Al-Qur’an, the holy book of Muslims, contains instructions and guidelines for the life of a Muslim. One of the important aspects of Islamic worship is prayer, which is obligatory for every Muslim. During the prayer, a number of surahs of the Quran are read in succession. There are several letters that the Prophet Muhammad SAW read in prayer, one of the letters that must be read in every prayer is the letter Al Fatihah. In addition to Al Fatihah, there are several other letters that the Prophet also recommended to read in prayer, not only about what letters the Prophet read in prayer, but the Prophet also ordered that the prayer readings be adjusted when serving as the priest for congregational prayers. The research shows the themes of hadith concerning what are the letters that the Prophet Muhammad SAW read in prayer and how the ethics are in reading the Koran when he becomes an imam  in congregational prayers.

This research aims to launch the development of mosque activities in Bukit Peninjauan 1 Village, Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency, in order to increase public awareness of the function of mosques as centers of social and religious activities. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, which includes in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), participant observation, and documentation. The research results show that people's perception of mosques is still limited to their main worship function, with low awareness of the potential of mosques as educational, social and economic centers. The level of community participation in non-worship activities is also relatively low, with the majority of the community only active in congregational prayers and routine recitation activities. Some of the main challenges identified include limited resources, lack of community support, and inadequate facilities. This research concludes that to optimize the role of mosques as multifunctional activity centers, more intensive outreach efforts are needed, program development that is relevant to community needs, as well as collaborative support from various parties. The church plays a crucial role in spreading Christian values and nurturing the growth of faith within its community. However, in the context of GPSI EFATA, there are several challenges in effectively conveying church information. These challenges include the unappealing presentation of physical congregation news, the accumulation of paper, and limited distribution of information. In order to address these issues, this research project utilizes the Design Thinking method to develop a smartphone-based application for congregational news. The Design Thinking method consists of five stages: empathy, definition, ideation, prototype, and testing. During the empathy stage, the needs of the congregation are identified, particularly the need for more accessible and engaging information. The ideation stage then generates a solution in the form of a smartphone application. This application includes various features such as notifications, prayer schedules, financial reports, photo galleries, and management profiles. A prototype of the application was developed to meet these needs and was subsequently tested using a questionnaire. The results of the testing indicated that the application had an easy-to-understand interface, adequate features, and received suggestions for improvement. Overall, this smartphone application offers a modern and efficient solution to the challenges of delivering information within churches. It enhances accessibility and improves the quality of communication with the congregation.

Prayer is a Muslim's obligation, so there is no reason to abandon it except for women who are menstruating, postpartum and after giving birth. However, in the implementation of congregational prayers in the community there are differences, especially in terms of reciting zikr and prayers in congregation led by the imam. There are priests after congregational prayers reading zikr and prayers together with the congregation and there are priests after congregational prayers reading zikr and prayers in silence (reading slowly). This research is a type of qualitative library research. The data source is secondary data originating from library sources. The analytical method uses content analysis, to uncover problems in understanding differences. This difference is due to the existence of propositions or texts from the Quran and hadis which explain whether or not it is necessary to read dhikr and prayers in congregation. In fact, this difference does not need to be widely debated, but the lessons and benefits of this difference should be taken. So that the harmony and unity of Muslims is maintained and well maintained without prioritizing excessive desires and attitudes in understanding Islamic teachings, especially in terms of carrying out congregational prayers after fardhu prayers.

The priority of congregational prayer is to protect oneself from evil and evil traits. It is important for Muslims to maintain prayer, especially at a young age, which will later continue the wheel of life for both the nation and religion. Students are the hope of society who will become leaders and examples for others. How will students be worthy of being emulated by those around them if they can't even look after themselves? One way is to pray, especially in congregation. Very few students perform congregational prayers in the prayer room, various factors such as feeling lazy have become a common view nowadays. That is why the author needs to study the issue of congregational prayer, especially at the Dwi Farma Bukittinggi Pharmacy Academy.
