Bencana bisa kapan saja terjadi tanpa diduga hal ini menjadikan masyarakat selalu berupaya berprilaku tanggap bencana. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan audio visual terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap siswa dalam siaga banjir. Jenis penelitian pre eksperimen design dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Jumlah populasi 209 siswa, sampel 42 orang siswa, tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan mayoritas siswa berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 36 orang dan bersikap positif sebanyak 41 orang, setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan mayoritas siswa berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 39 orang dan bersikap positif sebanyak 42 orang, hasil analisis uji wilcoxon untuk pengetahuan nilai ρvalue sebesar 0,000 dan uji paired sample t test untuk sikap ρvalue sebesar 0,000. Sehingga disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan audio visual terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap siswa dalam siaga banjir. Saran diharapkan kepada siswa agar tetap siaga terhadap banjir terutama pada musim penghujan hal ini untuk mengurangi dampak banjir di masyarakat baik dari segi ekonomi maupun kesehatan.  

Menopause dikaitkan dengan peningkatan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Hal tersebut dikarenakan adanya pengaruh hormon estrogen yang dapat melindungi wanita dari penyakit kardiovaskular salah satunya hipertensi. Kurangnya aktifitas fisik yang dilakukan oleh wanita menopause adalah salah satu dari banyak faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan maupun kejadian tekanan darah tinggi atau hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Hubungan Aktivitas Fisik Dengan Kejadian Hipertensi Pada Wanita Menopause di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Desain penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh nilai p value (0.003) < α (0.05), jika p < α berarti hipotesis diterima. Statistic dan metode chi square hasil nilai p = (0.003) < = 0.05. yang berarti Ha diterima. Aktivitas Fisik berhubungan dengan Kejadian Hipertensi Pada Wanita Menopause di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Perlunya penelitian lanjutan dengan mengendalikan dengan meneliti faktor-faktor beresiko terjadinya hipertensi seperti kebiasaan merokok, konsumsi garam, kualitas dan kuantitas tidur, stress serta faktor pemicunya sehingga diharapkan mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang lebih baik.  Demensia,Vitamin D,Lansia,Kognitif    

Mekanisme koping melibatkan upaya untuk memecahkan masalah hidup, berusaha untuk mengatasi dan mengurangi stress. Ketika masyarakat mengalami kecemasan berlebihan sehingga meningkatkan tingkat stress di masa pasca pandemi ini, maka untuk mengatasi hal tersebut digunakan beberapa terapi salah satunya mekanisme koping Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan mekanisme koping dengan tingkat stress masyarakat pasca pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survey analitik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun IV Desa Tuladenggi. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,000 < dari nilai α 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan H0  ditolak, maka hasil penelitian ini ada hubungan mekanisme koping dengan tingkat stress masyarakat pasca pandemi covid-19 di Dusun IV Desa Tenggela . Kesimpulannya, mekanisme koping merupakan suatu respon positif dari stressor dimana stress dapat menurun atau menghasilkan hal-hal yang baik. Saran dapat dijadikan sebagai penilaian dan pemikiran terhadap pelayanan aparat desa dalam membantu masyarakat mengatasi kecemasan pasca pandemi covid-19.    

Penggunaan bahan alami sebagai terapi alternatif sangat membantu untuk menekan biaya terapi dan perawatan bagi klien diabetes mellitus. Salah satu jenis terapi yang paling baik dan mudah didapat untuk penderita diabetes mellitus adalah susu kedelai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk pengaruh pemberian susu kedelai terhadap kadar gula pada penderita diabetes mellitus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasy experimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Telaga Biru. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t test. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,000 < dari nilai α 0,05, artinya Ha diterima dan H0  ditolak, maka ada pengaruh pemberian susu kedelai terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pada penderita diabetes mellitus. Kesimpulannya, susu kedelai mengandung protein, isoflavin dan serat yang tinggi yang bermanfaat terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah. Saran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan asuhan keperawatan untuk masyarakat berupa terapi nonfarmakologi yang baik dikonsumsi untuk penderita diabetes mellitus.    

