Child character education is very important to instill in children from an early age. Parents are the first education for children, therefore parents play an important role in the growth of children's character. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of parents in instilling children's character education according to Islamic views in Jakarta. This type of research that researchers do uses descriptive qualitative methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used there are three activity paths, namely data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions. are: first, the exemplary method; Parents first exemplify good character first, such as speaking softly, speaking politely and inviting children to worship together. Second, Habit Method; such as, accustoming children to dispose of trash in its place, washing hands before eating, accustoming children to praying on time and reciting the Koran in non-formal educational institutions. Third, the method of advice and stories; Parents choose stories that contain advice to shape children's character through stories contained in the Qur'an. Fourth, the method of discipline; like children accustomed to sleep on time and pray on time. Fifth, the method of participation; forms of parental participation in the form of physical and non-physical

This Community Service was conducted to motivate and build students' enthusiasm in achieving their goals and achievements in the process. This research was conducted using the action research (Action Research/AR) research method as a form of direct action in solving problems. It is very important to include God in our faithful process so that we can endure the existing process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek niali moral pada tokoh-tokoh dan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam cerita rakyat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode content analysis (analisis isi). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pendekatan psikologi sastra melalui teori psikologi David Krech. Sumber data penelitian adalah: (1) teks cerita rakyat Malin Kundang dan Danau Toba Karya Nuairi dan Rosmilan Pulungan; (2) panduan wawancara; (3) buku literatur yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan analisis dokumen dan wawancara. Teknik validasi data dengan triangulasi data dan sumber. Teknik analisis data dengan model analisis interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) terdapat empat tingkatan emosi yang mempengaruhi tokoh-tokoh dalam cerita rakyat Malin Kundang dan Danau Toba yaitu: emosi dasar,Emosi yang berhubungan dengan stimulasi sensor, Emosi yang berhubungan dengan penilaian diri sendiri, Emosi yang berhubungan dengan orang lain; (2) terdapat nilai moral yang menonjol berdasarkan karakter pelajar pancasila dalam cerita rakyat Malin Kundang dan Danau Toba yaitu; mandiri, gotong royong,beriman dan bernalar kritis.

Parents are key in family catechesis. They became teachers of faith for their children. The family itself is the first and foremost place where children learn about faith. Parents have a responsibility to grow their children's faith and family catechesis is one way to do so. This study begins by discussing the importance of family catechesis. Then continued the role of parents as teachers of faith for their children. The study also presents some practical tips for parents on how they can teach their children about faith. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The study concludes with the conclusion that family catechesis is a valuable tool that parents can use to help their children grow in faith and by following these tips, parents can be effective faith teachers for their children.

Parents have an obligation to guide, protect and raise their children. So that the role of parents is the main basis in improving social functioning, especially for children with visual disabilities. Children with visual disabilities have unique challenges in improving their social functioning. This research explains three types of parenting, namely, authoritarian, democratic and permissive. So if parents choose the wrong parenting style, it will have an impact on the development process, from this parenting style that helps children with visual disabilities can overcome obstacles and improve strong skills because the role of parents is key in helping their children overcome life's challenges so that they can develop optimally. This study aims to determine the parenting patterns applied by parents to children with visual disabilities, to determine the parenting patterns applied to improve the social functioning of children with visual disabilities, and to determine and improve the social functioning of children with visual disabilities.

The aim of this research is to determine: 1) the magnitude of the influence of using the Quizizz application on student learning motivation; 2) the great influence of parental attention on student learning motivation; 3) the big influence of using the quizizz application and parental attention together on student learning motivation. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population was all 250 students of class Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 56 items. The results of data analysis show that: 1) the calculated F value > F table between the principal's Innovative leadership on Teacher Work Motivation is 17.954 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is an influence between the principal's Innovative leadership on the Work Motivation of Public High School Teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Pusako is 25.7%, 2) the calculated F value > F table between the use of the Quizizz application and parental attention to student learning motivation, namely 27.811 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is an influence between the use of the Quizizz application and parental attention to learning motivation. Bangko Pusako 1 Public High School students are 34.8%, 3) the calculated F value > F table influences the use of the Quizizz application and parental attention on student learning motivation, namely 16.654 > 3.15, thus it is known that there is use of the Quizizz application and parental attention. Regarding the Learning Motivation of Bangko Pusako 1 Public High School Students, it is 39.5%, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kecerdasan emosional pada PT. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. BPR Sejahtera Artha Sembada Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan jumlah 78 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh atau metode sensus, maka jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 78 responden. Hasil penelitian menyatakan jika stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.                                                   

