Traditional games are games passed down from ancestors, but traditional games have been marginalized because in the modern era 4.0 the use of technology is very much used in everyday life. The technology that is often used is cellphones. The use of cellphones starts from teenagers, adults and even children who use cellphones like elementary school children. Mobile phones are usually used by children to play online games because children can play online games anywhere and anytime, which results in children not playing with their peers because they are already engrossed and focused on the online games on their mobile phones. This research aims to explore the character values ​​that can be instilled in elementary school students through game congklak or barn. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review. The results of this research show that the traditional game congklak or lumbung can instill character values ​​in elementary school students such as the values ​​of honesty, discipline, hard work, creativity, curiosity, independence, communicativeness, responsibility and respect for achievement.

MAN 1 Ternate is an Islamic educational institution, so the implementation of character education is one of the important things in the institution, especially Islamic characteristics. The programs carried out are morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji which are always carried out every day before students enter the classroom. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji programs in improving the Islamic characteristics of students at MAN 1 Ternate. The type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, categorization, and verification. As an Islamic-based educational institution, MAN 1 Ternate implements various programs to form Islamic character, one of which is through morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji activities. The morning dhikr program is carried out every morning before learning begins with the aim of calming the heart and building a positive spirit through reminders of the name of Allah. Meanwhile, madrasah mengaji aims to deepen students' understanding in reading the Qur'an. The results of the study showed that both programs contributed significantly to improving student discipline, strengthening spiritual and moral values, and building a social attitude that cares about others. These programs also help students to be more disciplined, responsible, and have noble morals. Overall, the implementation of morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji at MAN 1 Ternate has proven effective in forming a strong Islamic character in students, creating a better generation, and getting closer to Allah SWT.    

 In the current era, education is considered the main driving force to meet the needs of an increasingly globalized world, both in the field of improving the quality of information and in the field of improving morals and ethics, which focuses on education. This research aims to determine the history of the formation of the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as well as the factors that support and hinder the development of the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Ibtidaiyah Madrasah. The research method used is historical research methods including heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography. The research results show that the history of the At-Taqwa Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was founded in 2011 and was founded by the leadership of the Islamic Education Foundation through the encouragement of community leaders who understand education for the younger generation. Mr. Aminuddin Hardigaluh as the driving force and other founding figures continues to invite children to study religious education at the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Starting from a student population of only 11 people and 3 teachers, this has not dampened the children's enthusiasm for studying at the madrasa. As time went by, the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Madrasah also experienced many developments, including increasing the number of students, increasing facilities and infrastructure as well as more disciplined learning practices.

Learning innovation is something that is important and must be owned by teachers. The teacher's willingness to try, discover, explore and search for various learning approaches, methods and strategies is one of the supports for the emergence of various new innovations. Social studies as a subject at elementary school level is essentially a complete integration of social science disciplines and other relevant scientific disciplines to realize educational goals at school level. From the results of teacher observations, several problems were found in social studies learning, including: (1) in the teaching process teachers only use lecture and question and answer methods so that students tend to get bored because they find learning less interesting; (2) the learning that takes place is always teacher-centered so that student involvement is less active; (3) students' understanding and memory are still minimal. To overcome problems in learning in class VI, learning is implemented at SD Negeri Temon using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method regarding Economic Activities in ASEAN Countries. The choice of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in the learning process is adjusted to the basic competencies in social studies learning. The teacher gives a number of trigger problems, then students continuously develop their knowledge in groups and individually.

The problem of this research is the lack of understanding of the material and student involvement and learning outcomes that have not yet reached the KKM. This study aims to increase student learning activities and outcomes in civic education learning in class V SDN Antasan Kecil Timur 3 Banjarmasin. This study used a qualitative research approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was conducted in three meetings. The research setting was fifth grade students at SDN Antasan Kecil Timur 3 Banjarmasin for the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 23 students consisting of 12 male students and 11 female students. The results showed that teacher activity at meetings 1 to 3 increased from a score of 19 to 28. Student activity at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 43.4% to 82.6% (classical). Cognitive aspect learning outcomes at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 60.8% to 86.9% (classical). The learning outcomes of the affective domain of discipline at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 69.5% to 91.3% (classical), the affective domain of confidence at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 69.5% to 86.9% (classical) and learning the affective domain of the area of ​​responsibility at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 73.9% to 82.6% (classical). The results of learning the psychomotor aspects at meetings 1 to 3 increased from 47.8% to 82.6% (classical).

