Micro businesses make a big contribution to national development, especially in opening up job opportunities so that they can support government programs in reducing unemployment and poverty, but in the last five years the level of marketing performance has fluctuated and tends to slow down. The research aims to examine the ability of micro business actors to implement market strategies to improve marketing performance and business scale.The research used an explanatory survey method with an analysis unit for micro business actors in the DKI Jakarta area with a sample size of 400 respondents. Research data sources include primary and secondary data sources with data collection through observation, literature study, interviews and cross-sectional questionnaires. The analysis technique uses SEM analysis with the LISREL 8.8 programThe results of the research show that market attractiveness and resource uniqueness simultaneously have a significant effect on market strategy with a total influence of 92%, partial market attractiveness has a significant effect on market strategy of 38.6%, while resource uniqueness partially has a significant effect on market strategy by 50.3%. Changes in technology and human resources make a dominant contribution in influencing the effectiveness of implementing market strategies. Market strategy has a significant influence on marketing performance with a total influence of 94%. Positioning provides the most dominant contribution in influencing marketing performance.Recommendations for micro business actors in formulating market strategies to consider aspects of technological change and human resource competence to achieve more optimal marketing performance improvements.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pekasiran Village, Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java, have begun to experience an increase in both the number of MSMEs and the types of businesses they carry out. This increase in the number has not been followed by the implementation of permits that must be carried out by business actors. The majority of MSMEs engaged in the food sector have indeed taken care of permits such as PIRT, however, there are still many who have not done so. This licensing socialization was provided while also assisting MSME actors to take care of permits such as making NIB (Business Identification Number), and also taking care of Halal certification. The results of the community service show that MSME actors are open to the importance of taking care of permits for their businesses. The licensing assistance process still needs to be carried out continuously and support from the local government is also needed.

This research discusses economic empowerment assistance activities through innovation in the management of salted eggs into buns in Penompo Hamlet, Sukosari Village, Mantup District, Lamongan Regency. This activity was carried out with the aim of increasing local community income by utilizing local resources, namely salted eggs. In the process, training was provided to local business groups regarding processing and marketing techniques for salted egg-based buns using the Asset Based Community (ABCD) method. This method builds public awareness to be aware of the assets owned by the community. That it is important to achieve social change by raising awareness of the community itself by knowing their assets. The asset-based approach uses several strategies, including: Discovery (finding), Dream (dreaming), Design (designing), Define (determining), Destiny (ensuring). The results of this activity show an increase in participants' skills in processing salted eggs into more value-added products, as well as an increase in sales of bun products in the local market. Thus, this program has succeeded in having a positive impact on the economy of the Penompo Hamlet community and encouraging interest in micro-businesses in the area.)

The purpose of this activity is to provide financial and business management assistance to the Albania Coffee & Resto business located in the Limbangan-Boja area, Kendal Regency, Central Java. This community service provides a real contribution in increasing the capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary field. By equipping the owners of Albania Coffee & Resto with the knowledge and skills needed, it is hoped that they can increase the competitiveness of their businesses and contribute to local economic growth.

This community service aims to empower local MSMEs through skill training, enhancing market access, and utilizing simple technologies to help them grow their businesses. The activities involve direct assistance to MSME actors in the fields of crafts, culinary arts, and local agriculture. The outcomes of these activities demonstrate increased income, business growth, and active community participation in strengthening the local economy. Digitalization, including marketing and business management processes, has also been initiated to help MSMEs become more competitive in the current era. Improving community welfare through this development is expected to contribute directly to sustainable development in Saringembat Village.

Community service activities are carried out in Gunung Putri Village, Gunung Putri District, Bogor Regency. This activity aims to provide support and solutions to the challenges faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in terms of improving product quality, business management, and market access through training programs, and community counseling. The communities involved can gain new knowledge and skills that can improve the competitiveness of their businesses. These activities include digital marketing training, simple financial bookkeeping, and strengthening local and online marketing networks. In addition, the sustainability of MSME businesses is the main focus, by providing an understanding of the importance of product innovation, knowing the basics and procedures for conducting digital bookkeeping and financial reporting and efficient resource management. The expected result of this community service activity is the creation of MSMEs that are more independent, highly competitive, and able to adapt to technological developments including in terms of financial management. The long-term impact of this program is expected to contribute to the improvement of the local economy in the region.

