Instructional media plays a crucial role in achieving educational objectives. Educators need to develop teaching strategies using various appropriate media and learning resources. Currently, GASING mathematics instructional media only consists of modules, PowerPoint, and teaching aids. This indicates the untapped potential in utilizing instructional media such as animated videos as engaging and effective learning tools. Based on this issue, the researcher employed the GASING method in the subject of mathematics, specifically focusing on multiplying 2-digit numbers by 1-digit numbers. This study aims to ascertain the development process and feasibility of animated videos using Powtoon. These animated videos were developed using the ADDIE model. Based on validation results by language experts, an average of 98.33% was obtained, while content experts yielded an average percentage of 78.18%. Furthermore, media experts achieved an average percentage of 90.67%, and individual trials (One to One) resulted in an average percentage of 85.64%. Based on the validation results by experts, it can be concluded that animated video instructional media using Powtoon in mathematics with the GASING method as the developed instructional media is highly suitable for field use, as evidenced by the average percentage of feasibility obtained being 88.21% (very feasible).

Currently in the city of Padang itself, death metal music is also widely favored among young people, marked by the emergence of many local bands in the death metal genre, one of which is called Norbit. Norbit is a Death Metal Cluster from Padang which was born in 2021 with 5 personnel, namely Adan Est as Vocalist, Cruelhammer as Guitarist, Blacksun as Bassist, Shiryo as Drummer and Juggernaut as Guitarist. The first single released by Norbit is titled Genocide. The number of metal bands like Norbit that develop in the middle of Padang city is a challenge for Norbit to compete, especially in introducing Norbit to the public and metal band lovers. One form of introduction is merchandise promotion. Based on the results of initial interviews with Norbit's vocalist about the promotion of merchandise clothes that have been done, it appears that the promotion of merchandise that has been done before is less effective and does not increase sales of Norbit clothes. The main media design that the author will use is in the form of promotional videos with cinematic techniques that will be published on social media such as Youtube and Instagram. The design of Norbit band merchandise promotion uses the Glass Box method, a rational thinking method that objectively and systematically examines things logically and is free from irrational thoughts and considerations.

Teenagers, especially in West Sumatra, do not know about kerambit as a traditional weapon originating from West Sumatra. Even though the kerambit itself was used by the US army as a military weapon, its origins were not really known by the West Sumatran teenagers themselves. This is the result of teenagers' lack of curiosity about history and a lack of media that can attract their attention. The aim of designing this 2D animation is to foster teenagers' interest in studying history with new media and provide education about kerambit and its history through 2D animation media by utilizing social media as promotional media. This research is intended to find out (1) whether recording a film using a video camera and uploading it via Instagram story in the cinema constitutes a copyright violation. (2) what are the legal consequences of violations of film recording using a video camera in a cinema that is uploaded and distributed on social media Instagram stories? This research uses a type of normative legal research with a statutory approach, conceptual approach and case approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The primary legal materials in this research are legal materials of an authoritative nature such as statutory regulations, court decisions, and treatises, as well as official state documents. Meanwhile, secondary legal materials consist of books, scientific articles and other sources that are considered relevant to the research to be conducted. The results of the research show, firstly, that the act of recording film scenes by members of the public in a cinema, which in turn is uploaded to social media, cannot necessarily be classified as a criminal offence, on the grounds that the elements of this criminal act cannot be fulfilled. On the other hand, the community's intention to violate economic rights for commercial purposes must be fulfilled first to determine the action as a criminal offense. Second, legal protection by the government, in this case the Directorate General of Intellectual Property at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia for creators or rights holders, can be done in two ways: the first is by instilling a sense of awareness in the community, and the second is by creating a legal protection policy ( new legal protection policy) by revising the Law on Copyright.
