The role of the community in waste management at this time is generally limited to waste disposal. We are not yet at the stage of waste management where waste can be reused by the community. Waste management must be handled comprehensively with the 3R principle, namely reduce, namely reducing waste piles; reuse by reusing waste that is not used; and recycle, namely recycling into products of economic value. Good waste management is expected to reduce the volume of waste that is disposed of at the final disposal site (TPA). The need for community education on proper waste management and disposal in order to reduce the impact of environmental pollution.The service was carried out in Triyagan Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency, at the beginning of the activity by giving a pre-test, presenting the material, and at the end of the activity, namely an evaluation with a post-test. The results of the pre-test mean score are 62, and the post-test average score is 82, after receiving counseling. The score of the evaluation results showed that there was a positive change in the mindset of the community.

The purpose of this service is to find out how the legal protection for victims of domestic violence according to Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence and what are the obstacles or obstacles that arise in the implementation of protection for victims of Domestic Violence (KDRT). The method in this community service is by means of lectures and discussions. Legal protection for victims of domestic violence is very much needed because all forms of violence, especially domestic violence are violations of human rights and crimes against human dignity and forms of discrimination. Victims of physical-psychological violence, sexual and neglect experience suffering and losses, so it is necessary to protect the rights of victims to obtain justice. The obstacle or obstacle that arises in the implementation of protection for victims of domestic violence is that domestic violence is often not reported to the police, because victims feel ashamed to open up household problems to other parties. family

Gulon Asri Waste Bank is a place used to collect waste that has been sorted first. The selected waste is then collected and made crafts. Garbage Bank with good potential to be able to increase people's income. Making packaging at the Gulon Asri Waste Bank is a form of support for the creativity of the community that makes interesting works from waste. This program aims to help the Gulon Asri Waste Bank by utilizing leftover fabrics to be developed as packaging so as to increase the commercial value of the product. The public can create economical value packaging with attractive packaging. Then, the waste bank community can also increase environmental and community awareness by empowering existing resources, increasing motivation, and community creativity. The community can also develop creativity in making sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging so that the products created by the waste bank have attractive packaging by utilizing cloth waste as well and have high selling power.

The beauty salon business is part of art for every woman in expressing beauty through creative ideas and beauty care, which has become an individual's identity, personality, and development in today's era. The development of the world’s beauty business in Indonesia continues to grow, supported by beauty culture originating from abroad and within the country. Beauty salons in Semarang offer quality service and care experiences, making it easier for consumers who need quality and fast service. The community service activity program concluded that business plan assistance training was conducted by providing an understanding of the importance of a business plan for beauty salons in Semarang. The business plan created is written evidence; the entrepreneur is able to create a business plan and apply the business opportunities that arise, and is ready to implement the business ideas that have been planned at the beginning, by determining the policy direction that he wants to achieve. A business plan is created with the aim of making it easier for the business to run according to targets and make it easier to achieve as a means of communicating with consumers and increasing capital.

In this increasingly difficult economic situation, there is a lot of competition in various fields, including competition in the business world. Many companies are competing to gain market share, so this spurs companies to strive to continue to progress in improving their business management. In addition, companies are starting to change their view from one that is product or service oriented, to a customer oriented view. One strategy that can be used by companies is to build customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is needed to ensure the company's future. Maintaining customer loyalty is absolutely necessary for a company to survive and be able to compete with other companies.

With its diverse tourism potentials, Rinding Allo village has passed the top 75 of Indonesian Tourism Village Award in 2023 and is developing into an international tourist destination. The English language competences of people in an international tourist destination are very important to provide good service to foreign tourists. This training aims to provide the knowledge and skills of English for tourism for the people of Rinding Allo village. The method used in this community service program is Asset Based Community-driven Development which consists of six stages. The method was applied by integrating the needs analysis stages and the English for specific purposes learning approach. At the asset mobilization stage, English for tourism training was carried out for five meetings. Each meeting discussed one unit of the English for tourism module which had been specially compiled in the previous stages. English for tourism training for the people of Rinding Allo village run well and provided useful material for the participants. During the training, the participants seemed enthusiastic in learning and practicing tourism English conversation. The participants’ mastery of English vocabulary and expressions in the tourism context as well as their confidence in using the language in communicating increased through this training.

This research aims to explore sustainable digital marketing strategies for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a focus on redefining brand identity. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and thematic analysis. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants from diverse MSME backgrounds. Through rigorous thematic analysis, the study reveals insights into effective digital marketing strategies that align with sustainability goals while reshaping brand identities for MSMEs. The findings highlight the importance of authenticity, transparency, and social responsibility in crafting sustainable brand identities in the digital era. This research contributes to the understanding of practical strategies for MSMEs to thrive in the competitive digital marketplace while embracing sustainability principles.

