The results show that from the results of research that has been carried out it can be said that the Strategy for Increasing Discipline of Personnel Related to Fire Fighting Services to the Community at the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service has not been effective because there are several indicators that have not been met from the side of external training that are not. can be followed by all personnel due to limited funds, as well as the support of facilities and facilities that are still not supported. For training activities carried out by employees, namely internal training for Levels I, II and III, while external training is held at the DKI Jakarta Fire Department in Ciracas, and has now been implemented by the Ministry of Home Affairs.  The supporting factor in this research is where the ASN development policy, as well as agency support for internal training and personal motivation are the main and important things, although in the future there will need to be other improvements. In addition, the existence of rewards and punishments is also a motivation to improve work discipline. Improving the quality of work is apart from the quality of personnel, also in terms of improving supporting facilities and infrastructure, currently the facilities owned are still not in accordance with the needs, so this is the inhibiting factor in this research. Then a lot of fire fighting equipment is still lacking, be it hoses, pumps, for reasons of budget constraints, of course this triggers the fire fire operation process

The transformation of public sector accounting is critical for enhancing the quality of public services. This evolution is driven by the need for greater transparency, accountability, and efficiency within government operations. Traditional accounting practices, often characterized by a focus on compliance and financial reporting, are being replaced by more comprehensive frameworks that emphasize performance measurement and management. This shift is largely influenced by globalization, technological advancements, and the increasing expectations of citizens for improved public services. By adopting modern accounting practices, public sector organizations can better align their financial management strategies with service delivery goals, thus fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key elements of this transformation include the integration of performance indicators into accounting systems, the use of budgeting as a tool for strategic planning, and the implementation of accrual accounting. These practices facilitate more nuanced understanding of the resources used in delivering services and the outcomes achieved. Moreover, the adoption of digital technologies in accounting processes enhances data accessibility and enables real-time reporting, which supports informed decision-making. Ultimately, the transformation of public sector accounting is not merely a technical change but a fundamental shift in how public organizations operate. By focusing on outcomes and accountability, this transformation encourages  more responsive and efficient public service, thereby improving the overall quality of services provided to citizens.

Coumarin, a key bioactive compound in cinnamon, is known for its anticoagulant, antibiotic, and anti-carcinogenic properties. This study investigates the potential of cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmanni) extract as a natural anticoagulant using both the Lee-White method, for visual observation of clotting time, and blood smear analysis for microscopic evaluation. The research aims to assess the effectiveness of the extract in preventing blood coagulation compared to untreated blood samples. Results demonstrated that blood without any anticoagulant clotted within an average time of 5 minutes and 33 seconds. In contrast, blood treated with cinnamon extract did not exhibit coagulation, indicating a significant anticoagulant effect. Microscopic examination further supported these findings, as the blood cells in the treated samples appeared separated, with no visible aggregation or linkage between the cells. These findings suggest that cinnamon extract has strong potential as a natural anticoagulant, offering a safer and more accessible alternative to synthetic anticoagulants. Further research could explore its applications in medical treatments, particularly in conditions requiring blood thinning or clot prevention. This study highlights the potential of cinnamon as a valuable bioactive agent in the field of biomedical science, especially for anticoagulation therapies.

In order for students to actively develop their potential for religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, morality, life sciences, general knowledge, and the skills they need for society based on the law, education is a planned basic effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process. Invite. Although it can also be autodidactic, education frequently takes place with the assistance of other people as well as biological parents. Preschool, elementary school, middle school, high school, and finally college, university, or apprenticeship are the typical phases of education. Another important factor in a region's development is education. Therefore, a decision support system that can make suggestions for choosing state institutions and study programs is required for West Sumba Regency SMA/Vocational Schools. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach is used to weight the value of each criterion, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to calculate the weighted total or to order the alternatives from best. The weights of each alternative—a state university or study program—along with all of its features are added up to determine recommendations for selecting one. The chosen option will be indicated by a higher value. This system generates a report on the outcomes of management decisions, which includes the management's selections based on all options arranged from greatest to smallest SAW value. MySQL and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 were used to develop the decision support system suggestions for choosing state colleges and study programs for the database.

One of the government initiatives of the Sobawawi sub-district is Direct Cash Assistance, or BLT, which aims to lessen the financial strain on the population. Not everyone is eligible for direct cash assistance because it is meant to help low-income families fulfill their basic necessities. The government offers cash support to those who are considered impoverished through the Direct Cash support (BLT) program. This program is intended to help those who struggle to manage their financial situation. In order to help resolve and minimize errors when assessing who was eligible to receive BLT (Direct Cash Assistance) in the Sobawawi district, a decision support system was developed in response to the issues that arose throughout the selection process. The goal of this system is to support decision-making processes that employ the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. The results of both system and manual computations demonstrate how the decision-making system uses the AHP method's notion to determine. Based on the method employed, the system delivers findings that are legitimate and accurate. Ultimately, alternate priority weights based on ranking are determined.
