This study aims to analyze the effect of sex education on the moral development of students at SMPN 1 Cipaku. The approach used was quantitative with a correlational design, involving 40 students as respondents. Validity and reliability tests showed that the instruments used were valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.838 for understanding sexual education and 0.811 for moral development). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant and strong relationship between understanding of sexual education and moral development of students (R = 0.720; p < 0.01). The results of simple linear regression showed that understanding of sex education has a significant positive effect on students' moral development with a regression coefficient of 0.546 (p = 0.000). However, barriers were found related to the limited implementation of sex education, which was conducted only once, causing inhomogeneity in students' understanding. This study suggests the need to increase the frequency and quality of sexual education programs that are more structured and sustainable, as well as the active involvement of parents to strengthen moral education at home. In addition, sexuality education should be integrated with moral values that are relevant to students' daily lives. In this way, a sustainable sexuality education program can have a greater impact on the moral formation of students in the future.

According to al-Jailani, purification of the soul is a key element in achieving moral perfection. This process consists of several spiritual stages, namely repentance, which means returning to Allah with regret and determination to improve oneself; zuhud, freeing oneself from worldly attachments; tawakal, which is surrendering oneself completely to the will of Allah; patience, being steadfast in facing all life's tests; honesty, behaving according to the truth; gratitude, always being grateful for all the blessings given; and ridha, accepting all His decisions sincerely. These stages aim to improve individual morals and guide them towards a better life spiritually and ethically. This study uses a library research method with a qualitative approach, in which content analysis techniques are applied to comprehensively understand al-Jailani's teachings. The results of the study indicate that the concept of ethical virtue taught by al-Jailani is very relevant in the development of human character, both in the past and the present. This research examines the integration of Pancasila values in fatwas issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) regarding Islamic law, with the aim of understanding how the country's basic principles are accommodated in religious decisions that have a broad influence on society. Considering that the MUI plays a significant role in providing legal and moral guidance for Muslims in Indonesia, the fatwas it issues not only reflect an understanding of Islamic law, but must also be in line with the normative framework of Pancasila. This research uses a qualitative approach with analysis of the texts of fatwas issued by the MUI in the last five years, as well as in-depth interviews with experts in Islamic law and Pancasila. The research results show that, although the MUI attempts to integrate Pancasila values, there are several challenges in implementing these values, especially related to issues involving religious pluralism, human rights and social justice.