Pembelajaran yang efektif terjadi ketika semua tujuan pembelajaran terpenuhi semaksimal mungkin. Dengan aktif terlibat dalam pembelajaran mereka, siswa dapat meningkatkan kesempatan pendidikan mereka. Semakin besar jumlah siswa yang terlibat aktif dalam pembelajarannya, maka semakin besar pula prestasi belajarnya. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana cara meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar IPA melalui penerapan Metode Demonstrasi dan Eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus penelitian tindakan kelas karena semua siswa dapat mengidentifikasi isolator dan konduktor setelah dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan: rancangan kegiatan, observasi, refleksi, dan revisi. Siswa kelas VI semester 1 di SDN Rekkerrek 3 Kecamatan Palengaan menjadi fokus penelitian ini, dengan data berupa tes formatif, lembar observasi, dan lembar tugas. (LKS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kemampuan membedakan isolator dan konduktor meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II yang diukur dari ketuntasan belajar siklus I (68,5) dengan tingkat ketuntasan 60% dan siklus II (95%). dengan skor rata-rata 75,5. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Metode Demonstrasi dan Eksperimen dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Kelas VI Semester I SDN Rekkerrek 3 Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan dan model pembelajaran dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh berlakunya Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 18 tahun 2007 tentang Sertifikasi Pendidik Dalam Jabatan dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 41 tahun 2007 tentang Standar Proses Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah. Pendidik diwajibkan membuat RPP yang lengkap dan sistematis agar pembelajaran berlangsung secara interaktif, inspiratif, menyenangkan, menantang, memotivasi peserta didik untuk berpartisipasi aktif, serta memberikan peluang yang cukup bagi prakarsa, kreaifitas, dan kemandirian sesuai dengan bakat, minat dan perkembangan fisik serta psikologi peserta didik. Metode Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan dengan model Stephen Kemmis. Strategi Kerja Praktek dengan Teknik Umpan Balik, dirancang dalam 3 (tiga) siklus. Hasil penelitian : 1). Terjadinya peningkatan komitmen pendidik-pendidik menyusun RPP inovatif, yaitu sebanyak 94% pendidik-pendidik mampu mencapai nilai 4,00-5,00 dalam skala 1-5, dan 2). Terjadinya peningkatan kemampuan pendidik-pendidik menyusun RPP Inovatif, yaitu sebanyak 88% pendidik mampu mencapai nilai 4,00-5,00 dalam skala 1-5. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, bahwa Strategi Kerja Praktek dengan Teknik Umpan Balik dapat meningkatkan kinerja pendidik-pendidik  menyusun RPP Inovatif.

Stunting merupakan satu masalah kesehatan yang masih dihadapi bangsa indonesia. Stunting dapat berdampak pada kualitas generasi penerus bangsa di masa depan. Anak-anak yang mengalami stunting akan terhambat pertumbuhan otaknya sehingga kurang cakap dalam belajar. Ini akan menurunkan produktivitas dan kualitas hidupnya dimasa depan. Oleh karena itu percepatan penurunan stunting menjadi prioritas nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran aparat desa dalam penyaluran dana stunting serta bagaimana peran aparat desa dalam penagulangan stunting di Desa Sibalaya Barat Kecamatan Tanmbulava Kabupaten Sigi, metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam penyaluran dana desa untuk penanggulangan stunting terealisasikan secara keseluruhan, namun dalam pencegahan stunting masih terdapat hambatan, karna kurangnya kesadaran dari masyarakat akan pentingnya hidup sehat dan bersih. Hal hal yang harus di perbaiki agar program kegiatan yang dilakukan bisa lebih efektif menurunkan stunting

Cases of ship accdents in Indonesian water in 2022 are of particular concern to the Indonesian government, especially for the Ministry of Transportation which has responsibility for shipping safety and security, based on the report of the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) in 2022 there have been 13 shipping accident in Indonesian territory where the existence of victims who died has become a special concern for Indonesian government, so the author tries to unravel the problems that arise and have an impact on the occurrence of the ship accident cases as a resulted of errors from the ship’s crew (human error). The methode used is to make observations, interviews from related sources, research and studies in the field are analyzed scientifically, and literature is written from various sources.  n this research is to conduct observations, interview, scientifically analyzed field studies, and literature literacy from various sources. The results of this study are to minimize the occurrence of ship accidents which result in loss of lives and achieve the zero accident target for the shipping world in Indonesia.

