This study aims to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and employee loyalty in an industrial environment. Job satisfaction is measured based on several factors, such as compensation, work environment, opportunities for development, and recognition of performance, all of which have a significant effect on employee loyalty. The method used is a literature study with a quantitative descriptive approach, reviewing various theories and previous research findings related to the two variables. The results of the study indicate that high job satisfaction is directly related to higher levels of employee loyalty, which is reflected in positive attitudes towards the company, long-term commitment, and reduced turnover rates. Therefore, companies in the industrial sector are advised to focus on improving employee job satisfaction in order to strengthen loyalty and support the long-term success of the organization.

Acute Otitis Media (AOM) is a common middle ear infection in children, particularly in rural areas. This study aims to explore the clinical characteristics of AOM in children treated at rural health centers (puskesmas) and to examine the barriers to effective management. A descriptive qualitative method was employed through a literature review analyzing symptoms, stages, risk factors, and treatment approaches. The findings reveal that AOM in children often begins with an upper respiratory tract infection and presents with sudden ear pain, high fever, sleep disturbances, and ear discharge. Risk factors include young age, poor environmental conditions, and limited access to healthcare services. Management of AOM depends on its clinical stage and requires accurate diagnosis. However, in rural puskesmas, a lack of diagnostic tools and limited public awareness often leads to delayed treatment. Therefore, it is essential to provide health workers with basic ENT training, ensure the availability of diagnostic equipment, and educate parents to enable early detection and prevent complications that could affect a child’s development.

This study explores the character development of Vianne Mauriac in Kristin Hannah’s historical novel The Nightingale, with a particular focus on how her moral progression is revealed through characterization. It aims to examine how direct and indirect characterization contribute to the portrayal of Vianne’s evolving moral reasoning under the pressure of wartime experiences. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, the analysis uses Rimmon-Kenan’s theory to identify characterization techniques and Kohlberg’s stages of moral development to interpret Vianne’s ethical transformation. The findings indicate that Vianne shifts from self-preserving and fear-driven decisions to socially conscious choices and ultimately to morally autonomous actions grounded in universal principles. Her characterization, through action, speech, appearance, and environment, functions not only to construct Vianne’s identity but also to trace her moral journey. Her development demonstrates how literature, particularly historical fiction, can reflect and explore complex ethical growth. The study contributes to understanding how characterization and moral development work together in shaping a compelling and morally resonant protagonist.

The instructional leadership of school principals is a strategic factor in improving the quality of education, particularly in shaping teacher performance and professionalism. In the context of modern educational challenges, school principals do not only act as administrative managers but also as educational leaders capable of guiding, mentoring, and developing teachers' capacities. This study aims to identify the influence of instructional leadership on teachers' performance and professionalism, as well as to uncover the dominant leadership strategies used in schools. The research questions addressed are: (1) How does instructional leadership influence teacher performance and professionalism? and (2) What are the dominant instructional leadership strategies in improving education quality? The study method uses a systematic literature review (SLR) approach by searching articles through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP) using the keyword ‘guided inquiry search.’ Out of a total of 50 articles, five main articles were analysed in depth. The findings indicate that instructional leadership significantly influences teachers' work motivation, self-efficacy, and professional development. The most dominant strategies include academic supervision, strengthening the school's vision, and fostering a collaborative work environment. This study underscores the urgency of strengthening the instructional role of school principals and recommends further studies based on meta-analysis and a cross-national contextual approach.

This study examines the working mechanisms of various global satellite navigation systems, such as GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou, as well as their integration potential across multiple sectors. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review of relevant scientific sources. All satellite navigation systems operate based on the principle of triangulation using radio signals from satellites equipped with high-precision atomic clocks. The procedure includes satellite deployment, signal transmission, distance measurement, and position calculation by receiver devices. The results show that although each system has distinct technical characteristics and strategic orientations, integration between systems—through GNSS, SBAS, radar, and Earth observation technologies—can enhance the accuracy, reliability, and coverage of global navigation services. These systems offer wide-ranging benefits in areas such as transportation navigation, fleet tracking, disaster mitigation, environmental conservation, and military applications. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding the procedures and integration of satellite navigation systems to support cross-sector operational efficiency and strengthen technological resilience in the face of global challenges.

In the dynamic digital era, information and knowledge management becomes a crucial element in improving the effectiveness of organizational decision-making. Integration between Management Information Systems (MIS) and Knowledge Management (KM) is a strategic approach that can strengthen organizational capabilities in responding to internal and external challenges. Management Information Systems function as a tool in collecting, transmitting, and presenting relevant data, while Knowledge Management plays a role in collecting, storing, and distributing knowledge, both explicit and tacit, within the organization. This study aims to examine how the synergy between MIS and KM can improve the quality of managerial decisions, accelerate the flow of information, and support organizational innovation. The methodology used includes literature studies and descriptive analysis of the implementation of MIS-KM in various industrial sectors. The results of the analysis show that organizations that successfully integrate these two systems are able to create a collaborative, adaptive, and responsive knowledge-based work environment to change. In addition, this integration also encourages the alignment of business strategies with available knowledge, resulting in more appropriate and sustainable decisions. This article reviews the importance of the value of responsibility as one of the main pillars in character education for students, especially in higher education. This value is not only important in the academic realm, but also becomes the moral and social basis in forming students with integrity. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach, using interview, observation, and documentation techniques on students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program class of 2022 at IAIN Palangka Raya. The findings show that responsibility in undergoing the learning process, time management, and discipline are important indicators in the internalization of character values. Students who have a sense of responsibility are able to complete academic tasks regularly, value time, and remain disciplined even when faced with challenges such as organizational activities or work. Therefore, systematic and continuous character building is needed to instill the value of responsibility as a whole in the campus environment.