A person's reduced ability to see images while performing daily activities or the malfunctioning of their sense of sight is referred to as a visual disability. Children with visual impairments are entitled to a supportive education that will help them excel in school. Parental social support can help with this. The purpose of this study is to find out the social support that parents provide to their children with visual disabilities to help them achieve academically, as well as the factors that hinder and support the implementation of social support. This study was conducted using a qualitative method, descriptive research type, with purposive sampling with four respondents. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used to collect data. The results showed that academic achievement of children with visual disabilities is influenced by parental social support, which includes emotional support, appreciation, instrumental support, information support, and group support. The development of academic skills and cognitive development is influenced by the characteristics of visual disability. This relates to the important role played by parents and SLB - A Pembina Tingkat Nasional school in educating their children who have visual disabilities. Parents provide information or advice verbally or nonverbally that has a positive impact on the action or emotional in the activity.

Penelitian ini membahas rendahnya kemampuan dan minat membaca siswa kelas tiga di SDN 101765 Bandar Setia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan Pendekatan Studi Kasus. Hasil wawancara dengan guru mengungkapkan bahwa beberapa siswa mengalami kesulitan membaca dan kurangnya pengenalan alfabet. Faktor-faktor seperti kebiasaan membaca yang buruk, kurangnya fasilitas membaca, lingkungan yang tidak mendukung, dan kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua berkontribusi pada rendahnya minat membaca. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi kegiatan literasi, pelatihan keterampilan membaca dasar dengan menggunakan berbagai media, dan peningkatan fasilitas pendukung literasi di sekolah. Rekomendasi lainnya adalah meningkatkan ketersediaan buku menarik, memasukkan kegiatan literasi dalam pengajaran, dan menumbuhkan motivasi intrinsik untuk membaca di kalangan siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini meluas ke pendidik, orang tua, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mempromosikan lingkungan ramah membaca bagi siswa.

The increasing Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a world health crisis. The Covid-19 virus can attack various age groups, starting from babies, toddlers, children, elementary school children, adults and even those who are very vulnerable, namely the elderly and elderly. The World Health Organization (WHO) has recommended a balanced nutritional menu during childhood. covid-19 pandemic. This means that every food menu must include complete nutrition, including macronutrients such as carbohydrates, protein, fat, as well as micronutrients from vitamins and minerals. Therefore, it is necessary to provide education through counseling about balanced nutrition for adults during the Covid-19 pandemic. This activity will be carried out on March 25 2022 in V-A Hamlet, Sambi Rejo Village, Binjai District. This extension targets 30 hamlet communities. The activity organizer started the education by explaining about balanced nutrition, Covid-19, and sources of nutrients that can be consumed during the Covid-19 pandemic to increase immunity and recovery. The activity organizer provided counseling for approximately 60 minutes and continued with a question and answer session. In this session, 5 people asked questions and discussed their experiences in consuming certain sources of nutrients during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah untuk menolong korban body shaming merespons fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakat. Perilaku body shaming berdampak pada tekanan mental akibat kritik, komentar, dan penolakan orang lain terhadap tubuh. Kemudian terdapat juga gangguan kesehatan fisik dan perilaku konsumerisme akibat berusaha mengejar kondisi tubuh ideal. Penulis meneliti fenomena ini melalui metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, khususnya pendekatan studi pustaka. Penulis menggunakan lensa perspektif dikotomi kendali dalam filsafat stoikisme untuk menganalisis fenomena body shaming. Penulis menemukan bahwa perspektif dikotomi kendali menekankan perlunya latihan untuk mengubah presepsi dan standar untuk menerima tubuh. Menerima keadaan tubuh bukan lagi pada pandangan orang lain, melainkan pada status tubuh sebagai sesuatu yang sangat berharga. Penerimaan ini ikut mengimplikasikan tindakan pengendalian gaya hidup dan tindakan untuk menjaga keberhargaaan tubuh dari gangguan.

