Academic stress experienced by students can arise from various factors, such as competition for achievements, pressure to excel academically, high GPA demands, diverse coursework tasks, and the risk of dropping out. Efforts to address this academic stress involve self-regulation, including motivation to set life goals, designing action strategies, and self-efficacy to control activities and manage time efficiently, thereby assisting students in overcoming obstacles in the academic context. The subjects in this study are students at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. The research on the influence of self-regulation and self-efficacy on academic stress employs a quantitative method. The analysis of Pearson product-moment correlation indicates a significant negative relationship between self-regulation and academic stress. However, the results of the Pearson product-moment correlation show no significant relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress.

The aim of this research is to prove empirically that earnings management mediates the implementation of corporate governance relationships and disclosure of corporate social responsibility in influencing the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the IDX for the 2019 - 2022 period, either directly or indirectly. The proposed research problem refers to previous research and the existence of research gaps in previous research. In this research, seven hypotheses have been formulated using a purposive sampling method and using secondary data obtained from annual reports published by the BEI. Based on existing criteria, a sample of 31 manufacturing companies in the basic industrial and chemical sectors were "listed" on the IDX for the 2018 - 2021 period. This research shows the results obtained based on Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis in the SmartPLS 3.0 program . The research results show that corporate governance has a significant positive influence on the company's financial performance.

The performance of human resources can be influenced by the conditions of servant leadership that are formed. Factors that influence employee performance in servant leadership include a lack of commitment from employees towards understanding the values ​​and rules that have been established, a lack of disciplined behavior, a lack of inheritance of servant leadership, and a lack of understanding organizational identity. These things cause service leadership to be less than optimal in achieving the stated vision and mission of the organization. The approach used is a quantitative approach as the basis for analysis. There is a positive, very significant and strong relationship between servant leadership and employee performance. There is a positive, very significant and strong relationship between Servant Leadership (X1) and Personality (X2) together with Employee Performance (Y). The two go hand in hand, which means that the higher the Service Leadership and Personality together, the higher the Employee Performance.

Postpartum blues or often also called Maternity Blues or Baby Blues is defined as a syndrome of mild side effects that often appears in the first week after delivery and peaks on the third to fifth day and attacks within 14 days after delivery. This study aims to determine the relationship between education level and the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross sectional design. The statistical test used is the chi square test. The sample in this study consisted of 95 respondents. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a relationship between the level of maternal knowledge and the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers (p value 0.002).

Decisions mark the beginning of every action. In the context of educational organizations, decision making is directly related to the role of the school principal. As a manager, the principal has a key role in making decisions quickly, precisely and effectively, by utilizing data and information optimally to improve the performance of the educational environment. At Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School, the principal has succeeded in carrying out the decision-making process well. This can be seen from the stages carried out, including observation, data collection, planning and recording related to aspects of education in schools. The school principal also actively holds discussions with teachers to formulate policies, establish interpersonal relationships to manage events, provide ideas, involve teachers in training, and carry out supervision as part of management activities. All of these initiatives are reflected in teacher performance assessments which are not only useful for increasing teacher potential and performance, but also contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning achievement at Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School.

