Employee turnover intention remains one of the pressing challenges for organizations striving to maintain workforce stability. This study investigates how emotional intelligence influences employees’ intention to leave, with job satisfaction positioned as a mediating factor. Grounded in the Traditional Turnover Theory, the research was conducted at PT. Mabhakti, located at Jl. Nangka No. 29, Dangin Puri Kaja, North Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. The study involved a total of 40 employees, all of whom were included as respondents using a census or saturated sampling approach. Data collection was carried out through structured interviews and questionnaires, and the analysis was performed using path analysis via SPSS. The findings reveal that emotional intelligence negatively and significantly affects turnover intention, while it positively and significantly influences job satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction itself negatively affects turnover intention and plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between emotional intelligence and turnover intention. These outcomes reinforce the Traditional Turnover Theory, highlighting that emotionally intelligent employees are more likely to experience internal positive drivers—such as self-motivation and emotional resilience—that contribute to job satisfaction and, consequently, a reduced desire to leave. The study underscores the importance of fostering emotional intelligence and enhancing job satisfaction as strategic approaches to curbing turnover intention and promoting organizational stability and productivity.

Developments in technology and information systems provide changes and play an important role in people's lives. In government, these developments can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the government system. The government made innovations in archiving by launching the Integrated Dynamic Archives Information System (SRIKANDI) application to create convenience in organizing correspondence and archiving processes. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the SRIKANDI application at agency X. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling method. The results showed that the application of the SRIKANDI application at agency X provides many benefits and conveniences in managing letters and archives. However, there are still shortcomings in its application, namely the quantity of use in each work unit that is still different, leadership commitment, and conventional processes that are still carried out simultaneously. The obstacles in the process of implementing this application are applications or servers that are often slow or down, not all employees are skilled in using the application, and application security that cannot be 100% guaranteed from data leaks or hackers.

This study aims to examine and analyze, both partially and simultaneously, the influence of system knowledge, coworker support, and frequency of system usage on the effectiveness of computerized financial reporting and trust in the system. Furthermore, this research investigates the moderating role of trust in the system in the relationship between those three independent variables and reporting effectiveness. This study is considered novel as it incorporates three variables not previously explored in combination—particularly trust in the system as a moderating factor. The study was conducted on 391,500 employees from 94 banks across Indonesia, with a sample of 100 employees selected using Slovin’s formula. The independent variables in this research are system knowledge, coworker support, and frequency of system usage; the dependent variable is the effectiveness of computerized financial reporting; and the moderating variable is trust in the system. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that system knowledge, coworker support, and frequency of system usage each significantly affect both computerized financial reporting effectiveness and trust in the system. Trust in the system is also found to significantly impact the effectiveness of computerized financial reporting. Simultaneously, only system knowledge and usage frequency show a significant effect when trust in the system serves as a moderating variable, whereas coworker support does not exert a significant influence under the same condition.

The sources in this study come from primary data and secondary data. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Data processing is assisted by the SPSS version 25 tool.  The results of the (t) test or partial test show that the communication variable (0.001) is greater than the alpha 5% (0.05) or t count = 3.561> t table 2.015. The work discipline variable (0.000) is greater than the alpha 5% (0.05) or t count = 4.168> t table 2.015. And the environmental variable (0.009) is greater than the alpha 5% (0.05) or t count = (-2.728)> t table 2.015. Then simultaneously the (F) test significant value F is smaller than 5% or 0.05 or the f count value = 36.243> F table 2.82. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) The adjusted R Square value is 0.692 (69.2%). So it can be said that 69.2% of the variation in communication, work discipline and environment variables in the model can explain employee performance variables, while the remaining 31.8% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

The effectiveness of accounting information systems (AIS) plays a crucial role in sup-porting the smooth recording, processing, and reporting of reliable and timely finan-cial information. AIS effectiveness is a key concern for cooperative managers in en-hancing operational efficiency and decision-making quality. This study aims to empiri-cally examine how work experience, educational background, and managerial support influence the effectiveness of AIS implementation. The research was conducted at savings and loan cooperatives operating in the South Kuta District. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, and data were collected from 54 cooperative employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to process the data. The results indicate that work experience, education level, and managerial support have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of AIS implementation. These findings suggest that the higher the em-ployees’ work experience and education, and the stronger the support from manage-ment, the more effective the AIS implementation within the cooperative environ-ment.

This study aims to determine the work productivity of employees at the Colorbox Sun Plaza Medan store, a local fashion retailer serving the young women’s segment. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with five informants, comprising one Store Manager, one Supervisor, and three employees. The results show that employee productivity is measured by sales target achievement, display area compliance, minimal inventory losses, and positive customer feedback. Factors affecting productivity include work motivation, operational management systems, task allocation, and a supportive work environment. Although overall productivity is satisfactory, challenges such as low visitor traffic and weak supervision in the fitting room area were identified. Therefore, enhancements in motivation, training, and the strengthening of supervisory systems are needed to ensure sustained improvements in work productivity.

Employee resistance remains one of the most significant barriers to successful organisational change implementation. Despite extensive theoretical frameworks, organizations continue to struggle with change initiatives, with failure rates ranging from 60-70%. His study investigates the key factors contributing to employee resistance during organizational change and evaluates the effectiveness of various management strategies in overcoming such resistance. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys (n=450) from employees across 15 organizations undergoing major changes and qualitative interviews (n=35) with change management leaders. Data collection occurred over 12 months during active change implementation periods. The study identified five primary resistance factors: fear of job security (78%), lack of communication (65%), insufficient training (58%), past negative experiences (52%), and loss of autonomy (47%). Organizations employing comprehensive communication strategies, participative change approaches, and structured training programs showed 40% higher success rates in change implementation. Effective resistance management requires a multi-faceted approach combining proactive communication, employee participation, skill development, and emotional support. Organizations that address resistance systematically achieve significantly better change outcomes.