This research aims to determine the role of civics teachers in improving the discipline of class X students at SMA St. Maria Rubit and to find out the teacher's efforts as well as the form or model of teacher example regarding student discipline. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The informants in this research were the Principal, Citizenship Education Teacher, and Class Teacher at St. Mary's High School. Maria Rubit. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the research show that: The role of civics teachers is very important in improving student discipline at St. Maria Rubit, In accordance with existing school regulations, the aim is to apply discipline so that students can be time disciplined, be on time for school, be disciplined in dressing, be disciplined in attitude and be disciplined in completing assignments. In improving student discipline at school, I give constructive sanctions to students, all school members must comply with school regulations and work together with all school members to improve student discipline. Student discipline at St. Maria Rubit still lacks discipline, because there are still students who do not follow the rules set by the school, for example; time discipline, discipline in dressing and discipline in speaking. Exemplary efforts/forms made by teachers in upholding student discipline are by providing guidance and socializing the importance of discipline. The efforts made by teachers are by providing good examples for students.

Work productivity is the result of work or job performance. However, work productivity actually has a broader meaning, not only in terms of the output but also in how the work processes occur. Work productivity is the outcome of tasks closely related to an organization's strategic goals, target satisfaction, and contribution to the organization. Employee work productivity can be influenced by several factors, including work discipline, leadership style, and job competency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of various variables such as work discipline, leadership style, and job competency on work productivity within the 2021 batch of students at the Faculty of Economics, UNJ, in a partial manner. The data collection technique used in this research is the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale to 133 respondents. This study is of a quantitative descriptive nature. The data analysis technique used in this research employs structural equation modeling with a partial least squares (SEM-PLS) model calculated using the smart PLS software. The results of this research indicate that work discipline, leadership style, and job competency have a direct and significant positive influence on work productivity within the student organization of the Faculty of Economics, UNJ. Work discipline has a direct and significant influence on work productivity. Leadership style has a direct and significant influence on work productivity. Job competency has a direct and significant influence on work productivity.

The importance of character education in learning is to improve the quality of implementation and educational outcomes in schools which leads to the achievement of student character formation. In this case, the teacher is not only tasked with delivering learning material, but is also tasked with instilling character values in students (Fatmawati, 2017: 8). This type of research is qualitative research and the method used is a descriptive method. Sugiyono (2017:9) qualitative research is a research method used to examine natural objects. The main aim of qualitative research is to understand social phenomena or symptoms by providing an explanation in the form of a clear description of the social phenomenon or symptom in the form of a series of words which will ultimately produce a theory, which is explained (Sujardewi, 2014: 110). Based on the description that has been presented, this research is defined as a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and behavior that is observed and carried out naturally. This research uses a qualitative research method with the hope of being able to describe the analysis of character education in mathematics learning material on absolute values for students at SMA class X Harapan Bangsa Samalantan. absolutely at SMA Harapan Bangsa Samalantan class X. Analysis of character education in mathematics learning with absolute value material is based on lesson plans that have been created and adapted to learning conditions. The research method used is the literature study method where the researcher becomes the main instrument in analyzing the books being studied. the importance of the role of parents in instilling discipline in children from an early age so that they are able to develop children's social behavior and the role of the teacher is not only as an educator, but also as an educator of character, morals and culture for students so that a better school atmosphere is created and improves behavior and attitudes between children and each other.  

This research was conducted because he wanted to find out more regarding "The Role of Youth Organizations in Improving Human Resources" in accordance with the main issues raised, namely the role of youth organizations in improving human resources in Kepuh Kemiri Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. Which aims to explain the role and efforts of Karang Taruna in increasing human resources in Kepuh Kemiri Village. The research method used is qualitative. The subjects of this study were the youth committee and local residents. By using data collection techniques, namely through interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that there are several activities, roles and efforts of youth organizations that have not been maximized in the development of human resources. Members of youth organizations with student status also help in human resource development. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the role played by youth board members with student status is to improve discipline, provide motivation for all youth youth members. Some of the supporting factors include: Adequate human resources owned by administrators with student status, Responsibility and cooperation from all parties, There is support from the community.

The team teaching approach in madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) is often considered effective in improving the quality of learning, but empirical evidence on its impact on student discipline and focus is still limited in the context of basic Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative design of a case study in class II of MI Unggulan Al Muhammad Cepu. Primary data sources include participant observations, in-depth interviews with two teachers of the teaching team and six purposive students, as well as secondary data such as collaborative lesson plans and teacher reflections. The purpose of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of team teaching in improving student discipline and focus on learning. The results showed that the symbiotic-asymmetrical collaboration between the Core Guides and the Response Facilitators created a pauseless instructional flow, reduced extrinsic cognitive load (time-on-task by an average of 85%), and transformed the discipline from external control to relational-proactive co-regulation that is in line with Islamic ta'dib. These findings have practical implications for MI teacher training.

The aim of the research is to find out how to strengthen students' disciplined character in the school environment. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Pamarayan. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely carrying out a learning process based on the Pancasila student profile to strengthen students' disciplinary character and the teacher strategies used to make it happen. The research sources are students and teachers, data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. Through the results of observations, researchers found that the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students at SMA Negeri 1 Pamarayan produced results and had a very positive impact. Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in schools, students' disciplinary character has developed. In the formation of disciplined character in students, several influencing factors were found, namely students, teachers, family and the social environment also played a role. Therefore, the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students needs to be implemented and instilled in students at school.