The conduct of business,whether on a large or small scale,is faced with significant ethical issues.Business ethics refer to the moral  principles that must be upheld by business practitioners.this community service activity (PKM) focuses on MSMEs in the food industry,particularly cake businesses,in  oimbo village.the aim of this activity is to provide an understanding of the business ethics necessary for running a business,especially in densely populated areas. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLETs which are carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes discussions on (1) The Role of Ethics in Business for MSMEs, (2) Benefits of doing business for MSMEs (3) Application of ethical principles in business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

The writing of this journal aims to find out the rules of contemporary muamalah fiqh as well as to find out what the role of contemporary muamalah fiqh is in the development of sharia-based businesses. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using the library study method (library research) Data collection in this study using the library study method related to theoretical studies and several references that will not be separated from scientific literature. The results of this study are an introduction to contemporary muamalah fiqh such as understanding, scope, rules of fiqh and the object of study of contemporary muamalah fiqh, as well as the role of contemporary muamalah fiqh in sharia-based business development.

The VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era has changed the way businesses operate, including in the realm of E-Commerce. These changes raise new challenges, such as intense competition, market uncertainty, and the need for rapid adaptation. In this context, Islamic business ethics offers relevant and adaptive guidance through values ​​such as honesty (ṣidq), justice (ʿadl), responsibility (amānah), and transparency (shafāfiyyah). This research aims to analyze the application of the Islamic business ethics perspective in E-Commerce operations in the VUCA era. This article uses a qualitative approach, with a library research method to integrate Islamic ethical principles. The research results show that the application of Islamic business ethics can strengthen consumer trust, increase operational stability, and create a sustainable business model amidst uncertainty. This article concludes that the integration of Islamic business ethical values ​​is not only relevant but also provides innovative solutions to answer the challenges of the VUCA era.

Accounting information is needed for economic decision making obtained from the accounting process. Currently, there are various accounting applications and preparation of digital-based financial statements, but their use is still small. This study uses three approaches to the theory of perception of technology, namely TAM, UTAUT and DOI. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research data is primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The number of responses was eight MSME business people in Klambir Lima Kebun village. The results revealed that respondents had positive perceptions of the usefulness and benefits of using technology, but negative perceptions for ease of use. MSME business actors in Klambir lima village argue that digital technology-based accounting can only be applied to businesses that are larger than the businesses they are currently running. And it will be easy for those who have an accounting education background. However, business actors are willing to try to use it if it is supported by the surrounding community who also uses it and there is assistance from related parties, government, and academics.

This research was inspired by Bumdesa Podo Makmur, which is an initiative of the village government to improve the community's economy, including educating the public about BUMDes, planting and raising various types of livestock, and running trade and other businesses. There are still individuals who have not joined and taken advantage of BUMDes institutions even though business units are available. The qualitative research methodology used. Data collection methods include documentation, interviews, and observations. Data analysis methods include data reduction, data visualization, data validation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the research are 1) The efforts of the Podo Makmur Kandangan bumdesa in the livestock unit in Kandangan Village, namely improving the quality in the management structure and management of bumdes so that the performance of bumdes managers is getting better. Increasing collaboration with farmer organizations and strengthening social capital capacity, especially in terms of trust and networks to develop livestock business units, is very important in addition to strengthening the management structure of BUMDes. The next step is to try to increase farmers' trust in Bumdes by making the company more open, honest, and honest. 2) The contribution of the Podo Makmur Kandangan bumdesa through the livestock unit to improve the economy in Kandangan Village by carrying out its programs to improve the business units run, especially the livestock unit; helping the community through education, guidance and business improvement training provided by Budes every two months to ensure the proper running of business programs; Assists in organizing, managing, repairing, and supervising the enclosure. Digital technology has created new opportunities in marketing, including live streaming, which enables real-time interaction between businesses and consumers. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with the owner and manager of Hi.Prima. The findings indicate that live streaming effectively expands market reach, enhances consumer engagement, and drives purchasing decisions. Direct interaction during live streaming sessions allows consumers to obtain detailed product information, contributing to a 25-30% increase in sales. Additionally, consistency in execution and creativity in content presentation are critical factors in the success of this strategy. These findings reveal that live streaming is not only a promotional tool but also a strategy to build long-term relationships with customers. This study provides insights for business practitioners to leverage live streaming as an efficient and effective digital marketing strategy in an increasingly competitive market..

