This study the authors explain the effects of the work environment and workload on the performance of employees of PT. Adira Semesta Industry, with a total sampel of 92 employees, data collection methode using a questionnaire with analysis using multiple regression and the results of a partial analysis of work environment variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Workload variables have a significant impact on employee performance with respective influence sizes of 3,231 an 2,274 greater than the t table of 2,101. And the simultaneous test results show that the work environment and workload together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Adira Semesta Industry with F value of 32,520 > F Table 17,406.

Sari Mulya Supermarket is one of the supermarkets that provides various kinds of basic household needs and a place to shop that can shop wholesale and retail. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of this study with a sample of 60 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents online using the Google form. The results of this study are that work stress has no partial and negative effect on employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is -1.676 < t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.099 > 0, 05. Leadership style partially and positively influences employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is 5.081 > t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 . Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) are significant and positive on Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 13.733 > F table 4.010. Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance through Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Job Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) through Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 23.375 > F table 4.010.

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health and the Work Environment on Employees at PT X. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach in measuring the effect of occupational safety and health and the work environment on employee performance at PT X  Jakarta. The sample technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique with a total of 35 employees. Data collection methods using observation, questionnaires and case studies. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that the t value of occupational safety and health has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of (-1.433<1.694) and sig value. 0.161>0.05 and the work environment has a positive effect and has a positive impact on employee performance (4.557<1.694) and sig value. 0.000<0.05. Simultaneously, the value of F (22.487>3.28) and sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient of determination of 0.584, it can be concluded that occupational safety and health (X1) and the work environment (X2) together have an influence of 58.4% on employee performance (Y)

This study aims to determine the role of the home industry in increasing household income (a study on the potato chip home industry in Paal Merah District, Jambi City). This research is qualitative in nature. Qualitative research is research that tends to use analysis with an inductive approach and is descriptive or explanatory in nature. This research focuses more on facts that occur in the field. The subjects of this study were home industry owners in the Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, employees who worked and providers of raw materials for the home industry. The data obtained comes from observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that: First, the home industry in Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, has a positive impact on improving the household economy where welfare indicators can be seen from the role, income, and welfare of owners, raw material providers and employees who can set aside income from the results of work so that they can send their children to a better education, besides being used to meet daily needs can also help the head of the household in meeting other daily needs, Second, the existence of a home industry in Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi city, also plays a role in assisting the government in reducing poverty and reducing the number of unemployed in society, with the absorption of labor, especially housewives who are around to make the best use of their time, of course. will be able to help generate income for households, and in carrying out business activities food needs can be fulfilled properly and in accordance with Islamic teachings, then all business activities are protected and cared for during production activities, and can be used to meet needs in the future. Third, with the results of this research, it is hoped that the regional government, especially the province of Jambi, which is related to the development of Small and Medium Enterprises, will pay more attention to the existence of home industries in the Paal Merah sub-district, Jambi City, their business can increase and be able to compete in the market, of course it will also prosper the economy. small society.

This research aims to determine the effect of workload on performance, the effect of the work environment on performance and the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at the Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Academic Hospital. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed and relate to the problem being studied with a sample size of 47 people. The results of the research show that the workload variable has a significant level of 0.005, which is smaller than 0.05 with a coefficient value of -0.03 indicating that the influence it has is negative on the independent variable. Meanwhile, the work environment variable has a significance level of 0.000 with a coefficient value of 0.044 indicating that the influence given is positive on the independent variable.

Employee performance is the main factor to help the company achieve its goals. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and work discipline. The indicators of this compensation are incentives and salary. While the indicators of work discipline are punctuality, high responsibility, obedience to office rules. By knowing this relationship, the LPK-RI Kediri can estimate how the employee's response regarding the compensation and work discipline provided, so as to have maximum employee performance results.This research is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to produce a discovery obtained through statistical procedures. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with 50 employees as respondents. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. From the results of the analysis that has been done. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square value of 0.694 or 69.4% while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this research is to find out how rewards and punishment influence employee performance at PT. Miami Creameries. The sample used was 61 employees using saturated sampling technique. This research data collection used observation methods, interviews, distributing questionnaires and literature review. The data obtained was then analyzed using the multiple linear regression formula and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program. The regression equation formed is Y = 5,406 X1 + 0.305 + 0.808 X2. Simultaneous hypothesis testing: Reward and Punishment together influence employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of reward and punishment on employee performance with an Adjusted R square value of 69.7%. while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

The problem in the object of research is the lack of effectiveness of job training in the field of technology, while in work discipline there are still employees who do not carry out discipline on time or are late in working. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of Job Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of UPTD Company. Puskesmas Pagu as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) job training has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.381 and a value of Sig. 0.178 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.795 and a value of Sig.0.001 < 0.05 (3) job training, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 13.489 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces the equation formula Y = 13.489 + -1.381 X1 + (3.795X2) + e.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Work Discipline of Production Division Employees at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch. The population in this study were production division employees at PT. Range of Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya Branch, totaling 50 people, quantitative method with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, the test results show that simultaneously leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially, leadership style has a partially significant effect on work discipline, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee work discipline at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch.