As international trade activities are increased, there are more regulative practices which might  be  barriers to trade. One  of such hindrances is exchange rate volatility that  affects trade activities both  directly  and indirectly. Exchange rate volatility of currencies can  affect  the  trade engagements and  as well as the  trade balance of a country. One  of the  implications of the  study is that  the  impacts of monetary policy changes on trade activities can  be  noticed significantly in the  long-term. While impacts on export levels  are usually immediate, import levels are changed in long-run. The research analyzes the correlation between inflation and  devaluation and  clearly  states their  impacts on  trade balance. The  case study about devaluation of the  currency of Azerbaijan elaborates the  impacts of currency volatility on exports which is illustrated and analyzed in this research. Moreover, inflation and  devaluation correlations and  their impacts on import level of a country are studied through correlation and  multiple  regression analyses based on the  data exported from  OECD and  World Bank.  The  results conclude that  exchange rate volatility significantly impacts the trade balance in terms of imports and  exports. Given the  results, exchange rate is a non-trade barrier and affects foreign trade.

Ship waiting time is one issue that is always getting serious attention in every country. Marine transportation became the main made of transportation in trade. Nearly 90% of foreign trade is done by sea. Freight carried by sea to be very efficient due to large carring capacity and this the role of the port as a place where ships can carry out loading and unloading of goods becomes an important means of supporting adequate facilities and infrastructure. If the performance of the port is not optimal, it will have a direct impact on the service so that it will cause new problems, namely the ship’s waiting time gets higher, so that it  willlead to high costs, which have a direct impact on the price of goods on the market. This research has objective to know analysis the influence of factor ship scheduling, pilotage, and loading and unloading productivity to the waiting time. This research was conducted at the Port of Sei Kolak Kijang as a sample. The data collection done was through a method of observation, the literature study, interview, documentatuion and the questionnaires. Techique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assitance SPSS V.20. Based on the results of research and analysis produced equation: Y = 15.326 - 0,220 X1 - 0,178 X2 – 0,308 X3 + µ. Where the decision variable of waiting time (Y), ship scheduling (X1), pilotage (X2), loading and unloading productivity (X3) tested using t test show that the three independent variables significantly influence passenger decision as dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square number of 0,665 indicates that 66,5 percent of waiting time variables can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 33,5 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) mengetahui  kelayakan media dan materi pada kompetensi fusion pastry bakery, 2) mengetahui respon siswa setelah menggunakan video interaktif berbasis edpuzzle. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari analysys (analisis), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi), evaluation (evaluasi). Namun, karena keterbatasan, maka penelitian ini hanya sampai pada development (pengembangan) karena hanya menargetkan hasil produk video interaktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan subjek 3 validator media yang merupakan dosen, 3 validator materi dari dosen dan guru pastry bakery SMK dan siswa kelas XII Tata Boga. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis data ini dilakukan secara prosentase. Penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) kelayakan media menunjukkan hasil sangat layak (87,73%) dan kelayakan materi menunjukkan hasil sangat layak (90,30%), 2) respon siswa menunjukkan hasil sangat layak (86%). Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media pembelajaran video interaktif berbasis edpuzzle pada kompetensi fusion pastry bakery di SMKN 2 Mojokerto sangat layak digunakan. Berdasarkan hal ini maka media edpuzzle bisa diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran fusion pastry bakery di sekolah yang berbeda.

Banjir merupakan suatu peristiwa alam yang sering terjadi ketika musim penghujan. Di Mojokerto tepatnya di desa Tempuran terjadinya banjir diakibatkan oleh air sungai yang meluap dan kurangnya daerah resapan air di daerah Tempuran. Anak-anak merupakan korban yang paling rentan terkena dampak banjir ini akibat dari kurangnya edukasi tentang penyelamatan diri ketika bencana banjir tersebut terjadi. Maka edukasi sejak dini tentang mitigasi bencana banjir pada anak usia dini harus dikenalkan sebagai upaya menumbuhkan kesadaran siaga bencana sebagai upaya mengurangi resiko bencana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan berfikir logis mengenai mitigasi bencana banjir  pada media pop up book untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan atau R&D (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Desain uji produk pada peneitian ini menggunakan one group pretest dan posttest. Subjek penelitian ini menggunakan 30 anak di TK Negeri Pembina II Sooko Mojokerto. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan N-Gain. Hasil penilaian dari para ahli memperoleh 88,24% dari ahli media sedangkan  dari ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 86,76%. Hasil efektifitas produk dari 30 anak sebesar 0,74  yaitu g ≥ 0,7 yang berarti nilai N-Gain yang diperoleh lebih besar sehingga media dinyatakan layak dan berpengaruh dalam memberikan pengetahuan mitgasi bencana banjir pada anak usia 5-6 tahun.

