The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an effect of motivation and parental attention on the achievement of Semester 1-7 IAT IAI TABAH students. This research method is Quantitative with the type of case study by maximising Questionnaire, Interview, Observation, and Documentation instruments. The results showed that the influence of motivation and parental attention on achievement for students of Al-Quran Science and Tafsir of the Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan Islamic Institute had no significant effect. 58.8% of parents never demand children to be able to everything.64.7% of parents always support children in campus.  41.2% of parents always support children to buy learning books in campus.70.6% of students rarely buy books. 41.2% of parents never encourage students to go to campus regularly. IAT IAI TABAH student achievement The highest value of Student GPA is 3.68 and the average value is 3.55, while the lowest value is 3.01. From the existing Student Study Result Card data, the highest student value is only able to achieve 3.68 GPA among all students.

Meritokrasi sebagai sistem penempatan di dalam suatu jabatan pemerintahan atau pun pekerjaan berdasar kepantasan dan kelayakan, secara implisit tidak lepas disinggung dalam Al-Qur`an. Hal ini dapat diamati misalnya, dalam surat Yusuf: 55 tentang jabatan bendahara negara yang diajukan oleh Yusuf as. kepada Raja Mesir, juga dalam surat Al-Qashash: 26 tentang pengajuan Musa as. untuk bekerja kepada Syu’aib as., juga dalam Al-Baqarah: 247 tentang pengangkatan Thalut sebagai raja. Dari ketiga ayat tersebut, semua penempatan itu berdasar pada kelayakan, Yusuf as. yang diungkap sebagai “hafîdzun ‘alîm”, Musa as. yang diungkap dengan “al-qawiyyul-amîn”, dan Thaluth yang diungkap dengan “basthatan fil-‘ilm wal-jism”. Pengungkapan ketiganya dengan kompetensi masing-masing menjadi petunjuk Al-Qur`an untuk memperhatikan penempatan suatu posisi kepada orang yang tepat untuk mendapatkannya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik (tafsir maudlu’î) tentang ayat-ayat Al-Qur`an yang mengandung pesan meritokrasi seperti, Al-Baqarah: 30-31, 247, Yusuf: 55, An-Nur: 55, dan Al-Qashash: 26, juga kata yang semakna dengan meritokrasi, seperti kata ahlun, dalam An-Nisa`: 58, An-Nahl: 43, dan Al-Anbiya`: 7. Dari ayat-ayat yang diteliti dapat teridentifikasi, bahwa di antara standar sistem merit dalam Al-Qur`an, antara lain: 1) kapabilitas, yang teridentifikasi dari pengetahuan dan pengalaman; 2) profesionalisme, yang teridentifikasi dari sikap yang bertanggung jawab; 3) moralitas, yang teridentifikasi dari karakter yang amanah; 4) kerja keras, yang teridentifikasi dari kekuatan. Digital Population Identity (IKD) is a digital-based location data innovation through a mobile application with a photo or QR Code. The government's objective is to reduce the physical prints of KTP as well as the use of blank KTP-el in the hope of administrative efficiency. ICT is integrated with health services, education, banking, and taxation, facilitating public access in the era of technological development. However, in remote areas, limited internet access and minimal socialization raise concerns about the security of digital identity data being considered. Social media, especially YouTube, is a channel platform used by the public to convey opinions, opinions and comments about ICTs. So that's why sentimental analysis is needed using the Naive Bayes algorithm to help understand public opinion. The tests were conducted using Orange on 1,561 data showing accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 above 90%. The results of this analysis can serve as a guide for staff in interacting with the community for the implementation of Digital KTP through IKD, as well as improving services regarding the applications provided.

