This research aims to analyze the impact of changes to the provisions on the responsibilities of directors and shareholders as well as guarantees of legal protection for creditors and third parties in the context of the Job Creation Law. The research method used is normative legal analysis, relying on a study of statutory regulations, relevant legal theories, and selected scientific literature. This normative approach is carried out through in-depth study and interpretation of applicable legal provisions, especially changes regulated in the Job Creation Law. The analysis focuses on how these changes affect the legal responsibilities of directors and shareholders, as well as their impact on the rights of creditors and third parties. Legal theory is used to build a strong conceptual and analytical framework in understanding the legal phenomena that arise from the implementation of this new regulation. It is hoped that the research results will provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal implications of these policy changes, as well as offer recommendations to increase legal certainty for all relevant parties. Climate change poses a significant global challenge that impacts coastal ecosystems in various parts of the world, including Pangandaran Beach, Indonesia. This study aims to identify the effects of climate change, such as rising sea temperatures, increasing sea levels, and changing rainfall patterns, on biodiversity and the sustainability of coastal ecosystems in the region. The methods employed include climate data analysis, field observations, and interviews with local communities and stakeholders. Findings indicate that the coral reef ecosystems at Pangandaran Beach are experiencing declining health due to coral bleaching, while fish populations are decreasing as habitats diminish. Additionally, the increasing frequency and intensity of storms exacerbate coastal erosion and threaten the livelihoods of fishing communities. These findings underscore the urgent need for sustainable mitigation and adaptation strategies to protect coastal ecosystems and enhance the resilience of local communities against the impacts of climate change.

Honesty is one of the core values in Islamic education that serves as a foundation for shaping individual character, particularly in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). This study aims to explore honesty as a fundamental value in Islam, its implementation strategies in pesantren, and its impact on the character development of students (santri). Using a qualitative approach, this research utilizes literature analysis and field observations to understand how honesty is taught, practiced, and internalized in the daily lives of students. The findings reveal that honesty is implemented through the reinforcement of religious values in daily activities, fostering truthful behavior in the teaching-learning process, and role modeling by caregivers and educators. Implementation strategies include an ethics-based educational approach, strict supervision, and continuous evaluation. The impact is evident in the increased self-confidence of students, strengthened integrity, and their ability to face life challenges in alignment with Islamic principles. Thus, honesty is not only a critical element in shaping the character of students but also a foundation for developing individuals who are responsible, trustworthy, and morally upright. This study recommends the consistent application of honesty-based learning methods as a pillar of character education in pesantren.

The financial technology (fintech) industry in Indonesia has grown rapidly in recent years, having a significant impact on financial inclusion in the country. Fintech provides easier and faster access to financial services, especially for segments of society previously marginalized by the traditional banking system. Fintech services such as digital payments, online loans, and technology-based investments have expanded financial reach to communities in remote areas, MSMEs, and individuals with limited access to conventional banking services. However, with the rapid growth of fintech, challenges arise related to regulation and consumer protection. Inadequate regulation can lead to security risks, legal uncertainty, and potential abuse in digital financial services. Therefore, the Indonesian government has implemented various policies to regulate and supervise the fintech industry, such as the establishment of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) as the main supervisors. This study aims to analyze the impact of fintech developments on financial inclusion in Indonesia and evaluate the effectiveness of existing regulations in protecting consumers and encouraging the growth of the fintech sector. The results of this research show that although fintech has the potential to significantly increase financial inclusion, more comprehensive regulations and strict law enforcement are needed to ensure that the benefits of fintech can be felt evenly and safely by all levels of society.

The development of the National Capital City (IKN) triggers an increase in demand for goods and services, especially in the construction and basic needs sectors, which can cause a spike in regional and national inflation. Monetary policy faces new challenges, including increasing interest rates and the risk of rupiah exchange rate volatility due to dependence on foreign debt financing. These projects also influence economic distribution, creating investment opportunities, but potentially increasing economic inequality. This research emphasizes the importance of coordination between monetary and fiscal policies to mitigate negative impacts on national economic stability.

This research aims to analyze the impact of digital media on perceptions of national identity among teenagers. In the midst of globalization and technological advances, digital media—especially social media—plays a significant role in shaping teenagers' views and information behavior, including their understanding of national identity. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and content analysis from various digital platforms, this research identifies how digital media both strengthens and changes teenagers' perceptions of cultural and national values. The findings show that digital media can be a positive channel for introducing local and national cultural riches, but it also carries the risk of "cultural disorientation" due to the more massive dominance of foreign culture. This research emphasizes the importance of critical educational media and wise use of digital media to ensure that youth's national identity is maintained and develops in accordance with strong national values.

This research aims to find out the impact of owning coastal areas which are used as tourist attractions. This research is empirical research because it places primary data in the community as the main data which is analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research show that the impact of ownership of coastal areas that are used as tourist attractions triggers violations because this control is linked to the control of coastal areas of indigenous communities, and is then recognized by law. This then results in a conflict of interest because coastal people tend to carry out activities and work at sea, and utilize these aquatic resources as a target to fulfill their daily needs. The economic activities of residents on the coast who tend to work as fishermen and farmers are certainly not used to other activities. Meanwhile, tourism development in villages that have the potential for beautiful marine and coastal resources generally aims to introduce and utilize, even improve the quality of natural objects and attractions. This then also causes losses to the government and local communities because apart from having an impact on the physical environment which experiences a decline due to human activity at the tourist location itself, all income and benefits are also received in full by the business owner. In this condition, the village government does not get any share, because tourist attractions are recognized as private property.

The family is a fundamental environment for the growth and development of children, where parental affection and protection are essential to ensure the physical and mental health of children. However, in reality, many children experience disturbances in their growth, one of which is due to domestic violence (KDRT), which often occurs in an environment that should be safe for children. KDRT has the potential to create psychological trauma both directly and indirectly for children, which can interfere with their social and emotional development. Data from the National Commission on Violence Against Women shows the high number of cases of domestic violence in Indonesia, with a significant proportion of victims being children. This article aims to examine the psychological impact experienced by children when witnessing family conflict, with a focus on the mental health and behavioral aspects of children. Through a concrete case analysis, such as the experience of an influencer who experienced domestic violence, this article highlights the urgency of the problem and the long-term psychological impact of domestic conflict. With a deep understanding of these effects, this article is expected to provide recommendations for parents, educators, and authorities to minimize the psychological risks faced by children in situations of domestic conflict.
