This study aims to examine and analyze the influence ofSupervision, Financial Incentives and Provision of Non FinancialIncentives to (Employee Performance). Data was collected throughquestionnaires and implemented on 40 employees and this study usedSPSS version 17.The result of analysis shows that the first equation is Y = -5.066 +0,488.X1 + 0,254. X2 + 0.464. X3 which means supervisory variables,Financial Incentive Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives have apositive effect on employee performance variables..

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

Semarang Mini Iron Shop has 5 employees and a leader. Mini Iron Stores Semarang do the buying and selling process wholesale with various customers, the majority of which are small traders or retailers. In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

Attendance is important for an agency or company. because it is used in calculating the salary or wages of an employee and from absenteeism can also see the discipline of employee attendance. Therefore, in the implementation of the attendance process it is very necessary accuracy in its implementation so as not to hamper the company's performance.This final project designs an employee attendance system at CV. INNOVATION MEDIA that is useful to provide good absentee information quickly and easily, also through this study is expected to provide convenience to employees of CV. INNOVATION MEDIA in attendance. The design of employee attendance systems at CV. This INNOVATION MEDIA was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 software and with Finger Print as a tool. This system records employee attendance in the form of a daily attendance list. It is used to store data - data needed to expedite the information system.With this system the data processing is expected to be more effective and efficient. Even searching for data will be easier. The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system that is expected to help the company's performance especially in the Human Resources Field to be faster and more practical.

In such situation, organizationscan improve employees performance and also organizationsperformance.This paper explores the antecedents and consequencesknowledge sharing.This study argued that social interaction ties, shared vision and trustshould be associated with knowledge sharing. SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

The flavor program can align management interests with company owners, in addition it is expected to improve the performance of agents that will be reflected in the quality of corporate profits. With so risky that the company can continue to be minimized. Investor and creditor confidence will ensure their funds will make the company's capital cost decrease. The data in this study is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange.19 The sample of companies implementing the MCC program during 2008 to 2014. The amount of observation that during that period was 60 observations, this is because the implementation period of each company MCC is different. Testing this research hypothesis using path analysis test using SmartPLS 2.0 M3 software. The empirical results of this study indicate the presence of PKS is also significantly positive and significant to the cost of corporate equity. Profit quality is proxied by significant discretionary accruals and significant to the cost of equity. The MCC does not reflect on the costs to be paid. The results of motivationresearch on employee performance showed no significant, There is asignificant influence between organizational culture on employeeperformance. And there is a significant influence between the provision ofcompensation on employee performance, employee compensation programsdesigned to motivate (high morale) in their work achievement achievements.

Akuntansi dan Ekonomi Pajak: Perspektif Global 2016 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

The study aims to analyze the influence of internal control systems and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports, with human resource competence serving as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at 18 Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Gresik Regency, with the main indicators being internal control systems, the use of information technology, financial report quality, and human resource competence. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 70 respondents comprising the population of Puskesmas employees in the Gresik region was selected for the study. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method was used as the data analysis technique after all primary data were collected via a questionnaire specifically designed to represent the relevant variables. Based on the research results, the quality of financial reports has a positive impact when utilizing an information technology-based internal control system. However, human resource competence does not have a maximal impact on the utilization of the internal control system; nevertheless, a positive impact can be leveraged through the use of information technology. Further mediation analysis indicates that human resource competency mediates the correlation between internal control systems and financial statement quality. Conversely, human resource competency does not mediate the relationship between the utilization of information technology and financial statement quality. This study underscores the importance of internal control systems, the utilization of information technology, and human resource competency in producing optimal financial statement quality.

 Children in orphanages represent a vulnerable group requiring special attention in emotional, social, and moral aspects. This study aims to implement students' social care values through the narasi Project (narasi aksi rasa asih dan inspirasi) at the Sunan Kalijaga Orphanage, Malang. The method employed was a social action approach integrated into the Civic Education course. The activity was conducted on March 10, 2026, involving eight foster children as the target partners. The program comprised a prophetic storytelling session as a character education medium, canvas painting and clay workshops to foster creativity, an ice-breaking session, congregational Maghrib prayers, iftar together, and symbolic cash donation handover. The results indicated that the or orphaned children responded enthusiastically to all activities, particularly the storytelling and creative sessions, reflecting improvements in self-expression, social interaction, and moral values. For the students, this project demonstrably enhanced empathy and social responsibility. Flexibility and adaptability in program implementation were identified as key success factors. In conclusion, the synergy of character education, creativity, and social action can create an inclusive and meaningful learning environment while strengthening civic values among university students.