This research aims to find out how child maintenance cases (alimentation) are resolved by parents after divorce in the Gorontalo Religious Court and what the legal consequences are if parents do not carry out their child maintenance obligations (alimentation) after a divorce decision in the Gorontalo Religious Court. This research uses empirical research. This research is research originating from field observations and uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research show that the case resolution process involves lawsuits, trials and mediation. If mediation fails, the Religious Court issues a decision. However, sometimes the losing party does not comply with the decision. Winners can request execution, including confiscation of property or salaries. In this case, the father is still obliged to support the child after the divorce, but implementation is problematic. Some fathers are reluctant to fulfill this obligation. The Religious Courts play an important role in enforcing this. Research emphasizes the protection of children's rights and law enforcement to fulfill post-divorce livelihoods. Meanwhile, the legal consequences of non-fulfillment of child maintenance (alimentation) by an ex-husband who does not comply with the decision, the party who wins in the trial can submit a request to the Chair of the Religious Court to force the implementation of the decision and carry out the execution. If within a certain time the ex-husband still does not comply with the decision, the winning party can ask for the ex-husband's property to be confiscated, but still pay attention to the father's financial condition.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan penilaian pada aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di kelas VII SMP Negeri Gudang Arang Merauke dengan total jumlah peserta12 orang guru bidang studi. Adapun guru bidang studi yang terlibat yakni guru Bahasa Indonesia, guru matematika, guru Pendidikan agama, guru olahraga, guru IPA. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini para guru dapat memahami teknik penilaian dan dapat melakukan penilaian secara tepat. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi pada semua pelajaran karena setiap pelajaran tentunya melakukan penilaian kepada siswa. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk workshop yang meliputi sosialisasi dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan serta diakhiri dengan diskusi bersama. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para guru dapat memahami dengan baik pentingnya sebuah penilain jika dilakukan secara objektif pada ketiga aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik.  

This research aims to find a significant relationship between parental care in class IV of SD Negeri 064072 Medan Polonia and their motivation to study with the research title "The Relationship between Parenting Patterns and the Learning Motivation of Class 4 Students of SD Negeri 064027 Medan Polonia T.A 2023/ 2024”. The data collection technique or instrument used is a questionnaire whose validity and reliability are tested. The sample in this study was 30 grade IV elementary school students. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test, relationship coefficient test, and hypothesis test. The research results showed that the correlation coefficient data calculation obtained a correlation interpretation value of 0.985. The value of 0.985 is located between the coefficients 0.80-1.00. So it can be concluded that: 1) the magnitude of the correlation coefficient between the independent variable Parenting Patterns (X) and the dependent variable learning motivation (Y) SD Negeri 064027 Medan Polonia T.A 2023/2-24 is classified at a very high level. 2) The normality test obtained an average value of 87.003. Based on the calculations, it is found that Lcount = 0.14133 and Ltabel = 0.161 with a significance level of α = 0.05, so Lcount < Ltabel (0.14133 < 0.161) which means the Ho hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. 3) From a level of 28, the ttable obtained at a 5% significance level is 2.001717468. So it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between parenting patterns and the learning motivation of class IV students at SD Negeri 064027 Medan Polonia for the 2023/2024 academic year.

. Parents are the main and first educators of their children, because it is from them that the child first receives education. The role of parents as the main and first educators for children is also because heredity they are destined to be parents who give birth. So by nature, inevitably parents who are the main and first responsible for children can receive education. The dedication of parents in caring for children with special needs has a very impact on the survival of children with special needs in the future, the child's growth and development process will be affected if parents cannot determine the right caregiver style. Children who have unique needs need additional care from classmates, parents, teachers, and other family members. In order for children with special needs to reach their full potential, it is important that they should be given support rather than ignored or ostracized.  Children suffering from physical or mental health problems should receive different care than other children.  Similarly, to improve learning achievement and, in particular, to give priority to the improvement of physical and mental growth they must be equipped with the necessary means and facilities for their activities.

The importance of good character building has become a major concern, considering that it is very influential in the formation of moral foundations and individual behavior. Adolescent character is something that is very crucial to be considered by parents through quality time. This research focuses on the role of parents in improving children's character through quality time. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using the literature study method, this research emphasizes an in-depth understanding of this phenomenon through detailed descriptions. The results show that parents have a role as the main role model in improving adolescent character. Parents have a huge responsibility in educating their children. In conclusion, the emphasis on qualoity time in improving adolescent character is an important foundation in improving character with parents having a central role in this process as the main moral pillar and guidance for adolescents.  

