and a strategic location that facilitates accessibility. However, weaknesses were also identified, such as limited promotional efforts, particularly in digital channels, and occasional delays in completing customer orders, which may affect satisfaction and trust. From an external perspective, AK Laundry has opportunities to expand its services, particularly through the growing demand for pickup and delivery facilities, as well as changes in consumer lifestyles that increasingly prioritize practicality and efficiency. Nevertheless, the enterprise must also address potential threats, such as intense competition in pricing strategies among similar businesses and the risk of item loss, which could undermine its reputation. Based on the SWOT matrix, AK Laundry is positioned in Quadrant I, indicating that it holds considerable potential for aggressive growth. Therefore, the recommended strategies include strengthening digital marketing initiatives, introducing innovative services to differentiate from competitors, enhancing employee competencies through training programs, and upgrading equipment to improve service quality and speed. These strategies are expected to help AK Laundry leverage its strengths and opportunities effectively, ensuring sustainable development and competitiveness in the MSME laundry service sector.

Sangatta Central Market, one of the largest trading centers in North Sangatta, accommodates more than 750 traders and operates daily until midday, reflecting the high intensity of economic transactions in the region. Within this trading environment, Islamic business ethics play a pivotal role, particularly for Muslim traders, as they not only regulate commercial practices but also shape customer comfort and satisfaction. However, observations indicate that not all traders consistently practice ethical behaviors in line with Islamic values—for example, some neglect to maintain a friendly attitude such as smiling during interactions with buyers. This condition potentially reduces the quality of service and impacts consumer willingness to return. In response, this study seeks to analyze the influence of Islamic business ethics on consumer purchasing interest at the North Sangatta Central Market. The research adopts a quantitative approach by distributing structured questionnaires to a sample of 96 Muslim customers, complemented by direct observation and systematic data recording. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the extent to which the implementation of Islamic business ethics contributes to consumers’ willingness to shop. The results reveal a regression equation of Y' = 9.764 + 0.304X with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.299. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 29.9% indicates that Islamic business ethics significantly and positively influence consumer purchasing interest. In other words, nearly one-third of the variance in customer purchasing interest can be explained by the level of ethical business practice applied by traders. This finding implies that the more traders integrate Islamic values—such as honesty, fairness, and friendly interaction—into their daily business practices, the more likely consumers are to engage in transactions and maintain loyalty to the market.

This study explores the influence of digital marketing, service quality, and product innovation on customer satisfaction among Skintific skincare consumers on TikTok Shop. Employing a quantitative, explanatory research design, the study used purposive sampling to collect 200 valid responses from consumers who had purchased Skintific products via TikTok Shop. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS, preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results revealed that product innovation had the most significant impact on customer satisfaction (β = 0.589, p < 0.001), followed by service quality (β = 0.343, p < 0.001). However, digital marketing did not have a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction (β = 0.019, p = 0.746). The model explained 86.9% of the variance in customer satisfaction (R² = 0.869), indicating strong combined effects from the three factors. These findings suggest that post-purchase factors, particularly product innovation and service quality, are more decisive in influencing customer satisfaction than promotional efforts alone. Managerial implications highlight the importance of continuous product development, enhancing service responsiveness and reliability, and integrating digital marketing with value delivery to optimize customer satisfaction. The study contributes to social commerce literature by clarifying the distinct roles of marketing, service quality, and innovation in the context of TikTok Shop, providing both theoretical insights and practical guidance for brand strategy in social commerce platforms. This research adds to the understanding of how businesses can strategically leverage product innovation and service excellence to enhance consumer satisfaction and foster long-term customer loyalty in the competitive social commerce landscape.

The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling, with the method being Accidental Sampling. The sample size taken was 103 respondents based on the Lemeshow formula. This study focuses on three key variables that are believed to have a significant impact on consumer purchase decisions. Brand Ambassador refers to public figures or celebrities who represent a particular brand and can influence consumers' perceptions of the products offered. The role of a Brand Ambassador is crucial because it can enhance the attractiveness and credibility of a product in the eyes of consumers. Website Quality includes aspects such as design, navigation, loading speed, and user-friendliness while shopping. A website that is easy to use, fast, and visually appealing will enhance user satisfaction, which in turn can encourage purchasing decisions. Product Variety is related to the range of products available on the e-commerce platform, offering consumers more choices to meet their needs. The more varied the products offered, the higher the likelihood that consumers will make a purchase. The analysis tool used in this study is SPSS version 26 for regression analysis. The research findings show that Brand Ambassador, Website Quality, and Product Variety have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions in Shopee E-Commerce in Jakarta. An attractive Brand Ambassador, a high-quality website, and a wide variety of products have been proven to influence consumers’ purchase decisions. These findings indicate that Shopee E-Commerce needs to continuously improve these factors to enhance consumer experience, strengthen loyalty, and increase sales.

