Fiqh education in the context of Islam is often understood merely as the transfer of knowledge regarding normative laws. However, the exploration of fiqh education as a process that can shape students' character in accordance with the goals of education, which not only transfers knowledge but also forms individual values and character, has not yet been evident. This is due to the lack of understanding of the essence of fiqh education from the perspective of educational philosophy. This article aims to explain that fiqh should not only be viewed as law but also as education rich in moral   and character values. Fiqh education, when analyzed through several philosophical perspectives such as ontological, epistemological, axiological, and methodological studies, reveals its moral and character values. From an ontological perspective, fiqh education can be directed towards understanding the meaning of Islamic education and the relationship between fiqh law and moral values. This shows that fiqh education plays a role in building students' character. In the epistemological aspect, the Qur'an and Hadith serve as the primary sources of knowledge. Teaching methods that include textual, rational, and empirical approaches motivate students to understand the legal context more deeply. Axiology in fiqh education emphasizes the importance of moral values and social responsibility, aiming to shape individuals with high morality. Teaching methodologies are also evolving with new approaches, such as problem-based active learning, to enhance students' interest in understanding the material. Thus, it is hoped that the education of fiqh will not only produce individuals who are well-versed in normative laws but also individuals of noble character in accordance with religious teachings.

The large amount of discrimination against children with HIV/AIDS in Kebumen Regency causes many problems from the social, economic and educational spheres for the victims. They are not getting their rights which should receive protection and education because of this discrimination. In this case, special attention is needed from the Kebumen Regency Regional Government in addressing this problem. The SPARKLE program aims to provide learning and psychological assistance to those affected by discrimination to help fulfill their rights as children to receive education and the right not to be discriminated against. This program is collaborated with the Finnish curriculum module (Highscope) which focuses on their interests and talents during mentoring. This is because the child's age and background do not allow them to follow theoretical learning. Therefore, it is necessary to use varied, creative and interesting methods so that participants remain focused on learning. In this way, mentoring will be effective in increasing their interest in living a life that previously was always haunted by the discrimination they received.

The Sugiyono Model is the model that is adapted for this research, which employs the Research and Development (R&D) technique. Finding Potential, Problems, and Data Analysis, Design Validation, Product Design, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Product, and Publication are the steps that have been modified. The SMK Pemuda 1 Kesamben, SMK PGRI 2 Sutojayan, and SMKN 1 Kademangan served as the research's field sites. This study's data is quantitative in the form of teacher and student answers and product validation results, and qualitative in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The study's findings suggest that using the Busworld website as an alternate medium can help marketing students expand their vocabulary related to business. The results of the media validation and material validation, which were completed by three experts each, and which yielded a score of 98%, indicating high validity, serve as evidence for this. Additionally, 88.5% of the replies from thirty marketing students and three teachers were included in the results of the teacher and student surveys. In summary, the Busworld website, which offers resources such as 100 lists of verbs, 100 lists of nouns, 50 business abbreviations, and 50 conversations with business themes, is a valuable tool for improving the business vocabulary proficiency of marketing students at vocational schools.
