Christian teachers have an important responsibility in guiding students to know God's word and build a close relationship with God. This research aims to identify the role of Christian teachers in helping students face life's challenges through teaching based on spiritual and biblical values. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with a case study approach in one Christian school. The research results show that Christian religious teachers act as spiritual guides, role models and motivators for students to strengthen their faith, as well as provide solutions based on God's word in facing various life challenges. Thus, the role of Christian religious teachers is very strategic in forming students' characters who are spiritually and morally strong.

Karya Nyata : Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat 2024 Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen

This community service activity aims to apply play activities as a coping strategy to increase happiness in students at Sanggar Bimbingan Kampung Baru Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Play activities play an important role in supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. This program was carried out for one session with a duration of 90 minutes, involving 57 students aged 7–12 years. The methods used included creative games such as storytelling and singing, which were designed to create a fun atmosphere, train social skills, and provide space for free expression of emotions. The results of observations showed an increase in student happiness as indicated by active participation, cheerful expressions, and positive interactions between students during the activity. The results of interviews revealed positive impacts such as reduced emotional stress, increased self-confidence, and better learning motivation. Play activities have proven to be effective as a simple coping strategy that can be implemented in non-formal learning environments to support children's mental health and well-being. This program is expected to be a model for sustainable psychosocial interventions in similar communities.

This study aims to explore the development of teacher professionalism through Classroom Observation and Lesson Study at SMP Negeri 12 Bandung. This approach involves collaboration between school principals, supervisors, and teachers in designing more effective teaching strategies. The process encompasses planning, implementation, reflection, and sustainability stages. The findings reveal that these methods enhance student participation, improve teaching quality, and foster a collaborative work culture among teachers. Lesson Study also benefits the development of teachers' innovative skills, supports project-based learning, and enhances documentation of best practices through the Merdeka MengajarPlatform. By integrating Classroom Observation and Lesson Study, SMP Negeri 12 Bandung has successfully established a sustainable model for teacher professional development.

Teachers not only educate and deliver content during teaching and learning activities, but they also conduct student assessments, which is a crucial component of the teacher's learning process. An affective evaluation considers behavioral traits such as attitudes, feelings, emotions, interests, and values. Affective assessment implementation has been described as tough and complicated when compared to other domain evaluations. The purpose of this study is to identify the elements that impact instructors' challenges in recognizing the application of emotional evaluations. This study employs a qualitative technique, which is a means for gathering in-depth, meaningful data. Because meaning is actual data, concrete data, and there is worth beneath the visible facts. In teaching and learning activities, teachers not only teach and provide material, but also carry out an assessment process for students, which is an important component in the teacher's learning process. The research results show that teachers as informants in this research do not fully understand the instruments and measuring tools used to carry out affective assessments in schools, which results in the emergence of various forms of difficulties felt by teachers when carrying out affective assessments.

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan suatu upaya pembinaan dan ditujukan kepada anak sejak lahir sampai dengan usia enam tahun yang dilakukan melalui pemberian rangsangan pendidikan membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani dan rohani agar anak memiliki kesiapan dalam memasuki pendidikan lebih lanjut. Pelaksanaan program ini sering kali menghadapi kendala, baik internal maupun eksternal. Kendala eksternal yaitu dimana orang tua anak-anak yang acuh tak acuh terhadap kegiatan program yang dilaksanakan di TK tersebut. Program aku suka membaca untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif Program "Aku Senang Membaca Buku" di TK Pembina 1 Medan menunjukkan potensi yang baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi anak. Namun, untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal, diperlukan langkah-langkah konkret seperti peningkatan anggaran, penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai, serta pelatihan bagi guru.Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa program ini memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi anak usia dini. Peningkatan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi anak yang terobservasi setelah pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendekatan yang tepat, anak-anak dapat didorong untuk mengembangkan kebiasaan membaca yang baik.

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of teacher Pak in implementing modern-based learning at the junior high school level. With a qualitative descriptive research method with a literature study approach or library research. Christian Religious Education (PAK) plays a very important role in shaping the character, nature, and behavior of students, and the most important thing is the growth of their faith. Currently, in the twenty-first century, when internet technology is widely used to process information, this has significant consequences for the world of education, with both positive and negative consequences. Digital learning is an effort to improve the quality of learning and not just utilizing digital tools in the classroom. Therefore, digital learning cannot be a trend to use digital tools but a responsibility to improve the quality of learning. By mastering digital competencies and the availability of facilities that support the implementation of digital-based learning, it can be applied maximally and teachers can pour out their creativity to create a new innovation in learning. The limited devices owned by students as a supporter of the learning process are one of the obstacles in implementing technology in the digital transformation era besides signals that we cannot control because not all students are able and come from families with upper economies who at least have android or laptop facilities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas media pembelajaran ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle dalam meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto terhadap materi teks anekdot. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi diterapkan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, dengan fokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap pengalaman, persepsi, dan interaksi siswa dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle mampu meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa. Permainan sliding puzzle yang interaktif dan menantang mendorong siswa untuk memahami alur cerita secara visual, menemukan hubungan antar bagian gambar, dan menemukan pesan moral. Siswa merasa lebih aktif, terlibat, dan percaya diri dalam menulis teks anekdot setelah menggunakan media ini. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kekurangan, seperti keterbatasan konten sliding puzzle yang spesifik, ketergantungan pada teknologi, dan potensi pengurangan interaksi langsung antara guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan bagi dunia pendidikan dengan menunjukkan potensi ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi teks anekdot.