This study aims to analyze the implementation of entrepreneurship education management in achieving independent students at MAN 2 Langkat. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, employing data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the planning of entrepreneurship education at MAN 2 Langkat is designed with the aim of equipping students with practical skills and independence. This entrepreneurship program includes various practical activities such as Market Day and bazaar exhibitions, providing students with the opportunity to plan and manage their own businesses. The implementation of the program has proven effective in developing students' entrepreneurship skills, such as business planning, capital management, and product marketing. Evaluation of the entrepreneurship program shows positive impacts, with assessments focused not only on the final results but also on the processes students undergo, including initiative, responsibility, and teamwork. However, several aspects still require improvement, such as financial management and enhancing cooperation among students. Overall, this entrepreneurship program has successfully created independent students, ready to face the challenges of the business world.

This service aims to increase understanding of good business management among MSMEs in Salamsari Village, Boja District, Kendal Regency, especially in the field of marketing/promotion. Salamsari Village is a highland area with the majority of residents working as farm laborers and traders. Business actors, especially women, manage various processed food products such as criping, peyek, kembang goyang, savory cendol, widaran, tempeh chips, lumpit and sticky rice tape. However, marketing their products is still limited to a local scale and has not utilized digital media optimally. Apart from that, attention to packaging design is still minimal.Service activities include socializing marketing strategies in the digital era, such as the use of social media, online marketplaces, and attractive packaging designs. Before this activity, business actors did not fully understand the benefits of good marketing in increasing sales turnover, expanding market share and developing business. The service team provides education about online marketing that is cost-effective and effective in expanding market reach. As a result, MSME players showed high enthusiasm and realized the importance of appropriate marketing strategies, both offline and online, to support the sustainability of their businesses.This activity is expected to be able to encourage MSME players to increase their competitiveness, expand markets and increase turnover through the use of digital technology. The output of this service includes publications in accredited national journals, recording Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and disseminating information through mass media.

Consumer behaviour in modern businesses has been greatly altered by technological advancements, leading to the use of digital marketing strategies and social media. These strategies allow businesses to interact with customers, build personalised relationships, and conduct more effective product promotions. Digital marketing and celebrity endorsements are increasingly used in purchasing decisions in Indonesia, especially in the fashion industry. The purpose of this research is to study how celebrity endorsement and digital advertising influence the decision of Surakarta City consumers to buy Erigo products. For this study, quantitative methods were used, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 consumers of Erigo products in Surakarta City. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach was used. The results showed that celebrity endorsement and digital marketing have a significant positive effect on consumer decisions to buy Erigo products in Surakarta city. The limitation of this research is that it is quantitative in nature and does not thoroughly study how consumers perceive the influence of digital marketing and celebrity endorsements culturally and psychologically. This research can provide broader insights into consumer behavior.

The implementation of digital payments in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia is one of the important steps to increase business competitiveness in the digital era. The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide digital literacy assistance to MSME actors by focusing on the implementation of digital payment systems, such as e-wallets and QRIS. This activity was carried out by a team of lecturers from Prasetiya Mandiri Polytechnic and PGRI Palembang University, which involved practical training and direct assistance to MSMEs. Through this training, it is hoped that MSME actors can optimize the use of digital payment technology to improve transaction efficiency and expand their market reach. In addition, intensive assistance is also provided to overcome technical obstacles in the implementation of the digital payment system. The results of this program show that MSME actors who participate in this mentoring experience increased understanding and skills in using digital payment technology, which has an impact on increasing the competitiveness and operational efficiency of their businesses. This program also makes a positive contribution to the development of MSMEs that can adapt to technological developments and an increasingly digital market.

The Community Service Program (PPM) implemented by the Fine Arts Education Study Program of PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya aims to provide solutions to the problems faced by PKK women in Lambangan Village, Wonoayu, Sidoarjo. The problem identified is the lack of skills in utilizing abundant natural materials, such as leaves and flowers, to produce creative handicraft products. One of the potentials that has not utilized optimally is the processing of these natural materials into eco print crafts. In fact, eco print has a fantastic opportunity to improve people's skills and provide additional economic value to support family income. As a solution, this PPM activity focuses on providing training on eco printing techniques with the steaming method to PKK women. The training conducted in a structured manner in three meetings to ensure that all participants acquired adequate knowledge and skills. The training material includes a basic understanding of eco print, material processing techniques, and firsthand practice of making products. With this approach, it hoped that participants will not only be able to produce eco-print-based artworks but also have the potential to develop handicraft businesses in the future. The results of the activity showed an increase in the ability of participants to process natural materials into handicraft products that have aesthetic and economic value. In addition, this activity succeeded in providing motivation for PKK women to utilize the potential of the surrounding environment more creatively and productively. Thus, this program contributes to the development of community skills, especially in supporting women's empowerment and improving family welfare in Lambangan Village.