Keselamatan pasien dijadikan prioritas yang utama dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan pelayanan keperawatan sekaligus sebagai aspek paling penting dari manajemen yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran perawat dalam keselamatan pasien. Desain penelitian deskriptif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 34 perawat yang berada di ruang anak, bedah dan interna. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 perawat atau total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran perawat dengan kategori baik sebanyak 31 orang, berdasarkan pada dimensi peran perawat care giver sebagian besar baik sebanyak 34 orang, dimensi coordinator sebagian besar baik sebanyak 31 orang dan dari dimensi collaborator sebagian besar baik sebanyak 31 orang. Rata-rata 34 orang perawat melakukan enam (6) goals patient safety. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar peran perawat di RSUD Otanaha berada pada kategori baik dan melakukan enam (6) goals patient safety. Saran diharapkan perawat agar tetap melakukan enam (6) goals patient safety secara jujur demi keselamatn pasien serta untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik.  

  Pada lanjut usia terjadi kemunduran sel-sel karena proses penuaan yang berakibat timbulnya berbagai macam penyakit sehingga sangat penting memperbaiki gizi pada lansia, namun apabila lansia mengalami gizi lebih dapat menimbulkan penyakit lain seperti ghout artrithis. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dengan angka kejadian ghout artrithis pada lansia. Desain penelitian cross sectional dengan uji chi square. Jumlah sampel 38 orang, tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil analisis chi square menunjukan nilai p=0,000<0,05. Sehingga disimpulkan terdapat hubungan status gizi dengan angka kejadian ghout artrithis pada lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Telaga. Saran diharapkan kepada keluarga agar memperhatikan pola makan dan mendukung lansia melakukan pemeriksaan rutin agar status gizi serta kesehatan lansia terpantau.      

Rendahnya pemberian ASI Ekslusif menjadi salah satu pemicu terjadinya kependekan (stunting) pada anak balita dari kejadian masa lalu dan akan berdampak terhadap masa depan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian ASI Ekslusif terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Desain penelitian adalah analitik kolerasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional, Sampel berjumlah 93 responden  menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil yang diperoleh balita yang diberikan ASI Ekslusif tidak stunting sebanyak 33 balita dan balita tidak diberikan ASI Ekslusif mengalami stunting sebanyak 24 balita, maka ada hubungan pemberian ASI Ekslusif terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan nilai p-value 0.001. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan ibu memenuhi gizi selama kehamilan dan juga mematuhi serta melaksanakan program 1000 hari pertama kehidupan dengan rutin berkunjung ke Puskesmas dan posyandu untuk mendapatkan deteksi dini tentang kesehatan dan konseling gizi bagi anaknya.  

Stres merupakan reaksi seseorang baik fisik maupun emosional apabila ada perubahan dari lingkungan yang mengharuskan seseorang menyesuaikan diri. Salah satu teknik non-farmakologi yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan stres yaitu dengan terapi musik karena penggunaan terapi musik dapat mengaktifkan syaraf menjadi rileks sehingga dapat membuat tubuh dan pikiran menjadi tenang dan perasaan menjadi nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan tingkat stres dimasa pandemi covid-19. Desain penelitian one group pre test and post test design menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen. Tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat stres sebelum dilakukan terapi musik mayoritas stres sedang dan setelah dilakukan terapi musik berubah menjadi mayoritas stres ringan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat stres sebelum dan sesudah dilkukan terapi musik. Disarankan kepada masyarakat dapat menjadikan terapi ini sebagai alternatif untuk menurunkan tingkat stres di masa pandemi covid-19.    

The increase in the number of elderly population (elderly) in the city of Semarang, the increase in the elderly will bring problems due to the aging process which causes a risk of decreasing health status. The elderly will become the strength of a country if they are in a healthy, independent, active and productive condition. One solution to achieve this requires the optimal role of health cadres. As a religious institution, GKJ Jatingaleh Semarang has a service task, one of which is health care for the elderly. To support this service, the PPM FISIP UNTAG Semarang Team conducted PPM activities at the church. The purpose of the PPM activities is assisting in the formation of health cadres; provide medical examination services and provide medical equipment needed in examination activities. The method used is mentoring and practice of health checks. The results of these activities were the formation of a GKJ Jatingaleh health cadre team with 5 cadres as members; health checks have been carried out on 47 elderly residents of GKJ Jatingaleh; and delivery of medical equipment.

Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk mendorong peningkatan kapasitas bagi usaha mikro di Kabupaten Pemalang. Agar usaha usaha Mikro semakin baik , diperlukan pengelolaan keuangan dan penentuan harga pokok produknya. Secara lebih luas pengelolaan keuangan meliputi semua kegiatan perusahaan yang berhubungan dengan usaha mendapatkan dana yang dibutuhkan, beserta usaha untuk menggunakan dana tersebut secara efesien. Sedangkan Harga Pokok Produksi adalah semua biaya langsung dan tidak langsung yang dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk proses produksi pada periode tertentu sehingga barang atau jasa tersebut siap untuk dijual dan dengan perhitungan harga pokok maka harga jual akan dapat ditetapkan secara tepat.

