The role of morality in public policy and law enforcement, especially in relation to human trafficking, is increasingly important in the digital era. This article discusses the complexity of these challenges and strategies to prevent human trafficking and protect personal data in Indonesia. A holistic approach is needed, with law enforcement paying attention to the dimensions of morality, integrity and moral courage in policy formulation. In a digital era filled with technological changes, public policy must be able to adapt to these developments while still maintaining strong moral principles. This demands a high degree of integrity from policymakers and law enforcers to not only comply with technical rules, but also ensure that their actions are driven by the desire to create a fair and safe environment for all individuals. The recommended strategies include increasing border patrols to prevent the entry of illegal immigrants, cross-border cooperation to cut off human trafficking routes, strengthening regulations related to personal data protection, and increasing public awareness about data privacy. It is hoped that cooperation between the government, institutions and society can overcome this challenge to safeguard human rights and national security.    

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Upin & Ipin cartoon film on morale in children aged 5-6 years in Tuna Jaya Kindergarten. Background Moral development in children is the child's behavior and good behavior, namely honesty, tolerance, through the Upin & Ipin cartoon film there is moral development in children, teaching positive values ​​that are useful in everyday life. The research method used was a single subject quantitative experimental method, the data collection technique was observation, documentation. The results of this research show that the influence of the Upin & Ipin cartoon film on morale in children aged 5-6 years at Tunas Jaya Kindergarten has a positive impact on children. There is a positive impact on children after watching the Upin & Ipin cartoon film. Children are more knowledgeable. Have a good attitude. Moral development. Cooperation, mutual help, saving, keeping the environment clean. Children imitate the attitudes found in the Upin & Ipin cartoon series. Children will model what the child sees.

This article discusses the important of Islamic education in building the character of the younger generation. Nowadays,many young people are entangled in things that are not in accordance with good character. The goal is to teach universal values that can be embraced by all level of society. Thus,Islamic education not only plays an important role in shaping the character of the younger generation,but also contributes to the development of society and the nation. This research uses qualitative method,to obtain data through literature study,about the process of character building for the younger generation. Islamic education can help the younger generation to understand moral and spiritual values that are very important for human life.  

Education plays a crucial role in the development and survival of a nation. Teachers as the main actors in the educational process have a big responsibility in achieving successful quality education. This research aims to examine the impact of awards and recognition on the achievement motivation and professionalism of Indonesian language teachers. The research method is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, a hypothetical case study conducted on five Indonesian language teachers from two different schools. The research results reveal that awards increase work morale, encouragement to innovate, and teachers' intrinsic motivation. Recognition also has a significant impact on professionalism by increasing commitment, performance standards, and collaboration between teachers. Effective forms of reward include financial rewards, public recognition, and personal development opportunities. However, challenges such as consistency, fairness and sustainability in reward systems still need to be addressed. This research confirms the importance of rewards and recognition in increasing teacher motivation and professionalism, as well as contributing to improving the overall quality of education.  

Local culture, including the practice of weaving Buna motifs, is a cultural heritage that needs to be preserved in the era of globalization which, if not maintained, could hinder the development of traditional practices. This research aims to determine the importance of combining management principles and Christian values ​​in maintaining the practice of weaving Buna motifs. This research used a qualitative approach involving the principal, teachers and students of Nunkolo State High School as participants. Data collection was carried out through unstructured interviews, observation and analysis of related documents. The research discussion was analyzed descriptively which showed the results that the school principal plays a very important role in the world of education with his leadership in developing educational programs that support the preservation of local culture, as well as exploring how the Christian values ​​adhered to by the school can provide a moral and ethical foundation in preserving cultural heritage. The school principal's management seeks to strengthen Christian values ​​through the practical activity of weaving Buna motifs as a means of forming cooperation between students and craftsmen which has an impact on student behavior which increasingly respects traditions that have been maintained for a long time.

This article discusses the dangers faced by teenagers, both physically and psychologically. Adolescence is an important transition period in an individual's life, where they experience various physical, emotional and social changes. This article outlines some of the physical dangers that teenagers face, such as the risk of death, suicide attempts, physical disabilities, and problems with awkwardness or stiffness. Additionally, psychological dangers are discussed, including immature social behavior, risky sexual behavior, and conflict in family relationships. It is important to understand that these dangers can have a significant impact on a teenager's development and well-being. Therefore, this article also explores the implications of adolescent development in the context of counseling services, including the importance of emotional development, moral education, religious awareness, creativity, and political awareness. In conclusion, this article highlights the complexity of adolescence and the importance of appropriate interventions in supporting positive adolescent development.

Orphans often face obstacles in obtaining proper education. This program provides support through scholarships and participation in Qur'anic and Mathematics Olympiad competitions. Through this program, orphans can access quality education, increase their confidence, and develop their potential. The community service method was conducted through observation and documentation. The results show an increase in academic achievement and moral character development of the orphans. In conclusion, this program plays an important role in supporting orphans in achieving their right to education and developing their potential through educational competitions. This research explores the role of Sunday school teachers in the growth and development of children at Kasih Karunia Baptist Church Simalingkar. Sunday school teachers play an important role in shaping children's character through spiritual and moral education. Creativity in teaching is the key to delivering material in a way that is interesting and relevant to children. Community service by Sunday school teachers involves children in activities that strengthen social and moral values, such as social service projects. The implementation of the Sunday School Teaching (PSM) program at this church, which is supported by IAKN Tarutung students, aims to increase religious and moral understanding, discipline, responsibility, as well as children's talents and creativity. This program also makes a positive contribution to the surrounding community. The research uses qualitative descriptive methods through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. Results showed significant improvements in children's religious understanding, discipline, responsibility and creativity, as well as a positive impact on the community. These findings emphasize the important role of creative Sunday school teachers in shaping children's character and strengthening social ties in the community.