There are many cities in Indonesia that are able to provide a sense of comfort and security for their residents, this of course has an impact on population growth. However, the amount of waste that can be generated and stored is limited by the carrying capacity of the urban environment. Using the idea of ​​a "green city" which consists of nine elements of road infrastructure, traffic, green open space, clean water, noise, energy, housing, clean air and buildings is one way to overcome the above problems. All these qualities need to be utilized immediately with a comprehensive systems approach and in accordance with economic, social and environmental principles in sustainable development. Blue economy approaches can be used to eliminate waste. The “blue economy” is a term that is becoming increasingly popular in today's seas and oceans. The aim of this concept is to combine sea base development opportunities with environmental management and protection. Four conceptual interpretations of the blue economy were determined through research into the dominant discourse in international economic policy documents. How the blue economy works is also examined through an “in practice” analysis of the blue economy and related actors. Next, the scope and focus of the blue economy is explored specifically on the maritime industry, which is included or excluded in various conceptualizations. This analysis reveals areas of agreement and conflict. The consensus range reflects the growing trend towards the commercialization and valuation of nature, delineating and defining maritime boundaries and enhancing the security of the world's oceans. There are several areas of conflict, particularly disputes over the legitimacy of individuals as part of the “blue economy”, highly carbon-intensive industries such as oil and gas and the growing deep sea mining industry. Oceans are becoming increasingly important in terms of potential international trade opportunities through intermediaries and buyers. the behavior of the model supporting such a relationship in the ocean is acceptable from a regular and economic point of view. The relationship between land and sea is increasing in the role and importance of the "blue economy" as the term emerges in the background. . A literature review was conducted to analyze the correct definition of the blue economy. This definition is analyzed based on the minimum requirements that are important for the blue economy. This article also tries to compile various types of activities related to marine services. This is done to determine what can be considered priority areas for blue economic growth. The blue economy concept is based on national economic development. This is comprehensively useful for achieving overall national development. Environmental accounting is stated as a process of reducing negative values ​​and creating positive values ​​in environmental accountability.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused decreased hospital visits in East Java in 2020. This condition is followed by patient satisfaction indices that were under the target in several hospitals in bandung City between 2020-2021. The professionalism of physicians has been an issue among the public as the community accused them of being unprofessional in handling COVID-19. In this observational quantitative study, the correlation between physician professionalism and patient satisfaction was analyzed using a cross-sectional design. The target population was the community in bandung City, East Java, from whom 100 respondents were selected and given online questionnaires from February to March 2022 to gain the relevant data. The data were then statistically analyzed in SmartPLS application. The results of the study showed that the physician professionalism shared a significant relationship with patient satisfaction (p = 0.000). Therefore, physician professionalism should be prioritized by managers to improve the patient satisfaction in hospitals and health clinics.

Interpersonal perception has undergone a significant transformation in the digital era, especially through the influence of social media. The presence of social media has now influenced the way individuals understand, interact, and form interpersonal relationships. The writing in this journal uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research conducted to examine an object, a condition, a group of people, or other phenomena with natural or real conditions (without experimental situations) to create a systematic overview or detailed description that is factual and accurate. This research is a study intended to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions or thoughts of people individually or in groups through observation and literature study so that a complete picture of an event can be presented which is intended to expose and clarify a phenomenon that occurs. From the discussion of interpersonal perceptions that occur due to social media in this digital era, it can be related to several theories of communication psychology, namely informative theory and behaviorism theory.

Mathematical literacy is a person's ability to formulate, use and interpret  mathematics in various contexts of daily life problems efficiently. Literacy skills students not only have numeracy skills but also the ability to think logically and critically in solving problems. Mathematical literacy has a significant positive impact on students' critical thinking abilities. This research aims to describe the influence of mathematical literacy on students' critical thinking abilities in mathematics subjects. The method used in this research is a literature review. The results of this research show a strong relationship between mathematical literacy and critical thinking skills. Mathematical literacy involves understanding, using, and interpreting mathematical concepts in a variety of concepts, while critical thinking skills involve analysis, evaluation, and rational decision making. Mastery of mathematical literacy can improve students' critical thinking abilities, because mathematics involves problem solving and logical reasoning. Thus, developing mathematical literacy can contribute to improving students' critical thinking abilities