The presence of workers in the company is dominated by executives. They often have conflicting interests for the company's activities. In order to help workers' positions remain relevant and recognized, workers need a Labor Union. In an industrial environment, it is normal for disputes to occur and the role of trade unions is needed to mediate the interests of both. Therefore, the expected goals are to explain the role of trade unions to address industrial relations disputes and the efforts that they attempt. This study determines literature review as the method by accumulating journals and collecting eight articles that meet the criteria. After having reference materials, the researcher will analyze the data based on a collection of these studies which the researcher will generalize into a literature review paper. The results of this research are that trade unions act as assistants, bodyguards, representatives, supervisors, and mediators and prioritize the settlement of disputes internally and amicably. Efforts made by trade unions include carrying out bipartite and tripartite negotiations consisting of mediation, arbitration and conciliation, as well as the industrial relations court, submitting a letter of application for Judicial Review to the Constitutional Court, and honing the skills of trade union members.

Kemiskinan merupakan kondisi dimana masyarakat tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari hari. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pada kesejahteraan sosial di Kabupaten Brebes, berupa kemiskinan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu tidak meratanya distribusi pendapatan dengan tingkat pengangguran terbuka yang cukup signifikan dalam memengaruhi struktur sosial perekonomian wilayah tersebut. Untuk merespons permasalahan tersebut, para peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh daripada tidak meratanya distribusi pendapatan dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka terhadap kemiskinan yang berakibat cukup besar terhadap perekonomian wilayah Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan data pasti yang mengacu pada BPS. Kemudian menggunakan kajian teori pengangguran yang juga menggunakan BPS dan data tersebut diuji dengan menggunakan software SPSS, dan terakhir Kajian teori kemiskinan beserta kerangka konseptual dimana faktor yang ada merupakan sumber dari permasalahan kemiskinan yang diteliti.

There are a lot of language errors on social media, especially Instagram. One of the language errors that are also often found is language errors in semantics. This study aims to find out the language errors at the semantic level contained in Instagram information posters uploaded by @infobandungbarat. @infobandungbarat is the place to provide information throughout West Bandung district with slogan info in the area. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with the final result in the form of a narrative. Data collection techniques in this study consisted of: 1) reading techniques, 2) note-taking techniques, and 3) documentation techniques. Data validation in research uses validity and triangulation of data sources. So from the results of this study it can be concluded that there are ten data obtained and analyzed. Errors contained in the data consist of word errors, word shortages, or inappropriate word placement, causing semantic language errors. The results of the analysis show that: 1) there are 5 data placement errors, 2) there are 4 word errors in the missing data, and 3) there are 1 data word errors.      

This journal explains how to improve language comprehension through literacy education in SD or what is often called the School Literacy Movement (GLS). The School Literacy Program is designed using the Read-Summary-Tell-Share method. The subjects of this study were all students including low grades (1, 2 and 3) and high grades (grades 4, 5 and 6), educators (teachers), education staff, principals and librarians. This research was carried out according to the stages of student development based on their characteristics; 1) implemented in a balanced manner; 2) use a variety of texts and pay attention to the needs of students; takes place in an integrated and holistic manner in all areas of the curriculum; 3) carried out on an ongoing basis; 4) involving oral communication skills; 5) considering the diversity and condition of schools. The results of this study students understand the language properly and correctly.                                                                                                                                 

South Bandung is an area in West Java which is famous for the beauty of its natural tourism which is so beautiful and extraordinarily amazing, where in the South Bandung area there are many natural tourist attractions that are an attraction for domestic and foreign tourists. One of them is Situ Patenggang which is a beautiful lake located in Rancabali, Ciwidey, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. Behind the beautiful lake there is a legendary love story in Situ Patenggang which is a natural tourist attraction in South Bandung and an iconic lake in Ciwidey, Rancabali, Bandung Regency, West Java. The theory used is the theory of natural tourist attraction objects. The research method used is the interview method, aiming to dig deeper into how this legend can be preserved as a natural tourist attraction object from Situ Patenggang. This interview method was conducted through informants consisting of managers, community leaders, and local communities. The results of the research based on the results of direct analysis show that Situ Patenggang is a lake full of legends so that it attracts many domestic and foreign tourists who make this lake the main object of attraction because of the legendary myths in South Bandung.
