Background: Many pregnant women experience sleep disorders in the second and third trimesters, which can lead to poor sleep quality. This study aimed to determine the effect of effleurage massage with aromatherapy oil on improving the quality of nighttime sleep for pregnant women in the second and third trimesters at Anugrah Clinic. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a control group pretest-post-test design. The population was all second- and third-trimester pregnant women at Anugrah Clinic, with as many as 46 pregnant women. The sampling technique was total sampling, with 23 pregnant women in the experimental group and 23 in the control group. The data collection tool used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. Data analysis used the McNemar test. The experimental group study showed an effect of effleurage massage with aromatherapy oil on the quality of night sleep for pregnant women in the second and third trimesters, with a value of p = 0.001. The control group study showed an effect of massage effleurage on the quality of night sleep for pregnant women in the second and third trimesters, with a value of p = 0.016. Analysis of the chi-square test data to see the difference between the experimental and control groups yielded a p-value of 0.049, meaning that there was a significant difference in the post-test sleep quality of the experimental and control groups. In conclusion, the increase in sleep quality for pregnant women was more common in the experimental group; the quality of sleep for pregnant women increased to 87%, while in the control group, the quality of sleep for pregnant women increased only 56.5%. The suggestion is that it is hoped that pregnant women and health workers, in overcoming sleep disturbances in the second and third trimesters of pregnant women, can apply effleurage massage interventions with aromatherapy oils.

This study is motivated by the continued dominance of lecture-based and drill methods in Fiqh learning, which results in low student interest and enthusiasm. This contradicts the demands of the 2013 Curriculum, which emphasizes student activeness and critical thinking. Therefore, a more effective and efficient learning model is needed. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model in improving students' understanding of Fiqh material at MTs Nurul Hidayah. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the CTL model has been quite effective. This can be seen from the active involvement of students in the learning process through activities such as observing, discussing, working in groups, and connecting the material with real-life experiences. Learning through the CTL approach makes the process more meaningful and contextual, enabling students to gain a deeper and longer-lasting understanding of the Fiqh material.

The increasingly modern technological development brings blessings to some societies but also has a negative impact on other societies in this way. The tradesman, in carrying out his current job, is competing with other means of transport, which has an impact on the decrease in the turnover of tradesmen's transport services. The purpose of this research is to look at the form of survival strategies in the midst of such unfavorable conditions. The research was conducted by the Kuta Alam District of Banda Aceh. This study uses a qualitative approach to case studies. The research data was obtained through observations and in-depth interviews. The in-depth interview involved five informants based on criteria of at least five years of experience working as a scavenger and having been over 30 years of age. The results of the research showed a variety of obstacles faced by the craftsman in carrying out his profession: a. decreased earnings; b. the intensity of interaction is decreasing; c. inability to compete with the online fleet; d. productivity of work is declining. Therefore, the beacon is looking for a strategy to keep them alive: a. popularizing the name beacons according to the authority held by the province of Aceh (enforcing the Islamic Shariah); b. diversification of livelihoods, which is a double livelihood pattern run by beacones to cover a lack of income in carrying out their main profession. Despite having developed some strategies, the scout is still in an unfavorable condition. Thus, it can be concluded that the presence of the predicted scoundrel will fade more and more in the future.

Eco-Play is a creative learning activity designed for elementary school students to introduce the concept of environmental sustainability through the activity of coloring and recycling plastic bottles into plant pots. In this program, children are encouraged to explore their creativity by decorating used plastic bottles using paint and various eco-friendly materials. After coloring, the decorated plastic bottles are used as pots to plant small plants, such as flowers or vegetables, which can later be cared for by the children at home or school. This activity also has educational benefits, where children learn about the life cycle of plants and the importance of plants for the environment. By planting and caring for their plants, children will experience the satisfaction of their work and gain a better understanding of ecosystems. Eco Play not only hones creativity but also shapes children's character to be more environmentally conscious and encourages them to become agents of change in the future.

One way to produce good representative performance is to have satisfactory scientific knowledge. Ability has an impact on employee performance. Skills and knowledge are not the only components of ability. Capacity as information can be framed through training and experience, while ability is formed from training. One of the abilities that can be monitored by workers themselves is the ability to appreciate individuals deeply. The ability to appreciate people more deeply can help someone utilize their mental capacity (information) according to their greatest potential. Emotional intelligence needs to be cultivated in order to maximize its potential in boosting employee performance. This research aims to determine the potential impact of emotional intelligence in human resources on the quality and quantity of a company's output.
