Non-communicable diseases (NCDs), such as hypertension and diabetes, are the leading causes of death among the elderly in Indonesia. To address this issue, a community service program was conducted in the working area of the Ariodilla Health Center, Palembang, focusing on NCD screening and health education through senior exercise. The program was attended by 45 elderly individuals who underwent health screenings, including blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid measurements. The results showed that 15.5% of the elderly were diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, 75.8% had high cholesterol, and 24.4% had elevated uric acid levels. In addition, senior exercise sessions were conducted to improve physical fitness. This program successfully increased the knowledge and awareness of the elderly regarding NCDs, the importance of regular health check-ups, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In the future, similar programs are expected to be expanded to reach more elderly individuals, aiming to prevent serious complications from NCDs.

In “Harmony of Philosophy, Religion, and Ecology: Understanding the Message of Scripture as the Church's Mission in Protecting Nature according to Mark 16:15,” the importance of the relationship between religious doctrine, philosophical ideas, and environmental conservation initiatives is highlighted. Thus, Mark 16:15, which commands us to preach the Gospel to all creatures, could be interpreted as an appeal to protect God's creation, including the environment. In light of the current ecological catastrophe, philosophy offers an ethical framework that allows us to consider our obligations to nature. Meanwhile, religion—especially the teachings contained in the Holy Bible—emphasizes the spiritual call to care for creation. As an important institution in society, the Church's goals must include environmental management. The Church can inspire its members to apply ecological ideals to everyday life by upholding this duty. The Church can play a leading role in nature protection by taking concrete steps and educating the public about the value of ecology in a faith-filled life. Given the urgent need to overcome current environmental problems, harmony between philosophy, religion and ecology not only deepens

This article discusses a comparative study of the concept of divinity between Erastus Sabdono and Jehovah's Witnesses, focusing on the concept of the oneness of God. Through qualitative methods and literature analysis, this study examines Erastus Sabdono's view that emphasizes God as one undivided person, and positions Jesus as the manifestation of God's will, and the Holy Spirit as divine power. In contrast, the Jehovah's Witnesses teach Jehovah as the one God, Jesus as a created being and the Son of God, and the Holy Spirit as the power of God. This comparison reveals similarities in the emphasis of God's oneness and differences in the understanding of the relationship between God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. The theological and practical implications of these views are analyzed to understand their impact on teachings and worship. This article aims to provide an in-depth insight into the differences and similarities in Christian monotheism.

The film Ar Risalah is a religious film that tells the story of the life of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, which has strong historical and cultural values. This study aims to identify the methods and strategies used in translating dialogue sentences in the film's subtitles. Using a qualitative descriptive research method, data were collected through direct observation of the film's dialogue. The researcher classified the translation methods based on Newmark's theory and translation strategies from Pamungkas and Akmaliyah. The results of the study showed that there were seven translation methods used, namely word-for-word, literal, faithful, semantic, adaptation, free, and idiomatic translation. In addition, there were four translation strategies, namely prioritizing and ending, reducing, adding, and replacing. Indonesia is a country that has a lot of banana diversity. One of the banana plants that is widely found in Indonesia is the Kepok banana (Musa Paradisiaca.L). Kepok banana skin has a very high content of flavonoids and phenols. Flavonoids are known as good antioxidants because they can find reactive oxygen species with the phenolic hydroxyl group that flavonoids have. The aim of this research was to determine the results of the optimization of the Microwave-Assisted Extraction (MAE) method on the total flavonoid content of kapok banana peel ethanol extract. Microwave-Assisted Extraction (MAE) was done to extraction flavonoid from ethanol extract of kepok banana peel (Musa Paradisiaca.L). The sample collected from Widoro village, Karangsambung sub-district, Kebumen regency. Optimum extraction condition was determined by the Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The Box- Behnken design (BBD) was used to evaluate the influence of 3 factors with 3 levels extraction that is power level (10%, 30%, 50%), ethanol concentration (50, 70, 96%), and extraction time (3, 5 and 7 minutes) with 15 different runs. The research showed that optimum extraction condition was at 24,14 % of power level, 66,26% ethanol concentration, and time extraction of 3,52 minutes with calculations from the Design Expert program, the total flavonoid content response was 8.491 Mg QE/g. The total flavonoid content value obtained experimentally was 8,246 Mg QE/g under condition of 30 % power level, 70% ethanol concentration, and time extraction of 5 minutes. Based on the result, total flavonoid content can be significantly increased by optimizing the MAE process use RSM.
