In Indonesia's correctional system, correctional institutions play a vital role, particularly in educating offenders, including juvenile offenders. Juvenile offenders are individuals under 17 years of age or those who do not yet possess an ID card, commonly referred to as children. Since children are in their developmental stage and are vulnerable to environmental influences that may worsen their psychosocial condition, rehabilitation often poses significant challenges for them. Therefore, correctional institutions are responsible for providing training that encompasses rehabilitation, social reintegration, and punishment. In this context, the rehabilitation process aims to fulfill the rights of children in correctional facilities, including access to formal and non-formal education, life skills training, and psychological counseling. The objective of this training is to equip children with the necessary skills to reintegrate into society after serving their sentence. Moreover, correctional institutions also play a role in fostering a sense of responsibility and self-esteem in juvenile offenders, enabling them to become active and positive members of society. The purpose of this study is to examine how correctional institutions contribute to the rehabilitation of juvenile offenders and the challenges faced in implementing rehabilitation programs that align with children's rights. The research findings reveal that, despite efforts by correctional institutions to implement various rehabilitation programs, such as education, skills training, and psychological counseling, there is still much to be improved.

In the rapid development of social media, the role of influencers in marketing on social media is increasingly important in shaping consumer behavior, including purchasing intentions. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of influencer credibility and brand-influencer suitability on purchase intentions via Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM) as a mediating variable in the context of marketing on social media, especially Instagram. This research uses a quantitative method using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 145 respondents who come from the Jabodetabek area and know about the skincare brand Somethinc and the beauty influencer, Tasya Faraysa, on the Instagram platform. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to evaluate the level of significance and relationship between various variables. The research results show that influencer credibility and brand-influencer fit have a positive influence on eWOM, which in turn influences consumer purchase intentions. The managerial implications of these findings emphasize the importance of considering brand-influencer credibility and suitability in marketing strategies on social media, as well as exploiting the potential of eWOM as a mediator to increase consumer purchase intentions. From the research results obtained, researchers suggest involving a wider sample and a variety of influencers and brands to generalize the findings, as well as deepen understanding of the influence mechanisms of influencers and eWOM on consumer purchase intentions.

Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) are a manifestation of people's sovereignty and the implementation of democracy in Indonesia, as stipulated in the 1945 Constitution. This study examines the role of the Constitutional Court (MK) in resolving disputes over regional election results. The method used is normative juridical legal research, analyzing relevant regulations and literature. The MK holds permanent authority to adjudicate Pilkada disputes, replacing the Supreme Court. The impact of MK's decisions includes the implementation of Re-voting (PSU), which strengthens the legitimacy of Pilkada results and influences local political stability. However, challenges such as the complexity of evidence and reliance on the MK highlight weaknesses in the oversight system.

Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) has now become one of the most practical products dominating the market, offering a variety of advantages and benefits. The fierce competition among PDW producers drives consumers to be increasingly discerning and selective in making purchasing decisions. Consumer choices are often influenced by pressing needs, which have recently shifted toward a preference for more natural food and beverage products. However, amidst the fast-paced modern lifestyle, instant products remain a favored solution due to the convenience they offer. By leveraging store atmosphere strategies, this business has successfully stayed competitive and maintained its presence in the market. The relationship between store atmosphere and consumer purchase interest is significant, as first impressions often serve as a critical factor in consumer evaluations of a store. Elements such as exterior design, overall interior, store layout, and interior displays play a vital role in creating that appeal. This study aims to analyze the extent to which store atmosphere influences purchase interest in the Club brand bottled water. The research methodology involves distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents as the primary data source.

College students, transitioning from adolescence to adulthood, often face academic pressures and life challenges impacting their well-being. This study use a quantitative correlational design and involved 134 students selected through simple random sampling, with the sample size determined via G*Power using a medium effect size. Data collection utilized validated and reliable subjective well-being and social support scales. Data analysis included assumption tests (normality and linearity) and hypothesis testing with simple regression and Spearman correlation. The findings reveal that social support significantly influences subjective well-being, indicating that higher social support corresponds to greater well-being levels. This highlights the importance of developing social support programs in universities to enhance student well-being. Future research could broaden the scope by involving students from diverse universities and incorporating additional variables, such as self-efficacy or coping strategies, to deepen insights into factors influencing subjective well-being.