Skizofrenia dapat menimbulkan masalah harga diri rendah, harga diri rendah ini menyebabkan perasaan negatif terhadap diri sendiri termasuk kehilangan rasa percaya diri, tidak berharga, tidak berguna, tidak berdaya, pesimis, tidak ada harapan dan putus asa, untuk menurunan perasaan tersebut dapat diberikan terapi thought stopping. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi thought stopping pada pasien dengan masalah harga diri rendah di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Desain penelitian quasi eskperimen one group dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang menggunakan teknik sampling secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata skor harga diri rendah sebelum terapi thought stopping yaitu 3.87 dan setelah terapi thought stopping rata-rata skor harga diri rendah meningkat yaitu 7.93 dengan nilai p-value 0.000. Dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh terapi thought stopping pada pasien dengan masalah harga diri rendah di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango.    

Public service is a form of realization of orderly government administration to make it easier for citizens, including marginalized groups of people such as the poor who are cared for by the state (one of them is neglected elderly) in fulfilling various complexities of daily needs. The government gives privileges to neglected elderly in population and health services because in the administrative process they cannot be equated with members of the public in general. The factor of dementia and neglect is an important highlight of special services. Type of this research is descriptive qualitative at the Institution owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, Tresna Werdha Social Institution (PSTW) Budi Mulia 3. The results of this study indicate that the population and health services provided by PSTW BM 3 have fulfilled service facilities quite well in terms of Tangible, Dementia elderly get convenience in the process of obtaining a Population Identification Number (NIK) and KTP-El even though it is scheduled once a year. Reliability is quite good in terms of timeliness, Responsiveness The services provided are good, supported by the intensity of coordination, Assurance of data security is well maintained in privacy so that it is safe, and Emphaty for both Dukcapil and Jamkesda are ready 24 hours in receiving service requests from PSTW BM 3 with a follow-up process on work days.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Delegation of the Regent's authority to the Sub-district Head has not been running optimally. The improvement of public services is still not optimal. Limited facilities/infrastructure in the sub-district. The number of employees in the sub-district is still limited. Not all SKPDs that delegate authority have technical instructions for the implementation of the delegation of authority by the sub-district. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique uses a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained are as follows: The Effectiveness of the Delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in Improving Public Services (Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 Concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head) has been implemented well, especially in the implementation of aspects of licensing, recommendations, coordination, coaching, supervision, facilitation, and implementation. The implementation of Public Services according to Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head has been implemented well, such as in terms of service procedures, service time, service costs, service products, service facilities and infrastructure, and the competence of service officers. The obstacles faced by the Sub-district Head in the effectiveness of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the Sub-district in Ciamis Regency are Limited budget; Lack of facilities and infrastructure to support public services; Lack of human resources; Many human resources do not yet have competence; Lack of public awareness to make permits; not all technical instructions have been made regarding the delegated authority; There are still requirements that must be completed at the Regency level, whether permits must be made immediately at the sub-district, so that it hinders the completion process and the completion time becomes long. Meanwhile, the results of observations show that the number of service providers is still very limited, where each officer has their own main duties and functions. Efforts made by the Sub-district Head to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the sub-districts in Ciamis Regency, are to increase the budget; complete and improve facilities and infrastructure to support services to the community; propose additional human resources; improve human resource competency through coaching and training; increase public awareness to make permits through socialization; request clear technical instructions regarding the delegated authority; in the completion process and completion time are made easier by assigning district employees to carry out services in the sub-district.

This research is based on the results of preliminary observations that in order to achieve success and effectiveness in the implementation of Regional Autonomy, it is necessary for the Regional Government to be prepared in all fields, including the readiness of human resources to be able to answer the challenges in the implementation of Regional Autonomy. In addition, what is no less important for the implementation of Regional Autonomy to run effectively is how regions can explore and empower existing regional potentials, so that in terms of finance which is the main element in running regional government, independence can be achieved. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 5 people. The results of the study are as follows: The Regional Original Income Increase Program in Supporting the Implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency has been effectively implemented through intensification and extensification programs that are quite effective in boosting the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD), and the Central Government's control of programs carried out by the Regional Government in an effort to increase regional income. The obstacles faced are the lack of existing human resources, both in quality and quantity; Frequent changes in higher legal regulations that disrupt the process of collecting regional revenue; Facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate in carrying out the task of collecting regional revenue; Lack of understanding of laws and regulations on taxes and levies from the community; Weak law enforcement efforts against taxpayers and levy payers Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the program to increase Regional Original Income in supporting the implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency, are In increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) the Cilacap Regency Government has carried out the following: Improving the quality of human resources/collectors through functional training. Conducting research and reviewing regulations in the field of revenue to be adjusted to applicable laws and regulations. Improving facilities and infrastructure in order to support regional revenue collection. Conducting counseling to the community, especially to taxpayers and levy payers