This research was structured with the aim of knowing the application of religious culture, and the impact of the application of religious culture on the spiritual intelligence of students, as well as to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in the application of religious culture at SDN 35/VI Seling Kab, Merangin, Jambi. This type of research is qualitative research. Data sources who are key informants are students, and supporting informants are educators. Data was collected through using observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that the forms of the application of the religious culture of students at SDN 35/VI Seling were congregational prayers, the culture of tadarus Al-Qur'an and prayer together, Istighosah and Asmaul Husna, mutual respect and tolerance, Islamic school dress code, smiles, greetings and greetings (3S), disciplined school members, school members who take care of the beauty of themselves, the room and the school environment, Islamic boarding schools, commemoration of Islamic holidays. The impact of applying religious culture to the spiritual intelligence of students is the midday prayer in congregation and the Islamic way of dressing trains students to feel the presence of Allah, congregational prayers, istighosah and asmaul husna trains students to get used to always remembering and praying to Allah, Tadarus Al-Qur'an makes the habit of reading Al-Qur'an students increasing. Mutual respect and tolerance makes students tend to be good, mutual respect and tolerance at school makes students treat people well and like to help others. The supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of students' religious culture are from the school principal, educators, students, from the community and parents, as well as facilities and infrastructure.

This research seek to show how social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere help class VII students develop an honest, disciplined, pious, and responsible character. This study employs a qualitative methodology and uses methods including observation, interviews, and documentation to gather data. According to the study's findings, teachers play a significant impact in influencing class VII students' character development, particularly when it comes to social studies instruction. Because teachers not only instruct students in moral principles on a theoretical level, but also set an example for them, their job in forming students' character has been optimally carried out.

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. This research is a qualitative research and the subject of this research is the principal and students. Data are obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis. The results showed that (1) The principal's strategy in disciplining students in state junior high schools 2 Plandaan, carried out by planning in creating empathic behavior, organizing by prioritizing good communication, implementing learning discipline activities; coaching and supervision of teacher performance, providing motivation, awarding and evaluating learning discipline activities. The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Personality Competence of Religious Education Teachers on the Learning Discipline of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with descriptive statistics. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 67 people and the sample was determined to be 67 people so it is a research population. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Personality Competence of Religious Education Teachers on the Learning Discipline of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Nainggolan in the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.421 > rtable (a=0.05; CI=95%; n=67) = 0.244, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable 05;dk=n-2=65) = 2,000, thus there is a significant relationship between variable b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 17.7%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the t test to obtain tcount > ttable, namely 3.742 > 2.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This study aims to find aind about the efforts of Aqidah Moral teachers in instilling studets moral values, and what moral values are instilled by Aqidah Akhlak teachers in their students, and also what factors are the constraints of moral aqidah teachers in instilling moral values. Towards fifth grade students Mis Al Fikri, Kamama Mekar Village, Gu District, Central Buton Regency The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, namely describing various events and information obtained during the research. The subjects in this study were aqidah akhlak teachers and fifth grade students Mis Al Fikri, Kamama Mekar Village, as for data collection, namely observation, documentation, and interviews. The results obtained in this study are the way in which the teacher`s aqidah akhlak instills moral values, namely through effective learning. The teacher becomes a role model for studets and the teacher familiarizes students with good things. The moral values that are instilled by the teacher of aqeedah morals are about being honest, politeness and discipline, while the factors faced by teachers off aqeedah morals are technological factors that are developing rapidly at this time the awareness students own as well as environmental factors.

Based on the research results, it was found that: 1) The implementation of the SRA program policy at MAN 1 Gresik takes place in a Bottom Up manner based on the principles of child-friendly schools, namely non-discrimination, the best interests of children, non-violence, and respect for children by integrating several existing programs such as adiwiyata school programs, population alert schools (SSK), safe schools, inclusive schools, BPOM school snacks, UKS, Gerakan Ayo Membangun Madrasah (GERRAM). 2) Implementation of child-friendly school management begins with the planning stage and analysis of the situation and conditions, organizing and forming a team according to ability, implementing the principal's program as a role model, and evaluation is carried out directly and indirectly for 3 months once and once a year is done programmatically. 3) The implications of the SRA program are very positive for all school community members, the school environment, so that character, communication, and cooperation are well formed so that it becomes an educational institution categorized as BARIISAN (clean, safe, friendly, beautiful, inclusive, healthy, beautiful and comfortable) The creation of positive discipline which is the development of discipline and has a lot of achievements both academically and non-academically, the proof is that 105 out of 382 class XII students in 2023 have been accepted at PTN through the SBMPTN route, MAN 1 Gresik also won the title as the 2nd place in the Population Alert School at the East Java level.