The research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of organizational effectiveness using the Mc Kinsey 7s Framework Model Approach on Employee Performance. The problem formulation proposed in this research is How Organizational Effectiveness with the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach Influences the Performance of Karangpucung State Vocational School Employees. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with a questionnaire distribution method. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study and field study. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used by the author in this research is by distributing questionnaires. From the research results it was found that: The results of the research on measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach have a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that if measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach increases, it will have an effect on performance.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the variables of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Work Morale as measured by the population used in this study were 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that compensation and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on morale. Partial compensation has a significant effect on work morale. Physical work environment partially has a significant effect on morale.

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and human resource development on the performance of State Civil Service employees in the District Government in Sibolga City. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a quantitative method in the form of a survey. The researcher determined that the sample in the research was all Civil Servants in 4 sub-districts, including the village head in each sub-district, with a total of 160 people. The researchers took the entire population to be used as a sample of 160 people. Research results show that transformational leadership style on proven performance influential significant. The development source Power humans also matter positively and significantly to performance. However, a variable that influences performance is style leadership transformational. Coefficient results in determination in study This shows that mark R The adjusted square on performance is 0.7 64 (76.4%). This means that style leadership transformational and developmental source Power man contribute 76.4% to performance. Whereas the other side is 23.6% influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Background; During pregnancy, the mother's body undergoes hormonal changes that affect the entire organ system. One of the common issues that arise is striae gravidarum, or stretch marks on the skin. Olive oil contains beneficial components for addressing striae gravidarum. An initial survey conducted at PMB Wulan Mardikaningtyas in Kartasura indicated that more than 20 pregnant mothers experience striae gravidarum. The objectives of the research; To investigate the effect of olive oil in reducing striae gravidarum in pregnant mothers. Method; This study utilized a one-group experimental design method. Univariate data analysis was employed to examine frequency distribution, while bivariate analysis was used to assess the impact of olive oil intervention on striae gravidarum. Results; Prior to intervention, the severity level of striae gravidarum was classified as moderate in 9 pregnant mothers (45%) and severe in 7 pregnant mothers (35%). Following the intervention, a majority of respondents exhibited reduced severity levels of striae gravidarum, with 9 pregnant mothers (45%) in the moderate category and 7 pregnant mothers (35%) in the mild category. A difference was observed in the striae gravidarum scale before and after the olive oil intervention. Summary: There is a difference in the striae gravidarum scale before and after the olive oil intervention among pregnant mothers.

This study aims to find out: (1) The Effect of Perceived Brand Value on Brand Loyalty in Suzuki Brand Motorcycle Users in Kolaka Regency. (2) The influence of Consumer Involvement on increasing Brand loyalty for Suzuki Brand Motorcycle Users in Kolaka Regency. This study adopts a quantitative methodology; to collect data, it makes use of observation, literature review, and questionnaire distribution. All riders of Suzuki Brand Motorcycles in Kolaka Regency make up the study's population. whereas 120 persons made up the study's sample. Testing With SPSS 25.0, this research tool does validity and reliability tests. This study employed data analysis methods, specifically, the evaluation of the measurement model (outer model) and the examination of the structural model (inner model) using Smart PLS 4.0. A t-statistic value of 6,545 with a P-Value of 0.000 and a t-statistic value of 2,375 with a P-Value of 0.019, respectively, show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable perceived brand value and brand loyalty, and between the variable consumer involvement and brand loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and organizational climate on morale ( a case study of village office employees in Rajapolah sub-district). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach, with the sample to be selected in this study being Village Office employees in Rajapolah District, namely 49 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Climate had a significant influence on the Morale of Village office employees in Rajapolah district. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the morale of Village Office employees in Rajapolah District.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya with 70 employees. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The work environment partially has a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially leadership and work conflict on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Dr. Soekardjo Hospital, Tasikmalaya City. Leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. Work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City.
