Performance management plays a central role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations, both in the public and private sectors. In modern government, the increasing public demand for quality, transparent, and accountable public services has encouraged comprehensive bureaucratic reform. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is now positioned as an agent of development that must be adaptive, innovative, and results-oriented. Performance management is no longer just a compliance-based evaluation tool, but rather an integrated strategic approach to drive organizational success on an ongoing basis. In line with Armstrong's (2009) view, the focus of modern performance management lies on developing the capacity of individuals and teams to create optimal contributions to the achievement of organizational goals.

Coping ability is the ability to cope with pressure and problems. there are several types of coping strategies, including passive and active coping. The purpose of this study is to see how social cognitive theory can be applied in guidance and counseling practice to improve adolescents' ability to handle stress. To find the application of the theory in guidance and counseling, relevant literature has been collected and analyzed using the literature review method. Results show that the principles of Cognitive Social Theory, which include strong social support, the use of active coping strategies, and parental involvement, contribute positively to the development of adolescents' coping skills. The results showed that adolescents who participated in a TSC-based guidance and counseling program showed better emotional resilience and self-efficacy. It was found that strengthening coping skills requires support from peers and family. To ensure that the intervention meets the needs of adolescents, ongoing evaluation is also needed. This study points out some issues when implementing a TSC-based guidance program, such as obtaining adequate training for counselors and ensuring that resources are available. It is expected that adolescents will be able to gain better skills to handle diverse situations and improve their emotional resilience by implementing an effective theory-based approach. Further research is needed, especially to improve adolescents' adaptability in today's increasingly complex environment.

This study aims to obtain an overview of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices at the Fisheries Service of Gorontalo Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that planning is carried out through a recruitment process that includes identifying needs, preparing job descriptions, and the orientation process for new employees. In terms of organization, service digitalization is applied to accelerate administration, increasing HR capacity through training, and involving the community in fisheries policies, which have been proven to increase service efficiency by up to 80%. However, implementation has not been optimal due to limited time, resources, communication constraints, and budget constraints. Work supervision involves leaders, supervisory positions, and other relevant parties, with leaders playing a central role in ensuring employee performance. Motivation is provided by providing opportunities for skill development and rewards for performance. Performance evaluations are carried out periodically to measure the achievement of organizational targets and goals. These findings provide important insights into efforts to improve the quality of human resource management in the public service sector.

Learning in phase E of SMK Negeri 1 Sooko Mojokerto contains elements of Basic Sewing Techniques (TDM), namely students can make various kinds of seam allowances. The obstacles experienced by students are that students find it difficult to create various kinds of seam allowances, because the practice made is more than 3 kinds and students often forget the process of making it, even the value obtained is still below the achievement of learning objectives (KKTP). One thing that can encourage students in learning in the classroom is that educators provide media in the form of learning modules aimed at learning guidelines that can be used by students. This research method uses R&D by implementing ADDIE which can have 5 stages including analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Child faith accompaniment plays a central role in the future development of children’s faith, making it the chosen initial teaching to prepare for a more mature faith development within a tiered faith formation. However, in the context of child faith accompaniment, there is currently no song themed on the Catholic Creed that can be taught to children, including at the Holy Family Parish Atmodirono Semarang, which has never used a song with this theme. This study aims to develop a child faith accompaniment (PIA) song themed on the introduction of the Catholic Creed to provide children with a deeper understanding of the Catholic Creed. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to analyze the needs of PIA, design the product, conduct trials, and evaluate it to ensure a positive impact on children’s faith education. Initial analysis showed that there was no existing song media introducing the basic Catholic faith in PIA activities. In the design phase, the researcher composed lyrics and melodies relevant to Catholic teachings, using key phrases from the “I Believe” prayer, adjusted to be easily understood by children. The development phase involved a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with PIA practitioners and music experts. Subsequently, the song was trialed during Minggu Gembira activities and evaluated for improvements. The implementation of the song titled “I am Catholic, I Believe” showed positive impact. Observations revealed that children were enthusiastic, listened attentively, endeavored to understand, memorize, and sing the song together. Evaluation results showed an improvement in scores from 79% to 95.8%. Based on this increase, it can be concluded that the song “I am Catholic, I Believe” is highly effective and can be used as a child faith accompaniment medium to help children understand the meaning of the “I Believe” prayer as the Catholic Creed, as well as strengthen their understanding of the core teachings of Catholicism.

Village infrastructure is an important foundation for local economic development and improving the welfare of the community in the area. However, the obstacles often encountered include ineffective budget planning, lack of community participation, and weak supervision in budget implementation. Nevertheless, there is potential for improvement through the implementation of an integrated village financial information system and active community involvement in the village development planning deliberation process (Musrenbangdes). This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data from journal sources and previous research. The results of this study indicate that village infrastructure development through the APBDes begins with the participatory preparation of the RKP, involving RT, RW, and BPD. Funding comes from the APBDes, PAD, and community self-help. The focus of development has now shifted to community empowerment, especially women, through skills training. APBDes management faces challenges in meeting sudden needs and relies on deliberation for solutions. Transparency is maintained through budget publication, and project implementation considers environmental aspects. Evaluations are conducted by the Inspectorate and District Office, while the community also monitors and critiques implementation. Regarding the food security program, there will be a shift in management to BUMDes starting in 2025, pending new regulations. The APBDes covers revenue, expenditures, and financing, with village deliberations as the highest forum for approval. Village funds are considered insufficient, so assistance from the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) also plays an important role.

Service satisfaction is defined as an effort to fulfill something or make something adequate which is generally described as a feeling of pleasure or disappointment that arises towards performance (results) after being compared with expected performance. Measuring the level of student satisfaction towards services in schools is an important element in the school's efforts to provide the best, efficient and effective services for students. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Guidance and Counseling (BK) program in schools. This survey involved a number of BK teachers and students from several schools in certain areas. The research method used was qualitative with an open questionnaire instrument, namely a structured interview to measure various aspects of the BK program, including service quality, student involvement, and the impact on students' academic and emotional development. The survey results showed that most students and BK teachers felt that the BK program in schools had been running quite well, but there were still some areas that needed improvement, such as the availability of resources and further training for counselors. In addition, there was a positive correlation between the frequency of student involvement in BK sessions with an increase in their academic achievement and emotional well-being. This study provides recommendations for improving the BK program in schools, including increasing training for counselors and strengthening support from the school.