Sebelum tahun 1960, di Indonesia berlaku dualisme hukum pertanahan yaitu berlaku hukum-hukum tanah kolonial Belanda, tanah yang tunduk dan diatur hukum Perdata barat yang sering disebut tanah barat atau tanah Eropa. Didalam hukum perdata barat diatur mengenai hak barat, yang mana hak barat merupakan hak atas tanah bagi orang asing yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang. Hak atas tanah tersebut dibagi menjadi 4 (empat) macam yaitu hak Eigendom, hak Opstal, hak Erfpacht dan hak Gebruik. Setelah berlakunya Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria (UUPAhak tersebut dikonversi menjadi hak milik, hak guna bagunan, hak pakai, hak guna usaha. Dalam prakteknya terdapat masih adanya tumpang tindih Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM), seperti hasil pada kasus Putusan Pengadilan Nomor 321/Pdt/G/2018/PN dimana terdapat dua Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) untuk satu obyek yang sama. Dengan adanya kasus tersebut, tujuan dari karya tulis ini untuk dapat melihat bagaimana penyelesaian terhadap sengketa kepemilikan pemegang hak atas tanah Eigendom Verponding setelah berlakunya hukum Agraria Nasional, Apa pertimbangan Hakim tentang sengketa kepemilikan pemegang  hak atas tanah barat Eigendom Verponding setelah berlakunya Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria tanah yang tanda bukti haknya tumpang tindih, dan bagaimana status kepemilikan bidang tanah barat Eigendom Verponding yang tanda bukti haknya setelah konversi menurut Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif yang menekankan pendekatan hukum dengan melihat peraturan perundang-undangan, baik bahan hukum primer maupun sekunder, atau dengan melihat peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku untuk memecahkan masalah. Dari hasil penelitin ini diketahui jika penyelesaian sengketa berdasarkan putusan Pengadilan Negeri Semarang Nomor 321/Pdt/G./2018/PN adalah dengan memenangkan penggugat dikarenakan penggugat memiliki asal usul SHM yang berasal dari SHGB tahun 1984. Pertimbangan hakim Pengadilan Negeri Semarang atas putusan Nomor 321/Pdt/G./2018/PN adalah SHGB merupakan alas hak untuk dapat dilakukan peningkatan hak menjadi Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM). Sehinga pemilik obyek yang mempunyai SHM dengan asal usul Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan(SHGB)  adalah pemilik yang sah.

Keberadaan wali dalam pernikahan bertujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan dan kemaslahatan terhadap orang yang berada di bawah perwaliannya. Pada prakteknya, masih banyak yang belum memahami tentang pentingnya keberadaan wali nikah, dimana calon mempelai tidak mengajukan wali nasab sebagai walinya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah faktor-faktor apa yang menyebabkan terjadinya pembatalan perkawinan dalam Putusan Nomor 189/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Pkl, bagaimana prosedur pembatalan perkawinan yang disebabkan karena penggantian wali nasab oleh wali hakim dalam Putusan Nomor 189/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Pkl dan akibat hukum pembatalan perkawinan pada Putusan Nomor 189/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Pkl. Metode penelitian menggunakan yurudis normatif, spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analisis. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab pembatalan perkawinan dalam pengadilan agama nomor 189/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Pkl adalah Perkawinan dilaksanakan dengan wali yang tidak berhak (wali hakim) dan penggantian wali nasab oleh wali hakim tidak sesuai prosedur. Prosedur pembatalan perkawinan yang disebabkan karena penggantian wali nasab oleh wali hakim dalam putusan Nomor 189/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Pkl adalah pengajuan gugatan, penerimaan perkara, pemanggilan, persidangan. Akibat hukum pembatalan perkawinan pada putusan Nomor 189/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Pkl adalah perkawinan dianggap tidak pernah ada dan para pihak tersebut tidak mempunyai hubungan hukum lagi dengan kerabat dan bekas suami maupun isteri.

Harta Bersama dalam perkawinan adalah Harta yang didapat secara Bersama – sama maupun sendiri dalam ikatan perkawinan oleh Suami maupun dan Istri, dalam kasus a quo terjadi suatu peristiwa hukum dimana Istri ( Tergugat ) membeli tanah tanah dari Ayahnya dengan bukti AJB tertanggal 2008. Dimana pernikahan antara Penggugat ( Suami ) dan Istri ( Tergugat ) terjadi pada tahun 1999. Bahwa karena AJB tidak terdapat kwitansi jual beli dan penerimaan uang dari Tergugat ( Istri) kepada Ayahnya ( Penjual ), maka hakim menilai itu adalah hibah dan tidak dapat dianggap sebagai Harta Bersama. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaturan harta bersama dalam Undang – Undang Nomor 1 tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan?  Bagaimana Pertimbangan Hakim terhadap Putusan 0541/Plt.G/2013/PA.Kra terkait Harta Pemberian Orang Tua kepada Anak melalui Jual Beli ? Bagaimana Akibat Hukum terhadap Putusan 0541/Plt.G/2013/PA.Kra terkait Harta Pemberian Orang Tua kepada Anak melalui Jual Beli ?. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah UU Perkawinan menyatakan bahwa harta warisan tidak dapat dialihkan atau diubah menjadi harta bersama tanpa adanya perjanjian perkawinan terlebih dahulu antara suami dan istri. Sebab, harta diperoleh dari hasil kerja keras satu pihak dan hadiah dari pihak lain. Dalam kasus di Pengadilan Agama Karanganyar, bukti menunjukkan adanya proses jual beli dalam pernikahan. Namun majelis hakim menetapkan tidak ada keuntungan bersama dalam proses tersebut dan tanah serta dua bangunan tersebut bukan merupakan milik bersama. Keputusan tersebut dinilai sejalan dengan keadilan substantif dan hukum progresif yang mengedepankan moral, etika, dan agama. Kasus ini menyoroti pentingnya pluralisme hukum dalam menangani nilai-nilai masyarakat dan hati nurani.