As good Muslims, we certainly know that morals towards parents are very important. Because parents are the ones who introduce us to this world from childhood to adulthood. And every parent definitely has hopes for their child to be successful, dutiful to their parents, and become a better, more god-fearing child. The Al-Quran is a guide for human life in various fields and life situations experienced by each individual, including teaching the importance of doing good to both parents. One of the verses relating to doing good to both parents is found in the Al-Quran, Surah al-Ahqaf, verse 17. These verses explain the prohibitions and consequences for someone's happiness as a result of disobeying both parents, especially disobeying the mother, because of a mother's position. considered superior to a father. The purpose of this writing or research is to provide insight for parents and children about how to play an active role in building noble character based on the Koran and hadith. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach, using bibliographic/reference studies related to the interpretation of the Al-Quran regarding verses about being good to parents. The results of this research show that the role and attention of parents has a big influence in shaping and molding children into human beings with noble character whose actions and thoughts are in line with Islamic teachings.

The synergy between teachers and parents is now absolutely considered in teaching and learning activities and outside of it. In reality, in every teaching process or outside of teaching, teachers need support and cooperation from the family (parents). This research aims to determine the synergy between parents and Islamic Religious Education teachers in cultivating communication and discipline morals in class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Kalibawang Wonosobo. To find out the importance of synergy between parents and Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling communication and discipline in class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Kalibawang Wonosobo. To understand the supporting and inhibiting factors for the synergy of parents and Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling communication and discipline in class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Kalibawang Wonosobo. This research uses a qualitative type of research using a descriptive approach. Qualitative research is research that uses observation, interviews, content analysis and data collection methods. The location of this research is SMK Negeri 1 Kalibawang Wonosobo. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed using data analysis, namely, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this research show the process of synergy between parents and Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling communication morals and discipline in class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Kalibawang Wonosobo. First, the synergy between parents and Islamic Religious Education teachers in cultivating students' communication and discipline morals is not optimal. Second, the synergy between parents and Islamic Religious Education teachers is very important so that good communication can be established to direct students, instill communication morals and student discipline so that teachers can know students' activities at home and parents can also know students' activities at school. Third, the supporting factor is the presence of parents and teachers who are ready to educate and direct students. Inhibiting factors are parents' lack of attention to their children's social environment, lack of synchronization of policies at school and at home so that children do not make good use of their time.

Parenting plays a significant role in shaping a child's personality. The issue of parenting arises due to the lack of parental attention towards their children, often because parents are preoccupied with work. This phenomenon is observed at SD Negeri 1 Bukit Tunggal in Palangka Raya, where there is a lack of social interaction among peers, as seen from children's behavior, such as preferring to be alone, having poor communication with peers, and lacking empathy, which results in low sensitivity to their social environment. This study aims to examine the relationship between parenting styles and peer social interaction among Grade VA students. Method: The research design used was a correlation study with a cross-sectional method, aimed at identifying the correlational relationship between two variables. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and the Spearman Rank statistical test, administered to 36 students in Grade VA. Results: The significance value of the relationship between parenting styles and social interaction at SDN 1 Bukit Tunggal was 0.548 > 0.05. Therefore, the hypothesis H1 was rejected, indicating that there is no relationship between parenting styles and peer social interaction among Grade VA students at SDN 1 Bukit Tunggal, Palangka Raya. Conclusion: There is no relationship between parenting styles and peer interaction in the process of shaping children's personalities, based on the research results.

Teori-teori yang dapat menggambarkan seperti apa keadilan itu, dan bagaimana mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan dengan segala permasalahannya yang semakin kompleks. Artikel ini berusaha untuk membahas penggalan-penggalan teori tentang keadilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan interdisipliner dalam ilmu hukum atau biasa disebut dengan penelitian sosio-legal. Prinsip keadilan utilitarianisme memberikan pemahaman bahwa keadilan dapat diukur, setidaknya mampu memberikan atau paling tidak secara teoritis memberikan metode konkret dalam pengambilan keputusan yang sulit. Kemudian, prinsip keadilan kelompok liberalisme egalitarian mengedepankan prinsip keadilan yang disebut dengan justice as fairness atau keadilan sebagai persamaan. Sementara itu, prinsip keadilan historis pada hakikatnya adalah tindakan mengambil sesuatu yang tidak boleh merugikan orang lain, harus dilakukan secara sukarela kepada orang lain yang didasarkan pada pengalihan kepemilikan atas suatu keadaan atau tindakan di masa lampau yang dapat menciptakan hak atas sesuatu.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif, adversity quotient dan feedback terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 96 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program IBM SPSS statistic versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang, Adversity Quotient berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang, dan Feedback berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang. Technology has become an inseparable part of human life, even businesses in the transportation services sector have also utilized technology, namely online transportation such as Gojek in their services. This research aims to determine the effect of incentives, adversity quotient and feedback on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang. The population in this study were all Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang with a research sample using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method of 96 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the IBM SPSS statistics program version 25. The results of this study state that incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang, Adversity Quotient has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city. Semarang, and Feedback has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang.

