This study aims to analyze the legal protection of customers within the Islamic banking system in Indonesia, both normatively and practically. In Islamic economic principles, customer protection is not merely a legal obligation, but a moral and religious responsibility rooted in the values of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, particularly in ensuring justice (al-‘adl), trust (tsiqah), and protection of wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl). This research applies a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature review and normative juridical analysis of statutory regulations, DSN-MUI fatwas, and relevant Islamic legal doctrines. The findings indicate that although legal frameworks such as Law No. 21 of 2008, DSN-MUI fatwas, and OJK regulations offer a substantial basis for customer protection, implementation faces several challenges. These include information asymmetry between banks and customers, low Islamic financial literacy, insufficient monitoring of standard contracts, and limited access to Sharia-based dispute resolution mechanisms. Therefore, the study recommends reformulating contract structures, strengthening the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS), and enhancing public education regarding their rights as Islamic banking customers. Legal protection must be both formally legal and ethically grounded in Islamic justice.

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that aim to understand, appreciate, and practice the teachings of Islam by emphasizing the importance of religious morals as guidelines in everyday social life. In pesantren, students are expected to apply good values in interactions with fellow students. However, the understanding of the impact of bullying is still unclear for some students. Bullying behavior often occurs unconsciously as part of social interaction, for example, teasing which is initially considered a joke, but then develops into a serious problem. Through this counseling, it is hoped that students can better understand the negative impacts that may arise due to bullying. The method of implementing this community service is in the form of counseling with slide presentation media and infocus, which was conducted at one of the Islamic Boarding Schools in South Tangerang. During the education process, pesantren also face various problems, one of which is bullying which often occurs due to lack of supervision from the pesantren. With this counseling, it is hoped that students will be more aware and understand the bad consequences of bullying.

The phenomenon of online gambling has become a serious concern in Indonesia, as it provides very easy access for all groups, including teenagers and underage children, to engage in gambling practices. This study aims to examine and analyze the punishment for online gambling offenders from two perspectives: Indonesian positive law and Islamic law. Under national law, Article 303 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) regulates criminal sanctions for gambling in any form, including digital formats. Meanwhile, Islamic law strictly prohibits all forms of gambling due to elements of speculation (gharar), one-sided loss, and its contradiction with moral values. This study uses a qualitative approach through literature review by analyzing legal sources such as the Criminal Code, legislation, hadiths, as well as fiqh and tafsir literature. The results show that both Islamic law and national law share common ground in prohibiting gambling and imposing sanctions, although they differ in their methods of implementation. Firm law enforcement and preventive measures are necessary to protect society, especially the younger generation, from the harmful impacts of online gambling.

In the era of Society 5.0, the rapid advancement of digital technology has had a significant impact on the world of education, including the process of character development in students. On one hand, technology makes access easier to innovative and interactive Islamic educational resources. On the other hand, this progress has also caused a decline in moral values due to exposure to digital content that is inconsistent with Islamic teachings. The objective of this research is to examine how digital technology affects the formation of Islamic character in students. Additionally, this study investigates the most suitable Islamic educational methods to address this issue. This research was conducted qualitatively using a literature study approach and utilizing various relevant literature and scholarly journals. The results indicate that if used correctly and purposefully, digital technology can assist in Islamic character education. Modern education often emphasizes cognitive and technological aspects, while spiritual aspects are often neglected. In fact, in Islamic educational philosophy, the integration of spiritual values is an important part in forming the character of students who are moral and competitive. This study aims to (1) analyze the concept of Islamic educational philosophy from the perspective of integrating spiritual values, (2) identify spiritual values that can be integrated into the modern education system, and (3) explore effective strategies in their implementation. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach to relevant sources. The results of the study indicate that Islamic educational philosophy emphasizes a balance between intellectual and spiritual aspects to form individuals who have high moral awareness. Spiritual values such as monotheism, morals, and worship can be adapted into a modern curriculum through contextual and experience-based learning methods. The implementation of this integration strategy includes a holistic approach in the curriculum, teacher training, and the creation of a learning environment that supports the spiritual growth of students. Thus, the integration of spiritual values in modern education contributes to the formation of a more complete and balanced character.