At RT 06/014 Kel. Palmerah, West Jakarta, there is an urgent need to increase digital literacy among parents, who vary in age and level of technological knowledge. Reliance on digital technology poses challenges in supervising children and online safety. This challenge can be overcome by conducting digital literacy training designed to close knowledge gaps, improve online security, and provide skills to use technology responsibly. This training is carried out through lectures, simulations, and practice. Survey results showed high satisfaction (4.2/5) with the training content, but there was demand for more hands-on activities, especially regarding social media and data security. This training aims to equip parents with the skills necessary to support their children's education in a dynamic digital environment.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi mengingat pentingnya tanah dan atau bangunan tersebut dalam kehidupan, maka sudah sewajarnya jika orang pribadi atau badan hukum yang mendapatkan nilai ekonomis serta manfaatdari tanah dan atau bangunan karena adanya perolehan hak atas tanah dan atau bangunan dikenakan pajak oleh negara. Pajak yang dimaksud adalah Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan atau Bangunan (BPHTB) dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 1997. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengenaan pemungutan BPHTB terhadap transaksi jual beli Tanah dan atau bangunan dibawah nilai jual objek pajak (NJOP) di kota Semarang. Disamping itu, untuk mengetahui peranan Notaris/ PPAT dalam pengenaan pemungutan BPHTB. Serta mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang timbul dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi pemungutan BPHTB. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Notaris/ PPAT termasuk sebagai salah satu pejabat yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam pelaksanaan pemungutan pajak Bea Pero!ehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB). Dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat kadang-kadang KPPBB tidak mengetahui kejadian ataupun peristiwa yang harus dikenakan BPHTB, misalnya perolehan hak atas tanah dan bangunan karena jual beli. Seperti yang diketahui bahwa perolehan hak atas tanah dan atau merupakan objek yang dikenakan pajak BPHTB, maka untuk memperoleh data mengenai peristiwa jual beli tersebut perlu dijalin kerjasama dengan pihak Notaris/ PPAT. Notaris selain mempunyai wewenang dalam membuat akta yang otentik, juga mempunyai tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk memberikan bantuan penyuluhan hukum. Selain itu Notaris/ PPAT mempunyai kewajiban untuk pelaporan atau pemberitahuan perolehan hak atas tanah dan atau bangunan, berdasarkan ketentuan yang berlaku. Dalam PP No. 34 Tahun 1997- ditentukan bahwa Notaris/ PPAT harus melaporkan perolehan hak atas tanah dan atau bangunan setiap bulan.

Ikan bubara (Caranx sexfasciatus) adalah satu satu jenis ikan yang cukup banyak di Kabupaten Fakfak. Hasil olahan ikan bubara berupa cemilan lembaran dapat memperpanjang masa simpannya. Snack sheet ikan bubara merupakan camilan berbentuk lembaran tipis yang berbasis ikan bubara yang memiliki kandungan protein yang tinggi. Ikan bubara dalam bentuk snack sheet dapat digemari masyarakat karena teksturnya renyah, rasanya gurih, ringan, dan praktis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan tingkat kesukaan snack sheet ikan bubara. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penilaian subjektif uji inderawi yang diambil dari hasil penilaian panelis yang meliputi penilaian aroma, warna, rasa, dan tekstur. Skala untuk mengukur tingkat kesukaan adalah sangat suka (7), suka (6), agak suka (5), biasa saja (4), agak tidak suka (3), tidak suka (2),  dan sangat tidak suka (1). Tes hedonik snack sheet ikan bubara ini menggunakan 70 orang panelis tidak terlatih. Uji kesukaan dianalisis menggunakan statistik sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tingkat kesukaan snack sheet ikan bubara pada atribut aroma adalah 5,30 (hampir menyukai), warna adalah 5,12 (hampir menyukai), rasa adalah 5,28 (hampir menyukai), daan tekstur adalah 5,00 (agak menyukai).