Background: HIV or Human Immunedeficiency Virus is a disease that attacks the human immune system so that this disease causes a weakening of the immune system to fight a disease. While AIDS or Acquired Immunne Deficiency Syndrome is a collection of diseases caused by a decrease in the human immune system caused by HIV infection. A person infected with HIV / AIDS will feel depressed, unable to accept the situation, feel helpless and experience fear for the future. This is because in Asia the negative stigma of HIV/AIDS is still very high. Thus, it is very necessary to know the relationship of social support to the quaity of life for PLHIV at Bangli General Hospital. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of social support to the quaity of life in PLHIV. Methods: The research method used quantitative analytics with a cross sectional approach using primary data with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents where the sampling technique used was the Non Probability Sampling technique with a saturated sampling method carried out in November-January 2024 at Bangli General Hospital. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately chi square. Results: The results showed that there was a significant relationship between social support for quality of life in PLHIV with a p value of < 0.05 which means ha was accepted and h0 was rejected. Conclusion: Social support is very influential on the quality of life in PLHIV. The better the support provided, the higher the quality of life that will be owned by PLHIV.

Christian parents frequently negotiate intensive caregiving expectations, moral responsibility, economic pressure, and ecclesial ideals of faithful family life. These demands may produce emotional exhaustion that resembles parental burnout but is often interpreted only as spiritual weakness or lack of discipline. This constructive study aims to formulate a restorative-integrative model of pastoral counseling for Christian parents who experience emotional exhaustion in childrearing. The method is a qualitative literature study using integrative narrative synthesis of peer-reviewed studies on parental burnout, religious coping, family support, and Christian pastoral counseling. The analysis identifies four central findings: emotional exhaustion is the core symptom that drives distancing and reduced parental efficacy; burnout emerges from an imbalance between risks and resources; spiritual narratives can function either as resources or as sources of guilt; and pastoral counseling is most constructive when it combines empathic presence, theological reframing, emotion regulation, communal support, and referral ethics. The study implies that churches need pastoral systems that normalize help-seeking, protect parents from moralistic judgment, and connect spiritual care with psychologically informed intervention.

Every parent has an obligation to educate their children to become pious and pious children based on the Koran and Sunnah. Parents are also obliged to provide support to each child, to gain knowledge for the sake of happiness in this world and the hereafter. The aim of this research is to describe the responsibilities of parents in early childhood education according to Al-Maraghi's interpretation of Surah An-Nisa verse 9 and Surah At Tahrim verse 6. Apart from that, it is also to reveal the concept of the objectives of Islamic education regarding the educational role of parents in educating their children according to Al-Quran and Sunnah. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a library research approach, data was obtained through basic information from the tafsir al-Maragh which contains the thoughts of Imam al-Maragh. Data analysis was carried out through the following stages: data processing (unification), data classification, data interpretation. The results of this research show; Firstly, Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Nisa verse 9 contains a warning to every parent that they will be worried and afraid if in the future they have to leave their child in a weak and helpless state. Second, parents are responsible for educating young children. The areas of education that are the responsibility of parents are physical and spiritual education, religious education, and character education.    

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Understanding the Material of My Responsibility Towards the Family with the Character of Respecting Parents by Class XI Students of SMK Negeri 2 Balige Learning Year 2023/2024. The method used in the research is quantitative method with inferential statistical data analysis. The population is all XI grade students of SMK Negeri 2 Balige in the 2023/2024 academic year who are Christian as many as 300 people and a sample of 60 people is determined which is taken from each department 20% using random sampling. Data were collected using 22 items for variable X and a positive closed questionnaire of 20 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between Understanding the Material of My Responsibility Towards the Family with the Character of Respecting Parents by Class XI Students of SMK Negeri 2 Balige Learning Year 2023/2024: with rxy = 0.665> 0.254 from rtabel(ɑ=0.05; IK=95%; n=60) andtcount = 6.781> 2.000 from ttable(ɑ=0.05; dk=n-2 = 58) thus there is a positive and significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. ThenHa is accepted and H0 is rejected.
