Wind Turbine Blades are one of the renewable energy sources that are the main solution to reduce excessive use of conventional fuels. Wind Turbine Blades absorb kinetic energy into mechanical energy which is then converted into electrical energy by the generator. This study uses the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA) 1.2 horizontal axis wind turbine blade design with a taper type (having a wide base and a small tip). The initial wind turbine blade data was obtained rotating at a wind speed of 3.5 m/s with a voltage of 5.1 Volts. This blade design was carried out using maximum wind speed data of 9.5 m/s and minimum wind speed data of 3.6 m/s, then current and voltage data were obtained. The results of this study confirm that the design of this wind turbine blade affects the efficiency of converting wind energy into electricity. This taper type wind turbine blade is designed to produce optimal performance in a certain wind speed range.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of the Internal Supervisory Apparatus of the Banyuwangi Regency Government in utilizing e-audit and to determine user expectations in utilizing e-audit in the internal supervision process in Banyuwangi Regency. This study is an exploratory study using a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach. The data collection method used in this study is the triangulation method, namely data collection through interviews while testing the validity of the data to parties related to the use of e-audit. Interviews were conducted on December 2, 3, 4 and 6, 2024, which showed that the effectiveness of APIP performance in utilizing e-audit was quite effective or obtained a value of 55 out of a maximum value of 100. So that four of the five components that are indicators of effectiveness assessment still need a lot of development to be able to meet the needs and expectations of users in achieving supervisory objectives, including the preparation of PKPT, implementation, reporting and monitoring of follow-up supervision results.

Based on the report, as many as 46 (forty-six) cosmetics were withdrawn from circulation because they contained prohibited ingredients, microbial contamination, or were counterfeit cosmetics. During the same period, BPOM also carried out cyber patrols. This cyber patrol was carried out on website, social media, and e-commerce platforms to trace and prevent the circulation of illegal cosmetics and BPOM found and blocked (takedown) 83,700 links to the sale of illegal cosmetic products and containing prohibited/dangerous ingredients with a total product amount of 6.5 million pieces and an economic value of Rp 296.9 billion. This proves that there are still many illegal cosmetic products that contain harmful ingredients and do not have a distribution permit.  This research is a normative legal research supported by a statutory approach (statute approcach) which uses secondary data in the form of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials that collect laws and regulations related to the legal issues at hand, case studies, collecting books, journals, dictionaries and other related literature. Criminal sanctions aim to provide a deterrent effect to business actors who harm consumers. (2) Based on the perspective of criminal law, the actions of DM business actors who have circulated illegal cosmetics without a distribution permit in decision number 572/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Smr, violate the provisions of Article 197 of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health, which has affirmed that every person who deliberately produces and/or distributes pharmaceutical preparations and/or medical devices without having a distribution permit as mentioned in Article 106 paragraph (1) is criminally punished imprisonment for a maximum of (fifteen) years and a maximum fine of Rp.1,500,000,000,- (one billion five hundred million rupiah).

Polygamy in Islam is regulated with clear provisions based on the Qur'an and Hadith. Surah Al-Nisa/4:3 permits polygamy with a maximum of four wives, under the primary condition of fairness in fulfilling material needs such as food, clothing, and shelter. However, Surah Al-Nisa/4:129 emphasizes that emotional fairness, such as inclinations of the heart, cannot be mandated as it is beyond human capability. The Prophet Muhammad SAW exemplified how to practice polygamy while adhering to the principle of justice emphasized in Islam. Historically, the regulation of polygamy aimed to address social crises in early Islamic society, such as the high number of widows and orphans due to war. Polygamy was viewed as a social solution to protect the rights of women and children, albeit under strict conditions. In conclusion, polygamy in Islam is an option permitted only in specific circumstances, not an obligation or outright recommendation, with a strong emphasis on justice and the welfare of all parties involved.

A Mixed Use Building project in downtown Surabaya is the basis of this design. The project is located on Menanggal Wisata street in Surabaya, which is in the area of Kodim Brawijaya and very strategic. To overcome the phenomenon, the designer should think about how to maximize the land function (in the middle of the city and dense environment) and organize the circulation system. because the multifunctional building project to be built should be able to carry out various functions in one space. Residential, coworking, and shopping center functions are all part of the building. The biophilic concept, which means applying natural elements both physically and non-physically to the inside and outside of the designed building, is a common concept in Mixed Use building design. The construction is a multifunctional building with three floors of shopping center and eight floors of apartment units. The building period consists of two main basic forms, which are connected by a connecting mass for the apartment spaces.

Conflict that occurs in an organization can hinder the achievement of desired goals, therefore conflict needs to be managed properly so that its impact can be minimized, organizational conflict can also be interpreted as a conflict that arises when the goal-oriented behavior of one group conflicts with or is threatened by the goals of another group. This study uses a literature study method to analyze various concepts of conflict management that have been put forward by experts. The results of the study show that conflict, whether in a positive, negative, or neutral sense, is an unavoidable phenomenon. The source of conflict can come from various factors that trigger differences and clashes between individuals, groups, or organizations. Conflict also occurs due to misunderstandings or incompatibilities between individuals or groups in an effort to achieve their goals, this is often referred to as a causal factor. The impact of conflict actually depends on its nature. However, on the other hand, conflict can also drain members' energy, disrupt productivity, and cause hostility that hinders collaboration. Abstract and Keywords must be written in English, in italic style, and contain a brief description of the research background, objectives, methods, findings, and implications.