Folklore is not only part of a region's cultural heritage, but also carries moral messages that are valuable for character education. One of the folk tales that is rich in artistic values ​​and character education is the legend of Patih Sampun from Pemalang Regency. This article aims to explore and analyze the artistic, cultural and character education values ​​contained in these folk tales. The research method used is analysis of the Patih Sampun folklore text based on aspects of narrative art, character traits and the moral message conveyed. The results of the analysis show that Patih Sampun's folklore contains various artistic values, such as the use of distinctive language, depictions of nature and local culture, as well as interesting plot developments. Apart from that, Patih Sampun's character as the main character shows qualities such as courage, wisdom and loyalty, which is a good example for character formation for the younger generation. The meaning implied in this article includes the importance of using folklore as a learning resource to educate children's character. By understanding the values ​​of art and character education contained in the Patih Sampun folklore, educators can integrate the story into the character education curriculum at school. This will help strengthen local cultural identity and shape strong character and integrity in future generations.

In the rapidly evolving era of technology, the need for innovative and effective Islamic education for young children is becoming increasingly pressing. Therefore, this research aims to explore the effectiveness of the film "Rara and Nussa" as a means of Islamic education for young children in the digital age. Against the backdrop of changing dynamics of life and the need for innovation in Islamic education, this research presents an analysis related to the validity and reliability of the research instrument as well as the effectiveness of the film. Through data collection using questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents, and analysis using SPSS software, the research findings indicate that the film "Rara and Nussa" has a strong correlation with understanding Islamic values, reinforces moral values, and enhances the quality of Islamic education. Statistical analysis results show high correlation values and convincing significance, as well as instrument reliability that can be trusted. This conclusion confirms that the use of appropriate research methods and accurate data analysis can strengthen research findings regarding the effectiveness of films as a means of Islamic education for young children, providing a significant contribution to the development of Islamic education in the digital era.

In the Islamic religion, religious values are taught, and this includes moral values. The instillation of religious morals in children is best given from an early age. This study attempts to define the idea of PAI teachers in enhancing moral development in students, investigate the role of PAI teachers in enhancing moral development in students based on Islamic teachings, and identify the elements that facilitate and impede the role of PAI teachers in enhancing moral development in students.This study employs a qualitative technique in conjunction with a descriptive strategy. Participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, Islamic Religious Education instructors, and class VIII students were used to gather data.he study's findings suggest that instructors of Islamic Religious Education play a significant part in raising students' Akhlakul Karimah. By using interactive teaching strategies, role modeling, and a lighthearted approach, teachers can actively contribute to the formation of positive attitudes, behaviors, and Islamic values in students. In addition, instructors of Islamic Religious Education are crucial in helping students apply their religious lessons to their everyday lives. They teach pupils about Islamic moral principles, help them deal with moral dilemmas and situations, and help them appreciate the significance of Akhlakul Karimah.

Along with the development of technology and the advancement of the world of education, it has both negative and positive impacts. The negative impact that occurred was that various social problems were still found, specifically at SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru. The problem of a lack of social care is a challenge for social studies teachers in particular. In this case, apart from providing teaching regarding understanding, teachers through their role are also required to be able to instill good attitudes and morals in students. One example of a student's caring attitude that is still low is the lack of an attitude of helping or helping each other and a high level of indifference to each other among students. The approach in this research uses descriptive qualitative. The research location is at SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru, Tulungagung Regency. The respondents interviewed were 2 social studies teachers, 6 students from class VIII-F and 6 students from class VIII-H. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that teachers play a very good role in the social studies learning process by integrating social care attitudes into their learning materials, school institutions have clean Friday and infaq programs to help instill social care attitudes in students and there are still some students who have an indifferent attitude and not helping each other.  

The strategy to improve the quality of higher education cannot be separated from a development system that is planned, directed and organized in running the organization, productive efforts and breakthroughs really need to be carried out and developed because higher education is a forum for producing intellectual generations as well as producing generations who have moral character. Apart from having a positive impact, the development of this technology also has a negative impact which can hinder direct interaction between people, where people already have a lot of indirect interaction, everyone is already dependent on technology, especially smartphones and social media, all activities already involves social media, be it news, business, learning and others.

Playing must be carried out on the child's own initiative, playing in a fun way provides a learning process for the child. Playing can also stimulate various things in children's development, such as physical movement, cognitive, mathematical logic, language, moral-religious, socio-emotional and artistic. Through play, children's creativity will awaken and develop optimally. Child and socio-emotional development: In principle, children learn through social interactions, both with adults and peers. The development of information technology in the modern era is increasingly rapid. and influences various aspects of life, including early childhood education. The Internet, as a component of information technology, connects computers around the world into a very large network, enabling instant and global exchange of information. This has a significant impact on Religious and Moral Competencies in AUD. The qualitative approach used in this research is a case study design at the Bung Karno State Kindergarten. Data was collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with PAUD teachers, and questionnaires for parents or guardians of students. The research results show that technology, especially the use of gadgets, has a significant influence on the moral and religious values ​​of young children. Children who use technology excessively tend to have difficulty socializing, have apathetic behavior, and show signs of addiction. Challenges in teaching moral and religious values ​​​​include the difficulty of conveying abstract concepts to children who are still at the fundamental cognitive development stage. This research concludes that moral and religious education needs to be fostered from an early age to form quality character. Although technology can facilitate various activities, uncontrolled use can have a negative impact on children's moral and religious development. Therefore, parents, educators and other stakeholders need to do better to manage the use of technology and strengthen the education of moral and religious values ​​​​in early childhood.
