Clean living behavior can be done by maintaining the sustainability of life can be done by reducing waste, saving energy, planting trees, and not littering. Waste sorting can be done by separating organic and inorganic waste into different trash bins. In addition, inorganic waste can also be separated again based on its type, such as plastic, paper, glass, and metal. Facilitates the process of collecting and processing waste for recycling. The Principles of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) recommend the use of waste sorting methods. The daily habits that we do to maintain personal and environmental cleanliness consist of this behavior. . Along with the emergence of various diseases that often attack children aged 6-12 years, PHBS in schools is a collection of behaviors carried out by students, teachers, and school residents based on learning so that they are able to independently prevent disease, improve their health. Implementation of better waste sorting practices can reduce the negative impact of waste on the environment, increase the efficiency of waste management, and provide long-term benefits for school residents. Schools are one of the places that have great potential to educate students about good waste management. SD Negeri 2 Kelusa has problems related to the lack of student knowledge about waste sorting and utilization, especially organic waste. Most students at SD Negeri 2 Kelusa still have limited understanding of the types of waste and how to process it. Most students do not realize and understand that organic waste can be reused, so they tend to throw it away with other waste.

Tuberculosis (TB) is currently a public health problem in the world, especially in Indonesia. Pulmonary TB is ranked 2nd as the main cause of death from infectious diseases after Human Immuno deficiency Virus (HIV). Pulmonary Tuberculosis is easily spread through the air when people who are sick with Pulmonary Tuberculosis release bacteria through the coughing mechanism. The spread of these bacteria is through sputum splashes or droplet nuclei released by TB sufferers through coughing, sneezing or talking face to face. The increase in TB cases is related to the degree of health in the community. The biggest factors that affect the degree of health are environmental factors and community behavior itself which can be detrimental to health. Risk factors for Tuberculosis transmission are environmental factors and behavioral factors, environmental factors include ventilation, housing density, temperature, lighting and humidity. While behavioral factors include smoking habits, spitting or throwing phlegm anywhere, coughing or sneezing without covering the mouth and the habit of not opening windows and not implementing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is a crucial strategy for enhancing health status, as many diseases can be prevented by adopting healthy lifestyle habits. School-aged children are particularly vulnerable to health issues because they spend a significant amount of time outside the home and away from parental supervision. This counseling activity on clean and healthy living behaviors aimed to educate children at Wadi Fatimah Kindergarten, helping them to practice daily habits such as maintaining personal hygiene (including proper bathing techniques). The activity utilized a counseling method, supported by tools such as laptops, projectors, door prizes, PowerPoint presentations, and bathing props. A total of 76 children, aged 5-6 years, participated in the program. The counseling session was successful, with the children showing great enthusiasm while watching educational videos on bathing and actively engaging in discussions. They demonstrated an understanding of the PHBS concept and knew how to apply it in their daily lives. The discussion results revealed that 80% of the children were capable of bathing themselves, while 20% were still assisted by their parents

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the ten diseases that most frequently causes death worldwide. This disease is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and lasts a long time. Indonesia ranks third in the world in terms of the number of people suffering from tuberculosis, behind India, China and India. In East Nusa Tenggara, the most cases of tuberculosis are found in Kupang City, and Oesapa Village is one of the places where cases are still quite high. With so many TB cases still occurring, public knowledge about the symptoms, transmission and treatment of the disease is still lacking. It is hoped that empowering teenagers as health drivers will increase public awareness, especially teenagers, about prevention, symptom monitoring, and discovery and treatment of tuberculosis. Tuberculosis education can help teenagers understand the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy lifestyle to reduce TB transmission (1). This community service activity aims to increase youth knowledge and attitudes about pulmonary TB through comprehensive counseling, structured information, and youth empowerment. They also monitor communities for TB symptoms, especially children(2) The results of the activity show that the level of understanding among teenagers about TB disease has increased from 35 percent to 85 percent. There were no TB symptoms at the monitoring stage in the community, especially teenagers, and everyone was in good health. It is hoped that peer cadres (adolescents) can adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle and become pioneers in monitoring the symptoms of tuberculosis in the community to make it easier to find, handle and treat. Peer cadres can transfer information about pulmonary TB to the community, especially teenagers, by implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior

Early childhood is experiencing a period of very rapid growth and development. Children's health and nutrition greatly affect the growth and development process. Therefore, health care and nutrition are very much needed to optimize children's development. In general, maintaining children's health which aims to prevent children from contracting a disease, which can interfere with children's learning and intelligence, can be done through: a) maintaining children's personal hygiene and their environment, b) timely immunization, c) maintaining the types of food consumed by children. Children's health care is also adjusted to the child's development. The intensity of health services provided to infants is certainly higher than that of children. This is because at the age of infants, they cannot be independent and still need full assistance from adults. While at the age of children, they must be accustomed and trained to be independent in maintaining personal health with light activities (with parental supervision). As educators, they are required to be able to provide behavioral stimuli and knowledge about how to maintain health in children. Efforts to maintain children's health begin with implementing clean and healthy living habits in everyday life

Access to adequate sanitation services and safe drinking water is a fundamental need that influences public health and sustainable development. This study analyzes the percentage of households in Gorontalo Utara Regency with access to adequate sanitation and safe drinking water from 2021 to 2023, linking it to WHO health standards. The results show an increase in access to adequate sanitation from 79.03% in 2021 to 81.80% in 2022, although there was a slight decline to 81.37% in 2023. Meanwhile, access to safe drinking water showed a more positive trend, rising from 86.23% in 2021 to 90.14% in 2023. This improvement reflects the success of government programs in enhancing basic infrastructure and raising community awareness. However, challenges remain in reaching approximately 10% of households still lacking access, particularly in remote areas. According to WHO, access to adequate sanitation and safe drinking water significantly reduces the risk of waterborne diseases such as diarrhea, cholera, and typhoid. This study highlights the importance of sustainable approaches to improving service coverage, such as developing inclusive infrastructure, educating communities on the importance of clean and healthy living behaviors, and strengthening the role of local institutions. In conclusion, although Gorontalo Utara has made significant progress, sustained efforts are needed to achieve universal access to sanitation and safe drinking water, as mandated by the SDGs.