The role of the madrasa head as supervisor has been to try to support teacher professionalism through planning supervision programs, implementing and following up on the results of supervision evaluations, but up to now there are still teachers who do not understand the tasks that must be fulfilled by a teacher. This research aims (1) to determine the role of the madrasa head in improving the professionalism of teachers at MTSN 2 Medan, (2) to determine the implementation of the role of the madrasa head in improving the professionalism of teachers at MTSN 2 Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method. There were 3 informants in this research, namely the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah I, Head of Administration and also Teachers. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques use triangulation. The research results in this study are the role of the Madrasah Head at MTsN 2, through a clear vision, inclusive approach, comprehensive professional development program, use of data in decision making, and prioritization of student welfare, has succeeded in creating a school environment that is conducive to improving quality. education and teacher professionalism. The innovations carried out by the Madrasa Head at MTsN 2 have succeeded in improving the professionalism of teachers and staff, as well as the overall quality of education.

This study, titled "Islamic Religious Education Teachers' Strategies in Teaching Sex Education at SMP Swasta Budisatrya Medan," is based on observations that many students at SMP Swasta Budisatrya Medan face challenges in understanding sex education content that is not explicitly stated in the curriculum. This research aims to analyze the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in delivering sex education to students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation at SMP Swasta Budisatrya Medan in the 2023/2024 academic year. Primary data sources are derived from observations and interviews, while secondary data sources are from school documents and archives. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results show that the strategies used by PAI teachers in teaching sex education include integrating relevant content into appropriate lessons, using lecture and discussion methods, and developing materials based on the teachers' personal experiences. These strategies are effective in enhancing students' understanding of sex education, despite challenges such as the lack of specific references and supporting teaching media. It is recommended that teachers continue to develop culturally and socially sensitive teaching strategies to address challenges in sex education.

This research aims to see how much influence the government has on FDI and household consumption expenditure on economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses two independent variables, namely FDI and household consumption expenditure, and one dependent variable, namely economic growth. This research uses a Six year time span from 2018-2023. The results of this study show that FDI has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth and household consumption expenditure has a positive and significant effect on economic growth.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan tari kreasi sebagai media pengembangan kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini di TK Negeri Pembina Lubuk Pakam. Tari kreasi dipilih karena relevan dalam meningkatkan motorik kasar, koordinasi, dan kreativitas anak. Metode evaluasi menggunakan model CIPP yang mencakup konteks, input, proses, dan produk, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan tari kreasi telah membantu anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar dan halus, serta membangun kepercayaan diri dan kreativitas. Namun, ditemukan kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan kurangnya dukungan program dari orang tua. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya optimalisasi fasilitas pendukung dan peningkatan kompetensi guru untuk memastikan keberhasilan program. Dengan demikian, tari kreasi terbukti menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan kinestetik anak usia dini serta memperkaya pengalaman belajar mereka di lingkungan pendidikan.

Meski memberikan manfaat, penerapan e-Rapor masih dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, adaptasi teknologi di kalangan guru, dan keamanan data. Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah was one of the non-formal education in Indonesia, however there are several problems in learning at MDTA such as those found in moral learning at MDTA Masjid Agung Ashliyah Padang Panjang, namely teacher textbooks in teaching have not met learning objectives because the material is still limited and incomplete, the books provided by the madrasah are also still limited and teachers have not used teaching tools in the form of lesson implementation plans (RPP) in the learning process, so that the learning process is less effective and efficient. This study aims to produce a product in the form of teacher teaching materials as a guide for teachers in teaching. This study is entitled "Development of Teacher Teaching Materials for the Subject of Morals for Class IV at MDTA Masjid Agung Ashliyah Padang Panjang". This type of research was Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model, namely Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate, but this research only goes as far as Develop. This research was conducted at MDTA Masjid Agung Ashliyah Padang Panjang from May 10 to August 5, 2024. This study focuses on research on the development of teacher teaching materials for the subject of morals for class IV MDTA on the material "Morals are Easy for Fellow Humans". After the development of the teacher teaching materials, a feasibility test was carried out by curriculum experts and media experts. The results of the curriculum feasibility test were 86% with very feasible criteria, while the results of the media feasibility test were 84% with very feasible criteria, while the response of the morals subject teacher to the development of this teacher teaching material was 89.4% with a statement of very feasible. So it can be concluded that the development of teacher teaching materials for the subject of morals is very feasible to use.