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture seems too forced, without any review of the existing situation and conditions. In Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, it is known that there is a clause on sustainable food land zoning, whereas the existence of the Regional Spatial Plan (RT RW) which is the reference is in the process of technical review related to the formation of the New Autonomous Region of Pangandaran Regency. As a result of all that, it is indicated that the quality of agricultural products is not being considered, whereas the main purpose of the regulation is to improve the quality of food crops. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 10 people. The results of the study obtained are as follows: (1. The implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture in Ciamis Regency is said to be effective if it meets the criteria for effectiveness such as the existence of policy objectives or targets, the existence of activities or activities to achieve objectives, and the existence of activity results. (2. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in the protection of food agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (3. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in protecting agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. As an intermediary company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is committed to finding cargo ships with high-quality standards to provide the best service to customers, while prioritizing safety and maritime environmental protection. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.    

Abstract.This article explores the creation story in Genesis 1:1-31 and provides a deeper understanding of how time, matter and space play a role in creation. Through the time perspective, we can understand that God created everything in six days and rested on the seventh day. The material perspective discusses the materials of the creation of the universe and life that show God's greatness in creating everything. Meanwhile, the spatial perspective explains the position of the Earth and the universe in the creation story.This paper also discusses how humans can understand and appreciate God's creation through this creation story. As God's created beings, humans should be able to appreciate God's greatn ess and care for His creation. The implication of understanding God's greatness in the creation story is to strengthen our faith as human beings and inspire us to care for the environment as part of our responsibility as God's creatures.  

Research objectives: 1) To find out the arrangement of slums through restoration (rehabilitation) in Oimbo Village, Bima City? 2) To find out the arrangement of slums through rejuvenation (revitalization) in Oimbo Village, Bima City? 3) To find out the arrangement of slums through resettlement (relocation) in Oimbo Urban Village, Bima City? This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study included the Head of Kelurahan and staff/employees and community leaders in Kelurahan Oimbo Kota Bima. Determination of informants in this research the author uses purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, which starts from data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusion making. The results of the research are: first, related to the arrangement of slums through restoration (rehabilitation) in Oimbo Village, Bima City, has been carried out well according to the needs of residents. Second, the arrangement of slums through rejuvenation (revitalization) in Oimbo Village, Bima City, has been carried out well according to the needs of the residents. Third, the arrangement of slums through resettlement (relocation) has been carried out well according to the needs of residents.

This study aims to examine the relationship between family communication patterns and adolescent stress levels in Bandung City. Using a survey method with 150 adolescent respondents aged 13-18 years, data were collected through a questionnaire measuring the dimensions of openness, support, conflict, and control in family communication as well as adolescent stress levels. Descriptive analysis showed variation in family communication patterns, with high levels of openness and support and low conflict. Pearson correlation tests showed a significant relationship between communication patterns and stress levels. Linear regression analysis revealed that openness and support in family communication significantly decreased stress levels, while conflict and control increased them. The t-test and F-test showed that the regression model was significant overall and each independent variable had a significant effect on stress levels. These findings emphasize the importance of open and supportive communication in the family to reduce stress levels in adolescents.  

The democratic party in the State of Indonesia is realized through the General Election mechanism, which is carried out at various levels from the village to the district. Democracy is often interpreted as the people, by the people, and for the people, or more clearly, the term democracy is the overall highest power in the hands of the people. This type of research is a descriptive research and qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency. There are three strategies for preventing crime violations, the first is Primary Crime Prevention, the second is Secondary Crime Prevention, and the third is Tertiary Crime Prevention. Of the three concepts, the Primary Prevention Strategy is more effective in conducting political socialization. This strategy aims to increase public awareness and knowledge through political socialization so that money politics in society does not occur during the General Election process in Kalianget District.