Immunization is an effort to actively create/increase a person's immunity against a particular disease, so that if one day they are exposed to that disease they will not get sick or will only experience mild illness. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge about immunization and providing complete basic immunization to babies at the Penanggalan Community Health Center, Penanggalan District, Subulussalam City. Quantitative design using cross sectional. The population in this study were mothers who had children or babies aged 10-12 months, namely 40 respondents. Data analysis uses univariate, bivariate analysis. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge about immunization and the provision of complete basic immunization to babies at the Penanggalan Public Health Center, Penanggalan District, Subulussalam City in 2023. Suggestions are given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding complete basic immunization in babies.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of regional tax revenues and regional retribution on local origional income with population as a moderation variable in the Lamongan Regency Government in 2015-2022. This research is included in quantitative research with the type of data used, namely secondary data obtained from the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) of East Java Province Representative and Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Lamongan Regency. The population in this study is all reports containing the types of regional taxes, regional retribution, local original income and population of Lamongan Regency for 2015-2022 totalling 334 data. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the final number of samples used which is 240 data. The data analysis method used is descriptive data analysis with the help of SmartPLS statistical tools. The results of this study show that regional taxes and regional retribution have a positive and significant effect on local original income, population is able to moderate the relationship of regional taxes to local original income with weak categories, and population is able to moderate the relationship of regional retribution to local original income with strong categories.

This research aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of fasting Monday and Thursday with emotional intelligence in campus missionary members (HIMA). This research uses population research because the researcher uses all members of the HIMA PGMI Universita Muhammadiyah Riau (UMRI) class of 2021 and 2022, totaling 30 people. Data collection uses questionnaires and emotional intelligence scales. The data obtained was then analyzed using regression analysis. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between the intensity of fasting Monday and Thursday with emotional intelligence in members of the PGMI Student Association (HIMA) organization at Muhammadiyah University of Riau class of 2021 and 2022 with a value of r = 0.372; and p = 0.000.

This study aimed to examine the effect of Budget Participation, Budget Emphasis on Budgetary Slack with Ethical Consideration as Moderating Variable. This kind of study is quantitative research with primary data collected in a questionnaire distributed to 38 respondents. The data is processed with multiple linear regression analysis by using Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results showed that budget participation and budget emphasis has effect on budgetary slack. Meanwhile, ethical considerations cannot moderate the relationship between budget participation and budget emphasis on budgetary slack.

This research aims to build hypotheses regarding the relationship between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The writing method in this research is qualitative (library research), where the data comes from previous research. Online media is also used to obtain previous research data such as Google Scholar, Publish or Perish and other academic media. The results of this research are: 1) Workload influences employee job satisfaction; 2) Organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction; and 3) Leadership influences employee job satisfaction.

Immunization is the most effective and efficient public health effort in preventing disease and reducing death rates. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the provision of basic immunizations to babies at the Romana Tanjung Anom Clinic 2024. The number of samples used was 35 people obtained using total sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses chi square. The results obtained in this study were that the majority of respondents did not complete basic immunization, 22 people (62.9%), there was a relationship between the age variable with a value of p = 0.004, there was a relationship with the education variable with a value of p = 0.012, there was a relationship with the employment variable with a value of p = 0.036, there is a relationship between the knowledge variable with a value of p = 0.003, there is a relationship between the family support variable with a value of p = 0.010 with the provision of basic immunization. There is a relationship between maternal age, maternal education, maternal employment, maternal knowledge and family support with providing basic immunizations to babies. It is recommended for health services to increase mothers' knowledge about basic immunization for babies through education to increase the completeness of basic immunization for babies.

Efforts to increase the provision of breast milk (ASI) play a very big role in achieving infant mortality rates and reducing the prevalence of malnutrition in children under five. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. This research design is descriptive analytical with a sample size of 26 respondents using a total sampling method. The results of this research were that the majority of respondents aged 26-30 years were 10 people (38.5%), the majority of respondents had secondary education as many as 19 people (73.1%), the majority of respondents were housewives as many as 20 people (76.9%), the majority of respondents had income < 1,000,000 as many as 22 people (84.6%), and the majority of children are one child as many as 17 (65.4%). Data analysis using product moment. From the results of the product moment statistical test, it can be concluded that management factors in the birthing place that support breastfeeding and providing breastfeeding facilities in public places are factors that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The relationship between management at the birth center that supports breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding obtained a value of r = 0.458, which means the relationship between the two variables has a sufficient relationship, and obtained a value of P = 0.019, meaning there is a significant influence. And for the relationship between providing breastfeeding facilities in public places and exclusive breastfeeding, the value obtained was r = 0.394, which means that the two variables have a sufficient relationship, and the value obtained was P = 0.047, which means there is a significant influence.