After analyzed obtained value tcount X1(1.396)> ttable (2.03), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted the conclusion ofwork motivation variable and has no effect and not significant on employeeperformance.4. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation in the 5.0 era in transforming latent cash waqf assets into productive capital capable of sustainably driving the community’s economy. The study employed a qualitative approach using a literature review method. Data were obtained through literature searches and official documents from the Indonesian Waqf Board, then analyzed descriptively to obtain comprehensive conclusions regarding the effectiveness of digital systems in cash waqf management. The results indicate that financial technology (fintech) such as QRIS, crowdfunding, Islamic banking applications, and digital wallets (e-wallets) are capable of overcoming conventional bureaucratic barriers through the concept of “micro waqf,” which is accessible to all levels of society. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory, ease of digital access has been proven to increase public interest in waqf because it reduces administrative barriers and concerns regarding transaction amounts. In addition, real-time data-based reporting systems also improve transparency and accountability in waqf management. Therefore, the digitalization of cash waqf in the 5.0 era serves as a form of social engineering in collecting collective funds to sustainably support sharia-based productive sectors.

The objective of this paper is to discourse critical paradigm to respond economic globalization, especially in higher education liberalization.  Higher Education liberalization is employed by World Trade Organization (WTO), firstly  is introduced concept of higher education corporatization. Corporatization is one of implementation strategy of New Public Management (NPM) in public sector.  This paper based on results of case study in one of Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Layanan Umum (PTN BLU). PTN BLU is an example of NMP implementation. NPM is campaigned by International Institution such as World Bank (WB) and Internationally Monetary Fund (IMF). WB, IMF, and WTO use accounting as  a surveillance system. In  Habermas’s Critical Theory perspective,  higher education corporatization is lifeworld moneterization, with accounting as steering media. The effects of that are social pathologies, they are loss of meaning, anomie, and psychopathology. Loss of  meaning in higher education as a knowledge development institution, that dedicate to humanism has transform a corporate, that produce knowledge based economy (KBE) according to market demand.  Losses of academician identities, psychological disease are other examples of social pathologies. One of the important role of Management Accounting Information System (MAS) is to provide information to the right people, the right way at the right time to improve management capabilities in understanding the circumstances around it, so it was able to identify the relevant activities appropriately. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the role of MAS as variables that mediate the effect of information technology and interdependence on performance managerial of employees inthe local government enterprises are rural banks and financial institutions sub-Central Java (PD BPR BKK). The samples in this study were obtained according to the purposive sampling technique based on criteria derived from population consisting of employees or the manager at PD BPR BKK contained in Central Java. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) in a of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Role of characteristics of MAS as variable which mediate the effect of information technology and interdependence on managerial performance examined using Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that information technology has an indirect positive effect and significant impact on managerial performance through MAS. Interdependence also has an indirect positive effect and significant impact on managerial performance through MAS. It can be concluded that the MAS has a role as a mediating influence between the variables information technology and interdependence on managerial performance.Keywords: management accounting information system, information technology, interdependence, mediating, managerial performance.

Abstracts : Outsourcing is a transfer or certain job from a company to a third party on  which held by purpose to divide the risk and lessen the company's burden. Such job transfer is held on the base of operational cooperative agreement between the outsourcing principal and the outsource executive companies. In the practice, the principal company determine the job qualification and condition, and on such base, the outsourcing company recruit prospective employees. In the Acts No. 13 Year of 2003, the regulation on outsourcing is explicitly mentioned that the served sectors are not related with the core bisnis such security guards, cleaning service and so on. In the effort to increase the performance and prosperity of hospital employees, the organization needs to manage the job satisfaction, commitment of organization norms. Target of this research, was to test the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in employees performance on BRSUD Sukoharjo. This sample research used purposive sampling technique and the data collected by questionare. The hypothesis tested by simple regression analysis and double regression with test, f test and coefficient of determination. Result of research found that there are positive andsignificant influence between satisfaction of job, organizational commitment, toword the employees performance of BRSUD sukoharjo employees, either through partial and simultan.Based on that results, we suggest the way to increase performance in the future, management must employees performance it’s performance. Beside that, the hospital’s management have to evaluate and implement activities during the periodically for better employees performance with organizational commitment, and job satisfaction.

This study examined variables that predict employee turnover intentions. Influence of trust in the organization as a mediator variable in this relationship was also examined. Questionnaires completed by 380 employees of the company's operating divisions garment. Hierarchical regression analysis used to test this relationship. The results was supported the hypothesis, the result states that in order to enhance the trust of employees in the organization and to reduce turnover intentions, garment companies needs to maintain the continuity and development of training programs, conduct a formal and fair appraisal system , provide a clear and adequate career progression for employees. Suggestions and limitations for future research are also given.