This socialization or community service aims to provide knowledge to the community about the importance of the role of parents in children's education. Through this socialization, it is hoped that the community will pay more attention to their children's education, not depending on the teacher alone, but rather on collaboration between the teacher and the child's parents. The method used in this socialization is a discussion method where there is someone as a presenter and there is someone in the audience who asks questions and is answered by the presenter. The results of observations carried out by researchers in Mattirotasi village showed that parents did not contribute enough to their children's education, which had an impact on learning motivation and also the quality of children's education in Mattirotasi village. The impact of the lack of parental contribution can be seen from the large number of children whose cognitive level does not match the child's own age or educational level, there are still many children who behave negatively towards their friends, for example hitting and making fun of their classmates.

Disiplin Kerja karyawan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berkaitan erat dengan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja karyawan dihipotesiskan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Industri Logam di Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Tegal dari 100 data industry terdapat total populasi 170 karyawan, sesuai rumus Slovin di setiap perusahaan di ambil 2 sampai dengan 3 karyawan, dan diperoleh sampel 116 orang, sebagai sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software Amos 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja Karyawan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan berdampak positif pula pada Kinerja Karyawan.  Penelitian ini  untuk memberikan dukungan bagi pemilik maupun stakeholders dalam Pengambilan Keputusan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, di dasarkan Budaya Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja sangat tepat  sehingga memberi pengaruh positif pada Kinerja Karyawan.   Employee work discipline is very important to improve employee performance. Work discipline is closely related to work culture and employee work motivation. Employee work discipline is hypothesized to have a positive effect on employee performance in the Metal Industry in Tegal. This research was conducted in two places, namely in Tegal City and Tegal Regency. From 100 industry data there was a total population of 170 employees. According to the Slovin formula, 2 to 3 employees were taken in each company, and a sample of 116 people was obtained as a sample. The research was conducted using Amos 22 Software. The results of the research show that Employee Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant positive effect on Employee Work Discipline and also have a positive impact on Employee Performance. This research is to provide support for owners and stakeholders in making decisions that work discipline, based on work culture and work motivation, is very appropriate so that it has a positive influence on employee performance.

. This research was conducted to analyze the quality of the coating process at PT Swadaya Graha using the Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) method. Primary and secondary data collection was carried out in this research. The research results showed that there were five types of defects, namely polishing marks, orange peel, dustpray, sagging and cracking. Based on the FMEA method, the defect rating is determined based on the resulting cumulative percentage value where the highest value is obtained for orange peel defects at 41.7%. This defect was analyzed and it was found that one of the causal factors was the incorrect application of the spreading rate. This factor is obtained from an RPN value of 120. From this research it can be concluded that the FMEA method can be used as a tool to minimize defects in the coating process and analyze improvements that should be prioritized..

This research aims to explore users' perspectives and opinions regarding service quality, focusing on aspects like driver behavior, responsiveness, and reliability within the Gojek platform. The Naive Bayes method is employed to analyze user sentiments toward the driver services, supported by the Orange software to comprehend the complex patterns in user reviews. Evaluation is conducted on reviews from the Play Store, resulting in an accuracy of 87.4%, F1 score of 87.6%, precision of 87.9%, and recall of 87.4%. These findings indicate the success of the model in identifying and predicting predefined variables. Through the combination of methods and software, the study concludes that sentiment analysis of Gojek's driver services can be performed efficiently and reliably, providing valuable insights for online motorcycle taxi service providers.

This research aims to determine and describe the reading speed of Malay Arabic texts for class B class 2022 students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative, with a sample size of 14 students class of 2022 B. The data collection technique used in this research is a test technique by providing a Malay Arabic text to obtain reading speed data with the help of a stopwatch to calculate speed time. Students complete reading Malay Arabic texts. Based on the research results, the reading speed of 2022 B students is 33.56 kpm. This shows that reading speed is still within the low criteria because it does not reach 200 kpm as the average criterion. Thus, the level of reading ability of students in the Indonesian Literature Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau class 2022 B is included in the low criteria.