Considering how important Early Breastfeeding Initiation is, especially in Indonesia, it is being implemented, one of the main goals of which is to ensure smooth breastfeeding, where the aim of the baby getting breast milk is to be able to develop the baby's maximum potential (Rahmat, 2018). This study aims to analyze the relationship between early initiation and the smooth production of breast milk in post-partum mothers at the Datar City Health Center, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023. This research is an analytical description with a cross-sectional approach and bivariate data analysis is the data analysis used in the research to determine the relationship or influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable using chi-square test analysis, at the p-value statistical significance limit α (0.05), then Ha: accepted and Ho: rejected (Hardani, 2020).Based on the table above, it can be explained that of the 32 respondents, those who did not initiate early breastfeeding, the majority of mothers' breast milk was not flowing smoothly, 13 (41%). Based on this table, it can be seen that there is a relationship between early initiation and the smooth production of breast milk for post-partum mothers at the Kota Datar Community Health Center, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023 with a p value of 0.001.This means that there is a relationship between early initiation and the smooth production of breast milk for post-partum mothers at the Datar City Health Center, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023

Uric acid is a metabolic waste in the form of purine crystals that are naturally present in the blood. Normal uric acid levels in the blood of adult men are 3.5 – 7.2 mm/dl and in women 2.6 – 6.0 mg/dl. Purine substances are natural substances which are one of a group of chemical structures that make up DNA and RNA derived from the body's own production and from food. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge and behavior of the elderly to the prevention of increased gout at the Tampahan Health Center, Tampahan District, Toba Regency. This research was conducted from  Oktober to Desember 2023. Behavioral relationships. This research is a quantitative study using a Cross-sectional Design. The population in this study were all gout sufferers who came for treatment at the Tampahan Health Center, Tampahan  District, Toba Regency. The sample size was 35 respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis used Chi-square test with significance level = 0.05. From the results of research on 35 respondents showed that the majority were knowledgeable enough as many as 20 people (57.1%), the majority of behavior was in the good category as many as 17 people (48.6%). While the majority for prevention in the good category were 27 people (80.0%). There is no relationship between the knowledge of the elderly about gout and the prevention of increased gout where X2 count < X2 table and there is a relationship between the behavior of the elderly with gout on the prevention of increased gout where the chi-square test X2 count > X2 table. For the elderly with gout to further increase their knowledge about preventing an increase in uric acid and pay attention to their health, especially in reducing consumption of high-protein foods and diligently self-examination to the health center.

Today's youth cannot be separated from gadgets. Gadgets are not only used as a communication tool, but tend to be used to carry out online activities, one of which is online games. The environment of the game is based on violent plot activity, aggression and even gender intimidation. Aggressive actions taken by children as a result of playing games can appear because they lack or even do not care about real life. The study aims to determine the relationship between the use of online games and aggressive verbal behavior in adolescents in Bumisari Village, Bojongsari District, Purbalingga Regency. The sampling technique with a total sampling of 89 teenagers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire on the use of online games and aggressive behavior. The results showed that there was a relationship between the use of online games and verbal aggressive behavior in adolescents in Bumisari Village, Bojongsari District, Purbalingga Regency. The results of the correlation test using the Spearman Rho test showed a value of p = 0.001 or p = ≤ 0.05. The correlation value (r) was obtained r = 0.349 which indicates a moderate (moderate) correlation strength between the use of online games and verbal aggressive behavior. The correlation value of r = 0.349 shows a positive relationship, which means that the higher the intensity of using online games, the higher the aggressive verbal behavior will be. The conclusion is that online games are related to verbal aggressive behavior in adolescents