Limited sanitation facilities among street vendors, particularly those selling meatballs, chicken noodles, and porridge, often pose a problem that impacts food safety. One common practice is repeatedly washing bowls and spoons with just a bucket of water, followed by drying the utensils with a cloth. This contaminated water can transmit pathogenic microorganisms that cause foodborne illnesses, increasing the risk of health problems for consumers. This problem requires a practical solution that street vendors can implement, taking into account limited space, mobility, and operational costs. This community service activity used a pre-experimental design method with a simple technological engineering approach to improve the sanitation of tableware. The innovation developed was a portable bowl washer made from used mineral water gallons, modified to be mobile, efficient, and water-efficient. The manufacturing process included design, assembly, testing, and evaluation with street vendors. Success was measured by observing the level of cleanliness of the tableware before and after use, as well as assessing the level of satisfaction and ease of use by the vendors. The results showed that the implementation of this portable sanitation device increased the effectiveness of tableware washing, reduced the repeated use of dirty water, and minimized the risk of cross-contamination. Partnering vendors stated that the device is practical, lightweight, and doesn't disrupt their sales activities. They hope this innovation will be replicated by other vendors and that local governments will consider implementing it as a standard for mobile food sanitation. This effort will not only improve the hygiene of eating utensils but also contribute to preventing foodborne illnesses in the community.

This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction, with purchase decisions as a mediating variable, specifically among Alfamart consumers in the Singosari area, Malang Regency. The background of this research stems from the increasing competition in the modern retail sector, which requires companies to understand the key factors influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this context, product quality and service quality are considered essential elements that shape customer perceptions and influence their purchasing decisions. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was used in this study. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, involving 97 respondents who had made purchases at Alfamart at least twice within the last three months. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of structured questionnaires, which included items measuring perceptions of product quality, service quality, purchase decisions, and customer satisfaction. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to examine the relationships among variables comprehensively and simultaneously. The results of the analysis show that both product quality and service quality have a significant and positive effect on purchase decisions and customer satisfaction. Moreover, purchase decisions are proven to significantly mediate the influence of both product and service quality on customer satisfaction. This indicates that the purchase decision acts as a crucial mechanism linking the effect of quality to overall satisfaction. These findings contribute theoretically to the consumer behavior literature in the modern retail context and offer practical implications for retail management, such as Alfamart. Retailers are encouraged to focus on improving both product offerings and service delivery as strategic efforts to enhance customer experience. By doing so, they can effectively increase customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty in the long term.

Customer satisfaction is a crucial factor in determining the success and sustainability of a business. Satisfaction can be enhanced through various strategic approaches, such as effective promotional activities, competitive pricing, and consistent product quality to meet or even exceed consumer expectations. This study aimed to determine the effect of promotion, price, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Bananamoo Kediri. This study employed a quantitative method, collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 25 respondents selected using accidental sampling, namely consumers who happened to come and were willing to be sampled. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression to test partial and simultaneous relationships between variables. The results showed that promotion significantly influenced customer satisfaction, indicating that the better the promotional strategy implemented, the higher the level of consumer satisfaction. Similarly, price had a partially significant effect, indicating that consumers tend to be satisfied if the price offered is commensurate with the quality and benefits of the product. Product quality was also shown to have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction, underscoring the importance of consistent quality in maintaining consumer trust. Simultaneously, the three independent variables—promotion, price, and product quality—had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This finding is supported by the coefficient of determination (R²) of 80.3%, indicating that variations in customer satisfaction (Y) can be explained by the three variables (X) together, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside this study. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of managing a balanced marketing strategy to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This study examines the influence of store atmosphere, service quality, word of mouth (WOM), and price perception on consumer purchasing decisions at Cahya Busana's Canggu branch, a local Balinese MSME specializing in high-quality traditional Balinese clothing for men, women, and children. With an increasing demand for traditional attire, understanding the factors that influence consumer decisions is vital for business growth. The study targeted consumers who had purchased traditional clothing at the Canggu branch, using non-probability sampling to select 110 respondents. The data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression, assisted by SPSS software, to evaluate the relationship between the independent variables (store atmosphere, service quality, WOM, and price perception) and the dependent variable (consumer purchase decisions). The findings indicate that all four factors—store atmosphere, service quality, WOM, and price perception—positively and significantly impact consumers’ purchasing decisions. Specifically, a pleasant store atmosphere, high-quality service, positive word-of-mouth recommendations, and favorable price perception were found to enhance consumers' likelihood of purchasing traditional Balinese clothing. The results suggest that MSMEs, particularly in the traditional clothing sector, can leverage these factors to boost consumer confidence and drive sales. This study contributes valuable insights for businesses aiming to improve their purchasing processes by focusing on these key variables to increase consumer satisfaction and decision-making. By understanding these influences, Cahya Busana and similar businesses can optimize their strategies to attract and retain customers, ultimately improving their market position.