Socialization is the most important process we go through, whether we realize it or not, in everyday life. Students' moral development is greatly influenced by policies in the field of education. wanting to confirm which method used to disseminate educational policies, the steps involved in the socialization process, socialization strategies, and the media used for socialization. In accordance with the initial conditions, this research was carried out using qualitative descriptive techniques. This is also seen from the perspective of educational policy socialization. Three stages should be considered when disseminating education policy, according to this research: preparation; imitation (or play); and action (or play). Social media, electronic media (such as CDs or compact disks), radio, television and radio, and other communication media can be used to promote educational policies.

Teachers' skills in opening and closing lessons have an important role in creating an effective and conducive learning atmosphere, especially in supporting the development of children's creativity. Opening the lesson in an interesting way can arouse students' curiosity, motivate them, and prepare their minds to receive the material being taught. Meanwhile, closing lessons creatively provides opportunities for students to reflect on learning, strengthen understanding, and develop innovative new ideas. Teachers can use various strategies in both stages, such as the use of interactive media, exploration-based activities, and reflective approaches. Opening lessons that are relevant and contextual helps create a closer connection between students and the learning material. In addition, creative closure encourages children to think critically, analyze information, and produce creative solutions to various problems. Thus, the skills of opening and closing a lesson serve not only as a technical element in teaching, but also as a way to develop students' overall creative potential. Teachers who are skilled in this aspect are able to create interesting, interactive and meaningful learning experiences, thus supporting the development of children's creativity to face future challenges.

Identifying key principles in Jesus' teaching method that are relevant to the concept of active learning. Analyzing how these principles can be integrated into the practice of Christian character education for students. Exploring the potential impact of implementing an active learning model based on Jesus' example on the formation of Christian character in students. This study adopted a qualitative approach with a literature study design and narrative analysis. This method was chosen because of its ability to explore in depth abstract concepts and analyze narrative texts that are at the heart of Jesus' teaching. google scholer, especially the narrative of Jesus' teaching in the Gospels. Secondary data sources include academic literature on character education, active learning, and studies on Jesus' teaching method. Active learning is a way or strategy of learning that allows students to interact, solve problems, to learn naturally. The Active Learning Approach is a teaching strategy that encourages students to interact, solve problems, and achieve realization naturally. Active learning, often known as active learning, is a type of education in which students engage students who are active in the learning process. Actively participate in the learning process. This study shows that Jesus' teaching method offers an active learning model that is very relevant and effective for building Christian character. Key principles such as the use of imagery, reflective inquiry, direct experience, and contextualization can be effectively integrated into contemporary Christian character education practices.

Currently, the world of education can be said to be facing a crisis of value as the development of the dynamics of community life. The world of education in this era faces complex problems that can hinder the achievement of educational goals. These problems arise either because of internal factors or external factors. This study uses empirical legal research methods that examine how the law works in society. Aspects of the study examined the causes of violence committed by parents to teachers and forms of legal protection for teachers who experience violence. The results found that: (1) the factors that make the perpetrators (parents) abuse the teacher caused by lack of socialization and coordination between the school and the parents. The lack of socialization and coordination makes the perpetrators (parents) angry and emotional so they think of mistreating the teacher. Lack of accurate information that makes parents misunderstand the treatment of teachers to their children while at school that causes parents to start emotions and abuse such as beatings. (2) efforts made as a form of protection against cases of abuse against teachers by parents of students are realized through preventive actions by appealing to the public to immediately report to the authorities in the event of a crime including the crime of abuse by unscrupulous parents of students against teachers in the school environment.Suggestions from this study: (1) it is expected that the government and all related agencies in terms of improving education through schools, it is good to teach teachers with methods adapted to the current global conditions, so that teachers can better answer the challenges of the times in terms of education and the condition of students then and now is very much different. (2) expected for all parties concerned, both the police, legal aid agencies, witness and victim protection institutions of the government and the community to continue to improve cooperation in an integrated manner in tackling the occurrence of crime, especially crime cases of abuse by unscrupulous parents of students against teachers.

The Indonesian economy is facing serious challenges such as financial instability, high unemployment and the threat of a middle income trap. To overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources that are oriented towards entrepreneurship. Education is the key in creating creative, innovative and tough individuals. This research aims to examine the role of teachers in forming students' entrepreneurial spirit through the "Business Day" extracurricular program at SDI Baiturrahman Bagor. This research uses a qualitative approach method with analyzing materials, observations and interviews with sources. This research identifies three main roles of teachers, first the teacher as a learning facilitator, second the teacher as a mentor, and finally the teacher as an evaluator. This research aims at the active role of teachers in implementing the program to foster students' entrepreneurial spirit.
